We had a super delicious meal; we went for the tasting menu. The lobster was super juicy, as were the crab claws, and everything else was incredibly tasty.

She took ample time to tell us everything about the different oysters, the matching wines, and even the function of the adjacent oyster beds in an enthusiastic and knowledgeable manner. Her knowledge and passion made the experience truly special. Thanks to Anne, we not only had a delicious meal but also learned a lot and came to appreciate the oysters even more. A delightful Zeeland experience in a unique setting! We had made a reservation by phone and were welcomed very warmly upon arrival, and were also served by the friendly Anne. In this seafood tasting, you can enjoy fresh Zeeland oysters, among other things, while peacefully overlooking the water and the authentic oyster beds. They work with oysters from their own farm by the family business Kopek B.V., sourced directly from the Oosterschelde. As a result, top-quality, crisp oysters are served daily, with that delicious, pure salty taste. This time, too, we were pleasantly surprised. We chose the fresh North Sea crab claws, served with a fresh summer salad and lobster mayonnaise. Highly recommended: wonderfully fresh, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. As a starter, we had the gratinated creuses with cheese and butter. These were prepared correctly, although for us, they lacked just that little extra something to create a real wow factor. The slightly spicy lobster soup, on the other hand, was particularly flavorful and generously filled with delicious lobster meat. A real winner. What stays with us most is the combination of fresh, high-quality products, the authentic Zeeland atmosphere, and the truly incomparable location by the water. This is not just about enjoying shellfish, but also the wonderful experience that is so characteristic of Yerseke. We are therefore happy to return here. Not only for the freshness and quality of the products, but certainly also for the warm hospitality.

Friendly service, and very good food

Had some delicious oysters and some tasty drinks. It is a shame, though, that you are immediately told that there is nothing available other than oysters and drinks because the kitchen can't handle it, even though at least 20% of the place is still empty. Staff shortage? Ordering food also took a very long time every time. The quality of the oysters is very good, but unfortunately there is a lot of grit in them, so they were opened and prepared only moderately well. The variety is superb. Excellent wine list and tasty Zeeland beers. Beautiful terrace and a stunning view to match.

I can definitely say that we had the best mussels ever here, and we have eaten quite a few mussels in our lives. It is a nice little restaurant with very friendly service and a skilled chef who knows what he is talking about. The price was also very acceptable; highly recommended. We will definitely be back here again 👍 The dessert was also very tasty and surprising.

If you love oysters, you absolutely must visit Oesters & Bubbels in Yerseke. The oysters are incredibly fresh and of outstanding quality – after all, they come directly from the local oyster beds. Add to that the fantastic location overlooking the Oosterschelde estuary and a pleasant, relaxed atmosphere. The service was also friendly and attentive. For me, it was one of the highlights of our stay in Yerseke. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who likes oysters or wants to try truly fresh ones. I will definitely be back on my next visit to Zeeland.

When you are in Yerseke for delicious oysters or a tasty pot of mussels, you have a choice of several nice spots. We opted for a combination of oysters and bubbles. We enjoyed a very tasty glass of wine, accompanied by 12 oysters. The taste was good, but unfortunately, the oysters were served slightly too lukewarm for our taste. The explanation we received was that it was the end of the day. Although we understand that busy times can be difficult, we believe that the quality and temperature of oysters should always be optimal, regardless of the time. Nevertheless, the atmosphere was pleasant and we enjoyed our visit. With a little extra attention to detail, this would be a nice place for us.

Oysters, bubbly, but also other delicacies. With a beautiful view of where it all comes from: the Oosterschelde. Friendly, attentive staff who really take their time with you. All dishes are worth trying. Also tasty desserts like brownie with ice cream. Generous portions too. Highly recommended if you are in Zeeland!

A nice fish restaurant with good value for money. Located right on the harbor. The oysters were fresh, delicious, well-presented, smelled of the sea, and were free of sand and worms. The lobster bisque was good, with plenty of lobster meat. Unfortunately, it wasn't to my taste, perhaps because it was my first time trying lobster. I usually prefer shrimp and king prawns. But I wanted to try the bisque. There's free parking right at the harbor, except for the restrooms, which are pay-to-park (yellow lines).

It's not what it used to be. A quick bottle of wine, oysters, and kibbeling. The kibbeling came out of a frozen container and was fried, and the gratinated oysters were a lump of melted cheese. The kitchen was manned by a couple of teenagers who set the place on fire; the whole place smelled of burnt food. Keep up the good work! This is a future tourist trap, and it used to be a great place!

Today I went on a motorcycle ride with my wife, and we stopped at Oysters & Bubbels (it happened to be a nice parking spot for the motorcycle) and decided to have something to eat there. The staff were super friendly and very attentive! The food was delicious and very reasonable prices. We will definitely go back.

After a walk in Yerseke we ended up here to have a drink. After sitting there for a while we ordered something to eat and what was this great super tasty oysters and mussels the children had kibbeling which was also great a real recommendation to come here. We will definitely come here again

We had lunch there one day in June. Very nice restaurant and the best mussels I have ever eaten and also good oysters. Very nice terrace. Our waiter (don't know his name) was incredibly nice and helpful.

Ligt heel leuk aan de oesterputten en verkoopt dan ook veel oesters. Ik koos platte want die vind je meestal niet meer op de kaart. Ze waren lekker maar heel klein. De wijn was warm. De mosselen lauw. Ik vroeg dus om ze nog eens op te warmen. Dat werd prompt en probleemloos gedaan en de pot kwam dampend terug maar na enkele minuten waren ze weer koud. Ik ontkwam niet aan de indruk dat ze van tevoren waren gemaakt en dan even snel werden opgewarmd. Toen ik zei dat ik ontgoocheld was, werden ze prompt van de rekening gehaald. Dat vond ik meer dan correct.

Wat een goed restaurant! We zijn heel erg goed geholpen door Anne. Een vrouw die haar vak verstaat en zorgt dat de glazen gevuld blijven. Met veel passie beantwoordt Anne alle vragen die we hadden over schaaldieren. Ook waren er bepaalde gerechten of combinaties die op de kaart stonden. Wij vroegen of daarin gevarieerd kon worden, en dat was geen enkel probleem. Wij kwamen van ver weg, maar dit is nou een tent waar wij elk jaar terug zullen komen ivm onze nieuwe traditie: oesters plukken en op 2e paasdag lekker opeten met de familie.

Wow...if you like oysters. I love oysters and oesters & bubbels is THE right place. If you are traveling towards Domburg, Vlissingen in the south of the Netherlands and like oysters, you should turn right to Yerseke and look for this restaurant at the oyster banks in town. The staff is very service-oriented, the mood is lifted and the oysters are perfect

If you’re an oyster lover like me, this is the place to go. I tried the premium oysters, and they were absolutely exceptional—unique and unforgettable. For those who aren’t into oysters, like my wife and son, there are plenty of other delicious options. They ordered the fish and chips, which were perfectly crispy and flavorful. The menu has something for everyone, making it an ideal spot for a family meal. All in all, this was a fantastic lunch experience. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area!

Lovely place to eat some fresh oesters from Yerseke! The stuff was friendly and very attentive. The oesters were fresh. We went for a platter to try different styles. My favorite one was oysters of the chef. They are served as freshly open oysters with a cucumber and an airy mousse of yuzu juice. Supper refreshing and bell combined flavors. The mussels were also very fresh and delicious in a wine sauce. Kibbeling (or Fish and Chips on a menu) was probably one of the best kibbeling I ate so far. I recommend to book a place in advance especially during weekends or a Holliday season. We were lucky to reserve the last spot on the day.

Ik heb er 6 zeer lekkere verse oesters gegeten. Super lekker met een glaasje zeer frisse Chardonnay. Daarna bouillabaisse genomen wat tegenviel. De soep was koud, de krabscharen koud, de gamba was koud, de mosselen en schelpjes waren lauw. Ook vind ik het spijtig dat er alleen droge zalm als vis in zat verwerkt terwijl er toch betere (streek)vis is dan die droge stukjes wat ik had!

The specialty of this restaurant are oysters and mussels. The chef-style oysters were great with lime mousse and coriander pesto, something different. What surprised me was that the menu was only in Dutch. Unusual, people are used to receiving translated cards everywhere. Nevertheless, everything was fine

I decided to set my sights on Oesters & Bubbels for lunch this 7/8 during my visit to Zeeland. The terrace, with a view of the oyster ponds, is very pleasant, the oysters and mussels were delicious, the service pleasant and the prices much lower than those in Belgium. Finally, it should be noted that the terrace is a non-smoking area.

Was actually disappointing..... My husband never wants to eat there again!!!
