These were honestly the tastiest oliebollen and berlinerbollen that I have bought at an oliebollen stall in years. Not those dirty stiff bread balls, but a delicious old-fashioned airy oliebol, as it should be. See you soon!

Fransestraat 23Too bad this organic baker doesn't add iodine to her bread. (Probably due to a persistent belief that everything natural is by definition healthy.) Furthermore, the bread is good, the people are nice and the cakes are very tasty and not too sweet.
