Orientaal Specialiteiten restaurant Nihao in Wijk 00 Beilen

Very good quality food. Not too much sauce and fresh vegetables in the dishes. Delicious! We also consider it the best Chinese restaurant for takeout. We come regularly. Family members who come to dine with us are always very enthusiastic when we order and pick up here! The atmosphere in the restaurant is a bit dated.

Great food. Ni Hao Beilen is on speed dial.

In this review I specifically address the unjustified assessment of the Graveland family. They give this restaurant a single star while the hostesses helped this family very well. I have never experienced such an inappropriate and disrespectful person. Even after several options were offered such as money back, new food, free next time ordering etc., the gentleman was still not satisfied. It was discussed in advance that it would be extremely busy at Christmas and they did everything they could to have all the food ready on time. In any case, I enjoyed it immensely and I recommend this restaurant to everyone. Where there is a passion for cooking and providing good service and friendliness is the norm.

We ordered to take away. First I had to wait 20 minutes. Once home the nasi was very sticky and had little taste. The chicken was not cooked properly. Too bad, but we don't do this anymore unfortunately. How bad, and that at Christmas...

Delicious food for a nice price!

Bit of a boring restaurant where I came to pick up. The taste of the Babi Pangang is slightly different for every Chinese and if you are used to the taste of your regular takeaway address, it is often difficult to match that. Here too, it was just not, or actually not at all, the taste we wanted. Meat too dry and roasted too long or whatever they do with it. Too little sauce and hardly any taste. If I'm in the area again, I will test the other Chinese in Town. Don't call me for this one.

The food was not tasty!! Rice was hard, and spring roll with tasteless meat on top! Really mealy and dirty. The egg in sauce was sour. I have to be honest, this was not recommended. While we had ordered a lot, it was a waste of money. Anyway the staff was friendly. Who knows, it might get better.

My mother and I ended up here by chance on a Monday evening as Ni Hao was the only one in Beilen that was open that evening. How lucky for us because the food was surprisingly delicious and we were looked after so well by the hostess! We didn't finish all of our food because it was large portions, the rest was packed and we could eat it for lunch the next day. Highly recommended for atmospheric enjoyment!

Picked up a choice menu. What's great about this menu is that you can choose from a list and that you don't get those "gross" skewers as standard.

The food at this Chinese is really good. That is really recommended. Only the friendliness and service could really be a lot better. We called at 5:30 PM. It was agreed that dinner would be ready at 7 p.m. Dinner wasn't ready until 7:25 PM. Unfortunately, this is not the first time. Every time you order and you agree on a time, it seems as if they will only prepare it when you are there. In itself it doesn't matter if they say goodbye. The same excuse every time it's busy. I think that's way too easy. This doesn't happen at other restaurants!!! No apology or compensation either. Unfortunately, we will choose a different Chinese restaurant next time we order.

We received a surprise menu for our saved points. Delicious food. Not the standard dishes (read babi pangang) but a real surprise! Unfortunately, the restaurant was otherwise empty, so we had to create the atmosphere ourselves!

Picked up food here during holiday stay. Without communicating by telephone, the waiting time was not too long. Generous portions. Friendly help and delicious food!

Heerlijk gegeten. Vers, mals, wat een goede kok. We hebben samen een rijsttafel besteld, prijs kwaliteit en hoeveelheid overtreft onze verwachtingen. Bediening zeer vriendelijk en beleefd en vlot. Een aanrader!

Ik heb hier samen met mijn moeder gegeten. Eerst telefonisch gereserveerd, was allemaal goed te doen. Het was er voor een zondag heel erg stilen er werd die avond aardig wat afgehaald. Enkele mensen liepen nog door het restaurant om af te halen, wat best wel een beetje storend is. We hadden een Indische rijsttafel besteld voor 2 personen. Was ook zeer goed te doen. Het smaakte allemaal goed. Ik heb zelf nog om sambal gevraagd, aangezien ik van een beetje pit houd. De tafels zijn een beetje aan de kleine kant als je met 4 forse personen zou komen. Leuke, gezellige sfeer met goede bediening. Alleen aan het eind blijft het stil. We zijn toen zelf naar de kassa gegaan om af te rekenen. En dan word je toch nog getrakteerd op een pepermuntje.

Goed lokaal Chinees-Indisch restaurant!!! In de herfstvakantie waren we in Hooghalen. In een impulsief moment kreeg ik 's avonds zin in een ouderwetse bordje "Chinees". Anno 2021 is het een hele uitdaging om in NL een goed Chinees-Indisch restaurant te vinden, zoals dat in de tachtiger en negentiger jaren normaal was. De meeste restaurants zijn van bedenkelijk niveau en vaak niet lekker. Vandaar dat we het thuis niet vaak meer eten. Ni Hao in Beilen kreeg op internet goede recensies. 10 min voor sluitingstijd een portie Nasi Rames speciaal gehaald. Geen probleem, ik hoorde de kok in de keuken hakken, bakken roeren en koken. Dat was veelbelovend. Het eten was vers en ouderwets lekker ( Eighties memories). Goede kwaliteit, geen rommel, fijn gekruid. Ok het is geen Kantonese keuken of culinair verfijnd eten. Het vlees (2x sate, babi pangang, smoorvlees en babi ketjap) was hoe dan ook lekker van smaak en niet vet. Van 1 portie (14,5€) konden drie personen ruim van eten. Ik zeg top gedaan. Vijf sterren. Zijn we ooit weer in de buurt, komen we weer.

Eten afgehaald, de timing was goed. De vrouw achter de balie vriendelijk. Maar het eten was behoorlijk flauw.

Heerlijk gegeten, goede kaart met beperkte maar wel ruim voldoende keuze, wat je bij een chinees niet vaak tegen komt. Aanrader.
