I had an unpleasant ordering experience. However, the owner contacted me the next day and offered a suitable solution.

Decent food for a much too high price. A smash burger, fries, and a shake for 24 euros, so a very steep price. At the snack bar next door, you get it twice for this price. So, no more Oss burgers for me!!!

The wait times are incredibly long, and they don't answer the phone when you call. I won't be ordering from here again.

Very tasty burgers, top quality, and fresh French fries with a cold drink of your choice at a reasonable, fair price. The American competition can hide behind this. Special requests (cheese sauce & teriyaki) were easily fulfilled at no extra charge. I received very friendly and attentive service, with a warm smile as a standard. Many drivers came in several times during my meal to deliver food to go. This speaks to the high level of customer acceptance of the offerings, and the menu overall seems to be very popular. The spare ribs, in particular, were very popular, along with the burgers. Certainly not a restaurant for casual dining (tight space, four small tables inside and another two outside the door!), but the food is excellent. 5 stars ✨️ for the food!!! I would order there again anytime. Thank you and keep up the good work! :)

Don't order here! After waiting an hour and 30 minutes. (I live on the same street.) A €23 burger soaked with grease, making the bun inedible. The burger fell apart. Their "special sauce" is ketchup. Fluffy ice cream with no flavor, frozen cheesecake. Truly disgusting and a waste of money!

Sweet chili sauce, way too spicy. Fries were soggy. Onion rings, not what I'm used to elsewhere. One bite and the whole onion comes with it. The onion wasn't cooked properly, it was too raw. No other sauce was provided, and the cheesecake was still partially frozen. I won't order from here again.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The burgers were amazing. Highly recommended, and the prices are perfectly reasonable.

We were on the road and looking for something tasty. Came up with this and I must say, pleasantly surprised! Friendly service and delicious food. You may pay a little more than at McDonalds, for example, but in our opinion it is certainly worth it in terms of quality. We had a farmers beef burger menu and a BBQ chicken burger, both great! Total €27.90.

Nice Os's Burgers but order without burger. If you call them, they first take orders and ask if you want to wait and then leave the phone off so they cannot be reached. I understand that it can be busy sometimes, but this is really worth it

I order food via Thuisbezorgd.nl. For the first time I waited a long time for delivery, but that was probably due to the use of the burgers in Smaku.

Food is good, but very little for the money you pay. 20 euros for a bag of fries without sauce, and a hamburger sandwich + can. It all tastes really good, but those prices are no longer normal.

The food was super fresh, really tasty and juicy. In Germany there are only a few people who put love into their castles, but with the burger you noticed the freshness and the love, wow. Super nice employees served us very well. If I'm in the area again, definitely again! Great store!

The food here is really great! We regularly pick up food from here or have it delivered. The burgers are good and the hot wings are also delicious! They also have delicious milkshakes (also with more special flavors). What we can't miss are the twister fries, they are nicely seasoned! The service in the store and at home is top notch. The food is always hot and tasty. Os's Burgers is one of the top pick-up places for us!

Opened according to Uber eats and Google Maps. Ordered via Uber Eats. Waiting for an hour and a half for the order. We went to pick up the order in person due to the delay. It turned out to be closed. We were charged for the order and all. A waste of time. Expensive burgers.

Not too long ago I ordered a burger from OS for the first time. Well packaged so arrived warm. When I opened the package, a whole bunch of tortilla chips fell out. So much that I was afraid there wouldn't be a burger in it at all. But nothing could be further from the truth. After expertly removing the Mexican invasion on my Mexican-oriented citizen. Out came a fairly tasty burger. If they were to use the ingredients a little more nuanced, a little more balance in the ratio of meat and additives. Then this is definitely an ok sandwich. Loaded fries were like a pig had been cut apart above the bowl of fries. Although I get the feeling that the bacon came from a package. Taste was mwoaah. Limp, potato-like. A bit too loaded. Which made it a somewhat weak intention. Although for me this was mainly to lay a foundation for the coming evening. And that worked out well. All in all, I would order here again. Although I think they can get more out of it.

First time eating on site, 1x home care. The first big citizens But too many sauces, which made the sandwich completely wet and mushy. It was really hard to eat when it got home. Eating there was the same problem, a little less, but I ate everything.

The order was placed at 5:27 PM for 6:15 PM at 6:45 PM, but I called to see if everything went well with the delivery person. I received the answer that there are more orders in your area, but the delivery person is now on his way. Almost an hour after the agreed delivery time, I have not heard or seen anything. Very disappointing. 7:10 PM our food finally arrived. It was on the cold side, but nevertheless it tasted very good. So take long delivery times into account and order on time!

We stopped by after visiting the garden in Keuken. The burgers were very nice and the fries were freshly made. The staff was nice and answered our questions. I would definitely recommend stopping by.

Ordered delicious burgers again tonight. However, this time the burgers and fries were not really warm. We just warmed this up in the oven. The chicken wings were nice and warm. Unfortunately, a separate bacon boss burger was not included (it was not marked off on the receipt). After a call, it was delivered and warm within 10 minutes. The flavours of the foods and drinks are quite tasty. The variety of foods here are amazing, from chicken to beef to small bites. AND there is no cross contamination, which makes it halal. The one thing I recommend eating is "the Farmer Chicken". This place is one of the places that knows that flavor made out of love.

A very good burger joint. The burgers are large and of very good quality. Extensive menu. Not cheap, but that's fine. Not to eat there (staff is young and does not behave very well when there are guests. Bad jokes, mutual arguments and conflicts).

Things are going wrong more and more often. Things that are not included in the order. So much sauce that the bread has become a kind of sponge. If you order via home delivery, your order will suddenly be removed completely. We were always very satisfied, ordered from here regularly, but are now done with it. If you call, no one can speak to you properly. Ain't no service!

No idea about food. However, the delivery people drive their scooters through the village like fools. They also pass at full speed along the Oude Pomp, a square with a pleasant bustle and playing children, making a lot of noise. This is really out of date.

Spent 50euro here on various burgers, milkshakes and fries. All very disappointing and the order was also incorrect. Also there are often workers and delivery guys just hanging around outside the front door smoking.

I got fries that were clearly re-fried. So no crispy fresh fries, but hard dark brown ones. I know better than anyone what that looks like and tastes like, because I also work in the catering industry. Only we don't serve them that way to our customers... Burger was mediocre. Fine, but I wouldn't go back for it.

Delicious burgers. Have a clean place to wash your hands. I am not fan of their French fries though, too many little hard fries.

Eten is lekker. Zou om 1900 afhalen maar heb nog 25 minuten buiten moeten wachten, waarschijnlijk hele bestelling vergeten te maken.

Cheesecake en brownie zijn niet aan te raden cheesecake net een homp boter en de brownie heeft een rare smaak, ook zaten deze door de hele bezorging alles zat onder. Veder word er geadverteerd met een proefbox boven de 15 euro deze ook niet ontvangen. de desserts zijn iniedergeval niet aan te raden

Kipvleugels te gekruid, eten te laat bezorgd, bestelling niet compleet. Burgers en patat zijn wel ok

Dit hadden we nog niet in Hillegom. Wat een geweldige burgers worden hier gemaakt. Goede kwaliteit en erg lekker.

The burgers store is so cute and the selection of burgers and snacks is just bombastic. Everything we have already tried was super delicious. Also, you are treated super friendly by the staff. Super good management I must say.

Idee is goed. Uitvoering laat te wensen over. Begrijp me niet verkeerd, de burgers zijn prima op smaak. Maar nu al een aantal keer gehad dat het broodje waarop de burger geserveerd wordt totaal desintegreerd op het moment van eten. Wat resulteert in een smeerboel en nogal magere eet-beleving. Tevens vraag ik mij af of er bij Os de kennis is over juist frituren van patat. Vaak zijn ze slap, niet doorbakken. Les 1 op de frituurschool is olie op 180graden en je patat in 2 sessies bakken. Beetje jammer dat jullie deze les blijkbaar geskipped hebben. Anyhow; wat ik wil zeggen is dat het best prima is, maar meer niet. Een degelijk 6,5
