We had a wonderful meal. A fun summer concept. We'd love to come back for a multi-course meal in another season.

We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner at OST restaurant. Delicious food, beautifully presented plates in a pleasant atmosphere. We opted for the 4 course menu, highly recommended! Both the vegetarian and the meat version.

A relaxed spot with the atmosphere of a cozy cafe and the quality of a top-notch kitchen. The service is friendly and knowledgeable, the plates are beautifully presented, and the wines are delicious. The surprisingly wide selection of unique vegetarian dishes is a bonus.

Discovered it yesterday and we're thrilled! What wonderful wines, and the summer menu features delicious small dishes with exciting flavors, unique combinations, and beautifully presented. We thoroughly enjoyed it in a lovely, quiet location near the town center. We'll definitely be back.

In my opinion very overpriced, the prices and portions sizes corresponded to a gourmet restaurant, but the flavors didn't correspond to that. Some of us did not even finish our tiny portions.

Enjoyed delicious food and drinks

Tonight for the first time enjoyed 4-course menu with Lidel promotion!! We could eat on the terrace (atmospheric) slight blooper with ordering the first drink, that was only possible with the first course, sardine. The cava was delicious! Second course was vegetarian also tasty but I am not really a vegetarian. Third course Bavette with delicious sauce. In the meantime also ordered dry white wine last course was delicious cheese board with delicious crackers with rosemary in it and tasty chutney! Finally Irish coffee. The service was customer friendly and clear explanation of the dishes! Definitely recommended we will definitely go back again!

Yesterday for the second time, first time with my wife, we went to eat. The whole picture is right. Delicious food, good wines (and explained and clarified with passion). And a very pleasant informal atmosphere. We will definitely come back.

We had a delicious meal at a very fair price! In terms of refinement (and nutrition), the vegetarian menu was on the same level as the meat menu for which we paid tribute; This is really not the case everywhere... The staff was super friendly, everything in a relaxed atmosphere. Top dinner!

Last Wednesday I enjoyed the four-course menu with matching wines (poached egg, polpo, lamb neck cheeses). Excellent food, in terms of taste, texture and presentation, accompanied by beautifully balanced wines. And all this in a pleasant, informal atmosphere with expert and, as always, friendly service by Sven and Jesse. Until next time!

We had a quiet table in the middle of the room and even though it was full, you didn't have that feeling. The atmosphere is relaxed and the staff is interested and attentive. Nice wine list with many open wines, vegetarian dishes were good and the dishes were well matched. We were very pleased with our dinner at Ost.

Loud grunge/90s music playing. Had a four course meal. Second course was spicy as hell. They didn’t do anything with the feedback on returning the mostly uneaten spicy meal and didn’t warn or change anything and proceeded to serve another spicy course. Desert was the only course I liked. Came home hungry. Won’t go back.

Would have liked to give 10 stars. Just enjoy!

On Saturday evening I came here for dinner with a group of 15 friends. I had made a reservation in advance. We were able to sit together in a separate room with a music system. This was fantastic. The timing of the dishes was perfect. This place has a lot of class. We were all impressed with the food. On top of that, the wine was very tasty - we ordered several bottles. I also thought it was an added value that there were vegetarian and vegan options. Food, service, atmosphere... a big 10/10 in all areas!

3rd time visiting, would definitly go again. Amazing food, cozy & cool atmosphere, knowledgable and passionate staff. The wine and food pairing was very good, with some interesting and unexpected choices. These guys know what they're doing!

No nonsense restaurant with a gourmet menu. Small portions but all taste sensations, beautifully decorated on your plate because the eye also wants something.

Yesterday we had a party with 25 people in this cozy environment. Both the sweets with the coffee and later the snacks were delicious. Nice place with excellent food and drinks and enthusiastic service.

Participated in the wine festival "Klein maar Wijn" Nice location. Great atmosphere. Not too busy. Plenty of space. The prices are high. You don't get many gifts outside of water.

Delicious food. Made with care by a very good chef and something different from the average restaurant in Eindhoven. Creative vegetarian dishes. Nice wine and cozy atmosphere. No small Berg audience so no seeing and being seen. Very nice service and affordable.

What a great experience! I have now eaten and drunk something at Ost several times and every time the experience has been absolutely perfect. The food is really the highlight here, everything was delicious! Also very suitable for vegetarians and vegans. The drinks menu is very varied, from tasty beers to delicious wines. Also very nice to be in the city, but not in an extremely busy place. See you soon!

On the terrace we were spoiled with an excellent 5-course dinner with accompanying wine arrangement. All this in a very pleasant environment with first-class service. Had a wonderful evening.

Visited during a wine and food walk, so did not make your own choice in terms of food and drinks. It was the highlight of the day, especially the service and atmosphere were great. We will definitely go back for more food and drinks.

Sven and his team have built a very interesting and distinctive restaurant in central Eindhoven.

This was our first time at OST trying their a la carte menu after having been there before for drinks and their 4 course surprise menu. Everything from the small bites, starters and main course were excellent. I had the octopus and lamb (see pics) and both were very tasty and surprisingly large portions. A large selection of open wines allowed us to mix and match per course too. Situated a few steps outside of the center it doesn't really qualify as a hidden gem, I guess, but judging by the couple of empty tables last Saturday this restaurant isn't being found as often as it should be!

Original menu, use of good (local) ingredients, a good atmosphere and great service!

We attended 150 x 150 dinner, it was an amazing evening. Every plate looked like a small work of art, the chefs mix extraordinary flavours, with very tasty wine pairings.

We had dinner on Friday evening, May 31, we thought the food was overly expensive, had no taste and was far too little for the money, unfortunately you will never see us again. But the service was very friendly and professional and they did their utmost

A real addition to Eindhoven! Everything fresh and homemade, where do you still see that? In this price range you will not find better quality for miles around. The octopus is definitely recommended and all wines are European :)

We were 15 people for a drink and a pastry. Delicious freshly made pastries, friendly service and we were able to sit outside on the terrace at a large high table. A nice place just away from the hustle and bustle. Definitely worth a visit!

Overhyped and overpriced restaurant. The menu is unique but the service level is very low. Dinner took took 1.5 hrs to serve, yet they forgot to serve an item. The staffs were friendly but weren't attentive. They waiters never came back asking for additional drinks. I wouldn't recommend Ost for dinner 🚷. However, will recommend for drinks and bites. I will visit another time, and If the service level improves, then will adjust the rating.

Yesterday we ate and drank delicious food at their new location on Paradiselaan. Received good advice from the very friendly lady at the counter. Will definitely come back here!

Super ambiance, delicious wine!

In short: Excellent place if you'd like to pick from a pretty unique menu, and a bit more special than the average Eindhoven restaurant - without immediately shelling out for fine dining. Would 100% recommend for that! Original and well-prepared food, excellent service Longer version: I've had two experiences dining at OST so far. A company lunch with about 20 people and a diner with 4. Both instances surpassed expectations. For the business lunch, we were on a budget, but wanted to be a bit more creative than the normal tapas. OST definitely delivered, and everyone had a very nice time - with some last-minute accommodations to boot. For a more private setting, I would say OST really manages to fill the gap between 'getting a quick bite' and fine dining. The menu is creative, food prepared well (and also very nicely presented!), and not unimportantly, they managed to serve it at very reasonable prices. If you want to eat out and be a bit more special than your average pub menu, or one of the gazillion quick asian places, look no further than OST (even the olives had a signature twist/dressing on it). You can have a very nice three course meal with original choices that you will not see on other menus. Also plenty of veggie choices. There's plenty of drinks to match your taste - not a huge wine list, but what they have (and what we managed to drink ;)) was definitely well chosen (and I actually appreciate not having to choose from hundreds of wines). Besides that you can choose from some whiskies, plenty of beer choices and also original non-alcoholic offerings (infused drinks!). Additionally, service was excellent. You can tell they want you to feel welcome, and if you have any comments or remarks, that you feel free to ask them. Hospitality is definitely one of their strong suits. Definitely try this place out if you're looking to dine in Eindhoven.

On our trip to The Netherlands, we just happened upon this place. It’s a bit off the beaten path, but we just loved it! As the Dutch would say…it has a really “gezellig” vibe. Everyone was so friendly and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. We highly recommend you give this place a try.
