A great choice for lunch and dinner 👍 The portions are very filling and really delicious. The staff are friendly and fast. Our orders arrived hot and we didn't wait long despite the place being crowded. Watching the sudden rain under the umbrellas while eating is very enjoyable. The outdoor heaters are very stylish and add a nice atmosphere. The food, staff and ambiance get full marks from me 👍

Had a delicious meal for a great price! Could taste it was made fresh. Ate here for 40 euros for two. Cozy atmosphere on the terrace. Great for people-watching and chatting. Definitely recommended!

We had an evening at this restaurant via an external event agency. The place has atmosphere and the staff was friendly and quick. We started at 7:00 PM and didn't get the first appetizers until after 8:00 PM. They might have been tasty, but there was so much garlic in them that my stomach didn't like it. It was really in everything… Also, the time between the different courses was simply too long and unacceptable. I understand that the restaurant makes a lot of money on drinks, because a lot of those were ordered. But the food was a real disappointment. The next day, I had heartburn from the garlic like never before in my life. Would I come back here privately? Probably not…

Cozy tapas restaurant in the old market square. Nice seating both inside (upstairs) and outside on the terrace. I find the downstairs seating less inviting. The nachos and garlic bread are highly recommended!

Great food, got a free beer shower. Entire backpack soaked including myself, can happen. Nothing was done about it. Tip for next time; perhaps offer a compensation on the bill, it remains incredibly annoying…

For Mother's Day we wanted to go to Paddy's again, we have been going there for years and it has always been good and you can sit there wonderfully when the weather is nice. Unfortunately this time it turned out to be a big disappointment. When we wanted to order, it turned out that a number of dishes were not available. 10 dishes out of 30 I think is quite a lot. Especially the usual tapas were not available. This was already the disappointment, because of this we had to choose other dishes than we had in mind. Normally that would not have been a problem, but the quality of the dishes was no longer as it always was. €12.50 for 6 small slices of beef tataki that are also dry and tasteless is crazy. At most restaurants you can get a reasonable starter for that. Then don't put it on the menu if the purchase is too expensive for you. The rest of the dishes also had little taste. Only the Sambrosa bread had a good taste. When paying, my mother indicated that it was not really to her liking and why. An employee who was free, because he had been sitting on the terrace drinking wine all evening, spoke to her. The answer she got: "then you shouldn't come on Sunday, because then there are often dishes gone" and "we are not all you can eat". If you have that every Sunday, you might as well close the place. The fact that you can't take crowds into account with this nice weather and Mother's Day seems to say something about the way of purchasing, especially if this is apparently the case every week. Hospitality is also not very high on the agenda, or is even hard to find. Since we had made the comment that it was bad that so much was not there, the lady serving was no longer enjoyable. This also became apparent afterwards when we paid. Maybe she should look for another job. It is a great shame that such a previously nice and good business has gone downhill so much. I understand that everything has become more expensive and that it is becoming more difficult to be a restaurant with such high purchases, but this is really the wrong kind of frugality. The only thing that is nice is that you can sit there on a warm day, unfortunately we will not come back and as the reaction was, they do not care what a guest thinks. You are not taken seriously as a guest here. Advice for future guests: DO NOT GO ON SUNDAY!

Placed a drink order via QR code, only for snacks everything was 'sold out'. I asked the waiter and he indicated that it was deliberate because customers always ordered things incorrectly. So we ordered a basket of baguette with spread from him. Guess what, we only got it when our drinks were almost gone. So that didn't go well for them...

Unfortunately... previously always to your liking. But now a very heavy downer. Went with the kids to celebrate an anniversary, but we were not looked after at all, we had service at our table twice in an hour and a half and we only received the first round of our order and only 1 of the five dishes of the second round. Too bad, but unfortunately, from favorite to severely disappointed. Especially the feeling that no one cares about you and that you are actually sitting at a table with empty glasses, not like we were used to from Paddy's.

The worst experience ever! I was out with my colleges for a weekend in this club for the first time in my life. I am psychologist from Canada. I have psoriasis on my head and I wear a hat in public spaces. When I was entering this club the security guy asked me to take off my hat which I found disturbing, and even if I said I would prefer not to, he insisted that I must. SO I DID but I was embarrassed because of my psoriasis and instead of a hat I wore my jacket hoody later on. He came to me again and asked to take off my hoody. I asked why and the answer was: "because I said so" ! Then I asked him and who are you to tell me to take off my hoody??? And he throw me out of the club. He seems to have psychopathic and narcissistic trates and I do not recommend no one to go out to this place because of those sketchy- full of themselves - weak - women molesting security. V.

Cozy terrace and gluten-free menu! It took a while to find the menu, but in the end I was able to eat delicious tapas. Afterwards I had no problems, so it is gluten-free, suitable for celiac disease in my experience. They work neatly in the kitchen👍 Great place for better wines than sloppy wine.

Had to wait a long time for the food and drinks. A bowl of salsa sauce over the clothes, unfortunately nothing was done with it. No drink or discount. A bit of a shame

Paddys is my go to place in enschede. Whether for lunch, dinner, drinks or just sitting outside for a drink. Variety of food, and I never tried something I didn't like. Prices are super fair and portions are big. I love Saturday nights parties, the music, the vibes.

I ate a very hearty and tasty dinner there, and the rest that I couldn't eat was packed for me with a smile. Thank you to the entire team for such a warm welcome. I recommend this restaurant to everyone, because it's worth going there at least once. Isabel was the best waiter! Such a sweetheart and very attentive.

I ordered fries. I waited more than 30 minutes, while later ordered fries were served. Turned out that they forgot my order. Guess what they did? Instead of making a proper one, they gather some leftover fries and serve it, yes, those small greasy and super salty ones, which are usually left in the bottom of your fries.

Crappy tent. Staff super rude and SLOW. I walked away because it took me too long.

Just had dinner here, but unfortunately it was a disappointing experience. The restaurant was almost empty, but we still had to wait a very long time for the various dishes. Moreover, we had to ask several times if we could order something. To our surprise there were no more fries available. When we pointed this out, we received the response: “Yes, we often have that on Sundays, when a lot of it is already gone.” That's not acceptable, is it? We shared our experience at checkout, but nothing was done about it. All in all, we were very disappointed.

Been coming here for over 20 years. Always been satisfied. Unfortunately a bad experience today. Very long wait for food (while it was not super busy and service was adequate). Drinks are placed on the table, distribute yourself. Empty containers of food are not cleared away. Very unfortunate.

Not a warm evening, but still 30 degrees in there. Everyone throws their hard plastic cups on the floor. If we forgot a jacket, we wanted to go back in before the end of the workday and we weren't allowed to go back. We would have waited with 6 people and one would have gone in. Bouncer very rude, when you asked if you could pick up your jacket on Sunday you were made fun of and laughed at. Unfortunately, the jacket is now left there. Very nice city but very bad shop.

I wasn't allowed to go out on Saturday night because I was wearing a tank top. My friends were already inside. The security guard told me to put on a shirt (as if I had one with me when I went out). I wasn't even allowed to tell my friends that I was refused, I had to call them. I made it clear to the security guard that this is sexism, girls are allowed in with a top on and I, as a man, am not. Then those girls have to get out too. I think you should draw a single line in this, but no, of course they don't. Pure sexism… I never have to go back there again!!

Unfortunately this evening another refugee grabbed my drink and started drinking it. Of course I responded to this because it was not nice. I told him that it is not okay that it is not nice and asked him to leave to avoid a fight in front of guards. And the guards got everything. Unfortunately there was a Dutch guard who was not on my side and was probably in charge. I politely explained to him that he took my drink and explained to him honestly what exactly happened. Furthermore, this gentleman had no reaction to it even though I had said that I wanted to have a nice time with my wife who I had just proposed to and was certainly not looking for a fight and that I certainly wanted to avoid it. I literally did everything I could to keep it fun with my friends and my wife. Do you have those refugees again who are ruining it and I say that as someone with Turkish descent. I have respect for all refugees who are respectful and neat like most Dutch people. But this went a little too far!!! I hope this matter will be resolved and something will be done about it! Useless guards! Kick out someone who is in the wrong!

I sat outside and had a nice view of the church and the square. The service was good. The salad was delicious. Unfortunately all the drink glasses and the table were sticky. The prices are reasonable.

I've been there before and everything always went well. But not this time. You should check the qualifications of your employees more carefully and explain to them that when you are at work, you should work, not chat with your girlfriends and think that the whole world can wait for you. And if you want to resolve a service issue with the administrator, everyone doesn't care, you'll just be kicked out of the facility. Such behavior by employees in the service sector is unacceptable.

Unfortunately the experience was not that good, which has been the case in the past. We came here quite a bit, but a lot has changed in a short time. Long wait for the dishes (tapas), sometimes 45 minutes (this can of course happen once in a while, but please indicate this) the quantity of the dishes has been halved, but the price has not. and unfortunately the quality is no longer what it was (little taste) And then the service (not all of them) who coldly tells us that when ordering we had to indicate that it should not take that long because we were going to do something else and had to be there at 7:00 PM. and then had no intention of asking the kitchen how things were going. In short, a very bad experience and probably the last. Another positive ending: the place remains fantastic!

I was able to go last minute to celebrate my grandmother's 95th birthday. I was helped so well from A to Z. Making the reservation, discussing the menu and the service was, in a word, perfect. I received great help with decorating and the service was great. Thank you all for the good care! We enjoyed it, my grandmother especially.

Whenever we are in Enschede we have to go to paddy's! Their aioli is the best ever!!!! Normally we eat tapas there, but yesterday we had a delicious bowl with pieces of salmon and stir-fried vegetables and the food was delicious again. This is really worth a visit!!! A bit pricey.

We were there late in the evening to celebrate a bit. Prices are okay, but unfortunately it is far too crowded there. You can't move an inch. When we went to pick up our jackets, I got the wrong jacket. When I asked the lady that this jacket wasn't mine, all she said was that I should please come back after 4 a.m. (it was around 1 a.m.). The lady yelled at me and rejected me. This shop is impossible.

Waited half an hour on the terrace, no one came to help us, then we spoke to someone who could only serve, okay, fine, then you assume, he will let us know, nothing yet, then we speak to someone at the tables around us who is taking orders. recording is of people who were there much later than us and they just turn around and walk away. Reserved, upstairs nice place for dinner, we were not allowed to sit, downstairs we had to choose a spot, very small tables, messy space for a nice meal. Chosen for shared dining, nice concept, but if you indicate that something ordered has not been received, you will get the answer "didn't you pay for it separately?" had to ask for plates and the new rounds were almost thrown on the table on top of what was still there, it also took quite a while before staff came to you. For me certainly not recommended in terms of service, separately the dishes were excellent, the only downside was that no explanation was given for the chef's dishes as this was not known. In short, this place will suffice for a quick bite/lunch, but the space downstairs is more of a pub. Perhaps a tip to indicate when making an online reservation where you want to reserve, upstairs or downstairs.

Delicious food (shared dining). Nice concept. Great for the little eater and friendly staff. Sometimes it took a while before an employee came by. But I was in nice company so it wasn't such a disaster.

Lovely place for a drink and a snack. We sat on the veranda, wonderfully under the heaters.

Unfortunately the food was not what we expected! A few pepper strips that were quite expensive with leftover pieces of fries 🤨 Unfortunately we won't be back there…

Leuke tent direct aam de oude markt in enschede. Mooi terras aansluitend op de buren. Hip zitten wel veel studenten. Ooh ja is studenten stad. Eten is ok maar niet geweldig. Voor een borrel en hapje meer dan goed. Later op de avond wordt de zaak omgebouwd tot swing cafe, erg leuk😀

The food was fantastic , we chose Ceaser salad, Paddys Burger an Clubsandwich. The Clubsandwich was probably the best an biggest clubsandwich you can get for just 10€

De tapas hier is erg goed. De menukaart is laatst veranderd, hierdoor is er van zondag tot en met donderdag minder keus qua tapas. Wel hebben ze shared plates en die zijn erg top! Service duurde wat langer dan we gewend zijn, maar dat kan uiteraard een keer gebeuren.

Das Essen war sehr lecker. Die Preise sind okay und die Lage ist mitten in der Stadt echt toll. Dass die Speisekarte nur auf niederländisch ist, ist sehr schade!

Das Personal war super freundlich.Die Getränke waren auch gut. Gegessen haben wir dort nicht dazu kann ich nichts sagen. Das einzige was mich etwas gestört hat waren die unsauberen Toiletten. Aber das ist ja leider sehr häufig so, wenn viele Leute eine Lokalität besuchen.

De bediening niet goed.geen ijs in drankje maar wel gekregen 2x .alles bleef op tafel liggen. Drank werd steeds minder.Giovannie kreeg geen eten optijd .alleen eten ook nog .nee niet echt te spreken. Vroeger was het anders

The best dance floor in town. However, the DJ should update the set list. Every weekend he plays the same songs, and they are a bit outdated I'd say 😆 Please add songs that ppl are listening today, not just those from the 2000's 😅

Vroeger vaste klant bij Paddys, maar sinds corona verbaas ik me over de klantvriendelijkheid en het personeel. Niet alleen bij Paddys overigens. Gister na lange tijd Paddys toch maar weer geprobeerd, nieuwe kaart dus ipv tapas een maaltijd besteld. Na een uur wachten even gevraagd waar het eten bleef, komt eraan zei de dame. Na anderhalf uur, nogmaals gevraagd. Oh sorry de bestelling is vergeten... toen zijn we maar weggegaan nog niet eens een drankje voor het ongemak aangeboden gekregen. Heb zelf 7 jaar in de horeca gewerkt en iedereen kan iets vergeten maar niet tot 2 keer toe en het dan niet netjes oplossen!

Veels te duur voor de hoeveelheid die je krijgt. We dachten na een paar gerechtjes te hebben gehad maar patat A 6 euro erbij te doen. Nou je kon ze gewoon tellen zo weinig patat. Hooguit 15 frietjes. Alle gerechtjes kosten gemiddeld 8 euro. Maar was dat het niet waard. Niet dat het niet lekker was. Maar ook voor tapas te weinig.

Vooral veeeel Lekker tapas en leuke sfeer en bediening.
