Perla di Roma was a fantastic dining experience! The Carbonara was rich and flavorful, the Lasagna perfectly baked, and the Quattro Formaggi was a cheesy delight. The Pollo Penne Pasta was hearty with a creamy sauce that tied it all together beautifully. The star of the meal, though, was the homemade tiramisu—so soft, creamy, and absolutely delicious. We were also treated to bread with garlic butter (on the house!), which was warm and perfectly seasoned. The complimentary shots added a fun, festive touch to the evening. What really stood out was the excellent customer service—the staff were respectful, attentive, and made us feel truly welcome. With great food and warm hospitality, Perla di Roma is a place we’d love to visit again!

Have had pizza delivered regularly or picked up a pizza every now and then. Super tasty. Fresh. The new owner has been there for about 2 years now, I think. Happy for him that things are going well.

Staff is really friendly. We Ordered pasta, the Guy ask us to take a salad as a appetizer before. We also Ordered this. Minutes later He came Back with two huge salads plates. Crazy... In result we payed 93 Eur for 2. We payed for four (!) Main courses. Unbelievable! We both dont look like we can eat 2 plates of Main courses, so we felt a little bit joked. Meal was'nt any Special, rather ordanary. It Looks and taste Like homecooking. Meals in the Restaurant do not Looks Like Meals on the Menücard in the Internet . This is almost deception! Remember, If a there are less or No other guests inside an unknown Restaurant, dont Go in!

We ate here for the first time today! Been driving by for years! From the outside it didn't look 'wow' but I learned: 'Don't judge a book by its cover!' I'm quite satisfied because I ordered a Calzone pizza, but their Calzone isn't what I'm used to. I saw that at home when I read their menu. I called to ask what the options were and it turned out that I could get all the ingredients the way I wanted. All I can say is that my pizza was delicious, and so big that I had to take the rest home in a 'doggie bag'! My family was also very satisfied with their pizza, so we will definitely go back! Ciao!🍕

Rip offs, very bad place, pizzas seemed ready-made. Ordered a total of 4 liters of wine for 23 euros per liter, and received 4 previously opened warm 0.75l bottles of wine that ultimately cost us 27 euros per bottle. After we said something about it, the owner absolutely did not cooperate. Clerk on the other hand was nice, cute and honest about the owner being very bad.

Very hospitable and friendly owner. Arrived on spec and no problem at all. We were surprised with live music, which was a very nice and beautiful revival of a quiet evening. Had melon with ham and carpaccio beforehand. Always wonder how they choose their melons, so deliciously sweet. As a main course, Filet del o chef and veal oyster with mushroom cream sauce. Delicious baked potatoes and spinach were also served separately. For dessert, vanilla ice cream with amarene cherries and panna cotta. Had a quick chat with the owner. Turns out he took over about a year ago and made some changes. To conclude, a drink from the company. In any case, we had a delicious meal.

A place that exists for 35 years and we returned there after many years. The owner was friendly and the place is very cozy. The pizza’s are excellent. They also had a young pianist who played well and which created that little extra you sometimes need.

The meal was very delicious and the serving was really kind. The owner took care of us and we had a delightful time there.

It was too quiet for a Saturday evening. The live piano concert made up for a lot. The ossobuco dish was a bit too pricey in terms of price-quality ratio.

I ordered at 9:30 PM got the pizza 11:07 PM literally almost 2 hours later. In fact, the pizza was so cold, I was so shocked. I had to put the pizza in the oven myself to warm it up. I called back to the office but was no longer answered!!!! I've never experienced it this bad!

Cozy restaurant, we did have to ask if the music could be turned down a bit and that was no problem (friendly owner who served us himself). As a starter we had an antipasti mista for 4 people, which was not on the menu but they made it at our request, which was excellent. The pizza was also very good, thin crispy crust, something I am critical of.

Decent quality food. Nothing spectacular but still quality pizza. Overal atmosphere is good and feels authentic. Service could be better, few times some order lines were 'forgotten" and not followed up on despite it being relatively quiet. Overal slightly overpriced for what you get but certainly not bad either.

They welcomed us with delicious bread, and at the end they also offered us a complimentary house digestif, Amaretto. We were not charged for any of that! Exquisite food and excellent service ☺️ A complete Italian experience. Highly recommended!!

We kwamen hier vroeger vaak. We maakten mee dat de toenmalige eigenaar ziek werd en zijn personeel/collega's/vrienden het stokje overnamen. Die eigenaar is toen overleden en ik heb geen idee of het nog steeds gerund wordt door dezelfde mannen. De smaak is in ieder geval nog steeds hetzelfde. Mijn vader is inmiddels ook overleden maar hij was er toch een klein beetje bij doordat we zijn favoriet (spaghetti carbonara) besteld hadden

Zeer teleurgesteld, overgebleven koude pizza kost absoluut niet zoveel, het is zonde van de tijd en het geld.

Wir waren zum Abendessen hier und aßen Pizza. Pizza war leider nicht sonderlich gut. Der Teig war Recht gut, jedoch war der Belag schlecht und wirkten nicht frisch. Dazu relativ teuer. Das Restaurant sah Gemütlich und angenehm aus.

Zaterdag nog geweest met 8 man. Super service en eten! Uitgebreid menu kaart met deskundig advies van de bediening. Zeker een aanrader!

Fantastisch, do it! Perla di Roma zou eigenlijk Perla di Johan Huizingalaan moeten heten :-) Het hele restaurant was afgehuurd voor ons door een grote groep vrienden. Ze wilden een feest geven op een centrale en goed bereikbare locatie. Ik heb begrepen dat de eigenaar en het personeel super fijn mee dachten. Uiteindelijk hebben ze alle tafels en stoelen opgeruimd zodat we er allemaal in pasten en genoeg plek hadden om heerlijk te kletsen en te dansen. En plek hadden we nodig, want we kwamen met veel meer mensen (150!) dan we hadden afgesproken. Zelfs toen het bier dreigde op te raken (we waren dorstig), wisten ze raad en werd er vlot meer geregeld. Heel fijn hoe flexibel en vriendelijk iedereen bleef. Een echte aanrader (ook wel Perla), behalve het lekkere eten, ook voor een feest dus. Lies

Fantastisch Italiaans restaurant met zeer vriendelijk personeel, bediening professioneel, gastvrij en attent. De pizza’s zijn heerlijk, smaakt naar echte Italiaanse pizza met knapperige en dunne bodem. Goede wijn, goed menu, verrassende keuzes. Boven verwachting! Heerlijk gegeten. Aanrader!

Vandaag met de kids wezen eten. Wij zijn zeer gastvrij ontvangen. Hebben een Pizza Pollo, Pizza Funghi en een Artisjokken salade besteld met frietjes. Als vooraf lekker verse warme broodjes met knoflookboter van het huis. Pizza’s waren goed. Rijkelijk gevuld en een dunne korst. Ook mijn salade was lekker. Komen er zeker nog een keer!

Gezellig leuk romantisch riumte

Ik was vandaag in dit restaurant met een vrouw. Ik vond echt alles leuk: het eten is heerlijk, de obers zijn vriendelijk. De eigenaar kwam persoonlijk langs en vroeg of alles in orde was. We bestelden pizza en pasta - erg lekker en een goede prijs. Aanbevolen

met de nieuwe eigenaar zijn er veel dingen op een betere manier veranderd, zoals de service en de muziek waardoor ik een echte Italiaanse sfeer voelde, we hadden de Minestrone-soep en de spaghetti con pollo carbonara en ik kan zeggen dat dit een van de beste was beste die ik ooit heb geproefd, dankzij de chef-kok en het personeel!

Oef, de krimpflatie heeft toegeslagen bij Perla di Roma! Ik haalde een vegetarische calzone en een voorgerecht. De calzones waren voorheen altijd zwaar en heel rijk gevuld, nu kreeg ik een licht miezerig klein plat calzonetje met weinig ingredienten erin. Het voorgerecht: Twee plakjes aubergine, vier gedroogde tomaatjes, wat mozzarella en tomatensaus. Voor 16 euro. De broodjes met kruidenboter zijn ook niet meer wat ze geweest zijn. Veel minder, kleiner en compacter. Het goede nieuws: Het eten was wel heerlijk.

I ordered Bistecce al Pepe and it was definitely worth every penny. 💯💯

Eten was goed helaas heel vervelend eten met alle fruitvliegjes!! Super irritant voor de rest was het eten goed.

The Melanzane alla parmigiana was amazing, it was truly a delight to try for the first time, the service was amazing and when dining and enjoying the main course, the ‘Salmone alla Griglia’ I couldn’t wait, as soon as it arrived I waisted absolutely no time and demolished the dish. That’s how you know the food here is quite Lavish when you don’t even get a picture of the main course because you finished it too fast, this should already tell you the outstanding quality of the food here and the team at Perla Di Roma.

Honest is not a good place to go, is expensive for a food that is not so good ( chicken carbonara???? How they invented that ) and is a old place. Plus, food take more than one hour. Sorry but is not a place to recommend.

Ik heb gisteren mijn favoriete restaurant Perla Di Roma bezocht. Ik ben een frequente gast, maar ik heb op geen enkele manier een beoordeling over deze plek achtergelaten. Ik ging vaak naar het restaurant onder de oude eigenaar en nu ga ik naar de eigenaar. Wat ik wil zeggen is dat het concept van het restaurant is veranderd, het hele team is nieuw, ze benaderen hun werk professioneler. Je voelt de sfeer van Italië-Dit is een klein stukje Italië in Amsterdam. Ik bestel graag pizza en lasagne en een glas wijn. Pizza is ongelooflijk, lasagne is beter voor u om te proberen - woorden kunnen deze smaak niet beschrijven. Erg lekker. De nieuwe eigenaar is zeer gastvrij, super sfeer. Ik raad iedereen aan om dit kleine hoekje van Italië te bezoeken. Het is een geweldige plek.
