A great place to get Surinamese food. We came here for the first time because we were in the area and fancied sandwiches. We chose a curry chicken sandwich and a chicken ketjap sandwich, and they were really delicious. The rolls were nice and crunchy, with sour and pepper, perfectly balanced in taste. You can really taste that the food is made with love. The value for money is excellent, and it is clear that this place does not work with ready-made meals, but prepares everything fresh. In addition, the staff was incredibly friendly and relaxed. Normally I don't write a review quickly, but for this case I would like to make an exception!

Our favorite takeaway Surinamese dining spot and a hidden gem. The nasi chicken is a real soul food for us and we always look forward to the next order. Price quality is very good and the owners are very friendly. We highly recommend them and hope to enjoy them for years to come.

Today we ate 2 delicious Surinamese meals again! The Klaroen Moksi-Alesi and Afu Masoes and Afoe blacka-pesi Moksi-Alesi were delicious🤗 and to top it off we washed down the tasty food with ginger beer and markoesa juice💯 Thank you🙏🏾

The chicken ketjap sandwich made my day! The bread was firm on the outside and soft on the inside. The sandwich was more than generously filled with tender chicken thigh. The chicken was marinated with good flavor and the sweet and sour gave the sandwich a firm bite. Thank you and see you again soon!

First of all, roti does not belong to Surinamese Creole cuisine but to Hindustani Surinamese cuisine. Secondly, they only sell halal meat and flaunt it like they have won gold.

Staff are super friendly. It smells wonderful when you enter. I called in advance. It was ready within fifteen minutes. Roti was really delicious. sambal was nice and spicy.

I just went here for Roti for the first time with my dad. I had the Roti with chicken breast and it was really good. Roti skin was really fresh and the cheese band with potato was also tasty! It wasn't very salty either and it came with a bowl of sambal. Chicken fillet was really good and tender, without being greasy. The woman who works here makes it herself, and I really like the effort and passion she has for cooking. + the food was still warm. I hate it when I go to pick up food and it's already completely cold and soggy. Conclusion: This girl has smacked 10/10

I went to Phia's Smulparadijs for the first time with my daughter. After looking for a long time which roti shop is the best. It used to be the Midnight Roti Company. Has now become a crap tent. mash roti in a bag. paying a lot of money for crappy food. But """" At Phia,s Smulparadijs a world opened up for me. Whoa, what a delicious roti they really have freshly made there with passion by the owners. I think this is the best roti place in The Hague, you really get value for your money. lots of fresh and hospitable. Thank you Phia's, I had a great time. Wow, I can't remember ever eating such a delicious Surinamese sandwich!!

We were very curious because of the high scores and the hilarious presentation of the specials. When we arrived after an afternoon on a sports field, we were hungry for something small, so we opted for a cod sandwich and markoesa juice. Both were WONDERFUL and it gave us full confidence for the main event. It turned out just fine because our moksi alesi and roti were very tasty. Inconvenient that it takes us an hour and a half drive to get something there, but it will definitely happen again. Denying yourself this would be stupid! @team Phia's, thanks for a great experience. We ended up by chance (we were touring with our convertible on this warm sunny Saturday) at this eatery that lives up to its name! We both ate a delicious sandwich on the cozy terrace and when we ate it we wanted more! So we also brought 2 meals, which were DELICIOUS and Phia is a super friendly hostess. Het is oke. Roti weinig smaak, geen ei, veel aardappel. Vaak 's avonds 18:30 uitverkocht omdat het vers wordt gemaakt. Gelukkig niet pittig. Beetje saai/flauw. Bami, veel deeg weinig groenten. Handig voor een noodgeval.
