This is truly terrible. I ordered 4 kapsalons, and after waiting 2 hours, we received 4 kapsalons with grey vegetables, chunks of tomato, half onions, crispy fried cheese, and burnt döner. I wouldn't even give this to my dog.

I eat here for the first time they where very polite and the food was very good!

It was finally delivered after waiting for over 2 hours. We were told on the phone that they were busy and that we could cancel. The food wasn't good either, so this is the last time for us.

Very bad experience with Pizza 076 via Takeaway.com. My order was never delivered, even though the status in the app showed "delivered". After a missed call from the courier, the restaurant was unreachable. Furthermore, we went to the restaurant twice during the stated opening hours, but both times it was closed. These systemic problems with both delivery and customer service are unacceptable. I strongly advise against this restaurant and its practices.

We placed an order, waited an hour, called, and were then told that we had to wait another hour. This is unbelievable and ridiculous, so we cancelled the order.

Really bad food. The kapsalon was absolutely not freshly made. The fries looked like they were from the day before. This is really not what you expect when you pay for something. Even if this restaurant gave me this food for free, I still wouldn't eat it. I will never get anything here again.

I waited another 15 minutes, but called again to ask where the food was. The drive only takes 10 minutes, so where is it after practically 2.5 hours? There was a long silence on the other end until he asked if I just wanted to cancel the food. I just said yes and walked to the chip shop. The food wasn't even for me, but for my grandma; this is sad. And you can't even cancel your food once it's on its way, so the food was just sitting there in the shop.

After offering to pick it up ourselves, it still took half an hour, and we weren't even offered a decent discount after waiting three hours. Worthless!

I'll never order from them again. Rude bunch. You order a pizza, it takes ages, they bring it, but they don't ring the doorbell. They call you from a strange number that flagged my phone as suspected spam and therefore didn't ring. Then you call back, and they barely speak Dutch. And you can kiss your pizza goodbye, and neither can your money. The pizzas aren't good either. Please don't order from them. Truly awful.

Portions were also very small. The staff was unfriendly and rude, both on the phone and during delivery. They did offer a refund, but only if I picked it up myself. I don't consider that a solution. Being busy is no excuse for being late, eating raw food, or treating customers this way. I do not recommend this restaurant.

The food was a huge disappointment. We ordered with friends, were looking forward to it, and expected good/normal quality. We're not very picky, after all. Unfortunately, the food was really not good, even a bit disgusting. The special frikandellen were, unfortunately, the worst we've ever had. The frikandellen were hard, almost no sauce, the onion was in long strips instead of shredded pieces, and those were also hard. Many of the fries and chicken were burnt. The fries and fried onions were soft, and the chicken was hard. There wasn't much cheese sauce on the loaded fries. Delivery also took a while. The delivery person was very friendly otherwise. But we won't be ordering from here again because of the food.

Dramatic, 4/5 fries and 1/5 doner kebab at the kapsalon. There's no menu in the restaurant; you have to check the website yourself. The food quality is also completely subpar.

In 15 years of ordering, this was by far the worst. Kapsalon, the fries looked like they'd been refried from an old batch. Not a bit hard... but just hard as a rock. They'd turned the cheese into a rubber mat. The durum fit between my little finger and my hand, so thin and so little. I ordered after midnight, so Pietje probably didn't feel like it. I live 5 meters away, but never again. It also looks like they're doing fake reviews on Thuisbezorgd. Please go bankrupt so there's room for something even better.

The worst pizza I've ever eaten. The dough was raw and stuck to the box. The only part that came loose from the box was the edge. Waited almost 1.5 hours for delivery. I don't recommend it.

Via the app they indicate a waiting time of 15 - 40 minutes. Fine of course. After installation this turned out to be 150 minutes. In the end I ordered and cycled to the jumbo.

Ordered falafel via their site. Were immediately called (neatly) that they do not have falafel so that the money will be refunded within 5 working days. It has now been a month, 2 telephone calls and 2 emails later, with several promises that we will get it refunded, but we have still not received any money back.

Ordered Kapsalon shawarma It would take 30 minutes. The hair salon will only be delivered after 60 minutes. And the entire hair salon is bandaged and there are all black burnt pieces in it. Unable to eat, very disappointed.

Friday 8-11 delivered via home a 5 person family box chicken, ordered a Turkish bread and 2 sauce, waited 50 minutes and the delivery person had all stops in between, food was really cold. Instead of 36 pieces of chicken, only 18 delivered, no bread, 1 bag of cold fries but 11 sauces. And that for €50 Called the business and the employee acknowledged the error and would refund the money. Unfortunately again empty promises, nothing was paid back, very bad things and poor service

Just got a durum, crispy lettuce and well seasoned meat. Nothing burnt and it was on the table quickly. Friendly man behind the counter. If you are in a hurry you have to get it, as is the case with every take away. 5 stars from me

Retarded tent. First a brat from Thuisbezorgd who forgets my drink. Then I get a bloated sandwich with a frikandel in it that smells like shit, while I had ordered a Mexicano sandwich...

The fries were not well done, with the frikadel special you hardly get any sauce or onions, see photo. The kapsalon donur was a bowl of chicken nuggets with fries in between. You try to call all evening to report this, but they just don't answer. Disgusting tent!

Best in town Edit on 06-04-2024: After the renovation it looks great! I recently ate in the restaurant and it was delicious again. But it is also always good to have it delivered; always friendly staff, the food is always good, (You have to try the döner, sooo delicious!) Since I first ordered here years ago, I haven't come anywhere else anymore, because no other pizza/shawarma place can match this! I can recommend everyone to eat here at least once or order food, try it and taste the difference.

I order a lot here just because it's not junk food. but they kept me waiting for 1 hour and a half to give me a durum. It seems excessive to me and when you make the purchase the time is between 20 minutes and 45 minutes, they are good liars. I think they should spend more money on delivery people or pay them better. Literally waited 89 minutes for the food and if it is a busy time or the indication shows that time, then that is fine, but it was indicated that it would be delivered within 25 minutes to 40 minutes... now I can do this just fine. let it go, but that the kapsalon was baked for too long (meat was burned black) and then arrived cold with fries in it that were already below freezing point, which was a real shame. Pizza Margerita delivered after 45 minutes cold, tough and partly burnt. Called immediately. An hour later (!) a new pizza was delivered. Another cold and chewy pizza.

We ran out of pizza so we had to choose something else. We only received the money back that we had paid too much after calling 10 times and 3 days later. The food we received was an hour later and also cold. The woman who had to help us over the phone was grumpy and unfriendly.

Sorry, but after our last order here, which never arrived, they lost us as regular customers. No customer service at all. Poor communication, not to mention delivery. Never again for us.
