Don't order pizza! Ordered twice, got cold pizzas twice. Absolutely awful!

Ordered two deluxe cheese pizzas. I picked them up and they were unfortunately lukewarm. There was a huge pile of onion on them and hardly any cheese. I called and explained, and was told to order two more and pay for them again. We won't be going back.

Awesome place and delicious food. Pizza with spicy salami and tuna melt was our go-to order. The service was also excellent; we got in on a Friday evening without a reservation, just the two of us, after a 10-minute wait. Simply amazing! :)

Why was the waitress with glasses so rude and disrespectful? She was truly rude and tense. If she doesn't like her job, she should definitely quit. All the other waitresses are very kind and polite. Thank you to them. Also, the food was amazing. Definitely worth a try. (Except for the waitress with glasses!)

A cozy restaurant in Utrecht with delicious pizzas. We both went for the pizza with spicy salami—it was delicious! For dessert, we had a tiramisu with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

Ordered food at 5:00 PM for delivery at 6:45 PM. Yes, it's a Sunday, yes, things can go wrong. But when I called at 7:15 PM, the excuse came, "There was a mistake, but the pizzas are going in the oven now." I assumed we'd get the pizzas by then. Half an hour later, they still hadn't arrived. I called again, told them there was a mistake, there was no delivery driver, or some other excuse, but the driver was there now and would deliver them right away. Well, you guessed it, they didn't. At 8:00 PM, our order was canceled by Pizza Beppe. After calling a third time, the woman on the phone told us we'd canceled the order "because the Uber driver said so." However, we hadn't ordered from Uber, but from Thuisbezorgd—utter nonsense. I would advise everyone to order somewhere else and avoid this place.

Apparently, they don't take food safety seriously. I ordered online and then called them, asking if I could send an email. In short: I paid for a pizza, but had to throw it away and didn't receive a new one. Both the service and the quality are truly subpar. Previous experiences were better. Unfortunately, complaints aren't being resolved adequately either. So, expect to be left without food and also lose your money if you complain.

I ordered a truffle pizza, and there's absolutely no truffle on it! You can't taste anything at all. I walked all the way back with the pizza to ask if they could put anything on it, but they refused and said they were sorry... and it's supposed to be that you barely taste the truffle. The pizza tastes like nothing at all, and for almost 20 euros each. I asked if I could get a different pizza. Because the pizza just wasn't good at all... Then they said they were out of dough? But it was 8 PM and the restaurant was full. Very unfriendly!

Amazing pizzas, true neapolitan! The tiramisu was delicious also, and the waiter super friendly. We'll definitely come back.

Order placed via thuisbezorgd. It was ready quickly and I was kindly received in the store when picking up. Pizza (White truffle) unfortunately little (truffle) taste and not much special. With 19- I honestly expected more..

One of the best pizzas I've eaten in the Netherlands! The restaurant itself did not bode well at first glance; the service was not attentive. We had been sitting for a while and no one thought to ask if we wanted something to drink and if we had already made a choice. Those are the first things in customer service. The fact that there were San Pellegrino from glass bottles and Panna water in the refrigerator meant that this place deserved a chance. When the pizza finally arrived, we were unanimous that it was one of the very best pizzas we have ever tasted in the Netherlands. Completely in the Neapolitan style! Top! But do something about your service!

Real Neapolitan pizza base taste, delicious. And delicious fresh ingredients. Even for King's Night in all the hustle and bustle, the kitchen was quick and very satisfied.

high expectations, horrible reality. had the driest pizza ever. did not have beef or chicken options for people not eating pork. as someone who's been to italy multiple times this definitely is not up to the Napoli standard it claims to have. also it was extremely loud.

pizza is tasty so we thought we would order it for Valentine's Day, but to have it canceled an hour after placing the order, meaning there are hardly any other options open, is very disappointing. :(

Had a delicious meal here a few months ago. Now we came back but it was very disappointing. Pizza was very burnt, and handling was very clumsy. In any case, the customer is not the king of money here. We won't be back.

if you are an Italian expat and you are homesick or a local/tourist who wants to eat the real Neapolitan pizza this is the right place! one of the few pizzas eaten abroad worthy of their name! the prices are average, recommended! perhaps the only negative thing is that if the place is crowded it is very hot and noisy, but you can bear it!

Waited two hours for delivery of 4 pizzas. Beppe himself could not be reached, only delivery people from Thuisbezorgd and Uber were on the phone, who indicated twice that pizzas (according to Beppe) are ready in 10 minutes. After the third time that message, we canceled the pizzas.

This is a very lovely place, but unfortunately, the service was quite poor. There was an empty table outside, and we asked if we could be seated there. However, the manager instructed the staff to tell us it was reserved. While we were waiting, other guests arrived without any reservations and were given that table. When I inquired with the manager about this, he claimed that the table had been reserved already. However, this was not true, as I had overheard the conversation between those guests and the waiter, confirming they had no prior reservation. The inconsistency in service and apparent dishonesty from the management significantly detracted from what could have been an enjoyable dining experience. It's disappointing when a restaurant with such potential fails to provide fair and transparent customer service.

Had a pizza salame piccante tonight. Ready super quickly, actually a bit too fast. Dough was undercooked, which was a shame. Previously I was quite satisfied with the quality. But in my opinion a bad soil is unforgivable. Didn't even complain, just left. Had a Peroni with it, it tasted good. But why it is not served with a glass was again surprising. But maybe they're hipper and more modern than me and they drink bottled beer and eat undercooked pizza. Which can. Nice and friendly girls in the service. Then again, yes.

We had a group meal at this small restaurant. There was also another group so the place was full. The staff was very friendly and helpful at first. However, communication had to be in English as the staff did not speak Dutch. Ordering the food went quickly, but unfortunately the starter (the focaccia) was not very good. It was basically a dry piece of pizza dough with oil. After the starter the staff couldn't offer us another drink because the beer wasn't cold. This was a downer for some. When the pizzas came, they came very slowly, the first one finished the pizza before the last one got it. The pizza itself is not special either. Ours were soggy and could use a few more minutes in the oven. The burrata piccante was a tip from the chef but to be honest it was inedible. It was a margarita pizza with some extra cream/cheese. The story takes a turn when we get to dessert. The tiramisu was very tasty and the coffee was good too. In terms of price it is not a very strong restaurant. For the same money you can eat better and tastier food in Utrecht. Overall it's not a restaurant I would go to again for a pizza. If you want to eat a pizza, it is better to go somewhere else. I would go here for dessert.

Decent pizza’s. Nice crust en good ingredients. Didnt like the taste of the Nduja, tasted like chorizo. The Nduja tastes better at other establishments. The spinach nduja combo is not the best in my opinion. The grilled eggplant wasnt the best. Small beers.

In a nice narrow street near De Neude. You can eat outside and inside. One of the tastiest pizzas I've eaten in the Netherlands. Good wine and relaxed, student atmosphere and service. Highly recommended.

As in Italian living in the Netherlands, I go to Pizza Beppe when I want to feel like home 🏡 I went multiple times and always got great service, and you can taste the quality of the ingredients.

The staff was very kind and amicable. The food was very tasty. It is a bit pricey for a pizza place, but worth it for a once in a while occasion :)

It is not my first time in Pizza Beppe but first time in this branch . No my favourite pizza but it is a nice and quiet place if you want to eat something . The waitress was very friendly and the location is really nice and cozy .

Absolute car crash of a place, which is shame as the food is good. Waiting for 55 mins for the pizzas and then only 3 out of 5 ate. We were offered deserts and the found out at the last minute we could only have 2. I would suggest this place should fire the entire service team

Waiting for over an hour... When complaining we got the second round of truffle salami on the house. The people who arrived 3 minutes before us are already done eating and left. We complained again; got promised deserts on the house. After over an hour 3 out of 5 pizza's are served and are almost halfway eaten when the last two were served. When I was still eating she collected the plates of my friends and bumped my head. When she came back for my plate she knocked my phone out of my hands. A bit later only two pieces of tiramisu were served to share. Even though the pizza rolled like a pancake, it tasked great. Not eating here anymore. Go for the takeaway and don't order the red wine! It's not worth € 24,95 for a 0,5L carafe.

My girlfriend and I arrived later in the evening to eat a pizza and we received a super friendly welcome. In addition to the friendly service, the pizzas were delicious and the tiramisu is also highly recommended! We will definitely come back!

Good food for a reasonable price. Lovely staff. The atmosphere is nice and while it's quite small, it doesn't feel crowded or cluttered. Great if you want some good pizza without spending too much.

Ordered at 17.30 via thuisbezorgd and pizza beppe placed the order for making 2 hours later at 19:45. If you are busy in the restaurant then just close the online order systems or cancel the order instead of letting people waiting for so long without informing them.

Not bad pizza, but nothing special. I ordered a vegetarian pizza and it was just a pizza margherita with a lot of rucola in the middle and a few pieces of zucchini and aubergines. Overpriced for what it it.

De pizza was echt heel lekker en enorm snel klaar. Het was echt top dat ze hier vegan pizza hadden, die ook nog eens gewoon proefde als normale pizza (niet van die rare nepkaas zegmaar). De bediening was vriendelijk en het zag er leuk uit binnen.

Got the four cheese and the pizza with truffle Mayo on it. Both pizzas were excellent. I didn’t give it 5 stars because the staff ask you if you want to add extras to your pizza without informing you that it costs more. They just add it to the order as if it doesn’t cost anything.
