Ate pizza on a dirty terrace, the table inside was set, skirting boards under the bar were broken, pizza, cola and coffee 28.15, a surcharge of 1.95 is charged for unsolicited red onion, the man tries to push it on everyone.

45 minutes before they placed pizza in oven. With two hungry kids they litteraly screwed my sunday evening. Dont come by any means. Take away was in priority to any seated customer.

Ordering online and picking it up yourself turned out to be a bad idea. The time on the order link was exceeded by well over 20 minutes. And when they say "it's always like that," that doesn't strike me as good advertising. A shame.

We were scammed here today. We asked our waitress if an online pizza promotion could be applied to our order. She said yes, so we ordered based on that. When the food came, only one pizza arrived. Turns out the promotion is online only, which they should have told before agreeing. We paid for two pizzas and got one, with no refund or correction. Small place or not, if you confirm a deal to a customer, you honor it.

We felt very welcome and the food was great. What more could you ask for? Lovely terrace and excellent pizza.

Waited outside for 45 minutes to take away one pizza. When opening the box, my extra toppings were forgotten. The staff works incredibly hard, but simply too few people are deployed.

Very disappointing experience. Upon arrival to pick up the order, we were told it would take a little while. After waiting for over 20 minutes, it turned out the pizzas had simply been sitting ready the whole time, causing them to become cold and soggy. Additionally, we were given the wrong pizza: instead of a Margherita, there was a pepperoni pizza in the box. As a result, my children couldn't eat anything in the end. Sloppy service, poor communication, and absolutely not the quality you expect. Unfortunately, never again for us.

It took 45 minutes to get our pizza and it wasn’t cut and the marinara picante was only half Picante and also it was cold which is confusing because it’s tomato and dough

On King's Day around 6:30 PM, we were at Pizza Beppe Utrecht Oost with seven people, including three young children. We ordered drinks and pizzas. The drinks arrived quickly, but after waiting for almost two hours, the pizzas still hadn't arrived. No one came over to give an update of their own accord in the meantime, while we sat on a cold terrace with hungry children. When we finally went inside ourselves, we were told that there was no chef and that it would take about another twenty minutes. Meanwhile, we did see pizzas being taken away via Uber Eats. We cancelled the pizzas and left, because we had no confidence that the pizzas would still arrive. At Bastacosi further down the street, we got fine pizzas to take away within fifteen minutes. NEVER again to Pizza Beppe! Next time we will definitely eat at Bastacosi!

After hours of waiting, the conclusion was, there was no chef present. We were not informed, nor did they offer any kind of solution for us and our hungry kids. Meanwhile, inside, the pizzas that did come out, went out for delivery, leaving us and the rest of the guests hungry. 0 management, 0 hospitality. Somethings can go wrong, thats not the issue; but if the only solution you present is, wait longer, even 1 star is too much.

We ordered with our kids (6-5-4) and waited for 2 hours. Food went out for delivery, non for customers at the terrace. When we asked when we could expect our food they said "the chef was missing". We left without food. What is this?!

Top-quality pizza, friendly service, and in a cozy location.

The pizza itself wat really nice. However, I find it quite disappointing that I had to pay 3 euros for adding an ingredient, though it wasn't an addition but a replacement of the more expensive €4 ingredient that was supposed to be on the pizza :/ I specifically asked for a replacement to which the waitress responsed positively, by asking what I wanted to replace it with. Hence I find it quite surprising that I then had to pay more

The quality of the pizza is really gone down the hill. From the dough to the baking to the toppings, we keep coming back every once in a while because it's quiet in the week but here is the answer. Poorly digestible product, always burned, raw and unseasoned sauce, used to be our favorite establishment in town. The girls are the service are always polite and try their best, though. Place is clean and parking is always available in the week.

Considering that you are not nel belpaese. pizza’s are comparable to the ones served in Italy. Would recommend!!

The manager truly made us feel like guests, not pushy but offering his service at precisely the right time. The pizzas and appetizers were delicious, and the homemade tiramisu was the grand finale. The atmosphere among the staff was pleasant.

​We had a wonderful experience at Pizza Beppe. ​We tried the Pizza Salame and the Pizza Quattro Formaggi, and both were absolutely delicious. They also offer good wines that complemented the meal perfectly. ​Everyone must try the dessert: the tiramisu. Homemade and exceptionally tasty. ​The atmosphere is lovely and lively, set on a typical, busy street in Utrecht. The staff were very nice people, and the service was friendly and attentive. ​I would recommend Pizza Beppe.

Koen & colleagues were extremely helpful to organize it very well, make it smooth, so much so that even arranged the chef & delivery that they wouldn’t otherwise do on that day/time. It was great to receive everything on time and still warm! Thanks & definitely recommended!

Wat een fijne sfeer hangt hier! Het personeel is zeer kundig en vriendelijk, en Koen is erg grappig. Ik bestelde de burrata: heerlijk! Mooi in balans. Maar de honey tartufo was echt waanzinnig! The staff is very skilled and incredibly friendly, and Koen is really funny. I ordered the burrata – delicious! Nicely balanced. But the honey tartufo was absolutely amazing! I’ve never had so much crunch in a pizza before. Truly, hats off and compliments to the pizza chef!

Great pizzeria, favorite with our children. Really good dough and fresh ingredients and for dessert a pizza with Nutella for the kids. Whoever came up with that, but they enjoy it. Service is also great! Highly recommended!!

Tiramisù of this size for €8.50 is a total joke. For prosciutto cotto you can probably afford a proper slicer given the prices you charge. Do some change or please wind down the shop!

Good variety of choice, pizzas are really good and the homemade tiramisu is also very tasty. Comfortable space, intimate atmosphere with a glimpse into the kitchen. All in all, highly recommended if you fancy a quick pizza place.

Beppe Oost has to make a fundamental choice: are we a takeaway restaurant where customers can also eat a pizza sporadically, or are we a restaurant where takeaway can be done sporadically. Friday night the restaurant was packed but literally no one was eating! All the pizza that was baked was for orange men with cubes on their backs. Dozens of them were picked up while customers had to wait for their order within an hour. This is a huge shame. The pizza was easy to grind, but not of high quality.

It was really nice dining! I loved the atmosphere and the hosts really made the experience worth it <3

Pizza Beppe remains super delicious, this is the third location I have been to and the same quality of food and service at every location! Truly one of my favorite pizzas ever. Bonus point for the neighbor's cat who thinks it's his house and coming to check on you haha.

Delicious food and quite quiet on a Friday evening! There were quite a few children, but that didn't bother us. We had the Nduja Deluxe and Buratta Picante. Both very tasty, but the Nduja Deluxe was a bit sparsely filled for my taste. Still really enjoyed it! I do not recommend Parma ham as a starter. Although the Parma ham itself is delicious, it could have used a few more grissini sticks. A bit too cheap for the price and not super special. All in all we had a good experience!

Such a shame... we were hungry when we went there. First a compliment to the lady last evening with beautiful curls, she was there quickly. Good service from her. Her shift was over soon after and it was only gentlemen. But the food... First we got an appetizer, 4 slices of Parma ham, 2 skewers and some olives for 7 euros, then 2 very thin, weak, soggy pizza with a nice crust, a tuna and 4 season, our drinks were already gone. before the pizzas finally arrived, we weren't even asked if we wanted something to drink and you then pay 54 euros....

We thought this would be the perfect no nonsense picnic dinner to take to the park… little did we know, this place doesn’t slice their pizzas, so all kinds of messy nonsense occurred 😅

I work at the ANWB as a roadside assistance, when I called 7 minutes before arrival to ask how long it would take if I took a break there. Could take a maximum of fifteen minutes. Then reviewed the menu by telephone and made a choice. When I arrived 7 minutes later, the pizza was already ready for me. Absolutely great! Fantastic service and good pizza.

Esperamos 2 pizzas durante 2 horas... mal servicio, solo había 2 personas sirviendo en la mesa y una haciendo la pizza, no pudieron seguir el ritmo de los pedidos más. Había 5 repartidores esperando afuera y cuando le pregunté a uno de ellos por cuánto tiempo dijo que estaba esperando por más de 2 horas... ¡Muy mala experiencia! Eso sucede cuando pones las ganancias sobre las personas, no hay interés en sus clientes desafortunadamente.

Selling a white truffle pizza that literally has no truffle flavor for 16 euros. Actually just scandalous, that's what the rating is based on.

Edit: it's a scam. They offer you water, but it's bottled and €6. Score adjusted -1 star. The pizza was good. It's not the best you've ever had, but good. Orders did not arrive at the same time. Service is below average: no attentiveness, no proactiveness, poor memory, and communication. The decor is plastic bucket chairs and no effort or coherence at all. The biggest problem is that the pizzas are quite expensive: €16-€20. For the price, this is definitely not worth it.

The pizza is great but the service is horrible. Ordered 3 pizza’s for pickup, arrived a the given pickup time and had to wait 45 minutes to receive 2 pizza’s they got cold waiting for the third one. No attempts were made to compensate for our wait. In the end we got 1 glass of cola. The girls who served were clearly not at fault but the manager who was hiding in the corner instead of managing the situation.

I have been in Pizza Beppe many times in different locations but the hospitality was spectacular in this branch from a very nice welcome and cool conversations with the staff and such delicious pizza. Definitely recommending!

Very greasy pizza for quite an expensive price, also very weak. I also discovered afterwards that I had a completely different menu than the one I was there with. My prices were wrong and pizzas were missing from the menu.

This restaurant delivers and takes dining-in. The result is that it takes ages to get your food when dining in, even though each pizza is just 1.5 minute baking time or so, assuming a 450 degree Celsius oven. The pizza salami picante wasn’t picante, but tasted okay. The Quattro staggioni was a wrong choice on our end. It felt completely unauthentic (but baked Napolitana style). The pizza was soggy and had way too many (not particularly good) ingredients as topping. It still felt a Dutch version of Italian pizzas was served which defeats the purpose of this restaurant which aims to be authentic. Wasn’t impressed, but yes, it surely beats a Domino’s

We wanted to come and have a pizza with three people on Sunday evening. Once inside this restaurant - which we had never visited before - we were surprised by a lot of noise and a strong stench. After all three had selected a pizza, we wanted to place our order. Unfortunately, it turned out that all three pizzas (different types) could not be made due to a lack of various ingredients. In fact, Margherita was pretty much the only option we could choose, so we left disappointed. I won't be back anytime soon, especially not on Sunday evening

I found this place on the internet because I was looking for a place to eat for 19 persons. They said that they were able to handle large groups, and they delivered. We had a good time, which was supported by the tasty food and drinks and stuff. The staff was very friendly too, the food was delivered in several batches, but fast enough. I would definitely come again, and also try the other branches.

We understand that prices are higher everywhere... but 19 euros for a pizza is even higher than our average. Also like the 19 euros for a carafe of wine. And let the pizza be medium. The tartufo has a really nasty and thick sauce, nothing authentic about it. The margaritha is ok but certainly not worth 13 euros. Operation is fine. But we certainly won't come again.

Hi guys, because the waitress spoke english, here an english review... The taste of the pizza was really good!! The toppings were not abundant despite the high price. Supplemental toppings were pricey too. Hopefully management could ajust some of the toppings. We did have a pleasant night.

Ordered a pizza online for takeaway. Went there to pickup the order and got kicked out of the resto by the manager. Also the manager treats his workers like slaves. I wont be recommending this placeto anyone. Worst treatment ive ever had. Avoid this place, there are many other better choices.

When visiting our daughter at University College Utrecht, we opted to have dinner at Pizza Beppe round the corner from her dorm and also close to the Wilhelmina Park. The restaurant is located on a buzzling corner and has both indoor and outdoor seating. Friendly staff and a good variety of pizzas on offer. The menu also included starters and desserts but since the pizzas were of a good size we finished our meal with coffee. Friendly staff, good service and delicious pizzas ... we have no hesitation in recommening Pizza Beppe Utrecht Oost to anyone interested who fancy to have a meal here.

As an Italian I can absolutely assure that this is the best pizza I've eaten in the Netherlands! In addition, the place is very nice and the staff very courteous. Highly recommended!

Very limited menu. There was no cheese on my pizza (it was stated on the menu). A pizza for €18 and a glass of wine for €6 is absurd in any case. So never again.

Never had food. Waiting for 75 minutes. Not even during rush hour but from 8:00 PM. Management speaks poorly. Don't know which language.. don't think it won't happen to you, go somewhere else right away.

Terrible. After more than an hour still no pizzas. It wasn't even busy on the terrace, even though there were 3 people serving. The waiter could not indicate how long we had to wait when we had already been there for more than an hour. Disappointing experience going here.

Good pizzas, but a lot comes with topping suggestions that cost extra money. Just put pizzas on the menu with a topping combination that you believe in as a business, and charge an amount for it, even if it is around €20. This feels a bit like a trick. Good fast service.

Don't eat here! Help. What a noise. There were maybe 20 people in the place, but the acoustics created a deafening noise level. The three of us couldn't understand each other. I saw people drop out in despair. Pizzas, the only thing you can get here are ordinary. I am now sitting at home reeling from this horrible experience.

I love it! One of the first places we discovered after moving to the area. The staff is attentive, friendly and helpful, children are welcome (there are pictures for colouring and pencils waiting) and the pizza itself is wonderfully fluffy and thin at the same time.

Again vouchers after complaint, but we are not going to use them. There are much better pizza restaurants in the area. Nothing to do with Neapolitan pizzas.

I now read all the fairly mediocre reviews, but my husband and I eat a pizza at Beppe's all the way from Apeldoorn at least once every 2 weeks and then we also take 3 pizzas with us for the next day. (they are still super tasty) If only we had a Pizza Beppe in Apeldoorn, we would come there every day.

I really like the pizza place, it is really similar from what you can get in Italy!
