Long waiting time, very poor organization, you can see from the staff how they get lost in orders, the service is very unpleasant, the prices are also very high and the taste of the pizza is more like an American pizza than an Italian one

Wide choice of Italian dishes, but also sandwiches, pancakes, smoothies, and other special drinks. My mushroom pasta was very tasty! Enough space to sit with several people at a table. Good service and fast service!

I ordered pizza and churros today. Pizza was super tasty. But damn those churros! FRIED IN VERY OLD OIL. It just makes you feel so sick at how dirty it is. This is really a shame. Not normal.

Finally a pizza quatro fromaggi where you can taste the gorgonzola. Had a great pizza!

Delicious pasta with top service!!

Had my pasta delivered to my home, now I just had to add spices to it myself (even salt). If you would like to give the pasta some flavor, the pasta would be perfect (the prawns are delicious, by the way).

As always delicious pizza. The interior is nicely decorated. New color looks nice :)

It was a very bad experience..the staff is very bad..delivery of orders is very late..I waited for more than an hour and a half today..

This place is now a combined Mugs & Mermaids as well as Pizza or Pasta. I went for brunch. They have plenty of vegan breakfast options including pancakes, sandwiches and bowls. They also serve a variety of coffees, teas and smoothies. Atmosphere is very cozy, staff is friendly and very helpful. The food was delicious.

Ate delicious pizza and drank a delicious fresh smoothie. The staff is also very friendly. To be repeated.

Echt oprecht lekkerste pizza’s super vers en goed krokant gebakken maar ook royaaaal belegd. Ook super snelle en gastvrije service! Top! Nooit meer naar de dominoes of New York pizza.

Pasta's zijn veel te simpel voor de prijs. Weinig smaak.

Snelle bezorging, altijd lekkere pasta’s, dikke aanrader!

Pasta had geen pijnboompitten terwijl ik daar wel extra voor had betaald. Eten was redelijk. Restaurant belde mij wel netjes om door te geven dat ze het toetje niet meer hadden. Bezorging was te laat maar bezorger bood wel zijn excuses aan.

Net een heerlijke pizza geconsumeerd.. zeer snelle en vriendelijke bediening. Een aanrader als je in de buurt van HS Den Haag bent.

Große Portionen, sehr frisch und unglaublich lecker. Der Service ist klasse, hier wird sogar kostenlos auf Extrawünsche eingegangen.

Ik kom hier vaker en ben vaak wel tevreden lekkere pasta's. Vandaag ook een pasta opgehaald scampi.. garnalen niet gaar, geen pesto te zien.... en letterlijk 1 cherrytomaatje in de pasta. Het enige wat je proeftte was kookroom... echt niet lekker jammer genoeg... Het is jammer dat de pasta's niet gewoon ALTIJD lekker zijn... het is altijd maar afwachten.. teleurstelling! Zal er na vandaag denk ik nooit meer heen gaan ook..

Het eten was zeer smakelijk krijg het Lekker warm aan zeker nog een keer.

This was my favorite place for several years, I would order at least once a week.. But in the last 3 months I keep getting my pizza without an ingredient which makes that pizza special. I always order Happy Pepperoni which has feta cheese. Normally i was getting it with all the ingredients before, this summer I ordered one time and it was without feta I thought it was just a mistake, maybe u forgot. Then I received it without the second time and third time, I already started kindly asking in the notes” Please do not forget the feta cheese”. Nobody looks at my notes and i kept receiving it without. If you don’t have all the ingredients then mark it as unavailable product, or at least mention on the website that you don’t have all the ingredients or at least call me. This is unacceptable. I am very disappointed, too bad it actually was my favorite place.. I just received the same pizza, and AGAIN without the feta cheese.
