I was treated so pathetically by these pastry chefs. The man said the problem was with me because I should have ordered a Margarita instead of the four-cheese option without Gorgonzola. I don't know what planet he was born on. If I want three cheeses, then Margherita isn't equal... he asked: "Couldn't I have it anyway?" I don't like blue cheese!!! His face turned even more disgusting when I reprimanded him for his work and that his remarks were there for a reason. Then he proceeded to tell me to stay calm, while his tone was raised. They really put a baby to work. Never again for me. You give someone else a chance...

We placed an order well in advance on a Tuesday afternoon. We had expected delivery at 6:45 PM, as we had indicated when ordering. After a long walk, we were desperately craving a nice, hot pizza. At 7:15 PM, we became concerned. Perhaps the delivery driver had slipped on his scooter? We stared intently through our front window, but there was no delivery driver in sight. Just as we were about to call to see if the driver had slipped, he finally arrived. Triumphantly, he handed us two cold pizzas. "Thanks for the good description, I could find it right away!" he shouted. It was now 7:45 PM, and we were pale with hunger. With anticipation, we opened the boxes and... Wrong pizza... The sad mushroom fragments stared back at us. Out of pity for the chicken that had died making this pizza, we finally ate it reluctantly. What an experience, never again.

Very late delivery, received the wrong pizza and the pizzas were not tasty, lukewarm and tough.

Ordered and paid for food, which was extremely poor service. An hour after delivery, I called to ask where it was. The answer was, "I couldn't reach you, but we didn't have something." I asked for a refund, hung up, and didn't answer the phone again.

I fell at 00:30, they don't take it, fifteen minutes later I drove to the store, I stood in front of a closed door while online it says open until 2:00.

Pizzas are really great and delivery is normally too. Ordered last Saturday but still haven't received anything. I called all evening on Saturday but couldn't reach them, so I sent an email. The next day I call, the number is no longer in use, I send an email and the email address no longer exists.

This was always our regular pizza delivery person, but not anymore. After waiting an hour we call, but there is no answer. Fifteen minutes later we receive a call from a 06 number that our pizza will be there within 20 minutes. The pizza finally arrived after 2.5 hours of waiting. In the meantime I had driven to another pizzeria, got pizza and drove back.

Ordered food via home delivery at 4:45 PM. Requested delivery time 5:30 PM. After trying several times to contact them (the phone is not answered, another number is always busy), the pizzas were finally delivered at 6:30 PM. It also turned out to be the wrong pizza. This was the second time it happened, so NEVER again for us.

What a bad thing! It would be delivered at 2100 hours. This was 22.38... I will never order anything from here again!

My experience with Pizza Point was absolutely terrible, and I feel the need to share it so others don't have to suffer the same disappointment. One evening I decided to order a 16 euro pasta, expecting to get a tasty meal without much fuss. Unfortunately, this was far from what happened. I placed my order at 8:00 PM, fully expecting to enjoy my food in a reasonable amount of time. After waiting for over an hour, without any update on the status of my order, I decided to call for the first time. The employee on the phone assured me that the delivery person had "left some time ago" and would be "almost there." This scenario repeated itself twice more, with a total of three calls, and each time the same reassurance that was never delivered. After waiting for over two hours, from 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM, with no sign of my order, I called for the last time. This time I was told that if the delivery person eventually showed up, I didn't have to take the order and would get my money back. An offer that sounded like a small ray of hope after such a frustrating experience, but which in no way made up for the situation. The service was absolutely terrible and the way my order and time was handled was unacceptable. Based on my experience, I can only strongly advise against ordering from Pizza Point. My evening was ruined, my stomach empty, and my wallet lighter without any form of compensation for the lost time and inconvenience. I sincerely hope that this review saves others from the disappointment and frustration I experienced. No one deserves to be treated like this, especially when you spend over 16 euros on a pasta. Pizza Point, not only have you lost a customer, but I will make sure everyone around me knows about this appalling service and treatment.

When I ordered I was called that it would take 45 minutes, now 2.5 hours later I called and asked how long it would take and the gentleman said 45 minutes and if you don't want that then I will cancel your order.. but canceled anyway and I advise everyone strongly recommend never ordering here!! If you want to eat a nice fresh pizza, of course, because with such a long wait you won't find it here.

Been a regular customer for a long time and ordered via Thuisbezorgd around 6:30 PM. Delivered at 8:30 PM. Called 3 times where it was. We'd be called back. I'm still waiting for the call. This isn't the first time it's happened. And constantly making excuses that the delivery person has already left does not work. Live 10 minutes away. If you cannot handle the work, you can block the website for half an hour so that orders can be completed and people do not have to wait unnecessarily long. And just throw around receipts for home delivery if something is not right. Wow, what a great place it turned out to be. This was my last order. PS food was good.

Snelle bezorging en de pizza was heerlijk.

Positief verrast! Via thuisbezorgd besteld en we belden nog ff na omdat we een vraag hadden. Op de achtergrond hoorde ik al dat het ontzettend druk was, dus ik was al bang voor een lange bezorgtijd. Niets was minder waar! Ik schrok toen na 30 min de bel al ging aangezien we ver van het restaurant vandaan wonen. Eten was ook helemaal super. Totaal niet gierig gedaan met toppings op zowel de pizza als in de pasta. Vaak als je extra kaas bestelt moet je echt gaan zoeken maar hier werd er echt rijkelijk belegd. Jullie hebben er een vaste klant bij!

Ich bin das erste mal in diesem Laden, ich sage euch wirklich das Essen hier ist eine 10/10. die Pasta von denen ein Genuss, kann man nicht vergessen. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich, top Mitarbeiter. Die Pizza von denen auch sehr lecker, kommt alle hier vorbei
