Got food from here for the first time, the food was really tasty and ready quickly when I picked it up, but there was no sambal on it, which I had specified.

Great pizzeria. Something accidentally went wrong with an order. I called back and was helped perfectly. The pizza tastes great and the service is fantastic. Great place.

Great pizzeria. Super sweet staff, our son was even allowed to help make his pizza. We don't live nearby but when we go to Alphen we always come here to get pizza. Respect for the staff who work hard here. Always delicious food!

Food ordered never arrived. Ordered at 2:15 am and still not received at 4:30 am. Couldn't reach anyone after trying to call the company 11 times. And I received no message that my order was canceled. Never buy anything from a bad company. Tomorrow I will go straight to the store to ask for my money back

Ordered today at 6 p.m. and first asked how long it would take, because my husband didn't have that much time. It would be there in half an hour to 45 minutes. After 45 minutes still no food. After waiting 1 hour, my husband called to find out what was happening. Of course the delivery person was already on his way (of course). Now it's less than a 10-minute drive from them to our house, so when there was no food after 15 minutes, my husband wanted to call again and actually say that she didn't have to come anymore, but just then the delivery person called. He was at the back and didn't know how to get to the front. So my husband explained that he could walk left or right around the row of houses to get to the front door. The delivery man didn't understand and went to other rows of houses (while he was still on the phone with my husband). After minutes of trying to get the delivery person to walk properly (how difficult is it to find the front of a terraced house where you stand at the back and where you can walk around the row of houses on both sides), my husband gave up, the food was probably cold anyway. So all in all we waited 1 hour and 20 minutes for the food for nothing. ------ Addition: I find it strange to give a comment after 3 years! And walking around a row of houses clockwise or anticlockwise, calling it a maze or comparing it with the catacombs... But instructing delivery people properly seems like a good plan to me. Taking matters into your own hands seems to me to be an even better plan, because it already started with the promised delivery time of half an hour to 45 minutes, which was well exceeded and that seems to me not only to be the fault of the delivery person.

Just ordered the spareribs. Instead of 500 grams, this was only 350 grams. However, the meat we got was only 150 grams. The spare ribs have not been cleaned and are therefore barely cut or eatable. The fries were also almost still raw. When you call, they don't answer, it's really too absurd for words!

This is the worst pizza we’ve ever had. We ordered a four-cheese and a four seasons pizza from Pizza Spidi Alphen. It took them an hour to deliver, and the pizzas were awful. The cheese tasted artificial, and the crust was chewy and bland. We couldn’t finish half because of the bad taste and poor quality. Shortly after eating, we had stomach aches. My boyfriend vomited all night, and I had to go to the bathroom repeatedly. The pizza made us sick.

Delivery person very attentive, neat and polite, however... the food was not well prepared, the kapsalon that my colleague ate contained chicken fillet instead of real doner meat, fries were limp, lettuce was dead, just to start about the chicken burger... it was a schnitzel from the Aldi and completely stale & inedible, unfortunately also went into the trash. Ordered tuna pizza and tiramisu. Pizza delivered quickly and deliciously spicy with all the extra toppings. Excellent taste. Unfortunately I forgot about tiramisu but…. completely solved. They still brought the tiramisu. Got 1 extra. Great service!

Pizza with egg looks like this... Waited 1.5 hours for the order while it was promised within 45 minutes. And the order was not correct... my daughter still has a branch in her pizza. It's not normal after all. Never again!

Ordered a pizza at 10:15 PM and chose 11:00 PM as the delivery time. Immediately received an email that the pizza would be delivered around 10:35 PM. A bit clumsy, but nice and fast (I thought). Almost an hour later (at 11:30 PM) the delivery person arrives with an almost cold and dry pizza, the salami on some pieces of which is barely burnt. There was barely any tomato sauce on it and the cheese was tough. And I waited so long for that... It's a shame, because if it had been taken out of the oven on time, the pizza could have been so much tastier and less late.

Best pizza in Alphen, yummy bread and generous topping. We have ordered 3 different pizzas so far and we have enjoyed them all. One 33 cm pizza is more than enough for 2 people. Highly recommended.

The lasagna is incredibly delicious, if the options are available, I would just have lasagna twice because no one could get my mother's lasagna, but this is definitely 1!
