We ate there with our dog (without a reservation). The staff was very attentive and immediately brought water for our dog. The pizza and pasta we ordered were prepared very quickly and tasted delicious. Excellent value for money! We highly recommend it!

The food (lasagna and pizza) was on the table within 10 minutes. Not great... The kitchen staff were all looking at their phones 🙈. The friendliness and service were otherwise excellent.

Some people are never satisfied... We went there twice and we loved it! You can't make pizzas like that at home; they're so delicious and they come from a special oven. The spaghetti frutti di mare and bread with aioli and olives were also great! The service was perfect! And all for prices that, unfortunately, are now a dream in Germany. We'd love to come back!!!

Very simple and mediocre pasta dishes, completely overpriced. Plus, a "greeting from the kitchen" (bread with dip and olives for a ridiculous €11.40, a 0.4 liter Coke for a whopping €7.50). Sure, it's a vacation spot and all, but you still feel ripped off. Do yourself a favor and just walk past the store 😉

We expected more. The pizza didn't taste good. The supposedly homemade tomato sauce was nothing special and didn't feel like it was made with fresh tomatoes. There are better pre-made pizzas. The carbonara tasted okay, but the portion was too small. Prices were overpriced. It had the feel of a tourist restaurant. We ended up there because we couldn't find a seat anywhere. Now we know why...

The pizza was super delicious. The manager and staff were nice. I asked for pizza rolls, and the waiter said no problem. Then we got two pizza rolls with olives. We wanted one pizza roll and no olives. Seems like a rip-off. Paid a total of €30 more. I asked the waiter about it, and of course he pretended he didn't understand me. My personal opinion: Go to your favorite Italian restaurant at home and you'll save a lot of money. I wouldn't recommend it unless you like throwing money away.

Wij zijn en enorm teleurgesteld in Buon Cuore. Waar wij vorig jaar meerdere malen enorm lekker en gezellig gegeten hebben, kwamen wij van een "koude" kermis thuis.. Het was die dag enorm heet, onze kinderen van onder de 5 waren hongerig en hadden enorme dorst, dus bij aankomst heb ik vriendelijk om een glaasje water voor de kinderen gevraagd. Dit werd even aan het barpersoneel extra gevraagd of dit kon. Ik gaf al aan, dat we sowieso wilde gaan dineren en daarbij ook gewoon drinken wilde bestellen. Echter een glaasje kraanwater vooraf kon niet.. (Wat ik met 30 graden plus gewoon echt belachelijk en klantonvriendelijk vind) Verder bestelde ik een pizza quatro formaggio.. En u kunt zien en zelf oordelen wat dit voorstelde.. zie foto. Ik was blij toen we konden gaan, dit was de laatste keer.

Very tasty, very friendly staff. The only drawback is the rapidity from ordering to the finished pizza. There's no cozy atmosphere, and the tables are very close together, making it feel a bit like a mass production line. There's still room for improvement, but otherwise, a definite recommendation.

Delicious food and friendly service

Not recommended: we ordered a pizza and salad each, and when asked for bread, we said yes. A Coke, a beer. Then came bread with dip and a large bowl of olives (which we don't like at all!!!). The bread tasted really good, but it was meant to be with the salad. It took ages, the bread had been eaten in the meantime, and then the salad arrived with the pizza. The crust wasn't fully cooked, but the toppings were reasonably good. Okay, maybe they'll charge extra for the bread, but what about the olives??? €70 for two people, so they probably included the €10 tip themselves... Stomach cramps followed later.

The appetizer didn't arrive...we were forgotten...after we asked what was going on...our food arrived (but not the appetizer). The food was cold...the pasta was undercooked...the meat was dry...not seasoned. We've never had such a bad meal. Not worth a star!

We got a good, quiet table without a reservation. The pizza tasted great, but the toppings were rather light. The pasta portions were ridiculous for the price. A handful at most. My 9-year-old left hungry. And that was for €16.80 a portion. We had a bill of €83.20, and the experience was mixed. Rather poor. I expected more. The staff was quite friendly, and the wait was absolutely fine.

Time for a review, and it's not good... We ordered and picked up two pizzas tonight. Once we got back to the campsite, which is literally a five-minute bike ride away, the pizzas were cold—not lukewarm, but cold! I called about it and explained the situation to a relatively friendly young man. Once I cycled back, I was asked where the cold pizzas were. I literally said, "Should I cycle back and forth to have you check if the pizzas were actually cold?" Of course, they are cold now... The young man I spoke to on the phone said, "I'll assume the best because it's possible there are two people eating pizzas at your place right now, and I'll give them two free pizzas." Really, thank you for treating customers this way. Anyway, my biggest problem wasn't even the cold pizzas; where work is done, mistakes happen, and if it's resolved properly, you won't hear me. No, it was the attitude of the woman behind the bar—yuck! What an unfriendly, unprofessional restaurant! When I initially picked up my order and waited a bit at the bar with a beer (all of €3.90), I was greeted kindly and everything was fine. But when I returned a second time after complaining, I was treated like dirt! Not a smile, no more friendly waitresses, except for a blonde woman who was just as friendly as before. If this were to be read, I'd give her my compliments. When I asked if I could change €20 to give a tenner tip for the two pizzas that should have been good initially, the woman in question said, "Sorry, we don't have change." What an unbelievable excuse, the terrace was literally packed. If that's actually true, then it's a completely worthless place. As I left, I spoke to the guy on the phone and said I'd like to give another tenner for the service, but there was no change. He told me I could also pay by card. So I tipped an extra tenner for what seemed like a huge problem I caused by filing a simple complaint. We're at the campsite here in Renesse, and everyone on this field and next door knows how I was treated. Because of this experience, I hope it will cost them a lot more than just two simple (hot pizzas). Again, everyone makes mistakes, but treating your customers less than they deserve because they have a complaint is a no-go! Btw, the pizzas were fine the second time, I just wasn't hungry after this experience 👍🏻

The restaurant is centrally located in Renesse. The food is okay. The prices are outrageous. Olives and bread that weren't ordered directly cost over €10. The kids' pizza was only €1 off the regular price of a large pizza, even though the menu lists kids' pizzas for significantly less. An additional topping on the regular pizza was charged an extra €5.

We had a delicious meal here! Service was quick, so drinks were included, but the pizzas arrived super fast. We all loved all five pizzas! The terrace is lovely and cozy. Our dog even got a bowl of water right away. Highly recommended! 👍

If you don't have high expectations when it comes to food, this is the place for you. The only really good thing was the bread with aioli at the beginning – fresh, crispy, delicious. Unfortunately, things went downhill rapidly after that: The lasagna was an absolute disgrace – a disappointment both in taste and appearance. The spaghetti pomodori also seemed bland and lacking in refinement. The bottled drinks were at least okay – but that's really not a feat. Overall, the restaurant strongly gives the impression of a typical tourist tavern: all show, little substance – and hefty prices. Conclusion: Not worth a visit. Once and never again.

Hidden costs are a rip-off here. Two pizzas with drinks (apple spritzer) at a resort for €60—there's not much you can really say about that. What bothers me is that according to the menu, we would have only spent €40. "Could we bring you a piece of bread as a starter?" Yes, that costs extra. The bread was €5, and the olives that came with it, which we weren't even asked about, were another €5. A calzone, which we didn't even know existed, was also on the bill and canceled. Pizza not completely eaten, wrapped in boxes. Another €3 extra. The table was a bit sticky (but that's the material, we were told), otherwise the atmosphere was quite good. The food was also good.

Note: - If you open the water at your table, you will of course have to pay for it. 😉 - If you are asked directly for bread with aioli and agree, it will cost €6.90.

We received a friendly welcome and the food was good. BUT!!! In the end, we were ripped off without any clue! After ordering our drinks, some fresh pizza bread and olives were placed on the table without further comment. No one ordered, so we thought it was a small gesture to pass the time, like in other restaurants, since we were traveling with children. In the end, we were so disappointed by this behavior: we were billed for this gesture and kept separate so it wouldn't be noticed. Friends from Holland say this isn't common. So, once, never again!

Quickly ate a pizza, it was indeed quickly on the table at a full terrace but it would have been better if the chef had taken a bit more time. This was not good, dough tasteless and as flat as a pancake (this is called dead dough) and only just cooked Pizza dripped with fat and oil in the middle and was tough and dry on the outside. After a few bites I gave up. Around me there were not very happy faces either. The owner does not know what comes out of the kitchen or he does not care. In short, also considering the other reviews not recommended.

There are many great restaurants in Renesse and the surrounding area. Pizzeria Buon Cuore, however, is not one of them. You're handed the menu, then the (unfriendly) waiter stands impatiently at the table, waiting for your order. The starter was impressive, but unfortunately, we weren't given any cutlery. Bread with olives was €13. Hmm. A large beer was €7.50. Hmm. The 4 Seasons pizza had a topping I'd never seen on a 4 Seasons pizza before. Extremely greasy. My wife had a pasta dish, which resulted in a stomach upset. We wouldn't go there again.

Terrible service, food was OK, but unfortunately with lingering gastrointestinal issues. The starter was great, but that was it...

We were a large group of 34 people and sat in the special area by the kitchen. The staff was friendly and on the ball. Bread with olives was served as a starter 👍I also had Vitello Tonnato as a starter which I didn't really like. My spaghetti carbonara was very good. The pizzas looked mega big and appetizing. Price performance was okay!

Supermarket meals are a better option than eating pasta here! Bolognese is a sour tomato sauce without any flavor and a tablespoon of minced meat. The pasta with chicken was equally tasteless. The food was way too oily and creamy. The pasta we had was sometimes stuck together in chunks and sometimes grilled dry or not cooked properly. The kids' pizzas were way too soggy and they weren't even half finished. The setting and appearance is nice, but also somewhat misleading. The service is not annoying, but certainly not sincere, with the low point being the question, Did you enjoy it? To which we said, not really. It's too heavy and creamy. The response was: Annoying, do you want debit card or cash? In short, not recommended!

The price/performance ratio is absolutely perfect, and the lovely, lovingly designed ambiance invites you to a pleasant and delicious dining experience. I am at a loss for words!!! I have rarely experienced such child-unfriendly and bad staff. According to the staff, the children's chair was not in the right position, which we were pointed out in a very rude manner. Our children 2 and 4 were not allowed to walk through the restaurant after they had already sat on the chairs waiting for 50 minutes. When the children's portion of noodles finally came, which consisted of 20 noodles, there was no second bowl, but we could use the saucer to share. The pizza was limp and they also charged one euro for the packaging. The shandy tasted old and was overpriced. We were also allowed to pay 11.40 euros for the bread and olives. When my husband tried to point out again when paying the bill that they weren't being very customer-oriented or child-friendly, the waiter became rude and rude. This restaurant doesn't seem to rely on tourists coming back a second time. It's best to leave it alone. There are many other really good restaurants in Renesse, this is not one of them.

Picked up 2 x pizza last night, 1x pizza salami and 1x pizza shawarma. And this for a measly 30 euros. When we arrived at our holiday home, we were looking forward to a delicious pizza... thin base... yes, almost raw, it fell into our stomach like a block of concrete and yes, shawarma? Less than 20 pieces of meat on the entire pizza and on the toilet the same night......all in all a real "recommendation" to ruin your holiday. Just a shame. Nice piece of advertising for that beautiful town.

Bevroren vitello tonato, kwam kant en klaar uit de vriezer maar te snel op tafel gezet. Zonder excuus werd het weer mee teruggenomen. The pizza dough is not soft enough and has absolutely no taste, be it salami or bella italia. Spaghetti Bolognese is a tomato sauce from a packet with a little minced meat in it. 0 flavor, no spices. You shouldn't skimp on the chef in the restaurant, there were 2 young people in the kitchen (which doesn't mean anything) but apparently they were more like temporary workers. Unfortunately it had nothing to do with cooking there. We won't be back, money wasted, sorry The only thing we can say about the prices is that they were too expensive for the food we ordered as it didn't taste good at all. Otherwise it's just a tourist town where you pay more for the food

Delicious food for a normal price. Service was young but very nice and attentive. Both the children and adults had a delicious meal. Tastiest pasta ever according to the kids!

Wie schon viele vor mir geschrieben haben: Brot und Oliven wurden gebracht und mit unverschämten 11,40 berechnet. Am Nebentisch haben kleine Kinder 2 x versehentlich Wassergläser fallen lassen, die dann kaputt gingen. Der junge Mann vom Restaurant machte daraufhin sehr unwirsch und lautstark darauf aufmerksam, dass das nun schon das zweite Mal wäre. Keine Ahnung welche Ausbildung dort genossen wurde; auf jeden Fall keine gute. So kann und darf man mit Gästen nicht umgehen, die auch noch unfassbar viel Geld dort lassen. Wir haben für 2 Portionen Nudeln, Brot und Oliven dort 60!€ gelassen. Nie wieder!

Da für diesen Abend eine Reservierung geplatzt war, mußten wir improvisieren. Tatsächlich wurde es dann das Buon Cuore, das, obwohl es bereits ziemlich voll war, für uns noch zwei Plätze hatte. Das Restaurant erstreckt sich über 3 Ebenen, auf der unteren hatten wir Einblick in den Weinkeller. Die Bedienung war prompt und freundlich, wir konnten direkt zusehen, wie das Essen in der Küche zubereitet wurde. Die Vorspeise "Oliven & Brot" war gut, ebenso die beiden Pizzas zum Hauptgang. Die hätten etwas knackiger gebacken sein können, sonst hatten wir nichts zu beanstanden.

Ordered a prosciuto and a calzone. Pizza not baked, tomato sauce not seasoned, toppings not seasoned, pizzas overall not very edible or not at all edible. Service OK. When my wife took the first sip it was clear how this came about. The cola was mixed with mineral water. For the price of €7.00 for a 0.2l cola with mineral water. This is an absolute rip off. The food was fair and tasty for a holiday region and high season, we enjoyed it, but I forgot about it when I received the bill. Thanks for the answer from the owner, but I have to come back to the Radler again. If the shandy is supposed to consist of 0.2l Sprite and 0.3l Pils, I don't understand why I got a 0.3l glass. I also doubt that it was Sprite, it had a syrup-like sweet taste. And they didn't really respond to my questions because it was very crowded that evening. I don't want to say anything bad about the restaurant itself. As I said, the food was really very good, the point here is to pay attention to what you order and at what price. It is also understandable that errors in the service happen, but at such prices it is very annoying for the guest.

I regret that I didn't read the reviews before I objected. We were there around 7:30 p.m., we sat comfortably at the large table but didn't read the small print on the menu!?! "only one bill per table"!! That means we would have to share the bill with other people!! The stupidest idea in the world!! And no one pointed it out to us! Instead of a cozy evening, we had stress and no one needs that on vacation. We had 2 pizzas, nothing special, small and not properly baked with little toppings, tonno and hawaii for 15.8 +15.5 +2 beers 6 euros each, we didn't give the tip. For over 40 euros I'd rather go and eat a delicious fish around the corner.

Ambience is quite okay, but you can expect that if chairs break, they will be replaced (it wasn't the end of the world, but anyone who makes sales at such prices should be able to do this) Finally, when I asked if everything tasted good, I answered NO and also gave reasons and explanations... no reaction from the waitress, not even a sorry or anything... Conclusion: overpriced, non-transparent, doesn't taste commensurate with the price

The food is just terrible. The lasagne was clearly not homemade, the pizza dough was bone dry and the pasta bolognese was disgusting for children. In addition, dirty toilets and overall cleanliness was more than questionable. Terrible.

Very inflexible on site. Tables are free, but you still have to sit on unstable stools. Juice shop.

Not recommended, we had a lot of stomach problems. Pizza was dry and vegetables not fresh, my friend had pasta and he also had stomach problems. Have been very sick from this. Outdated furniture, chairs and tables that are not good. As soon as customers say something about this you are snubbed, apparently they don't know how to deal with customers. This was definitely a one-off!!

Geen aanrader, we hebben heel erg last gehad van onze buik. Pizza was droog en groente niet vers, mijn vriend had een pasta en ook hij had last van zijn buik. Zijn hier goed ziek van geweest. Verouderde meubilair, stoelen en tafels die niet goed zijn. Zodra klanten hier iets van zeggen wordt je afgesnauwd, weten blijkbaar niet hoe ze met klanten moeten omgaan. Dit was eenmalig!!

The way the service is served here is almost sad. The quality of the food is so-so, but completely boring and without love... the plate is thrown down by some student because you're sitting in the pedestrian zone. We stopped after the appetizer and moved on.

Definitely not recommended! Tourist rip off!!! The pizzas were hard as bones and you could look for the toppings. But we were really disappointed with the lasagna for 17.50. It was more like a lasagna soup. Just 3 small pasta plates with an excessive amount of bechamel sauce. Families save all year round to be able to afford something like this. Unfortunately the waiters didn't care much. It seemed to me as if they weren't hearing this for the first time! Never again!!

Unfortunately very disappointing. Pizza greasy and too much cheese. Be careful of the bread question/fall before the main course... it will cost you 15 euros without notice. Pasta was okay... but nothing more. Prices are typical for a tourist area.

Had a very bad pizza with dried out pineapple. Be careful when ordering bread, you get olives with it, for which they then charge you 5 euros per bowl... Afterwards. Staff was grumpy, that's actually -3 stars. Broken chairs that damage clothing, nothing was done about complaints and suggestions. I'll never come here again.

We were here on Friday with a group for food and drinks. Two of us ate Pizza Hawaii, the rest just had a drink. The pineapple was very dry, so we had to take it off. We couldn't find the mozzarella that was supposed to be on it anywhere either. So what was left was a Pizza Magherita, which was pretty much the worst pizza I've ever had. The chair I was sitting on was broken, leaving a friend of mine with her dress hanging on it and me with my designer leather jacket, which is now damaged. I reported to the staff that two people got their clothes stuck on my chair and my jacket was damaged as a result. The staff did nothing at all about this - not even an apology - and they did not look at the chair either. They laughed as I walked away. My friends and I will never go here again.

Pizza not tasty, all the additions were added later. No atmosphere or experience in the dishes. Nice staff.

Italiaans eten op z'n Hollands! Echte Italiaanse smaken ontbraken. Schaaltje Bolognese saus: 5 euro!! Staat bij de Calzone gewoon als extra: ook met Hollandse (Zeeuws) tint. Wel een uitgebreide en goede bierkaart.

Very tasty food, great service and the prices are okay for a vacation spot ;-). We will be back!
