Pizzeria Oase in Wijk 01 Sneek

Shady place with slow service and terrible food. At the beginning of the evening, I had a shawarma sandwich on the spot. The rest of the place was empty. After waiting 40 minutes, I finally got lukewarm shawarma that had a suspicious aftertaste. I've never had chlorine before, but that's probably what it tasted like. We then had to pay cash (which we obviously didn't have) and had to take our change from a parked car with the engine running. In short, I won't be returning.

Although we had to wait a while for our food, we were well served by the friendly staff, and the food tasted good. A small drawback was that not all the food was hot, but the flavor was nevertheless sublime. For the average person with patience, this place scores more than enough.

It tastes good, but nothing more

Today I placed an order via the Thuisbezorgd platform for a total of 21.75 Euro. About 20-30 minutes later I received a call from the company. During this phone call, the owner spoke to me in an extremely rude and unprofessional manner and informed me that my order would be cancelled. Initially, I asked if he could speak English, but he kept insisting that I speak Arabic. After I indicated that I did not speak Arabic, we were finally able to communicate in English. The owner told me that he would cancel my order because I had previously left a bad feedback on this platform. I was very surprised, because I had never experienced anything like this before. In addition, the way he communicated with me over the phone was not at all professional, but very rude and impolite. I would like to make the following clear to the company: 1. As a customer, I have the right to place an order to try your company and leave negative feedback if I am not satisfied. You should take this feedback constructively and think about how you can become a better company and satisfy your customers better, instead of calling me and arguing. 2. I reordered, thinking that you might have made improvements since the last negative feedback, and besides, you were the only delivery service open at the time. That is why I reordered from you. 3. You really need to improve your communication skills. It is not right to argue with your customers; you should be striving for customer satisfaction. 4. You should be more friendly and helpful to a customer who has given you a bad feedback, to turn a bad experience into a good one. This experience clearly shows how far your company is from professionalism. Unless you are serious about customer satisfaction and professional service, you will continue to receive this type of negative feedback.

Ordered pizza, it was not what I expected. Had contact with owner, took complaint seriously. Offered a free pizza, which I didn't think was necessary.

Very poor customer service. Already placed an order at 5 p.m. via home delivery. The order had not yet arrived at 7 p.m. Called customer service and they said our order was ready and would be delivered any time. Half an hour later I received a call with a question about my order. Out of surprise, I asked why my order was not ready yet because it was previously said that it would arrive any moment. The response to this was extremely unfriendly and I was told that the order was canceled.

This tent keeps you on a leash. When ordering it would be ready after 30 minutes. Upon arrival (after 30 minutes) it would take a while. Asked again after 20 minutes. And then again after 10 minutes. Then it was said that it would be ready after 10 minutes, but when we asked they had not yet started the preparation. Waited over an hour and left without food. Worthless. No problem if it takes a long time, just be transparent about it.

Ordered pizzas by phone. It would take 30-40 min. We went to pick it up after 30 minutes and then we had to wait another 30 minutes. Then there are tasteless pizzas where everything has been made up with cheap ingredients (toasted ham, peppers from a jar, half-cooked mushrooms and onions and some leaves with no taste that were supposed to pass for artichoke. And the ATM turned out not to work on the spot either (whatever they did). (could have communicated this by telephone). Advice: do not order or pick up a pizza here.

What good pasta! I can recommend everyone to order here. The food was hot after deliveries.

Do not have it delivered. Appointments are not kept, even after waiting almost 3 hours. I'm not quick to say that, read all my other reviews as well. They lie and cheat. You can get good food on site. Delivery is a no go. I have never spoken to the owner who responded, but I did speak to a very unfriendly lady

Tasty food made from good ingredients. If you order from home delivery, I would take longer waiting times into account. According to my expectations, they have a shortage of delivery people and they are looking for that. Furthermore, the owner is also a nice man who does his best to prepare quality food. I like coming here 👍🏻

Ordered via home delivery, order would be delivered within 53 minutes, 60 minutes later the delivery person is on his way at least delivered to my home, I receive a call from Oasis with the message that they do not have vegetarian lasagna, if I want something else it can still be made and otherwise my money will be refunded. ' so it still needs to be fixed, couldn't you have called earlier? (No, that's why I'm calling now sir, just say what you want) sir, I'll cancel it, see you later. So I waited an hour for nothing and will never order from here again, I just have to see if I can get my money back...

As a newcomer in the city of Sneek, I have tried a few things with different pizza restaurants, but Oase is certainly the tastiest with pizzas in terms of quality. You can taste it immediately, and I hope that they continue to use pure, high-quality ingredients in the future. Customer service is top notch.

I've had pizza here a few times now, and I remain very satisfied. The pizzas are always richly topped and full of flavor. The cheese that Oase uses on its pizzas is especially delicious. The pizza in the photo is the "Oasis Special" and definitely recommended.
