Placed an order, called afterwards because I accidentally checked pick up, it should have been delivered... I called them straight away, we don't deliver to your area (nothing on the website) I already paid of course but the man said it was no problem, I could cancel it but then I didn't get my money back! Not decent, right?! Please do it now.

I can't say anything about the food because my food never arrived and the phone isn't answered!

4.4 stars?!?! Whoever did not give 5 stars did not pass his/her exam because my greater power say this is overwhelmingly delicious Phew the best pizza in Groningen.

I ordered a Chef’s Fantasy pizza at 3 AM. Proceeded to get the most amazing pizza I have tasted in a while. Absolutely amazing. Love to the chef and to this establishment, I will definitely order again

I ordered a basil pizza, together with an Ice Tea mango and baklava. Unfortunately, my experience was downright disappointing. First of all, I had to wait an extremely long time for my order. After an hour and a half, I decided to call the restaurant, but the phone was only answered when we called with two phones at the same time. When they finally answered, they had no idea what order it was about. They promised to call back, but that didn't happen. We called again, but even then the employee didn't seem to understand what order we were talking about. After three calls, he finally said that the delivery person had left "six minutes ago". Since we only live eight minutes away, it still took almost half an hour before we received the order, in total we had to wait more than two hours. When the order finally arrived, everything was wrong. – The basil had gone into the oven, which did not benefit the taste of the pizza. – Instead of Ice Tea mango, I got Ice Tea lemon. – The baklava looked completely different than in the pictures and smelled strange. It was also bone dry. We didn’t dare to eat it in the end. All in all a bad experience. I strongly advise against ordering here. I recently ordered food from this place for myself and my girlfriend from our accommodation. The delivery was quick and uncomplicated. The pizza would certainly have been very tasty, but it was no longer warm when it arrived. However, the spaghetti carbonara had absolutely nothing to do with carbonara...more like "spaghetti, I mix in everything there is." Instead of the usual parmesan cheese and bacon, we found all sorts of chunks and scraps of different vegetables among the Italian delicacies that definitely don't belong there. Thick strips of onions, peppers and mushrooms were present in more than sufficient quantities. The chef also didn't skimp on an unidentifiable spice. Unfortunately, this completely masked the actual taste. Eating fresh in the restaurant itself would be worth another try, but we won't order again.

Forgetting things, saying it will be refunded and then you can't get them anymore.

What a dirtier store this is. We will NEVER come here again. We had dinner here with 10 people. A lot of things went wrong when ordering/serving. The food was cold and we didn't get what we ordered. The next day, 4 out of 10 people turned out to be sick with vomiting/diarrhea We got food poisoning here. We duly called this business with our story. The owner asked us if he could look into it himself and that he could call us back. We have still not received a call back and we are done with these ballets. The food and nutrition authorities should be sent here. NEVER FOR US AGAIN

NEVER AGAIN......Recently (March 2025) we had dinner with 10 people, half of the food was cold, we didn't get what we ordered....and the worst was the night and the next day....4 out of 10 people got sick....diarrhea and vomiting....

With 10 people. eaten. At least I ate some of it due to a strong appetite. Lukewarm and incorrect orders were corrected, but almost half of the party felt miserable and ill afterwards. Called about this, nothing was done. That's why this review. Definitely not recommended.

Italian name, then you expect Italian pizza. Right? But with shawarma on the menu, it's doubtful. Pizza carbonara special was not bad at all. In fact, surprisingly good soil. But I ordered the special because of pork tenderloin and it turned out to be empty. It's nice that they called about it. Replace suggestion with chicken. Oh well, just do it this time. Would that have been thin slices of bland chicken fillet... Unfortunately, diced Arizona/shawarma seasoned chicken. Flavors that clash. Dirty. Great with fries, not with carbonara. Real chef would never have suggested this. Removed the chicken from the pizza, but that taste was of course completely in the cheese etc and that ruined the otherwise excellent pizza. Turkish salami and a too wet bottom in the middle, I can't stand it. But I emailed about the chicken flavor and it really wasn't my intention that I wanted a new pizza or something. A discount for the next order would have been nice, but I mainly just wanted a response to my detailed email. Apologies, we will blah blah in the future. Nothing. A few weeks later that doesn't happen anymore. Then there will still be a negative review. I can still taste that flavor. Bah. Strange that places where shawarma is sold seem to do above-average little in terms of customer service and customer loyalty. A real Italian Pizzeria would have taken my complaint seriously. I wanted to order here more often, but it remains a one-off.

The pizzas and the pizza boxes were covered in hair. After calling for a refund as our appetite had completely disappeared. This was rejected and we were told that this was not the case, unfortunately you cannot post photos with this

Delicious pizza! Not too salty, nice and crunchy. It took a little longer than the stated delivery time, but it was worth it. My home delivery app has a glitch, so unfortunately I couldn't leave a tip for the friendly delivery person afterwards. Hopefully that will happen next time!

See the first photo I took myself: this is not Sjaslick on charcoal BBQ meat; what you see is a shabby dish, really bad and it doesn't look good either. This is desert dry crumb meat from the microwave. Left more than half of the food behind. The owner proudly said that it was deliciously dry crumb pork. I told him that I really didn't like it and that I didn't know Sjaslick in this way and I paid without making any further fuss and left to have a nice meal somewhere else. I'll never come back here; is not a BBQ restaurant! Other 2nd photo Shaslick on a skewer, that's how it should be and that's how I know it at many restaurants! I also ate this at a competitor nearby. Ordered pizzas. Delivery time in the email differed from the delivery time I received online. But I called and they came fairly quickly. The pizzas were delicious! Highly recommended.

Had to wait a long time for the pizza (namely one and a half to two hours). But the long wait was certainly not worth it. The pizza was not cooked properly. Furthermore, the delivery time took longer than stated. Very disappointing, next time I will order from a different place.

This restaurant stands head and shoulders above the rest in Groningen. I took the first dish. Spaghetti Bolognese. My father says that you can judge a restaurant by the herb butter and/or the first main course on the menu. I can't blame the man.

Ordered via Uber eats and it took over 2 hours for the food to arrive. It was completely cold by then and the lasagna only consisted of cheese and dry ground meat that tasted burnt. Sadly not a great experience :(

Eigenaar met hart voor de zaak, erg vriendelijk en het eten is heerlijk en altijd een ruime portie. Buiten kun je even lekker zitten en de openingstijden zijn van vroeg tot laat in de avond, top tent!

Jeg anbefaler alle å gå å prøve på denne restauranten, hyggelig mennesker på jobben og dem har veldig mye forskjellig som er nytt for mange og på sin meny det er det som gjøre det spesielle. Anbefaler på det høyeste:)

Super lange bezorgtijd. Belde na anderhalf uur of t nog lang ging duren. Toen was de man aan de telefoon wel vriendelijk, maar zei dat ze gingen beginnen met het maken van de bestelling. Waarna het nog 40 minuten duurde voor de bestelling er was. De bestelling bestond uit drie pizza’s. De pizza’s waren overigens wel naar wens.

Vandaag voor het eerst besteld hier. De lasagne kwam een half uurtje later dan aangegeven maar dat vond ik niet erg. Hij was goed warm, goed gevuld en smaakvol. Het leek wel meer op een soort kaaslasagne dan een bolognese lasagne.

Ik kwam hier met een vriend om 4:30 uur en we hadden allebei heerlijke margherita pizza's. Voor niet heel duur!

Splinternieuw restaurant, stond hier nog niet toen ik afhaalde. De Calzone was ERG lekker, goed gevuld ! Had wel een tikkie langer in de over gemogen. Maar verder dik in orde.
