OMG what a place, we ordered by phone 4 times and all 4 times, truly, we received the wrong order. The service regarding their mistakes is extremely poor and they just say “come and get what you’re missing.” Sorry, but a “good” company is supposed to come and deliver. This is what they call fixing mistakes. Today, out of convenience (there isn't another snack bar nearby), we thought we’d give it the benefit of the doubt. We ordered on the spot this time. The order was ready in just 5 minutes, which meant the fries were still soggy and not 100% right. We ate the order at home and found out that all the snacks were wrong. Called again... with the same result: “come and get the correct one.” It is absolutely insane that this place still exists, never again 😵

These affordable snack shops are tucked away in alleyways. The ingredients are fresh, the service is friendly and welcoming, like being with a neighbor. The shops are clean and tidy. Highly recommended!

Shit food, shit price. The fries were cold, just like everything else, except the ice cream, which was too warm. Everything that could go wrong went wrong. The atmosphere was depressing, like a funeral. The cheeseburger: burger = cold, bun = sponge, cheese = plastic. Ice cream sundae: ice cream = warm, cup = the same size as a soft drink cup, sauce = expired. Slushpuppie has been molding around in that thing for six years. All in all, a cheap, shitty place. Run by the Chinese guy around the corner.

Outrageously high prices when you eat in the "restaurant." Double the price, definitely not worth the money. I'm willing to pay for service and quality, but this is ridiculous. Definitely won't be back.

I've regularly eaten here with satisfaction. The burgers and fries were delicious. Unfortunately, what's advertised on the website isn't what you get. Don't order the hamburger special: instead of the generously filled burger with a fried egg, fresh lettuce, lots of tomato, and vegetables, you get a thin burger, a cold, old-sliced egg that you have to put on yourself, two tiny pieces of onion, and, well, something that passes for a vegetable. If you ask for this, they won't respond. No more burgers from this restaurant.

If you buy something there and pay in cash, make sure you pay the exact amount. They're not very strict about giving change; the trick is they return with a lot of smaller coins, and there's always a difference of 5 or 10 cents in their favor. Moreover, the staff chats so much that your snacks are burnt, and the fries are thrown back several times and look like rubber. Unfortunately, this wasn't the first time, but it's the last. They won't see me again.

I recently ordered a cheeseburger here, but unfortunately, it was quite disappointing. The cheese on the burger wasn't even melted, which made the whole experience a bit bland and unfinished. The fries I got with it were cold and hard—absolutely not fresh and not enjoyable to eat at all. What made it even worse was the price. For this quality, I thought it was way too expensive. You expect something at least well-prepared when you're paying that kind of money. It's a shame, because I was really looking forward to it, but this was unfortunately a disappointment. I won't be back.

They have good fries here, and the special dishes are delicious, like Brussels. But there's no atmosphere.

As always, we had a great meal.

Today for the 2nd time picked up fries specially well packed with a plastic foil over it so that it did not stick to the paper, fries goulash well filled goulash snacks nice and warm I was satisfied and will definitely go back

Hamburger special with fried egg (according to menu) had a boiled egg next to it. 3 pieces of onion and some lettuce. Not worth calling hamburger special. Fries seemed to be fried for the 2nd time.

I don't think so to be honest fries were not tasty and the snack had no taste either. Milkshake kiwi was more like milkshake soft ice cream. Service was pretty good. Sorry, not worth repeating.

Dont buy the Popsicles or ice cream. They sell magnum ice cream for around 2.50-3.00. With that price you can just go inside the plus to buy a whole box. The ice cream machine hasn't been cleaned, for what it looks like, a whole year. I went there with my friend once to get a softijs (ice cream in a cone) and the worker didn't wear gloves, and when he got some ice cream on his hands he just locked it off and handed us our ice creams. Don't go here.

Unfortunately not 0 stars. After coming here for more than 16 years with the same owners, it is really over after today. To my surprise, I noticed that my “medium” slush puppy looked suspiciously small, so I thought this was a mistake and went back inside since my medium milkshake was the right size. She claimed that this was really a MEDIUM slush puppy and I could hardly believe it. When I put both cups next to each other they showed me what a small slush puppy was, this was exactly the same size cup (also shown in the attached images) that you get at the dentist to rinse your mouth. And then they were also fierce towards me after I had paid the top price for this. Customers in line also looked shocked and also said, “That's really small, isn't it?” It's a shame! always got a larger size cup, but if that's the case then leave it alone. Don't let these scammers screw you! There are better chip shops on the Mayor of Hooflaan!

Got fries and snacks. Only the fries half fried partly because the staff are all talking to each other and not paying attention.

Delicious food. Will definitely come back more often. Only minus point, a bit dirty behind the lamps above the tables, especially the cobwebs everywhere.

An absolutely sublime chip shop Located in the De Heikant district of Veldhoven, Plaza de Heikant is certainly the best chip shop in the whole of Veldhoven or not the Kempen. The reason for my visit was mainly prompted after I heard from reliable sources that they sold the legendary Lucifer chip snack here. This is a chip snack that has been out of the range at most chip shops for the past 9 years. As a lover of Kipkorn and spicy food, I have always found this a shame. To my surprise, the masterful snack was still available when I arrived at this chip shop and tasted just as good as I remembered it as a 12-year-old. The fries also had a good texture and tasted good, and that's all you can ask for fries. The Dr Pepper was also well chilled and had the distinct taste it has when you drink it cold from a can in a chip shop. Another big point that I was very satisfied with was the service, which was very good and also had the order for my group of 6 ready within talking time. When I realized that I had forgotten to order sauce, a cup of sauce was also arranged for me, so what more could you want from a chip shop?

Vandaag de telefonische bestelling opgehaald en zoals al meedere keren is gebeurd klopte het niet helemaal. Er moest 1 frikandel speciaal bij zitten die zat er bij maar zonder de uien dus geen echte speciaal,echt jammer dat daar veel fouten gemaskt worden .

Wij waren vanuit ons woonland Zweden onderweg voor familiebezoek en dit was onze eerste stop in Nederland. Ons viel direct op dat het coronabeleid hier serieus wordt genomen. Even wennen voor ons maar wel prima natuurlijk! En ja, een frietje met frikandel gaat er wel in als je maar af en toe in Nederland bent. Dat is prima hier en de bediening is erg vriendelijk.

Bestelling van saté werd begrepen als saté saus dus moest saté nog klaargemaakt worden toen rest wat besteld was al klaar was. Met als gevolg een koude sitostick terwijl men vertelde dat deze nog 10 minuten warm bleef boven de frituurpannen! Was dus niet zo☹☹
