I ordered a meal for the children because of the toys that come with the meal, but it was so bad that we weren't in the Netherlands. And the potatoes I saw, it was reheated, and I was deeply saddened by this behavior. But I hope everything is better than this service.

Picked up a tasty sandwich here for lunch and ate it on the terrace. Flavorful.

Poor quality 30% and best quality 70%, cafe and young girl are providing poor service except for the owner. They often don't even offer forks, that's why I'm only giving them 2 stars. They should be able to improve this.

It is really not good. First of all, the potatoes should be fried better and the sauce should be served in a separate small bowl or on the side instead of on top. Furthermore, the half chicken is always burnt and tough. Apart from the owner, the other staff, particularly the young girls, provide terrible service; they never smile. It is a very nice café, but a few things do need to be improved. To truly enjoy the atmosphere and the dining experience, it needs to be more professional, especially with those young employees. There were no problems under the previous owner.

Delicious food, generous portions, and very friendly service. Also quite affordable.

I've ordered often and always been satisfied, until today. Our home delivery order was incomplete; three snacks hadn't arrived. I called and told her we were short three snacks, and the woman on the phone said she'd look into it. A Chinese woman had made our receipt herself and put the snacks in the bag, she said. I reiterated that I really didn't have them and that I wanted to speak to her directly. The woman persisted, so I asked if the delivery person had eaten them and if she could come and see what I had in the bag. She wouldn't do anything about it and hung up. I called again immediately and got the woman on the phone again. I explained that I hadn't finished speaking with the woman and that I wanted to speak to her again. This wasn't possible because she was busy. I had to call back in half an hour, and she hung up again. After another half hour, I called back and got a man on the phone, who also initially refused to help. When I said I'd pick them up, which was no problem, the snacks could be delivered after all. 👍🏻

I placed an order via Thuisbezorgd from Station Plaza Deventer, and it was a truly ridiculous experience. Upon arrival, it turned out that 3 frikandellen were missing from my order. Of course, that can happen; making mistakes is human. So I just called to resolve it properly. But instead of a normal response, I was basically just branded a liar. They acted as if it was impossible for anything to be missing and were completely unwilling to consider a solution. No apology, no proposal to rectify the situation, absolutely nothing. It’s not even so much about the frikandellen, but about the way you are treated as a customer. If you make a mistake and then accuse your customer as well, something is really wrong. For me, this was the first and immediately the last time I will order here. Customer service is apparently hard to find here.

Not a very large restaurant but you can sit down and eat or take away, nice people working and you can order at a column or at the counter and the food is delicious despite it being a snack bar

Unfortunately, these were truly poor quality fries. They really lacked the flavor of crispy fried potatoes. You guys can do better, get a fresh potato chip cutter and put some love in them ;)

Very nice place to spend time when waiting for your train. Has all kinds of fried quick food you would need. Prices are fair and the staff is very friendly.

Super place, fantastic service. Portions are more than generous and the quality and taste of the food is always the same: 10/10. Next time I’ll take pictures! By the way the prices: we had one medium fries, 5 fried chicken parts and a super cool Bier, Hertog Jan. + Two mayo … Incredible! We hardly could eat it up! We payed 14,50€ . And the sweet lady even served all to the terasse, also gave us an extra board that we could share the food with my partner. Fantastic price/quality ratio! Thank you!🙏

I had perfect fries with a delicious croquette. I can't remember ever having it as good as it was here. Friendly service and a relaxed and clean place.

The employees are friendly, but if you order extra mayo, you get it all over your fries, which means your fries are drowning in mayo, which is a bit of a shame.

Good and tasty fries. Generous amount, enough sauce. Unfortunately no sauce with the wings. Toilet available. You have to get napkins yourself. Sockets available to charge the battery for the ebike.

I ordered here, certainly not worth it, I had to make my own special frikadel, I received the onions and the sauce in the same containers, very strange because I have never experienced that you have to make your own special frikadel, not again.

Placed a telephone order today. Ordered for 14.60, but had to pay 23.10! For delivery costs. I live on the Worp. They didn't tell me in advance either. Just paid it for the delivery person. But never order anything here again

Ordered large fries and curry. Plus points: got fries on time and a lot of them, but I could barely finish them. Not too much salt either, which was totally fine. Negative points: for a large fries I got very little sauce, I think a multi-culti society is fine, but because they only talk to each other in Chinese, I didn't know if the conversation was about me or about the orders or something else?

I ordered a catemarang with satay Got with majo and satay So I called and got someone on the phone who tried to tell me that majo was included as standard and that I had had extra sate. Can't be read anywhere in their that of the majo I explain that I am already in love with Majo Someone else had to answer the phone Because the lady can't speak Dutch or can barely speak it So a young man on the phone He also has no control over the Dutch language Sloppy if you have a business here I would start a business in China and just keep speaking Dutch even though I have lived there for years Like these people are here But okay My snacks were under the fries instead of on top I did receive new fries with what I ordered, but only after an hour Satay sauce was really thrown on top The fries I got were limp, not cooked properly And my friekandel was still partly ice cold But after calling 2-3 times with my justified complaints, I was done with it Tip from me, learn the language in the country where you live Is it normal or am I a flatworm now? I will never order or come there again This has happened to me before with them And gave the benefit of the doubt But I'm not an ass so I'm done with it after 3 times What a bad thing this is

ask for a rundvlees burger (+whatever toppings you like) gggrrreat value for money! kind people who go the distance for you if you're in a rush for your train. modern clean look, there's even self-ordering if you so wish, and they have seat pillows! (really? YES!)

Ik kreeg voor mijn kleine frietje zonder de optie om het door te bakken en extra zout en kruiden erop te gooien voor niks, ongelofelijk.

Even snelle hap scoren. Om te blijven eten is het misschien niet helemaal ideaal, maar voor als je onderweg ben en je snack mee wilt nemen is het een prima snackbar

Verrukkelijke friet, bestelling was lekker vlot bereid, en zeer goed betaalbaar. Bijna €2,00 tot €2,50 goedkoper dan de Smullers. Nu ik dit weet laat ik Smullers zoveel als mogelijk links liggen. De friet is ook 20x beter dan van Smullers. Top zaak, ik kom er graag nog een keer weer

Zoutloos, flauw patat, medewerkers hebben geen uitstraling en bestek moeten we als klant zelf pakken uit een bak waar iedereen met de vingers aan zit. Zeer onhygiënisch! Ik merk een neerwaartse lijn sinds de oude eigenaar weg is en de kwaliteit sterk verminderd.

Normaal laten we het altijd thuis bezorgen, dit keer naar de fysieke zaak gegaan. Netjes en schoon binnen. Vriendelijk personeel. Helaas wat vergeten van mijn bestelling, maar pas bij thuiskomst gezien en niet voor terug gegaan..

Heerlijke plek voor een pauze van je treinreis. Aanrader! Snackbar, maar alles geserveerd op borden en kosten zijn niet te hoog.

Excellent customer service and the food is really tasty!

Ik had een broodje zalm besteld. Toen ik de laatste hap van het broodje nam zei de eigenaresse dat het een te hard broodje was. Ze wilde graag een nieuw broodje aan mij geven die beter was. Ondanks dat ik zei dat het eerste broodje prima was en een nieuwe niet nodig was. Beide broodjes waren lekker maar ik zit nu wel een beetje vol.

Dit is onze vaste cafetaria, voor als we friet halen. Altijd knapperig en goed geweest. Laatste 2x helaas lauwe slappe friet en ook een lauwe snack helaas. (Terwijl we altijd hetzelfde recept hebben/was altijd goed). Hopelijk komt de kwaliteit als vanouds weer terug.

Handig om snel een snack te halen. Kwaliteit goed. Vriendelijke mensen.

Heerlijke verse licht krokante friet, perfect gebakken dus. Een een friet oorlog zoals deze overal zou moeten zijn: saté, curry & mayonaise. Ook nog eens goede porties, een medium is een bord vol en niet een triest klein bakje zoals bij de meeste snackbars. En ontzettend vriendelijk personeel, die graag extra gas geeft wanneer je een trein moet halen.

Jammer dat het gebouw zo achter in een hoekje zit. Het zou tot zijn recht komen als het wat dichter op het station zou zitten. Het eten was prima.

Prima hamburgers hebben ze hier en snel klaar.
