Tasty fries and snacks, but always about half an hour late, what a shame!

The fries were delicious, as were the sauces. The staff is friendly. The snack bar has a homey feel and a good atmosphere.

Today, Sunday, July 27th, two people ordered fries, a babischijf (a Dutch sausage roll), and a frikandel speciaal (a Dutch special frikandel) from Bestel en gehaald (Order and Pick Up). Unfortunately, when we got home, there wasn't a frikandel speciaal included. We immediately called to say it wasn't there, and we had to argue high and low. "Do you really think we're going to complain about a few euros?" Several people called. Finally, they offered to come pick up a new one, but it was raining heavily, so cycling back wasn't an option. With so many people on the phone, we really didn't get it. Unfortunately, we lost one customer because the fries were so salty they were inedible and ended up in the trash.

Fries and snacks are not fried for too long or too short. Fries not too salty and there are enough people working so you don't have to wait long for your order. Everything also looks neat and clean in the store.

This snack bar clearly did not understand the essence of fast food. After 2.5 hours still no fries and snacks. After calling 3 times the order was suddenly thrown out. No, you don't get your money back either. What a bunch of bunglers there.

Delivered wrong food and is difficult with customer who does not want to deliver the right thing I will never eat any of this again

Bad experience, you have to place your order a year in advance to be able to pick up your order on this day. Unbelievable waiting time over an hour and a half for fries with.

We got our food delivered just before closing time. I think fries were left over from the whole evening. So soft and cold. I think the cheese soufflé was from before the war. So dried out the food. What a waste. I will never order from here again.

You order a hamburger sandwich for €5.20, and you expect a hamburger sandwich of some quality. But no, you get a soft bun from the supermarket with a hamburger from the freezer section of the supermarket, topped with curry and half a bag of chopped onions. The actual value of this sandwich was less than a euro. This is the type of sandwich you make when you are drunk and have nothing but frozen hamburgers and a bag of Albert Heyn buns. What a farce.

My father just called to order fries, mayo with curry, but was scolded! Downright ridiculous. You will never see me here again

I ordered a hamburger and fries and got a burger without bread, a slice of burger, it cost 7.50 from the restaurant

Terribly bad! Ordered and paid for food, NEVER received, been trying to get in touch with Ricardo's for 3 days and emailed with home delivery, but have not gotten any further because I have to contact Ricardo's myself No contact at all at Ricardos!! And now?!?!?! Definitely doesn't deserve that one star!

The very expensive bear bite is a regular meatball cut into 4, which is a shame. To top it all off, there was also a black long hair in it.

Waiting half an hour for a spring roll and a hair salon is a very long time. In response, the shoulders are shrugged.

Lekkere patat, lekker laat nog open. Als je even geduld hebt dan krijg je ook goed gebakken patat. Prima zaak.

Altijd goed eten, heel vriendelijk personeel. Broodje warm vlees en Patat stoofvlees zijn een aanrader!

Leuke plek om te snacken, niet te duur en goede kwaliteit.

Half uurtje later ... maar was weer heerlijk !!

Patat is heerlijk daar . Maar wat kan die Chinees slecht communiceren zeg met klanten . Kwart over 5 bestelling ophalen . Krijg je te horen dat het er nog niet in zit 🙄 ze zijn altijd laat met bestellingen ... als je sneller hap wilt zal het daar niet bestellen....

Woensdagavond een varkens snitsel en een goulash krcket besteld,we kregen de (gerechten) in een afgesloten bak waarbij alles bij elkaar lag. En normaal zou je toch verwachten dat de kroket appart wordt verpakt. Net een grabbelton.....

Beste patat en de snelste levering.

Alles is daar wel goed te eten. Het wachten op ke eten dat is het grootste probleem. Had betaald om 17.30 in de zaak en om 18.10 liep ik er uit met het eten. Dit ging om 1 patat mayo en 1 berehap sate.

Vriendelijke bediening Lekker gegeten

De laatste tijd duurt het wachten op de bestelling erg lang. Wel erg lekkere patat. Ik had gebeld (na 5 kwartier) en het moest er nog in, ze waren daarna wel relatief snel bij ons. Vind het persoonlijk te lang duren voor thuisbezorgd dus zal er niet snel meer bestellen.

Bijna altijd lang wachten op bezorging e. Als je belt is het zogenaamd altijd druk vandaag 17.45 besteld en 18.45 uur gebeld toen moest het nog bereid worden

Lekker eten en werd snel bezorgt.

Goeie snackbar ondanks de immer sagherijnige uitbaatster. En ja, alsnog 5 sterren aangezien ik bewonder hoe ze consistent even sagherijnig blijft.

Slecht telefonische bereikbaar lange levertijden terwijl je bij opmerking duidelijk vraagt of eerder kan anderhalf uur op friet wachten niet echt fijn

Personeel, bestelling opnemen, klant volgorde kloppen in mijn ogen niet. Naar mijn idee gaan ook de mensen die ze kennen voor. Vaak heb ik al fouten gehad bij de bestelling. Personeel lijkt soms echt niet te weten wat ze doen door de miscommunicatie.

Es ist Kinderfreundlich,sauber,und vor allem frisches, leckeres Essen.

Heerlijke kuikensnitzels hebben ze daar

Heel erg lang op de bestelling gewacht, we gingen buiten eten. Drie kwartier wachten voor patat met een kroket en frikandel. Nooit weer!!!

Na wisseling eigenaar in eerste instantie wat problemen. De 1e maand. Laatste jaren eigenlijk altijd alles dik voor elkaar. Eten is heerlijk en vooral veel. Weinig cafetaria's die zoveel geven voor je geld.

In Deventer gewoon de enige die ik wil. Veel en goed eten. Altijd netjes behandeld :D

Afhankelijk van drukte is wachttijd 20 tot 40 min.

Prima eten maar omdat ik in de buurt woon krijg ik meerdere keren per dag de vraag of ik hier ben... NEE IK BEN RHUIS LAAT ME MET RUST!!!
