POKÉBROS in Delfshaven

Good service. Nice staff. Good price.

Unfriendly staff, arrogant management, and poor quality and service. I am not coming back here!

Bought 2 salmon pokebowls near closing time and by the time i got home we realised it smelled and tasted rotten, customer service refused to compensate because i didnt call the same day i got the food

Ordered a poke bowl, they gave me expired disgusting smelling salmon I had one bite and couldn’t have anymore -20 euros and I had to order form somewhere else.

The food is fine, but the communication is terrible. If you order sides, you only get half, and if you specify a time slot for when you want your food, you have to add 40 minutes to that. It has happened to me two out of three times now that I miss things and the food arrives way too late.

Super delicious poke bowl, fresh and healthy and price quality really recommended!

Today I was helped by a super sweet young man. I've spoken to him before and he's always been incredibly helpful! His communication is always smooth and he speaks very kindly.

Had the most amazing bowl, was helped by the owner who was great. Would recommend if you’re down for some healthy tasty food.

Delicious poke bowl with friendly and fast service, nice atmosphere and good portions.

Ate two delicious pokepowls for €30, very friendly service too :-)

Delicious bowls to take away! Half price during the week.

Shame on you. Containers so wide they look like they're worth something. With a high base. Half-filled with white rice. The added ingredients are minimal. You can't even fill a tooth with those portions. 22 euros. You have to add what you need, otherwise it won't be delivered. With a product that only comes with three rings. Absolutely unacceptable. Absolutely outrageous. Just a container of white rice for 22 euros. If you order wasabi, you get a small bag for that price.

Really super delicious food, I would love to come back here

I come here fairly regularly and it seems like you keep getting less rice; you're basically just eating toppings now.

We made a mistake with the order, but this was resolved very well! Great!

Delicious food! Friendly staff! Definitely recommended!

Super friendly man, helped me a lot with all my dietary requirements

Great options including plant based, fresh and delicious!

Delicious, high-quality bowls at a fair price and friendly staff. Highly recommended.

Very nice place very kind people working there!

Helped quickly and good service

Insanely nice guys, great service and a free drink, 5 stars overall

Super friendly people. Great service. Super delicious, fresh, and healthy food. You'd be a fool not to stop in here.

Great service and very tasty food!!

Good, delicious and fresh. Enjoyed the pokebowls and the loempia's.

Came in by accident and loved the food 😋 bromance bowl was great and some spiced sauces. Yaaamm very nice people working there!

I got food poisoning after eating the salmon.

Waiting 1,5hours for an order already. Fix your delivery!!

Horrible food: dry, flavourless chicken, rice that is just cooked (nothing like sushi rice) and with way too much salt, raw onion and wet carrot that doesn't fit the bowl. Had to throw mine away because it was too nasty.

It was a pleasure to go and eat here! Will recommend this to anyone who likes pokebowls. Fresh and good portions as-well. 10 of 10

I ordered from Pokebros via Uber Eats, and we got the buy-one-get-one-free spicy cooked salmon bowl. We accidentally ordered one instead of two for the buy-one-get-one-free offer. I finally called the restaurant and explained what was going on, and the employee I spoke with was kind enough to offer to deliver another. The bowl was delicious! Thank you!

Poorly packed, sauce all over my bag. The container wasn't sealed properly. The food is good, but I wouldn't mind a dirty bag.

The fish was not fresh and 3 out of 6 got food poisoning. They do not respond to emails.

We (2x) ordered two bowls for €36 and we were still hungry after eating them. Not normal, too expensive and small portions.

Had a pokebowl here with 6 people. 3 of us got food poisoning. Dont trust this food.

Lovely employees and very fast service. The pokebowl itself was of course also delicious 😊

I'm bulking now and that large pokebowl chicken teriyaki is perfect. Delivered fairly quickly and a delicious large portion. I just won't have the spicy dressing. Thanks pokebros!!!

Fast delivery, absolutely delicious food!

Omg always so happy with it every now and then I order and am often satisfied with it. Delivery time is always between 20/45. And the salmon always tastes fresh

Tasty and healthy pokebowl and, above all, very good service! Accidentally ordered it with lettuce instead of rice, and later it was delivered again but with rice. I will definitely order here more often!

The pokebowl was so salty it was inedible. Unfortunately had to throw it away.

There is currently a promotion for 1+1 on all signature bowls. It turns out that you only have to order 1 bowl on the site and receive a bowl for free (the same one). This was clearly explained by PokeBros over the phone :) We ate a very tasty Pokébowl! I also asked for some seaweed salad, because that option was not available and I got it!

Always order my poke bowls from pokebros! Always satisfied :)

Top service, right on time! It was really delicious, I received a free can of drink, it was really sweet 🥰

Just passed by. You were not open on Sunday at 12:00.

My favorite Pokebowl in Rotterdam 😍 great service and above all absolutely delicious!!!

Very nice, but learn to put the bicycles aside normally so that people can pass by normally with a stroller or wheelchair instead of constantly throwing 3 bicycles in the middle of the sidewalk

Thank you. There was a couple items that they didn’t have an they tried to call me but I was unreachable an they made a nice substitute and write a note and they gave me some drinks. Really appreciate that. An I love the food! 👌🏾😊

Always a super quick delivery, even got a free drink with it!

Lekkere pokebowl.

Had a previous bad experience, but the amazing customer service really improves everything over all. It's a decent lunch location. Would recommend

Great pokebowls and it was very tasty!!

Snelle bezorging!

I visited Pokébros for the first time. There isn't really a lot of space to sit, about 3 to 4 spots which was OK since I was the only one there. You have to order through a touch screen monitor. I would recommend this place as a take out and not a dine in spot. The lady that worked there was very friendly and this was the fastest pokébowl order I've ever had so far. I was glad I took the regular size instead of large, because I was full. It was about 13 euros which was OK.

Top quality, super healthy and usually super fast! Located in Rotterdam with several locations. Normally ordering online to avoid fatty fast food like KFC, McDonalds or others… Concept super simple and everything customizable. Usually taking one of the bowls from the menu and customizing that one. Highly suggested but also not that cheap. But considering how healthy and filling it is compared to other fast food dishes!

Absolutely delicious! Fresh raw salmon! Perfecr avacado. Steaming rice! Positive workers wanting to help and please the customers. This is the best Poke i have ever had!

Ongelooflijk lange bezorg tijd.

Lekker eten & attent personeel!

Leuke zaak, goede service, lekker snel, kortom heerlijk

Great place, kind and welcoming staff. Amazing food!

Great food and quick service. The normal portions are actually quite large! Only thing which was a bummer, we ordered the large one to get red beets, unfortunately there were none. Als an extra seawead order didn’t come true. Other then that great food!

The pokebowls are good but not spectacular. Sitting outside is in a busy street. Eating inside is possible but there are no tables where one can sit facing ones company

Geweldige service.

Last but not least: ze hebben veggie gyozas! 10/10
