The staff here is incredibly rude. I saw a group of girls ordering fries and how they were treated. They were giggling, and they made a mountain out of a molehill. Then they were given fries to go with the message: "Take fries to go, get out of here, rats!" It was awful how they treated these sweet girls. We will never come back here again. Such unfriendly people!

I already love the ones close to the A'dam tower close to ferry, and off course this ones are not different, alwas ask the same L portion of fries to go with Samurai mayo for the ones love spice, the portion is more than enough for 2 people, and the staff was lovely.

12/10 excellent experience! My husband and I had a wonderful meal at Pont Neuf, helped by a poor boy in a cast and a nice young lady. They help you with a smile and work together wonderfully, and you can taste all this in the delicious food we ordered. Definitely worth a try!

The fries are above average, and the portions are huge. We were very hungry, and the medium portion was already quite large. The truffle mayo that came with it was very good. The frikandel, cheese asoufflé, and bitterballen were all not recommended. So only get the fries here; anything else isn't worth it. The service was okay, but very loud, which didn't bother us too much. Overall, this place should really only be given 3 stars, but I'm mainly rating the fries; I'd advise against anything else.

I'm at Pont Nuef, I come in and the first thing I hear is, do you also need fries? I said to the employee, I would start with "Good afternoon," but to make a long story, the fries were not tasty, they were overcooked, and the whole chicken was good, but the taste was only noticeable on the outside. I think it's a shame, but sometimes there are days or weeks like that.

Horrible place. They look sour and don't even look at the customers. Oil dripped from the bags. Fries were rock hard. Dirtiest thing we've ever eaten.

I came here for dinner with my family last weekend. The food was delicious. However, the atmosphere and service were very poor. A blond young man constantly curses, stands in front of customers, and isn't working himself. The music is loud, and the staff shouts on top of that. It's a very good place, but it's a shame the staff makes it worse.

I've been here so many times, even back in the day, they never really stock chicken. So if you're looking for chicken, don't go there. It was really good in the beginning, but in my experience, there's nothing left except if you want fries or a snack. But then you can also go to a snack bar. It's a shame to have to give such a bad review.

The ice cream lady was very helpful. The ice cream ball was big. Even when we got out, the ice cream dropped and she replaced it immediately.

On Fridays and weekends you have inexperienced and unserious guys working there. If you want to order in advance by telephone, the line hangs up or someone shouts on the line that they are not taking orders due to crowds. However, I think the owner should pay more attention to the teenagers who work there and draw their attention to customer service. Because you cannot take the staffing situation seriously. Pont Neuf has great fries, but they are a bit too pretentious. A classic snack bar at least has God-tier snacks such as a Mexicano. Not here. Very unfortunate. The prices are also high for what you get.

Hello nice review readers, I would like to share my experience with this snack bar I've been coming here for some time. My daughter is competing in the Noorderparkbad. Fries after swimming are of course super tasty. Of course I want responsible fries for her. This is the place to be. We almost always have fries with cheese sauce. Deliciouskkkkkk. Service, customer friendly, quality. Fresh fries, fried in good oil, fried chicken and from the grill, both delicious!!! Love it!! What I really like is the regular faces of the staff. 9 times out of 10 I come to Jamila and Angel. What nice, sweet and attentive ladies! They are always polite and respectful! Not just to me. I see them doing this to other people too!!!! Really a great team!! I hope they continue to do this for a long time. NB: I actually think there should be a tip jar!! The girls/staff deserve this. A little extra is always nice.

Great service!! I recently visited Pont Neuf and was extremely impressed with the quality and service. From the moment I walked in I felt welcome. The staff is friendly and very attentive, which immediately made a good impression on me. Girl with blond hair and glasses and girl with dark hair and bun super sweet!! The fries themselves were delicious, perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, just as they should be. The portions are generous, and there is a lot of choice of sauces and other things.

The portions of fries were small and poorly cooked. When we left, no one said hello back. Rude and a loss for the Meeuwenlaan. We won't be coming back here again.

Last Wednesday I had a delicious meal at Pound Neuf. The boys were very nice and had a nice chat with me. The boy with braces and a blonde center part was especially pleasantly talkative. The fries were also good and so were the chicken nuggets. I will definitely come again!

One of my favorite places for fries. Lately, however, the quality of the fried fries and the size of the portions depend heavily on who is working. The quality is therefore not consistent and that is disappointing. The boys who were working this afternoon didn't have things in order. Clean/hygienic working and customer friendliness were hard to find. Shame!

I eat here regularly. I don't live nearby, but I think it's definitely worth traveling to. I was helped by Pablo & Angel and because I was very satisfied, I decided to write a review. They were really super friendly and you can just see that they are passionate about their work. My number 1 favorite is their overloaded chicken fries. It has a homemade sauce on it. Delicious!! Their hot dog buns seem to be good too (I don't like this, but my company says it's the best). Their iced coffee is also really delicious. Definitely worth a try. There is no other place I want to get my overloaded fries than at Pont Neuf. Afterwards the kids also got something tasty.

Dear people of Pont Neuf, the staff was very polite. I felt watched and laughed at + not taken seriously. She also charged €5.50 for 2 containers of sauce, which was abnormal. Really can't, the blond boy was quite rude. Then there were 2 others they laughed all the time. I won't go back until they go away I don't think it's possible!!

Me and my family came here for years, but because of the lousy staff at the Meeuwenlaan we don't come here anymore. Young helpers behind the counter are in charge, if you order 2 or 3 fries and ask to take it with you, you get everything in 1 large bag. If you ask to put the separate bags, after all it is intended for 3 people, instead of a sorry, they argue with you, are unfriendly, disrespectful, in short, worthless staff. As local residents, we regularly come here to get fries and chicken. Although the fries and chicken taste very good, they lack consistency. A family bag can be well filled at times and very sparse at other times. Sometimes the chicken is very tender and other times so dry that you feel like it has been there for half a day. If you arrive a little later, the chicken is often sold out. (7:00/7:30 PM). In addition, we think the price of the fries is on the high side. This is partly due to the poor consistency. €6.60 for a well-filled 2p family bag is easily justified, but this is often not the case. A shame for such a beautiful business.
