The food was really good. I did drive past. But it wasn't anything fancy. Quite expensive for what I got, though.

What a terrible place. The kapsalon was too sad for words: soggy fries, no cucumber or tomato, and the cheese just tasted weird and oregano-like. The meat had a rancid, ham-like texture, totally not what you want. The garlic sauce tasted wrong too, and that Turkish pizza? Not even folded properly, it fell apart. A real waste of money, I wouldn't even eat it for free.

This is perhaps the most terrible place I have ever eaten at in all my 60 years. The fries were limp and broken. They were just like raw potatoes. The baklava was soggy. The fries were also dirty and cold and were initially not delivered. The delivery guy had to come twice. Scandalous! The food is all pretty limp. Animal food, I wouldn't even feed it to my dog. Unpalatable! Inhuman! This is real poison! I got bad diarrhea after this.

Weak company. Accepting an order only to cancel it again doesn't seem quite right to me.

Ordered from home delivery here with friends. Waited 1 hour and 15 minutes and paid 12.50 in delivery fees. That's ridiculous if you ask me! We finally got our food and it was cold, dirty, and greasy. It was absolutely ridiculous; nasty liquid came out of the Turkish pizza and it didn't taste good at all. Definitely not recommended!

I placed an order worth 44 euros. Upon arrival, there was absolutely no contact with me, and the package was simply left outside, without any care or respect! I placed an order with Prego. It arrived within half an hour, and because cold food is a recurring issue, I'd asked if they could deliver it right away. I can't handle reheated food, and we still had to go to the hospital. So it was great that it arrived within half an hour. But unfortunately, it was noticeable in the food. I dished up the food. The pizza crust had very blackened bits that were crumbling, while the topping was still raw. The llamagun had hard chunks of meat or something inside that just crunched between my teeth, unlike what I normally would. The llamagun itself was half-raw and a sheet of dough with blackened edges. And everything was just cold again. The garlic sauce was literally just water, not a bit thinner. No, really water. You could even see fat floating around as if it had been mixed in. It was so thin you could drink it. I couldn't even dip the food in it because I just pissed it off. And it wasn't just one container, but all three containers of garlic. And the garlic wasn't warm either, which made it a bit thinner. We then politely called Prego to explain our dissatisfaction and explain the shortcomings. Then the person on the line started yelling at us about what we expected of him and how we always had something to complain about, and then they just sorted it out and didn't order anymore and had to get lost, and then the line was cut off. Still no solution, no discussion. They hadn't even given us our order yet. I don't know what the guy himself was thinking. But I had to pay 35 euros for a pizza and a lamacun with three containers of sauce, and I could have thrown it straight away because it was half-baked, inedible junk. My child even spat it out and said they didn't like it, and normally, they're happy to get a Prego pizza. The cold food is annoying enough, but it's easily solved by a quick microwave. I'd rather not, but that's not the worst part. And I don't usually call to follow up. I did call because I paid quite a bit and I expect it to be good, or at least edible. And if it isn't, that's very disappointing, but the way they reacted was outrageous. The gentleman could have also responded with, "Oh, that's annoying, I'll be careful next time, or maybe even suggest we get new garlic." But to lash out at your customers like that is ridiculous. I normally love Prego pizzas. But this is disrespectful and unacceptable. Next time, I'll order from a place that actually stands for quality and customer service.

I ordered a huge chicken döner sandwich and a huge chicken sis kebab sandwich without any extras. Delivery arrived right on time and the food was hot. That's where the positives ended because it wasn't clear which sandwich was for which. Neither of us enjoyed our meals. Everything tasted the same. It felt like a wet mess had been stuffed between the sandwich, making it feel like a wet sponge. A bad experience for a high price, as I paid almost €28.

Paid €17.50 for two Turkish pizzas, one deluxe and one with cheese—inedible! The salad in the pizza tasted like it was out of date. It's honestly the worst restaurant I've ever ordered from, and they even dare to charge so much for the food.

After a day at Apenheul, we thought we'd treat ourselves to a delicious meal, but in hindsight, we should have joined the monkeys' leek and turnip buffet. The bag we were handed, dripping with grease, gave us a hint of what awaited us. Both the taste and smell were more reminiscent of an overflowing garbage can in July than fine dining. Giving one star still feels like a compliment.

Yesterday, I placed an order for over €100, less than a 10-minute walk away, and then I had to pay for delivery? But then the food arrived. All the lettuce, whether it was in a separate container, between the bun, or in the kapsalon, was rotten brown, and the fries were limp and greasy. The döner didn't taste good. In short, I'll never order from here again.

The food was inedible. I ordered a doner box and received a kind of garlic soup and leftovers. The chicken burger menu was the worst. The burger itself was flat and inedible, as if it had come from a supermarket. The fries were cold and limp, the size of two small handfuls. The Turkish pizza was covered in grease, dripping from the skin. The kapsalon with rice was also not good; the rice wasn't cooked properly, and the meat was also leftovers.

Unfortunately, the food is inedible. I ordered a mixed grill, but all I got was doner kebab with bulgur, one piece of kebab, and soggy fries. Nothing is grilled, only quickly cooked in a pan. Definitely not recommended.

Despite the reviews, we still ordered two kapsalons via Thuisbezorgd. It took an hour before we received our order, but we accept that given the crowds around dinner time. We were surprised because the kapsalons were still very warm, even hot! Great. However, we did not find the quality sufficient. The chicken doner and doner tasted bland, not tasty. The fries were extremely greasy. The can of iced tea that I ordered with it was one and a half years out of date... we will not order from here again. Price-quality ratio not good at all.

Unfortunately, we had a particularly unpleasant experience at this restaurant. The owner was downright unfriendly and at times even mean. Hospitality seems hard to find here. When we asked for some extra pesto on a pizza (which in the end wasn't even tasty), we were charged €6 for it! For a little pesto... while a whole jar in the supermarket costs less than €1.50. Really ridiculous. To make matters worse, we were also charged €25 for a bowl of döner, which wasn't even prepared yet. When we refused to buy it, the owner got angry. No understanding, no service - just frustration. We will never come back here again.

Minimum order amount €15 and €3 delivery costs within Harderwijk. 1 döner with lamb and extra cheese + delivery = €18. The portion was so small that my husband went to another local to get an extra one. Not special in taste, but okay. Nice delivery person and delivered quickly, that's the only plus point. Definitely not worth the money.

I only have 1 word for this restaurant; WORTHLESS. I ordered fries with mayonnaise (4.25 euros) and chicken chunks for 7 euros for 4 pieces. After waiting an hour and a half, it turned out there wasn't even mayonnaise. I called immediately about this, they would deliver the mayonnaise in 45 minutes (while the delivery person had only been gone for 5 minutes). Finally asked if they could immediately take a new order, since the fries would be cold after 45 minutes. This was refused. To keep an otherwise long story short; The final score was that I didn't get any mayonnaise, and the fruit was fried brown/black. The chicken chunks were tough and also black. Therefore, it is not recommended to order your food here.
