I had a really lovely experience at the Punjabi restaurant. The food was delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. A special thank you to Rani for the wonderful service. She was very friendly, welcoming, and attentive, which made the whole experience even better. You can really tell she cares about the guests. I would definitely come back again and recommend this place! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The paneer tikka masala was delicious (a bit too spicy for my taste) and the portion was large. One portion of rice would have been enough for us. We also had the cheese naan, which was good as well. The lemonades (lime-mint and strawberry) were also enjoyable. One star deducted because it was a bit too expensive for our liking.

The food was really not of good quality. The Tikka Masala was so disgusting that I didn't finish it; the butter chicken was fine. Incidentally, considering how little I ate, there were also hard (stone-like) pieces in it, which I can still feel in my mouth—from the spices I think, not the chicken, but that can happen of course. The portion of the strawberry lassi is very small for €5. All in all, definitely not worth repeating. I would recommend Dadawan as a side restaurant, for example.

We had an incredibly delicious meal. Fast service. We arrived with two small children. The food was on the table within 2 minutes. Definitely recommended. The staff was also very friendly.

Masala Chai is a very weak and very sweet milk tea, without asking if it needs sweetening or not. The cashier is old and unfriendly. People don't want to drink because they're thirsty, but because they need a friendly atmosphere, not just about money. The employees gather around laughing, showing little regard for the customer's comfort, and they seem arrogant, speaking loudly in their own local language, ignoring the customers' desire for peace and quiet.

This was the nastiest butter chicken I have ever eaten! It tasted like Chinese tomato soup! Another couple in the restaurant even walked out without taking a bite. I only ate something because it cost me money, but that caused a terrible stomach ache!! I wouldn't eat here! Even the drinks were disgusting!

The food is fine. It's just a shame that the curry is served on a very flat plate. A few pieces of chicken in a very thin layer of sauce with a thin layer of rice. It was simply very little for the price. Not enough curry to eat with your rice and naan.

We ate at the restaurant. There was a generous selection of various curries, thalis, and snacks. I can highly recommend the vegetarian Thali. There is nothing to fault about the restaurant, and the prices are still somewhat reasonable, considering the location.

Unfortunately, a very disappointing experience at Punjabi Food. I ordered the butter chicken, which, according to the description, was supposed to include salad. However, upon arrival, the salad turned out to be missing. For €16.50, you only get a small portion of rice, butter chicken, and one chapati roti. Given the price, I find the amount of food very disappointing. The biryani was also worthless, costing €16.00 per portion. The taste was very disappointing, and the dish was absolutely not what you would expect from a good biryani. Additionally, I paid €4.00 for one can of Fernandes, which I find disproportionately expensive. All in all, it feels like you are paying a lot for very little. In my opinion, the price-quality ratio is completely lacking. For these prices, I expect larger portions, that you get what is on the menu, and food of better quality. No return visit for me, and unfortunately, I cannot recommend this restaurant. Furthermore, the service was anything but friendly. The cashier couldn't even say hello or give a friendly greeting. Surely, as a guest, you should be able to expect a little customer friendliness. Due to the high prices, mediocre service, and lack of hospitality, I did not have a pleasant experience here.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely amazing Indian food! Every dish was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly spiced. The staff were warm, welcoming, and provided excellent service throughout our visit. The restaurant had a lovely atmosphere, and everything exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended for anyone looking for authentic Indian cuisine. We will definitely be coming back! outstanding hospitality by Deva. She was friendly, attentive, and made us feel truly welcome.

Scam. 16.50 for 4 pieces of chicken fillet from Jumbo. 4 euros for 4 pieces of a quarter tortilla (not naan). I don't think the Butter Chicken sauce is freshly prepared, it tastes premade.

Unfortunately, the food wasn't very tasty. Certainly not for the price. And having to pay extra for the takeaway containers as well… after you've already spent a certain amount.

Does the mango chicken taste different every time? Often it is too sweet, and other times the chicken is very dry? How is that possible?

"I have decided not to eat here anymore.👎 The food itself was tasty, but the price-quality ratio is completely off. Everything has become much more expensive and the portions are much smaller (the Biryani was really half the size it used to be). What disappointed me the most was that I had to pay €13 for a tiny copper bowl of chickpea sauce. That bowl was really worth no more than €2 and it was also way too salty. For this money, you can eat much cheaper and better elsewhere. I will go to another restaurant from now on."

I was here to pick up my two good to go order. When the person greeted me, they immediately had a sour attitude and looked very upset. I asked for my order and I was told to wait 10 minutes. 10 minutes goes by and I’m still waiting so I go up to the counter and she seems clearly annoyed with me that I am asking once again to pick up my two good good to go order. I was not able to catch her name, but she wore a hijab and has acne/blemishes on her face. As a customer, I would advise you train your employees to treat customers with common respect. What an awful and unhappy woman and so unnecessary rude. Also, while waiting I see the same woman licking her fingers and touching the food that she is serving customers! This is a health violation and you will get people sick from this. I will never come back here and it’s a shame because your food is good but I feel unsafe to eat the food knowing of unsafe hygiene practices. Either fire that employee or train her in basic hospitality and hygiene practices.

The food (chicken butter) tasted fine, lots of sauce with something like 6 or 7 pieces of chicken. The naan bread was delicious. It came with a very small amount of lettuce and cucumber. Expensive for what you get. The mint and lime lemonade was tasty. No one was smiling behind the counter and they don't say hello back when you say goodbye. Extremely unfriendly.

The food and drinks were really delicious here (I had the butter chicken with the sweet lassi). This was exactly what I wanted to eat and there was even enough to take home. What I liked less, however, was that you have to go all the way to the front to order extra drinks. But otherwise, everything was great!

Amazing and authentic Punjabi food. It's seasoned perfectly, and the staff is super friendly! My personal recommendation is the Punjabi lamb stew combined with the cheese naan :)

I've eaten here five times already, and the food is absolutely delicious! It's also ready quickly and packed with flavor, not too spicy, making it incredibly delicious! I recommend everyone to eat here.

To be honest, after trying several Punjabi food outlets in the Netherlands, this one has been the most disappointing for me. The food lacked flavor, and on many occasions the staff came across as extremely rude. As an Indian, I personally feel the dishes are not even close to authentic Punjabi taste. I’ve tried different items on multiple visits but unfortunately none stood out. In comparison, other outlets I’ve visited had much better flavor and more welcoming service.

I ordered rasmalai to go at 8:30 pm today, buzzer number 6. For €5, it should contain 3 rasmalai balls, but there are only 2?! It's way too expensive, so dessert isn't a sauce container.

This isn’t authentic Indian food in my opinion! The butter chicken tasted like desert and the dhal makhani was a stark contrast …was too salty! We took the effort to feedback but the lady at the counter (probably Suriname) was a bit cold with her response! Absolutely disappointing.

The food was delicious. I find many places here expensive, but I was pleasantly surprised by the value. We got a lot of food, and it was delicious and freshly prepared. The staff were also very friendly. Definitely recommended if you love Indian cuisine!

The food tasted good, but the hygiene of the kitchen staff (men) left much to be desired. Touching my nose and face with my fingers, then having to prepare the food without gloves, is not something I'm happy to pay for.

Too expensive for what you pay. For example, a can of soda costs €3. Most dishes taste the same, just have a different name. I won't go there again, and I recommend it to others as well.

Good fresh food , Tried lamb curry and chicken curry with cheese and plain naan, tried samosa as well and mango lassi portions are good, one portion is enough for 2 persons if you eat with Naan recommended

The butter chicken thali was very tasty.

Today i went with my family to this restaurant in the evening we ordered 3 drinks and the lady behind the kassa gave us 4 drinks my daughter said to her that we ordered only 3 drinks but her behaviour was so rude with us she rejected us that i will not give the money back. She was lady with punjabi food cap. Then we say oke we don't want the money back and we gave her the drink also back but she was in angry mood. She came in our table the put the money on the table with so bad behaviour. The service is so bad with so bad staff👎

It was a wonderful experience. The staff is incredibly hardworking, honest, and provides heartfelt service. The food here is truly heartwarming—the naan was fresh, soft, and perfect, and the curries were delicious, rich, and authentic. The love and hard work is felt in every bite. I ordered chili chicken, but personally, I didn't like it; it was too spicy and the sauce was weird. I thought I'd take it home and asked if they could package it. Did I have to do it myself? And I still had to pay 25 cents per container. I won't be coming back.

What an arrogant checkout clerk! And then they laugh and mostly imitate how I disagreed with not getting rice with curry, even though that was always the case. I hope you get fired!!! You know who I mean. It's about me being polite, but not even worth a star!

Amazing Indian food at the Mall of the Netherlands. This place easily deserves at least 4.5 stars. I genuinely don’t understand why the average rating is so much lower than the quality we experienced. We loved the chili chicken, samosas, and biryani. The masala chai was outstanding, easily the best I’ve had in the past few months.

See photos, taste is good. The kebab was lukewarm and not evenly distributed across the wrap.

I usually eat here because I love it. This time, however, it was a real disappointment; the mango chicken curry was way too sweet. I couldn't eat it. A waste of money. I hope it improves soon, otherwise I won't be back.

A near-regular stop for my daughter and me after a bit of shopping, browsing, or gaming at The Mall. Delicious food, friendly staff, and a relaxed atmosphere. And a special shout-out to the gentleman who always clears the tables; he's hard-working yet always in a good mood. Highly recommended!
