I ordered chili chicken, but personally, I didn't like it; it was too spicy and the sauce was weird. I thought I'd take it home and asked if they could package it. Did I have to do it myself? And I still had to pay 25 cents per container. I won't be coming back.

What an arrogant checkout clerk! And then they laugh and mostly imitate how I disagreed with not getting rice with curry, even though that was always the case. I hope you get fired!!! You know who I mean. It's about me being polite, but not even worth a star!

Amazing Indian food at the Mall of the Netherlands. This place easily deserves at least 4.5 stars. I genuinely don’t understand why the average rating is so much lower than the quality we experienced. We loved the chili chicken, samosas, and biryani. The masala chai was outstanding, easily the best I’ve had in the past few months.

See photos, taste is good. The kebab was lukewarm and not evenly distributed across the wrap.

I usually eat here because I love it. This time, however, it was a real disappointment; the mango chicken curry was way too sweet. I couldn't eat it. A waste of money. I hope it improves soon, otherwise I won't be back.

One expect atleast Butter chicken to be of some standard in an indian resturant.The shrimp curry was good and but also some sweet. The price is good but naan could be cheaper some. Also use some better lights and cleaning in the washroom. Edit: Our stomach went bad after we had eaten.

A near-regular stop for my daughter and me after a bit of shopping, browsing, or gaming at The Mall. Delicious food, friendly staff, and a relaxed atmosphere. And a special shout-out to the gentleman who always clears the tables; he's hard-working yet always in a good mood. Highly recommended!

After a day of shopping at Westfield Leidschendam, we just had to stop by Punjabi Fine & Food. We had a delicious meal here, but the service made it even better! Very friendly people and a lovely atmosphere. Highly recommended!

Walked in with my husband and the lady in dark blue coat, maybe a chef i dont know, was ready to gossip with the cashier. She also seemed disinterested after we ordered in getting the rice from the kitchen. what a disgraceful service she showed us

I had lunch at this place today and food was delicious, I had Chana Batura and mango lassi both tasted same like in india, and There was a worker named Ravneet was very friendly and polite, every should try their food, very much recommended.

We had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant today. We ordered a dish without spice, and the waitress confirmed that it was possible. However, the dish was served very spicy. I went to the counter to mention it, another waitress reacted in a very rude way, insisting that the dish could not be made without spice, even though her colleague had confirmed the opposite. We then changed to another dish, but again it was served spicy, even though the menu does not mention anything about it being spicy. It felt like it was done on purpose so that we wouldn’t enjoy it. In the end, we left the food because we didn’t want to argue anymore. Unfortunately, the customer service was terrible, and I would never come back to this place.

Food is well prepared for a fair value, highly recommend to at least give it a try. The waitress was very attentive and polite.

Incredibly delicious food. We ordered channa, lamb Punjabi, chili chicken, and garlic naan. Everything was truly delicious, even better than expected. We thoroughly enjoyed it and will definitely be back, inshallah. The staff are also super friendly and patient, happy to help you make the right choice.

Delicious spicy food and very nice people

The food is a ready-made mess from a packet, and curry doesn't come with rice. That's how they screw you over, and then you have to pay 4 euros for a bit of cheap rice. These kinds of places are like a carnival; you get ripped off right in front of your eyes, and most people don't even know it. This is a terrible place; there's nothing Indian about it, they're incredibly stingy, and the people working there have no Indian affinity and can't answer any questions about the food. Save your money and your taste buds and go to a real Indian restaurant in The Hague city center. Only one real Indian woman working there is friendly and smiling. The rest look like they're doing slave labor.

Service and food was awesome, especially the lady in the Kassa was extremely helpful and friendly, also the guy who washes the dishes was smiley and friendly. Highly recommend this place, quality and affordability

It’s aur 4th time here in this restaurant. We are very impressed by the food. I love the dish called paneer tikka masala and the aloe naan. The servers are very nice, especially miss Ravneet. She has always a smile on her face. Thank you for the good service:)

Today we ordered Samosas and I must say it's an insult of Indian food. The samosas is really bad when I bite it seems like samosa dough is older they just kept in refrigerator. Please don't serve bad food to customer. If you're not able to make good then shut it down. I never complained before but this time it's Too much 😕😔

delicious food and quick to prepare

We tried the veg thali here and it’s definitely value for money. I’d recommend adding 1 butter naan — it’s cooked in a clay oven (tandoor), which is a rare find here in the Netherlands and really makes a difference. The taste leans a bit mild or plain compared to authentic Indian spice levels, but overall, the experience was good. Tip: ask for green chilli and some raw onion on the side to punch it up. A small suggestion: if they include mango pickle, it could really lift the flavor of the thali. Food delivery was fast, and we especially enjoyed the ras malai in the sweets — so much that we ordered it twice! Portion sizes are a bit on the smaller side, but the place is neat, clean, and surprisingly not crowded even on a Friday evening. Definitely worth a visit if you’re craving Punjabi veg food.

I just had dinner at your place, and I am honestly quite disappointed. The service was downright bad. The woman behind the counter could not even look at me or say a simple “please”. Instead, she pushed the food towards me in a very unfriendly and almost aggressive manner. I ordered butter chicken and chicken biryani. The chicken in the biryani was bone dry and tasteless. What made it even more frustrating: I asked for an extra container of butter chicken — something I was willing to pay for. Despite explaining this several times in both Dutch and English, they did not seem to care at all. When they finally did understand, they still refused it without any explanation. Really incomprehensible. This kind of customer unfriendliness and lack of basic service is unacceptable to me. I will not be coming back, and I advise others to consider doing so as well

How a restaurant should be. The food arrived very fast and was hoping it wasn’t rushed but turned out to be delicious (hats off to the chefs), our choice of drinks were great too. Good quality and value for the price. Seating comfortable. Space between tables is very close, but it wasn’t too busy. Not too noisy. Staff is hard working.

Horrible food for absurd prices. To top it off, they made a mistake on my order and then gave me attitude for pointing it out. They finally gave me restitute for screwing up my order(so nice of them) and I was able to enjoy reasonably bad food for high prices. Never again. Avoid!

More than good for the money 👍🏼, very tasty food and definitely recommended. We had coconut mango and south Indian shrimps. With rice and 2 x moon bread, a total of 40,- no money and super nice owner who also gave us a dessert, where do you still see that 🤩

Great for groups - we tried 6 dishes family-style. Favorites: fish curry (tender) and baingan bharta (smoky). Naan could be hotter. Loved the Bollywood music ambiance. They accommodated our dietary restrictions without fuss.

Consistently good for quick lunches. Their 'thali' combo gives perfect variety. Standouts: dal tadka and vegetable pakoras. Chutneys are house-made. Only deduction - AC could be stronger on hot days.

WORST SERVICE EVER! Punjabi take "self-service" to an new level :-) Ordered Punjabi Thalis and paratha. Paratha was more like naan. Flavours are westernized. Decent portion but not much meat in the lamb curry. Halfway my meal i had to leave so i asked for my food to take away. This was possible but i had to "self-pack" it! OMG. First I rated service 1 star but thanks to the owner's response now 2 stars. Still not appreciate lack of customer friendly ness.

We are now a regular at this restaurant. Every time there is a festival or just a craving for our homeland, we are here. The food is delicious with a bit westernized flavors. The service is good and the staff is friendly. We highly recommend it.

The lunch buffet offered a variety of dishes, also tasty and satisfying.

Food was tasty and fast but the naan is unnecessarily expensive and meh🫤. The service is also not that great. When you pick up the food there is no napkin (you will only find out later) you have to get up. 50 cents for a container if you want to take the food with you, (you have to get up) you have to put it in the container yourself and then walk back for a lid. You don't really eat well if you have to get up constantly. I saw in response to another review that it should be put in a container yourself for hygiene reasons, but that is not really a plausible argument. You just use a spoon. The food is tasty, hence the four stars.
