Nice and empathetic hostess. We were not the usual guests but we were welcomed just as much. The food was in a word very creative and delicious. The concept of using everything from an animal or vegetables so that nothing had to be thrown away, appealed to me very much. Clever when you hear and taste what has been made of it.

It was our first time to eat at this fantastic restaurant, but certainly not our last. The passion is palpable when talking about the dishes that are served and the dishes are truly a work of art and the taste fantastic. Really enjoyed your fantastic restaurant. An absolute must!!!!

Oh my God. I'm quite spoiled, having seen and experienced a lot in my life, this was out of this world. The whole experience, the food quality (6 stars), the service, the delivery, the circular economy approach... Just everything. For the food, experience and quality - it was not expensive. From amazing plant based options that were mind-blowing to meat and fish options that just melt in your mouth.

Ongelijk goed restaurant. Mooie gerechten en alles klopt. Ook mooie wijn kaart. Prijs kwaliteit prima. Je kunt er ook fijn buiten eten. Bediening is heel attent. Veel streek producten en hebben eigen tuintje. Zeer de moeite waard.

From the moment you receive your warm towel upon arrival at Puur Sanh, you don't want to leave. If it is not because of the fantastic and original food or the fine wines, then it is because of Sarah and Stijn. Their enthusiasm, humor and professionalism are so finely tuned to their guests. If you are a whiskey lover, Sarah won't shy away from a 7-course whiskey pairing :). Coolest restaurant in the far vicinity of Nijmegen (also for lunch)!

You will be taken on a journey through the wines and organic and plant-based cuisine from your own garden. The love and passion radiates and that is very nice to see and taste. Dit diner was een cadeau van mijn dochters en wat een cadeau was het! Alles klopt hier, om te beginnen: de ontvangst is hartelijk, als je eenmaal zit merk je dat je hier met een normaal volume een gesprek voeren. Wat een zegen. Dan het eten, allemaal even geïnspireerd, creatief en smakelijk. Bovendien komt alles vooral uit de regio, is biologisch en er wordt hier niets verspild. De amuses beloofden al veel, de groentegerechten buitengewoon goed, het vlees was malser dan ik me kan herinneren het ooit gegeten te hebben. Voor het dessert was de keuze gevallen op het hartige dessert. Een aanbeveling! Kortom, wij komen terug

It was a nice evening, but the finishing touches were missing. It would be better to pay attention to empty wine glasses, instead of having to ask for them. Price-quality ratio was not quite right.

Had a fantastic experience; A very surprising and varied 7-course menu inspired and matched to the delicious wines. This includes, among other things: products from our own garden are used with a no-waste principle, which really appealed to us, and is passionately talked about by host (and owner) of the evening Stijn. Laat ik beginnen met dat we hier echt lekker hebben gegeten. De reden dat ik het toch niet goed vind heeft te maken met de bediening. We bestelde het zeven gangen menu. Na 1,5 uur hadden we alleen de amuses gehad en wat ham. Ik ben toen gaan vragen of het misschien beter was om er een vijf gangen menu van te maken. Dit vonden ze geen goed idee. Het tempo bleef traag. We zijn voor het desert weg gegaan.

Everything is right here. The food is amazing, quirky and beautiful. The wine is very special and a real treat with food. The service is super attentive and enthusiastic. We felt very pampered.

Wat een bijzonder fijne locatie, genieten met een hoofdletter G! Alles klopte, fantastische ontvangst en hele avond in de watten gelegd door eigenaar en partner. De mooiste en verrassende gerechten kwamen langs. We hadden gekozen voor 6 gangen en gingen goed gevuld en met een top herinnering weer naar huis. De bijpassende wijnen waren trouwens echt van topkwaliteit.

Zo fijn als je een verwachtingspatroon hebt waar de lat hoog ligt, en het komt uit! We zijn hier wel vaker geweest. Wat een verwennerij! Vast lunchmenu en laat maar komen. Echt een aanrader, laat je verrassen!

Delicious food and friendly people.

From start to finish, all 9 courses + 4 appetizers, + intro to the 1st course + extra dessert for the official dessert and coffee+, everything prepared with so much passion and care. And great and special flavor combinations. Enjoyed it continuously from 7:00 PM to 12:30 AM. We will definitely come back here!

PEOPLE OF MICHELLIN/BIB GOURMADE THIS IS THE PLACE TO BE! Actually, I'm not a fan of caps lock at all, but what I am a fan of is Pure Sanh! We came here by chance because we went to a hotel nearby with a voucher. But what a pleasure! All well-thought-out dishes, with surprising structures and original flavors. I think the fact that you can choose a 'whole', 'half' or 'sip' of wine with a dish is great. Or of course an alcohol-free match is also possible. Anyway: every wine-food combination was well thought out and the courage to serve a sherry in half is something to write home about :). Very nice and friendly service with expert knowledge. All in all, a restaurant that deserves more appreciation than this Google review! Thanks for the nice evening!

Sarah & Stijn are two passionate sommeliers who do everything they can to pamper you. The kitchen has a “no waste” philosophy, which makes the dishes slightly more experimental and the prices remain affordable.

What a wonderful restaurant. By coincidence I was able to get a table without a reservation. Very surprised by the warm welcome and service the table service and the great menu. Every course on the table was a feast of preparation and taste. Well worth all the stars.

We were warmly welcomed and enjoyed it. The dishes were like beautiful paintings with surprising flavors and were served with beautiful matching wines next to them. We had a delicious meal, the service was friendly and knowledgeable and they clearly enjoyed their work, which makes it a perfect whole. Highly recommended!

Fantastic tasty food and great service! Every course was spot on and connected seamlessly, I went here without expectations but still far exceeded. The only downside, perhaps on a personal note, was the table leg (a large plate), which meant that the chair could not fit comfortably under the table and your feet did not land "naturally" on the floor.

Wauw....net een avondje pure passie achter de rug. Super mooie verrassingsgerechtjes met heerlijke excellent gekozen wijnen, zeer attente en gepassioneerde bediening,...in een sfeervolle ambiance. Klopte alles? Ja bijna alles... en daar waar het geen10 was werd het attent en klantgericht opgelost. Heb hier het beste kaasplankje/ portjes arrangement ooit geserveerd gekregen. Kortom: super aanrader voor degene die van kleine, mooie schilderijtjes op een bord houden!

Unser Lieblingsrestaurant, da passt einfach alles

Reserveer een keer hier bij dit restaurant! Dit zijn ware kunstenaars die je meenemen in een complete smaakbeleving. Wij hadden gekozen voor een 6 gangen diner met wijnarrangement. De ene na de andere kunstwerk op het bord werd vanuit de keuken in een goed getimede tempo geserveerd. Het gerecht dat mij het meest is bijgebleven is hun variant op de Tom Kha Kai. Dit gerecht had verrassende smaken in een totaal andere setting dan bij een Thais restaurant. De smaken zijn hier op en top. Het is een tour van smaak explosies dat na een aantal gerechtjes weer verfrissing brengt in een gerecht om het smaakpalet te stabiliseren. Het kennis niveau van het serveerteam is uitmunted en alles is gebasseerd vanuit een matchende wijn. De texturen, sauzen, opmaak en prestatie, bestek, bordkeuze..... Waanzinnig. Overal is over nagedacht. Zelfs bij binnenkomst kregen we een warme vochtige handdoek. Op een doordeweekse avond is het lekker rustig. Sit back, relax & enjoy

Wat een fijne ontdekking ! Heerlijke en vooral verrassende gerechten, goede bijpassende wijnen, natuurlijke gastvrijheid en vooral een ongedwongen sfeer. Alles klopt, zeker een aanrader!

Hier wordt topsport bedreven :-) En de lat ligt hoog. Moeite en aandacht vind je overal in terug. Van de perfecte bediening, de spot-on wine-pairing, de prachtige opmaak van de borden, de verrassende smaken, het interieur, de gastendoekjes op het toilet, het aanvoelen van de gasten: dat kan alleen zo neergezet worden als je passie hebt voor je vak. En zowel in de keuken als in de bediening gaan ze voor goud. Of een ster altijd een zegen is voor een restaurant valt te bezien maar als Puur Sanh er een krijgt, dan gewoon een gouden! We konden maar één heel groot minpunt aan Puur Sanh ontdekken. En dat is dat het niet in Den Haag ligt...

Wat hebben we weer genoten bij Sarah & Stijn! Dit is echt de verzorgde avond die je van te voren wenst. Van de ontvangst, tot het eten (wij kozen voor 9-gangen) als ook de slok-glaasjes bijpassende wijnen. Maar naar het geweldige eten en drinken (wat echt tegen een ster aanzit) is de bediening de kers op de taart. Stijn & Sarah zijn ongedwongen vriendelijk, enorm kundige sommeliers en bovenal heel open en eerlijk. Wij komen zeker weer langs!
