Ordered at 4:30, 2 items, delivered two and a half hours later, limp and lukewarm. Had to call twice, "it's on its way" blah blah. This is downright ridiculous! Last time I've been to this place. Home delivery is useless too, rubbish place.

A frozen pizza from Jumbo is even better! Ridiculously bad!

Highly recommended. The man in the kitchen really prepares the food with love and is also very friendly. The food was top-notch, the staff pleasant, and more. I will definitely be back here.

!! DO NOT ORDER HERE !! There's nothing wrong with the food itself. But customer service? Wow... If you're one of the last customers, they'll ditch your order. You call after waiting an hour to ask where it is, and you get the answering machine. They've just closed the store! And meanwhile, I'm waiting outside for nothing. I find it utterly scandalous and disrespectful. That's no way to treat your customers. But hey, I hadn't paid yet, so service isn't necessary if there's no money in the till, right? I'd had a rough day, and in all the chaos, I hadn't been able to eat yet. At 11:38 PM, I could still order. I even had the decency to call to ask if I could actually still place an order, because Thuisbezorgd said I could, but they would close at midnight. Well, I could. Just not online anymore: I had to place my order with the nice gentleman on the phone (who didn't seem very friendly either, by the way). If you can't make it before closing time, adjust your closing time or don't accept any orders? Good job, Pyramide. I'd also check the surplus of 1-star reviews.

Ordered a pizza for 5:45 PM. Added a note to double-check everything (because it had gone wrong before). Called 9:05 PM, but they still had to start. Pizza (without any extras) was delivered at 6:26 PM. I was only able to take two bites because I had to leave at 6:30 PM. I pointed out the extras weren't included, but was told I should be happy because the delivery driver had driven out especially to deliver the pizza on time. The pizzas taste great, but you can't count on delivery.

Oh dear. I don't always agree with the reviews, but lately things haven't been much to write home about at the Pyramide. Ordered a kapsalon, waited an hour which is fine, but the lettuce was the same color as the cheese and that was neither green nor yellow. Lukewarm, and for a large kapsalon, it was a very small bowl. And then stomach cramps today. Maybe I should eat somewhere else after all...

Ordered at 5:30 PM for 7:00 PM. At 7:30 PM still nothing received, called, said the driver was on the way. At 8:05 PM the driver was at the door. I asked, "It's not cold, is it?" Well, the kapsalon lettuce was brown and wilted, the fries were lukewarm and wilted, and they fell over. The chicken was dry, no sauce. The pizza was lukewarm, and the kids' fries and friekandel were cold. This was also the second time; I won't be ordering again. Why does it take so long here and why aren't they honest on the phone? When you order so early, you should be able to expect it to arrive on time. I had ordered for a whopping 61.00 euros. So learn from this and never do this again.

Although ordering can take a while, the food is still delicious, especially the chicken dish, and the staff is really very nice; definitely recommended. And as a tip: go there for takeout, don't order.

I placed an order online at 4:45 PM! It was supposed to be delivered at 5:50 PM. I called at 6:30 PM and they said the order was on its way. I called again, and then they were preparing it. Then I called again, and then they said the order was already on its way. It's now been 3 hours and still no food!! I will never order food from here again!

Please don't order from here. It takes two hours to get to you. I've been there four times now and I won't order from them again. The food is cold, and we don't even live that far away. You can also check for sauce, but you don't get it. I hope this place closes soon. Judging by the reviews, I can't believe this place still exists!

The food was ready quickly, but the sandwich was sloppy, the meat was cold and the fries were very greasy because of old oil. Then the same fries were put back in the same fryer. After eating I also got a stomach ache. Not a nice experience.

Once again I got something that I didn't order! This is not the first time. Sometimes I ask for no sauce and they've got loads of sauce. They don't even read what the customer orders. Kapsalon kipfilet knoflook sambal is for them kapsalon with doner and only sambal 🤯 I think you need to check with the supplier because this is not the first time I've received a different order

Do not order here. You ordered before 1700 delivery. At 1715 you call where it is staying and you are told we are leaving in 5 minutes and next time we will only have to order 30 minutes in advance, not in the middle of the afternoon!!. And the horn is simply thrown in. I will never order from here again.

Heerlijk een kleine shoarmaschotel gegeten. Lekker rustig zitten.

Lekkere pizza 4 kazen gegeten! Ook de kapsalon döner was erg goed! Vlees was niet droog, frietjes lekker en niet slap!

Zeer leuke mensen die er werken en grapjes komen zeker ook van de partij. Het eten is er zeer lekker vooral de pizza's

Broodje Döner was niet netjes gemaakt. Saus zat onderin daar een dot sla op en tenslotte vlees. Ook een schijf ui zet er in zn geheel tussen. Graag een beter broodje de volgende keer.

Just moved into the area. Did not feel like cooking while unpacking boxes. Searched the net and found this amazing place. We had a simple chicken dinner. Flavours were great and we loved the bread. Will definitely order here again.

Je kan daar aan tafel eten, maar afhalen kan ook,of thuis laten bezorgen. Het eten is er heel goed we komen daar jaren om de bestelling af te halen.

Altijd goed en heerlijk eten allen op zondag kun je better afhallen want dan is het heel druk

Afspraak goed na gekomen. En heerlijk.
