It has been temporarily closed for weeks and now suddenly open. We drove all the way here for nothing.

First got soggy pizza. Then I see mf big mouse walking g. I won't come to this store anymore.

First experience great, second time a disappointment In October 2023 we had a wonderful experience in this restaurant. The food was tasty, the atmosphere was good and everything was as it should be. That's why we decided to go back in October 2024. Unfortunately this time it was very disappointing. Where last year we got a delicious pasta, this time we got a dish with large pieces of garlic and a carbonara with more onion than anything else. It seemed like little attention was paid to the dishes. What surprised us even more was that the staff themselves seemed to have no confidence in the food. They were eating in the KFC restaurant! That was not a good sign, to say the least. The atmosphere had also deteriorated. Where it was still cozy and well-cared for in 2023, it now felt less pleasant. Unfortunately, the experience was so bad that we ended up going to McDonald's. Next time we would rather choose the competitor five minutes away, Happy Italy. A real disappointment!

Once again I wanted to give the pizza a chance, but it was unedible. The cake looked underbaked, wet, I don't know if it was due to the amount of sauce and additions, but it wasn't tasty. But Aperol is the best in town.

The service, although very nice, is unconscious. The food was served at a long time apart, when one person finished eating and the other person just started, and the food itself was bland (Lasagna, Carbonara and pizza, we tried that). Only the salad was ok. The atmosphere of the restaurant was very nice, the restaurant was located in the city center.

What a stupid place this has become. Placed an order twice, both failed. Didn't get any food (paid). It is no longer the way it used to be and there are hardly any staff around. Really deteriorated considerably. Just bring it back after how it was with staff and service. Instead of an online ordering system and hardly any staff or service.

Their pasta is very good! Big flaw, the service!! It's very slow. Dishes are not served at the same time. So complicated to eat and enjoy the moment together..

Delicious food and very friendly staff. The food was ready within 10 minutes and was very tasty. The chef came by to check if everything was okay and was very nice. Be sure to visit us sometime.

We have not eaten there yet but you cannot reach the restaurant. We have called several times but it cannot be reached. The restaurant is open but we cannot call. This is very bad. We will see if there is a seat.

Delicious pastry and appetizer. I was a bit wrong about the size of the Bruschetta 🤣. Tip: don't bring the meals at the same time... but that doesn't spoil the taste and fun!

We ate here on our first evening in Tilburg with my wife and our two children. Everything we ate was terrific. My wife and I ate pasta, our son ate pizza. The presentation of the pizza was very nice. The restaurant was incredibly clean and tidy. Thank you very much to Kisha for taking care of us. His energy is so good that we will come back for him. I definitely recommend it.

Overall it is a delicious, clean, tidy and well decorated place. My wife's pasta was very good but mine was a bit doughy although the sauce was nice. The waitress is a very sweet person. Her name is Kisha. Many thanks to her for her smiling face. And I didn’t like ordering online.

I'm still sitting at a table there, but I already know that I won't be coming back here. The food is too "hip", just like the service. It has its pros and cons, but in my opinion it doesn't do the atmosphere any good. Everything must be paid in advance. Super large bar. But simply ordering a drink at the bar is not possible. The food is too extra. That doesn't necessarily make it tastier. A simple carbonara is no longer a carbonara because of all the extras. Spaghettini's instead of spaghetti, which makes it heavy, less airy than the intention should be. Not bad, but certainly not very nice either, could be a lot better, just like the music that plays more in the foreground than behind it. Too hip, too much extra, not my thing

Quality price good, many tables full of plates from previous guests, clearing up faster, running looks neater. Operation takes a long time.

I've never had such a bad meal before! Picked up pasta, it was cooked way too long, it looked like soup. No taste at all! We ordered a salad, which looked like it was three days old.

The food was not tasty, there were 3 of us, 1 got food until it was gone, then the other got food, then it was gone and then the last one got food. The first person who got something also waited for the rest until it was cold and then started eating anyway. Also 3 pieces of chicken in the pasta, really stingy portion proportions. Then ducking got sick from eating it. Really pure misery, otherwise nice staff. But no dog in sight on Saturday evening, Vapiano Tilburg your days are numbered.

Today I ate here and enjoyed the pasta Gamberetti e Spinaci, really delicious! We immediately received a friendly welcome and the food was on the table within 10 minutes. The flavors were perfectly balanced, with fresh ingredients that really stood out. The atmosphere was cozy and relaxed, which made the experience even better. I will definitely come back here to try more of the menu and enjoy the great service!

There were 3 of us there, the pasta came 10 minutes earlier than the 2 pizzas, surely it can be organized that everything comes at the same time so that you can all eat at the same time? The food is excellent, tasty pizzas and pastas, Many staff only speak English, so I speak Dutch even when they speak English to me.

Vapiano is a quality Italian restaurant chain, with gentle and kind servants. The prices are moderate, but the food is really good. Of course it is based on traditional Italian cuisine, composed of pastas, pizzas, ravioli, risotto, lasagna, with several antipasti options. Would highly recommend if you would like to have decent Italian food.

The ambience was nice. But that was all the positive things I have to say. The service staff was slow, unmotivated, not attentive. We sat at a table for 20 minutes until the dishes were cleared away by the guests in front of us! The table was just wiped larifari. There was almost nothing going on. The pizza maker was great! Very friendly, fond of children and always ready to smile. The food was definitely not worth the money and I am annoyed to be served such poor quality and untasty food for such high prices. The only advantage is that you order at the table using your cell phone.

We went to Italian restaurants in Tilburg yesterday and today to assess the quality, so in one word, it was a tragedy. The Vapiano restaurant was associated with quite good food and in fact it is ok, but the staff treated us like thieves, took the order incorrectly, we waited about 40 minutes for our order to be processed, and then I found out that I would not get the ordered dishes because the waiter took the order incorrectly, I do not recommend it to anyone It is better to go to MC Donald's restaurant across the street because we are sure that we will get our food. What's more, I and my whole family can recommend Happy Italy, where the food was equally good, quickly served and nice staff who were always friendly and were able to recommend dishes that we were delighted with. so in one word, think twice about whether it's worth going there (prices are also better in Happy Italy)

Me and my partner came to have dinner at this place despite the reviews and while initially the food didn't seem that bad we both suffered quite bad food poisoning after the fact so I wouldn't recommend this place at all.

My pizza initially did not have the hot pepper on it, I inquired about this and action was taken immediately. Unfortunately it was no longer available, but there were other peppers that they had, with these on it it was a pleasure! Nothing to complain about!

The staff does their best, but there is no one at the helm. As a result, we received our meals separately with 10 minutes in between, had to ask 3 times where the extra bread was, this arrived just before the lasagna was finished, a shame, it was such a good restaurant, as the reviews have shown this in recent months. It is a structural problem and we will not enter here again.

We didn't get the dishes at the same time so we largely ate separately. The food is ok but the service is terrible. I had to ask 3 times for the portion of bread when my food was almost gone. No one seems to know what the other colleague is doing. Is there a witch's cauldron, no longer the vapiano we were used to. Had to take another dish home for my son....AFTER 15 MINUTES someone came to say that the spaghetti was gone. Apparently there were also problems with the orders that were picked up. Was the last time.

We received great service. Nowadays you no longer have to stand in line for pasta like you used to. So you can just find a nice spot and eat at the same time. The pasta tagliatelle with pesto and shrimp is my favorite and the coffee is always good too.

Very bad service , the personal wanted to take the order before bringing the menu first . I ordered for desert crema di Nuttela and they brought something else , when I asked what it was what they brought ,they didn’t know . We ordered 5 pizza s , they brought only 3 and for the other 2 we waited 20 minutes . They charged the bill before bringing the food, as we were running before paying , that was really rude . The restaurant was almost empty , only 2 tables , and the waiter got wrong the orders, that was unacceptable . We will never come back at vapiano’s because we had a very bad experience.

Don't come here for the gluten-free pasta, they offer this as an alternative, but they did tell me that the GLUTEN-FREE pasta is cooked in regular pasta water with gluten. This means that the GLUTEN-FREE pasta is no longer gluten-free. Then I asked several employees which sauces were gluten-free. No one, not even the chef or manager, actually had an answer to this. The answer I received was that all sauces are “probably” gluten-free, but that it would be best to go for a tomato sauce to be on the safe side. It is very special that no one knows exactly what goes into the sauce, not even the manager or chef. It's a shame if you think you can safely eat somewhere with a gluten allergy and then cross-contamination and ignorance about your own products are treated in this way. This mistake left me in pain for weeks. I hope to inform others with a gluten allergy/intolerance about the working method of this Vapiano

Vapiano has deteriorated so much over the past 5 years, better to hire real catering staff than foreign students, ordered pizza with pesto sauce, well they didn't even understand it at first. Afterwards we received pizza, the pizza was not even cooked, the pesto cream sauce was dripping right off. It also seemed as if it had expired, a bit sour. Before Corona, the system and the food were 1000x better. The staff has no heart for good food, bread was so tough, as if it had been baked in the morning. Jars of oil not replenished, plants were dying, this could continue until tomorrow. ALL in all very bad food and staff, if you compare with the early times can vapiano. I know how nice vapiano can be, quite a shame actually

Moderate food for high prices. I ordered lasagne, it says “it takes at least 20 minutes to prepare” on the menu. It took 50 minutes. My friends’ lasagne was not even in the oven after 60 minutes. He cancelled it, got a refund, and got out hungry. The staff said it was “too crowded”, but there were at most 15-20 people at this huge restaurant.

Very impersonal due to ordering via QR code and drinks brought by a robot. The staff working there don't even greet you. And the quality of the meals is also disappointing. Not again anytime soon

You will find the tastiest, fresh homemade pasta here! I love the pomodoro and ravioli. the desserts and their own ice tea are also delicious. the pizza is nice and authentic. nice staff. For an Italian, beautiful experience with the best service and customer friendliness, definitely come here!

The food was delicious and the service was friendly. Unfortunately, you couldn't choose spaghetti for the carbonara when ordering online, so we ordered this dish directly from the service desk. As a result, this dish came much earlier than the rest for the three of us, so one person was finished before the other two even got their main course. Furthermore, one of the mineral waters we selected was not in stock, so we opted for another brand in large. This order could only be fulfilled by receiving 3 small bottles. When we paid for our order with a card, the roll of paper was also empty. All in all, a rather bumpy visit.

A terrible experience. Empty restaurant with loud music on toilets. No staff member wishes to take orders, which must be done via the Appingedam at reception. When the ladies spoke to me about it, they immediately said I would call the manager. Shrugging her shoulders she did so and then it took another 15 minutes before he came. In the meantime, it was his grandson's birthday and we decided to eat elsewhere. The manager didn't answer, but I'm now coming to take the order and offering free dessert. Vapiani is always a good place for good food. You scan the barcode at the table, order your food, choose the ingredients and pay. The food is delivered to the table. We were very satisfied, the service here is excellent and very friendly. The food was hay and frisvh and very tasty. For allergy sufferers there are easy-to-understand icons regarding the ingredients, e.g. milk bottle for milk, etc.

Food was good, service was reasonable considering the robot brings drinks, order via a QR code, unfortunately it is only on one side of the fixed container in the middle of the table, tip put 1 on both sides, just as easy, the service comes alone bringing the food so personal service is not really there, the rest is fine, but I still like the personal approach by staff, but it is the future.

I ordered pasta carbonara but it was terrible. Sauce tasted like water, I had to look for the bacon, too much onion and I had asked for extra bacon, I didn't normally pay €15 and I only took 2 bites, rancid!!

The food was good, nothing to complain about! The staff is friendly, but not very hygienic at first glance. Waitress is wearing gloves, but her fake nails show through the gloves. She doesn't change the gloves when she changes actions (it seems) and also touches her face several times and then continues eating. The doors of the counter are also disturbing (when I was there it was also quiet so it was more noticeable). The doors squeak very loudly.

2 out of 3 pizzas undercooked. They are also becoming smaller and less invested here. Smaller than Vapiano Eindhoven. Dessert was not brought after 20 minutes, we had to ask for it ourselves. No excuse, nothing. Dirty plates were not collected. Toilet filthy. This is not catering worthy!!!

Vapiano is no longer Vapiano. Staff only speak English, so for a person who does not speak English and wants to indicate something, then it is a drama. Prices have become terribly expensive, you literally pay for every gram of something you order (even chili for God's sake).. while in the past you get bread free and vegetables are just part of the price of the meal itself and you could choose whether you want something or not. So think 10 times before going to Vapiano

Just picked up. When we got home we opened the pasta. 2 of the pastas barely had any sauce. The pasta was really dry! The pasta Alfredo literally only contained 4 pieces of chicken, which is ridiculous for 16 euros! Tried to contact you by phone. Unfortunately 3 times without result. There was no answer and the connection was disconnected. The three of us had to pay €50 for 3 pastas... very disappointing

We were here at 12:10 p.m. and no one was at the counter. Then we ordered food. After 25 minutes we were told that the oven was on fire and the pizza had to be made again and we had to wait another 15 minutes. We then said please cancel, the children are hungry. The supposed manager said I can't cancel anymore because you can't cancel after 15 minutes.

Pasta (spaghetti) looked like it came out of the microwave. A slab of mass. After receiving a new portion, there was little to no taste to the pasta. The baguette I ordered had more flavor. Fortunately the beer still tasted good. One time for me.

Friday evening was in danger of falling apart (after a failed reservation on another occasion). luckily there is Vapino!!! Fantastic start, respectful and stylish with class. very nice staff and as far as the service and labels are concerned 10 +. my surprise evening was saved and in fact it was ten times better than I could imagine. the food was delicious and believe me I am picky, really but also really thank you for delicious food and a beautiful romantic evening in a perfect atmosphere. Saw my food ready, but no one could bring it, so I went to get it myself, which is scandalous, only here in Tilburg.

Bad service why im a listed -first of all, the employee, a light-skinned lady, starts a discussion about well-cooked spaghetti, - gossiping behind the counter about how my kind, my race, is always picky about well-cooked spaghetti, not correcting that he offers good service, something you don't do -tip number 1 never argue with guests, treat people well and give them a good evening of service - I've never heard of the fact that you have to indicate when ordering that your spaghetti is NEVER overcooked! - TIP OF THE DAY Don't let the robot do all the work and just crack on its back, walk and bring drinks yourself, the place is already pretty empty, and don't get angry - visited by a mouse that was constantly playing, please make sure your pets stay outside, - managers without standards and were scandalous to the guests!!

What a drama, the staff explains to you once how it works and then they don't talk to you anymore. Food and drinks are brought via a robot. There were a lot of people eating and working on their laptops. How cozy. Despite the lack of staff at the table (I was not aware of this before I entered), you pay 5 to 6 euros for a homemade lemonade. Food was okay. Not worth repeating if you want to sit comfortably.

Quite huge restaurant, various of places to choose, menu from QR code, drinks and desserts bring the robot, main dishes waitresses. They can improve the robot, he stops too far from the table, it's uncomfortable to reach for the order. Also when you come inside nobody greet you and employees are not too fast to come to you. I didn't received spoon for the whipped cream on my hot choco, also my friend needed to ask twice for her coffee, because there was some miscommunication beetwen employees. Chaotic. Food, desserts and drinks were all delicious. We ordered risotto and 2 pizzas, also 2 desserts and 3 drinks. Atmosphere was pleasant, light not too bright, nice colors of the furnitures, walls, ceiling... I'm not a fan of their stuff but probably I will come back just to eat some tasty food ;)
