Zeer slecht ik raad het niet aan om hier te eten Ik had een harde en aangebrand. Koud en de pasta van mijn vrouw was slecht en koud. Groetjes Frans

Enorm teleurgesteld! Online besteld via thuisbezorgd. Bestelling werd ontvangen. Melding: bezorgtijd 35 min. Melding: bestelling wordt bereid, melding: bezorger thuisbezorgd is in het ‘restaurant’. Melding:5 min voor bezorging bestelling geannuleerd. Huh? Geen pizza’s dus ;( kinderen over de flos! Waar haal ik nu zo snel iets soortgelijks vandaan?! Gebeld met filiaal tilburg. Staat ineens doorgeschakeld met ‘het hoofdkantoor’. Klantenservice geen begrip, krijg standaard aangeleerde meelaveren. Een tegemoetkoming? Nee natuurlijk niet. Ik krijg mijn geld (valt nog te bezien) toch al terug gestort van thuisbezorgd…. Tuurlijk happy Italy het is vreselijk warm, daarom zitten we niet in jullie restaurant maar thuis met de kids. Maar anticipeer op tijd! Als het te warm is voor de koks bij de steenoven gooi de keuken tijdig dicht. En zet de mogelijkheid tot bestellen uit. Uit!!!!!…

We zijn hier gekomen voor een etentje met collegas na werk (op eigen initiatief en dus eigen kosten). We hebben een team van ongeveer 40 mensen. We vroegen of we per tafel konden bestellen, want een tikkie verekenen over 40 man gaat gegarandeerd fout. De ober zegt gewoon dat dat niet kan. Dat is natuurlijk echt belachelijk, want of je nou over 10 verschillende tafels verspreid zit of over tafels zit die aan elkaar zitten, maakt niets uit. Vervolgens weigert de ober bestellingen op te nemen van de mensen die er iets van zeggen. Echt een bizarre ervaring!

Normaal erg lekker, maar gister was de pasta carbonara erg zout en mn pizza koud. Jammer betaal ,63 euro maar niet eens de pasta gegeten! Niet tof

Restaurant zag er van de buitenkant gezellig uit en de prijs is goed. Personeel is echter ongeïnteresseerd en ik heb de pizza tot 2x toe terug moeten sturen omdat hij niet gaar was. Uiteindelijk kon ik die pizza ineens niet meer bestellen vanwege een “technisch mankement”, terwijl andere pizza’s nog wel gewoon te bestellen waren. De 3e pizza was wel gaar maar nog steeds niet lekker o.a omdat de saus uitgedroogd was. Mijn vermoeden is dat de oven aan het eind van de dag te laag stond wat ze met de 3e pizza probeerden te compenseren met de pizza te lang in de oven te laten liggen. Hierdoor niet tegelijkertijd met mijn partner kunnen eten en meer dan de helft moeten laten staan. Geen excuses gekregen van het personeel en we moesten in eerste instantie de pizza gewoon afrekenen. Dit is zeker niet een restaurant waar ik vaker terug zou komen.

La comida no era mucho mejor. 5 tuberías principales, 2 salieron tibias - claramente han estado sentados durante siglos. Es una pena como habíamos visitado antes y estaba bien entonces. Super unfriendly service and we waited 15 minutes to pay while they said twice that they would be there and it was an unpleasant atmosphere and I ordered a salami pizza while I got a magharita and when I indicated that I was told that I said that I wanted a magarharita and the response was angry.

We had dinner here with our company. We were surprised to learn of the new inhospitality. I hadn't been there for a while, but the vibe has "changed". Around 8:45 PM on a Thursday there was no more coffee and tea available after our meal. We were the second to last in the shop at that time and chairs were placed on the table around us and everything said: GO AWAY. The service at the table was very poor from the start. A mistake on our part as to who the dish served was intended for was answered with a loud sigh by the waiter on duty. Everything seemed too much.

Missed the Italian tonight. There are only a few popie-jopie figures walking around to take the order, if they feel like it. Ohhh a reservation, small moment (reservation at 8:30 PM) they had not yet seen in the system. We ordered our food not much later and were immediately informed that the starters and main courses would arrive at the same time (I now read on the site that the kitchen would be open until 9:30 PM). At 9:27 PM we received the bill and paid almost immediately. Less than a few seconds later, the lights in the restaurant turned up to their maximum setting and disappeared. While eating, you could hear the cleaning of the kitchen very well, as well as the placing of chairs on the tables. I understand that you want to go home on time, but you work in the catering industry. Open until 10pm does not mean closing the door behind you at 10pm. The starters were fine, but I had a different experience with the pizzas, both in Breda and Rotterdam. Very disappointing tonight! You had to look for the chicken and the dough itself was undercooked. We also wanted to think about something else, but were immediately told that there was no more coffee. You're a restaurant guys! Unfortunately, no guest-oriented service at all. I'll never come here again!

The food is fine. Great if you don't feel like cooking. You shouldn't come here for the cocktails, they serve a pornstar martini here without passion fruit. I'm bummed about that because that's what I like most about cocktails. The staff was very tired from life and it showed, but I think that's always the case here. For a tip-top catering experience, it is common knowledge that you should not eat at Happy Italy. For the rest there was a nice boy sitting opposite me, that's why four stars. He is quite an insatiable, bottomless pit and I worried for a long time whether the risotto he had eaten was enough for him.

Allerslechtste pizza ooit. We bestelde een pizza rustica en een pizza Quattro formaggi. Eerst bijna 20 minuten moeten wachten voor onze bestelling werd opgenomen. De tafel werd niet eens schoongemaakt. Na een half gevraagd of onze bestelling was doorgekomen. De bediening antwoorden dat het druk was en dat het nog wel even kon duren. De helft van de zaak was afgesloten, dus heel druk was het niet. Toen de pizza’s eindelijk kwamen, moesten we vragen om bestek. Dat duurde weer even voordat ze dat kwamen brengen. De pizza’s waren half gaar en er lag bijna niks op. Om de aandacht van de bediening te trekken duurde weer heel lang, en we hadden toen toch wel honger en begonnen maar te eten. Toen er iemand langs kwam om te vragen of het smaakte, benoemde wij dat de pizza’s wel erg slecht waren. En lieten zien hoe de pizza’s eruit zagen. Duidelijk was dat het haar niet interesseerde en ze zei dat ze het door zou geven aan de keuken, terwijl ze doorliep naar de andere kant van het restaurant. Waardeloos restaurant, met zeer slechte bediening. Wij gaan in ieder geval nooit meer hier eten!

The pasta was cooked for far too long, i.e. it was soggy. The parsley stumps straight from the vegetable garden. The focaccia was drowned in oil. The wine glass was so small, 3 sips and it was way too pricey in comparison. The pizza was decent. And the coke was also in a modest glass. It may cost something🤑 Anyway, final conclusion..... Unfortunately. We didn't get around to eating. Right at the door we were confronted with a grumpy 'host'. After waiting for too long, we asked what was going on - since someone who passed us at the door was immediately helped - the host informed us in a somewhat aggressive, condescending tone that we had to wait at the door. Excellent food for the price. Staff is friendly, but the manager is a very unfriendly guy who walks around with his coat on and looks at everyone (including guests) with disinterest and snaps at them.

We waited over 30 minutes for anyone to take our order. Earlier, no one asked us if we wanted at least drinks to start, so that we wouldn't have to wait at an empty table. When the waiter finally took our order, we received our food in less than 5 minutes. Apart from the fact that we had to ask for cutlery, which we were not given, the food was the biggest disappointment. Spaghetti Bolognese is simply pasta with tomato water and a pinch of meat - drama. We paid quite a large bill compared to the quality of the food and the whole experience. There were probably 5 people serving us, which was very problematic. When we asked someone for anything, another person suddenly came up and didn't know what was going on. The only person who deserves thanks is the girl who tried to save the website from her friends - unfortunately I don't remember her name. Paying in cash is also problematic there. I don't recommend it, we won't go back there again.

The food was not something special , less than expected. Pesto Pasta was quite good , but the Polo con Pizza was not very tasty, chicken was in very small pieces and added not flavour. I dont think i will try this restaurant again.

We went out to dinner with work for a team outing. The service was good but nothing special. Also, someone didn't get the basil on their pizza. But the quality was good.

We tried to make a reservation with 4 people. 1 person would be gluten free. Gluten-free was not possible, the employee said on the phone in a grumpy manner. The employee said, salads are not an alternative to gluten-free because their salads were not much, the employee said.

Delicious food, good and fast service, large portions, great prices. The restaurant is located in city center next to all shops. Has great ambience and large seating place inside. We liked it and would love to come again. Highly recommended for great prices and good food.

Wij hebben hier gegeten op 23 oktober. Voorgerecht: bruchetta en carpacio. Hoofdgerecht: Pizza cheeseburger, pizza Hawaï en gamberi spinaci. Voorgerecht: Rucola niet gewassen en het gerecht niet heel bijzonder. Van de pizza’s waren de bodem’s niet krokant en smaakloos. Het zag er slordig uit en onverzorgd. De gamberi spinaci is inclusief de pepers ook persoonlijk gezien niet bijzonder en veel te scherp van smaak. De wijn is niet te adviseren €4,50 voor nog geen 50ml is niet te adviseren en lijkt of de crisis wijn is blijven bestaan. Wij vonden het een teleurstelling en raden het niet aan voor een bezoek helaas.

Every time we vacation in Holland, a visit to Happy Italy is part of it. It's a shame that this chain doesn't exist in Germany. In Tilburg it is very well maintained, great atmosphere and the service was good. The food was absolutely delicious and the prices are ok. Pizzas were great, fresh mushrooms, fresh rocket... Spaghetti Bolognese was top as always. The children's pizzas in bunny design are an eye-catcher! The Homemade Lemonade is super delicious. The only thing we would have to complain about would be 3.40 euros for 0.2 liter bottles of cola etc. Water is not on the menu but you can order it. All around a great experience and recommended

What a ball tent!!! Nothing happy about it... Service is hard to find... first you have to wait a long time before you are helped in a tent that is 25% full... with 2 small children you have to ask if they can have a coloring page ( they advertise with it...?) You are eating, a glass accidentally falls to pieces on the table, they say: leave it for a while, we will come and clean it up in a moment... and they happily continue clearing other tables and customers paying etc. while you sit there with shards of glass on your table and drinks all over and your food which was not particularly hot.... When you then decide that it has taken long enough (at least 5 minutes which I think is really too long in such a case with broken glass and kids at the table) takes another table, they come and say that this is not the intention and that that table is for other guests who are coming soon.... and when you ask why It takes so long for them to clean it up, they say they didn't drop the glass... Excuse me???? The food was quite okay, but never again at the Tilburg location! This didn't make us that happy... maybe I should put the review in English, because very few people speak Dutch there...

Happy Italy has had its best days. Used to be really good quality and strong price-quality ratio. But there is nothing left of it. You might as well take the pasta you order from the refrigerator at Albert Heijn. Tasteless, almost no pesto, hardly any chicken. You pay 17 euros for it. My girlfriend's pizza was cold when it was delivered. So we were allowed to put it in the oven ourselves.

Concept with fast Italian food. The pizza tasted good but we still had to wait 40 minutes for it. It is all aimed at quickly consuming something en masse and moving on. The tables are close together, it is busy and chaotic. And it's noisy.

I think I first visited 6 years ago and the prices were a lot lower then than they are now. The food itself is still excellent, both pizza and pasta dishes. And take whatever is left home instead of in the trash.

Food and drinks arrived quickly, but otherwise it was rubbish. Standing with empty plates and glasses on the table for 20 to 30 minutes, in the end the plates were removed from the table as requested, but the glasses were left there while the new drink was placed on the table. And then you get the dessert with a lot, but way too much cocoa on it and ice cream which comes in a cookie cup was on the table without a plate.

Tonight I had dinner with a friend at Happy Italy. I come there often and am almost always happy with it! Unfortunately, when we entered, an employee (manager) came up to us and made an inappropriate comment about us. The comment was completely misplaced. This gave us an uneasy, strange feeling... We also had a nice evening with delicious food!

We were with the family. Lovely people there. The little one received a coloring page, and we as parents color along of course! And then delicious pizza, pasta and everything for a good quality and price ratio. If you are in the city and want to eat well and pay for it? Recommended!

Good to see that Happy Italy has been taken over. The service is downright terrible, it starts with the reception where a grumpy gentleman mumbles something. This man has clearly forgotten that he works in the hospitality industry and as such has to act as a host. There used to be lines in front of the door, but that is a thing of the past and I now know why. Too bad...another nice place ruined by investors.

I ordered a verdure salad with grilled vegetables. What did I get.......grilled vegetables that looked just like pickles and no taste from the grill. So I didn't eat any of it because there was no flavor in it.

The price/quality of the food is acceptable, which means: you get little quality for little money. I had dinner there on a very sunny, warm day outside, but unfortunately the staff did not allow us to take a free table outside in the shade because they were "closed" so we were forced to sit in the full sun. The lady could not explain to me why this was not allowed. So it is clear that customer experience is not the highest priority. I won't be there anymore.

The pizzas are just really, really bad. The soil is really muddy and not tasty. On the raw side even. Everything but well done. It seems like they are really short on staff. This means it takes a long time before you are helped. So a very long wait for a very bad pizza. Never again and I really don't recommend it. There are plenty of Italian restaurants in Tilburg where you can eat very good pizzas for the same money.

We waren hier op het terras op een rustige middag rond 15 uur, er was genoeg bediening. Toen na 15 minuten nog steeds niemand de bestelling had opgenomen deed mijn partner een poging om binnen de bestelling door te geven, waarna hem werd toegesnauwd dat er iemand aan kwam. Vervolgens is onze tafel nog 8x gepasseerd zonder contact. Bediening leek zeer inefficiënt, bijvoorbeeld 1 cola uitserveren en vervolgens weer naar binnen gaan waarbij elke mogelijkheid tot contact met andere gasten angstvallig werd vermeden. Wij zijn onverrichter zaken weggegaan.

it was an honor to eat here. I ate delicious pasta and my children had a delicious margaritha pizza. I definitely plan to come back here with my children! They really love the play paradise downstairs! we were helped by a very good waiter, he was very friendly and enthusiastic and made us laugh while waiting for the food!

I had reserved a Social deal, but I could not use it due to the fact that it was rush hour, this was not mentioned in the Social deal and so I knew nothing about it. The food was tasty and came quickly despite the crowds and was tasty. I asked if I could take my leftovers with me, for which a surcharge of 0.50 was charged without mentioning this, which was quite strange because the container I received it in was not plastic, so it will be the last time here for a while.

We sat at a table next to the kitchen. We saw our pastas standing on the counter for 25+ minutes before they came to us. Pizzas were cold, instead of new pizzas they had to go back into the oven... dried out and burnt. Pastas were cold, 2 of our party felt nauseous during and after eating. This is a significant hygiene concern, especially in a dining environment. Lastly, when I requested the bill, the waitress forgot to bring it, and I had to ask twice. This oversight added to the overall unsatisfactory experience. I hope these issues can be addressed promptly to ensure a better experience for future customers.
