QBeach in Badhoevedorp

Very pleasant, very friendly service. The beef satay was a disappointment. Not roasted or grilled, but rather boiled or fried. This wasn't satay, so I wouldn't call it that. The dishes for our fellow diners were good.

Unfortunately, QBeach has closed in Badhoevedorp, but the new location is still good. We had cheese fondue, and you can eat all you want for a fixed price. The interior is nicely decorated, and in the summer, it's also very relaxing to sit outside.

This was a fantastic evening. We thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere, the food, and the performances. It's impressive how everything went smoothly and how the food was served deliciously and hot, especially for so many people!

We had a wonderful, well-organized Christmas dinner on a work outing, with delicious food and excellent service on the night itself! The restaurant was very helpful in making everything just right for our very large group of 25! Incredibly satisfied!

Ate here with my work team. We shared tuna tataki and beef tataki with a colleague. We were immediately given two extra plates. Very attentive. The service was so friendly and good. My colleagues had the stew, and I had the tenderloin satay. Everything was delicious. A beautiful new location in Lijnden. Great!

No cutlery with the meal? That was a bit odd. Even after asking once, we were given questioning looks. Luckily, when another colleague joined us, the issue was quickly resolved.

I will NEVER, EVER come back to Quatre Beach. The service was terrible. The food was okay at best. We were asked to move from our table. NOT GOOD.

We had a lovely dinner with the family tonight, only to be chased away by the DJ who had been hired for someone's 60th birthday. This meant my family and I couldn't relax and enjoy the meal in peace. It's a shame this wasn't mentioned for other guests like us. It comes across as rather antisocial when the DJ suddenly blasts music through loudspeakers just as I'd finished my main course.

Well, that was a really nice evening. The service was friendly, fun, and really went the extra mile. The food was truly delicious. The prime rib is definitely recommended, as is the sgropino. It was busy, but the sound was excellent. I'll definitely be back.

I had my graduation party here yesterday, and I have nothing but praise for it. The venue is beautiful, historic, and cozy. Everything was organized exactly as agreed. The food was delicious, and the dance floor was perfect. The staff provided the perfect finishing touch: kind, attentive, cooperative, and very accommodating.

We had a wonderful evening at Q Beach yesterday. There were 12 of us, but everything went smoothly. The staff was fantastic. The girls were friendly and helpful. The service was fast. In short, very good. The food was also delicious and beautifully presented.

Went to the Italian night at Quatre Beach with six friends. What a party from start to finish. Everyone sang along and danced! What a great atmosphere. And the food was delicious. I'll definitely be back.

Ordered a salmon sandwich. It looked delicious at first, but the quality was far below par. I left a lot of pieces behind. I reported it to the staff and received an apology. Albert Heijn has even better quality salmon.

I made a reservation, and when I arrived, the table wasn't ready. I had to wait for someone else to come over. The table was wet. I had to ask for the menu, and when I finally got it, I had to ask for cutlery. I'll never go back.

We celebrated our son's 14th birthday. There was good communication beforehand about the snacks and the price. On the day itself, they helped us plan the space. Carafes of water were provided, and they regularly checked to make sure everything was in order and everyone was catered for. A big thumbs up to the staff!

Caesar salad was great, as was your Chardonnay, which is always delicious. On the downside: the acoustics in your space were very noisy!

We had lunch here on Sunday, October 5th. We hadn't booked, but there was still room. Upon entering the restaurant, you step into a beautifully restored and decorated space. It's striking how many and how friendly the staff are. The food is well-priced and delicious. I had brown bread with ribeye and my wife had brown bread with eggplant. Generous and beautifully presented portions. Fresh juice and good coffee and tea were included. Despite the fact that there were three group reservations (two in separate rooms), everything went very smoothly. A restaurant that, in our opinion, deserves 5 stars in every respect. We will be back.

We had a wonderful meal with a large group yesterday. It's a beautiful location. The staff is very friendly, and the food tastes delicious! A hidden gem! Don't tell too many people! Keep up the good work!

We really like the vibe there and the staff there is very friendly. Unfortunately the food was a bit on the low level. I ordered the smash burger and received raw patty. After sending back and asking it to be cooked more, i received again raw meat. Then i asked for chicken pesto pasta as replacement. Unfortunately the pasta was overcooked and chicken was dry. I think there is room for improvement in the kitchen. - Update on 13th Sept ' 25 -> We visited the place again and the food was delicious. Thanks for taking the corrective actions :)

Completely satisfied. My sister's birthday was that day, and as a surprise, they had a fireworks show in the cake. We sat outside wonderfully, and even when it started raining, we stayed dry! It was so much fun, delicious, and good, thank you so much!

Cozy atmosphere, quick and friendly service. The food was a bit sparse, and the sirloin steak was too rare. They didn't ask how I wanted it prepared. Two green asparagus spears (rock-hard) and four warm tomatoes were served as vegetables. This could definitely be better.

We stayed at hotel in the neighborhood and see it's walkable distance (around 15 mins) so we decided to go for drink and dinner there. Outside terrace is nice and cozy but it begin to rain so we moved inside. Nice inside too. Staffs were nice and friendly. Super helpful also. Food and drinks were good, not too expensive. We had really nice evening here. Plus point for little orange cat, he's super cute and friendly, he stayed with us till we had to move 🧡

QuatreBeach I hesitated for a long time about writing this review, but I think honest feedback is important for both the restaurant and future guests. Hygiene and Service Unfortunately, I have to start with something that's absolutely unacceptable: during our visit, our table was sprayed with spray cleaner while we were still sitting at it. This is not only unprofessional but also unacceptable from a hygienic perspective. As a guest, you expect the table to be cleaned and then sprayed halfway in your face with spray cleaner. Food and Portions The portions were disappointingly small for the price you pay. The taste of the food was also unfortunately subpar. The meat was slightly burnt and had black edges, which they tried to hide under a layer of satay sauce. However, this doesn't mask the taste of burnt meat. Staff The service also left much to be desired. The young staff clearly tries their best, but still lacks the experience and professionalism you would expect in the hospitality industry. Positive point One bright spot was the manager or owner (I'm not sure what his position was). He was very friendly and sociable. The younger staff could learn a lot from his attitude and professionalism. Final verdict Despite the team's good intentions, QuatreBeach is unfortunately far below par for a hospitality venue. With more attention to hygiene, food quality, and staff training, this could certainly be improved. I hope this feedback is taken constructively and that future guests will have a better experience.

Beautiful location on the Ringvaart canal, in Lijnden's old steam pumping station. Lovely terrace and a beautiful, spacious restaurant inside. You can even tour the old engine room. Friendly, enthusiastic staff. Ample parking.

Great location. The weather was lovely, and we had a wonderful time on the lovely, inviting terrace. Around 9:30, the terrace was taken over by twentysomethings. They pushed tables together and loudly took over the terrace. Great for them.

Very friendly place, staff very helpful, polite. Good value quality food. Lovely surrounding, relatively quiet. Down side, I only got a verbal apology from a waitress, after pointing out that I had found a piece of aluminium paper (1cm square wrapper)in my meal, delicious as it was up to that point, my evening and meal was ruined.

We had a great time. We had seats on the back patio, but the downside was that the step down to the patio, and later the step up to the inside, was very steep. An extra step wouldn't be a bad idea, even if it only covers part of the space.

What a fantastic place! A beautiful historic building, a warm welcome from Hartger, the owner, very friendly staff, and the food was delicious. Not a super extensive menu, but plenty of choice and simply good food. We had a long walk home, and it just started pouring. Without hesitation, Hartger caught his bus and took us home. Where else do you find such service?

A fantastic location where the monumental value of the utilitarian building is flawlessly combined with an attractive, contemporary interior. The service was smooth and friendly. Delicious sandwiches. Good coffee. The enthusiastic owner/host rounded it all off by giving us a glimpse inside the pumping station. Impressive, and what a spirited desire to restore it to its former glory. Hats off!

The service was good and the atmosphere was very pleasant with a lovely terrace. However, the salmon wasn't anything special, the dressing lacked flavor, and the tenderloin satay was passable. The question should be how you'd like the meat cooked. The Parma cheese on the fries was mediocre, and the ladyfingers in the tiramisu dessert were very tough, which made it a disappointment.

I had a fantastic farewell celebration here with the Atlantis team. First, drinks on the terrace, then inside in a private area. We had a delicious meal, drank the best scroppino ever, and had a blast, thanks in part to the excellent service and the food and ambiance! This also applies to the entire team; every single one of them is a friendly, attentive staff member who understands the meaning of hospitality. What's particularly striking is that feedback is taken seriously. When we once suggested that the cutlery could be served neater, it was not only warmly received but also immediately addressed and implemented. This demonstrates professionalism and genuine attention to the guest. It's also heartwarming to see that there's also room for the older generation. The owner shows genuine love and joy in creating a social, welcoming day for everyone – something you unfortunately rarely encounter these days. A beautiful location, acoustically a bit complicated. We had a nice meal, the price/quality is good. Details are sometimes forgotten, such as a spoon with ice cream and with the mint tea, the truffle mayo instead of the requested regular mayo, but we are not the most difficult. Friendly service and also fast, there are many people walking around, that is nice. A restaurant to return to!

What a huge surprise our visit to this beautiful, cozy place was. Together with my girlfriends we had a delicious meal, at the end we got to chat with one of the owners who gave us a very enthusiastic tour. What passion and enthusiasm! Through the vision of the owners they have managed to create a restaurant that makes you very happy.
