Stopped here for a drink while cycle touring - great local beer from the brewery that originated in this building. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and are proud of the history and heritage of the building. Liked it so much here that we came back for coffee and breakfast the following morning (also excellent).

Fries with oorlog sauce were perfect! Staff were super friendly.

Lovely little surprise on my walk today. Popped in for a quick bite and drink. Was very pleasantly surprised 😮. Micro brewed beers available. Highly recommend the Schipluidens Pale Ale - crisp, smooth and refreshing! The bread were delicious, fresh and well made. Will most definitely drop in again.

Cozy restaurant. Had coffee in the nice garden. Friendly staff. Parking difficult, with the bike it is a bit easier.

Most pleasant stop off for coffee n cake. Only drawback is they only take Dutch bank cards (current account) and not credit carfs so take €€€ notes.

A hidden gem in beautiful Schipluiden. From the outside it doesn't look like much, but there lots of tables inside and in the backyard garden. They also have a free bike-parking, local craft beer and very friendly staff.

A nice quiet place with good coffee and very good quality sandwiches. Super fresh and diverse, something for everyone. You can also sit surprisingly comfortably at the back of the garden. You can't see that from the front.

Disappointing after seeing the score. This can only be “4.6” in Dutch standard (those who know what Dutch cuisine looks like will understand) I put 1 star, cause every “dish” is just half a kilo of bread with mayonnaise and smth else small to it. Fries overcooked, look more like crisps. The only decent thing in the menu was soup. Prices for what it is are exorbitant!!! Go to AH next door buy some bread and mayo there it’s gonna save you a 70€ “lunch” for 2 adults and two kids

Nice decor, relaxed & friendly atmosphere, friendly staff. Spacious toilet. Also a garden to relax in when the weather is nice. And top prices...❗I would say experience it yourself ;-)

I've been coming there for years, it's been a while now. The service and the pleasant atmosphere remain nice, as does the delicious backyard and its own pastries, but I think the price/quality is no longer in proportion. A brown bun with a nice curry chicken salad for 12.50 euros ... That's just too much. The rest of the menu didn't make it much better.. That's why the stars were adjusted a bit

Until 11:30 you can order the tastiest French toast ever. They have become a bit more sparse over the years. However, the coffee has been consistently mediocre all these years, the latte macchiato is a bit tasteless and always too hot. Our own apple pie is delicious (I should add that we often come during the holiday period and there are holiday employees, so maybe that's the reason)

Always top notch. In the flower and plant-rich garden you can choose from numerous nice seating areas, both in the sun and in the shade. And always in the shelter. Even in March or October, sitting in this garden is possible. And do you like good strong coffee just like me? Then take the Coffee Town Hall! 😋

We found the restaurant by chance after a bike ride. Great Angusburger for €8, fries with sauce and drinks. Also had homemade sangria white. In the end everything for 30€. The staff are young, very nice people. The restaurant is really recommended. You sit in a cozy garden.

Very nice place with a beautiful garden and friendly staff. I was allowed to bring my racing bike in, and they had sunscreen to use 🙌🏻 the apple pie was delicious, as was the apple juice from the neighborhood. Definitely recommended and I will definitely come back!

Wonderfully simple! Garden to sit in

Cycled past many times and it looks nice. Had lunch there today by chance. When you walk in you think mmh. Anyway, I ordered it, and what a great product! Really delicious and everything cracking fresh! We will definitely go there more often, I don't know many such top tents, this one is certainly in my top 3 now!

Everything you'd want your local cafe to be. Great ambience, lovely staff, beautiful food and the BEST COFFEE we had during 8 days of cycling through France, Belgium and The Netherlands. We'd be tempted to return just for the coffee. All of this on a wet day as we made our way to Den Haag from Rotterdam.

Arrived at teatime, very welcoming atmosphere with quirky decor. In house craft beers,( delicious 🍻) and good food, especially the cakes.

Lovely place! They have a nice selection of food, they have good lattes (I am a little picky), it's a nice location and I like the casual furniture. I had the '10 uurtje', which was a small cup of yoghurt with seeds, muesli and honey, there was a small tosti with ketchup and there were wentelteefjes (French toast) with fruit and caramel syrup. All of it was very good. From what I could see on other tables the homemade apple cake also looked very good. It certainly smelled good.

Gezellige zaak , al veel over gehoord , alleen maar positieve berichten . De lunch was goed heerlijke pittige bloemkoolsoep en een lekker 'broodje kaas' . Ga zeker nog een keer terug

Auto niet in de omgeving te parkeren. Commentaar op voedsel word niet gewaardeerd. Leuke locatie maar omdat we helaas niet voor het eten (patat bitterballen) content mee zijn, daarom niet om er terug te komen. Ben benieuwd wat de ad friettest zou gezegd hebben, al zou die er nog zijn. Okay zij zeggen dat het hun manier van bereiden is. Ieder zo z'n smaak. Alles wel top afgehandeld.

This is my go to place on weekends when I go for afternoon cycling. Excellent staff, good service and good food. They also have a nice garden. My favourites are the iced latte, Apple pie and also the churros. Churros are a great hit really 🎉

Gewoon een leuke plek om even koffie te drinken of te lunchen, zeker als je in de omgeving aan het fietsen bent. Aan de achterkant grote tuin met veel zitplaatsen Als zon schijnt perfect. Broodje kaas was ok. Bediening duidelijk niet ervaren maar we hadden de tijd. Ligt aan de kade in Schipluiden net voor de ophaalbrug vanuit Delft gezien

Süßes kleines Café, mit einer sehr freundlichen Bedienung. Ganz gemütlich eingerichtet. Der Kaffee und die Sandwiches sind eine absolute Empfehlung. Hier kann man sicher auch schön im Außenbereich sitzen, wenn der Sommer da ist. Natürlich haben wir auch etwas von dem selbst gebrautes Bier mitgenommen.

Gezellig dorps lunchcafé. Lekkere broodjes. Ook heerlijke friet en snacks om savonds af te halen.

Heel gezellig plaatse om even te pauzeren en te geniete van een drankje en/of hapje. Eigen gebrouwen biertjes en andere lekkere drankjes. Een knus interieur, en geweldig sympatieke gastvrouw. Echt top!

Na een wandeling vanuit Delft hier een prima espresso met perentaart gehad. Leuke besloten tuin en vriendelijk personeel. Gezellige gelegenheid.

Mooie locatie, top bediening, mooie gerechten, goede koffie, goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding, kortom niets op aan te merken...erg leuk gaan we zeker naar terug..

Very good friendly service and delicious food

Bij een fietstocht toevallig hier beland. Wat een heerlijke koffietent. Hier krijg je échte koffie, met liefde. Geen automatenkoffie. Ook de taart was zalig! Duidelijk kwaliteitsproducten en vol smaak. De tuin achter het pand was verrassend mooi en ruim. Zowel zon- als schaduwplekken mogelijk. Zelfs nog met leuk speelgoed+zandbak voor kinderen. Ik was blij verrast met deze goede toevalstreffer en ik kom hier zeker nog eens terug!

Ontzettend warm welkom en er hangt een hele leuke sfeer. Kaasrolletjes waren lekker en de dubbele angus burger is een aanrader👌. Oja en scherp geprijsd!

Prima plek met tuin waar je goed kan vertoeven. Een heerlijk twaalfuurtje met een kleine versie van een paar gerechten. Ook de salades zijn erg lekker.
