We've eaten here several times before, so it's time for a review 😉 Last night we had a lovely evening with friends and a delicious meal. The staff is friendly, regularly asking if everything is to our liking or if we'd like another drink. You can even tell them when they'll start your main course. A super cozy atmosphere, delicious food, and good service...friendly staff... Compliments, and we'll see you again soon 👍

Delicious food in a realexte location.

A hardworking couple owns this recently renovated establishment. Their passion radiates from the rest of the staff, who always strive to ensure a great experience every time. Sometimes you can sit there for hours, chatting away, and other times, it's just a quick lunch before moving on. Despite it always being quite busy, you're served quickly and there's always room. It's a great place, even for large groups, but reservations are recommended.

Recently, during a motorcycle ride, I stopped in my hometown for a well-deserved pit stop. The atmosphere was great, I enjoyed looking around to see if I could spot any old acquaintances, and of course, a delicious slice of cake. What more could you ask for? Maybe a second slice... but hey, that's just another reason to come back. 😉

Most grumpy staff ever seen of all the restaurants I've been to. Plates were barely empty and were already being taken from the table - I was still eating from the bowl of fries and it was taken away. Every time we ordered drinks - we had to address a waitress - so it wasn't offered ourselves. We were simply ignored when making eye contact. First time and unfortunately never again after this! There was a bottle cap in my daughter's drink - when we addressed this we were asked - if it was already in there? (No, we put it in ourselves?). Then barely a sincere apology. And then no form of compensation. (Even if it was offering a new glass of drink or at least a sincere apology) This goes against my principles... but anyway, I think you have a nice difference at the cash register tonight! If I had behaved honestly, I would have been honest too. Too bad about the first experience with you! See you never!

Ordered gyros chicken on recommendation, well the chicken was fried twice. So hard and dry. Damaged my gums. Also indicated this, plate went back to kitchen full. But still paid 23. I won't go there anymore.

Delicious food always enjoyable at niels

Wij hebben er vanmiddag gegeten op het terras. Ik heb nog nooit zo’n slechte wiener schnitzel op mijn bord gehad heb echt mijn best gedaan om hem op te eten maar heb het moeten opgeven. Hij was taai en droog er zat maar aan 1 kant paneermeel totaal smaakloos. Eerste keer en de laatste keer voor mij 🤮

This year we made it easy for Easter and enjoyed the Easter brunch. There was a lot of choice. All tasty. The top layer of the salmon sandwich was somewhat dried out, which suggests that it had been sitting for a while, which is understandable given the many guests who use it. Everything was neatly served at the table, and there were also poffertjes for the children. They also received a coloring page and colors, but these needed some sharpening to be able to color properly. Enjoyed it thoroughly. And again very fast and friendly service.

Definitely recommended. Tasty snacks and dishes. Prices very democratic. Extremely friendly service.

Yesterday we had a delicious meal at the renovated Raedthuys. Definitely worth it!

We ended up here by chance after a bike ride. But we certainly didn't regret it. It is a beautiful business with highly motivated staff. People regularly ask if everything is to your liking (and if not, something is actually being done, as we saw at the table next to us). The food arrived quickly and it was tasty, just as it should be. If we are ever in the area again, we will definitely come and enjoy ourselves here again!

I would like to express my compliments about this fantastic brasserie. The interior was hip and inviting, the table arrangement was neat and tidy, the atmosphere very cozy and relaxed. Perfect for both large and small groups, for a pleasant lunch, a drink or an evening out, with a large cozy terrace for outside, to look out over the square when the weather is nice. Very wide choice of both classics and original options on the menu. Smooth and very fast service. The food was excellently prepared and beautifully presented. Large portions for good prices. We can definitely recommend the noon hour. The service was very friendly, patient and attentive. In short, an absolute must for anyone who likes good food and a good ambiance.

A Culinary Experience at Het Raedthuys. I recently had the pleasure of dining at Het Raedthuys, and it was a true culinary experience. From the start everything was perfect: the bread was fresh and crispy, a delicious start to the evening. The fish was excellently prepared, perfectly cooked and full of flavour. The vegetables were seasoned just right and the sauce topped it all off with a wonderful balance of flavors. Every bite was a delight. I can highly recommend Het Raedthuys to anyone looking for a refined dining experience. Everything was absolutely delicious!

Geweldige plek om naar Feyenoord te kijken 6 gangen menu met heerlijk dessert 6-0 het was werkelijk om je vingers er bij af te likken zo lekker echt genoten!

It looked like a really nice place and the inside was neat, atmosphere was nice and romantic. The food was bad. I wish I could say it differently, but soggy schitzel and overcooked cod don't desere any accolades, specially if you look at the pricing! The service was varying; from nice people that are a little inexperienced to a more experienced person that was obviously not interested, and spent quite some time on her phone. A little more general attention from the staff would make sure people don't have to walk over to the bar to get drinks... In short: a nice place with slightly below average food that does not justify the high prices.

The three of us took the pork tenderloin and then received a small flower pot with fries and salad for three people, absolutely scandalous for what you have to pay, never again for us!

A very suitable catering facility for all kinds of events. Parties, weddings, parties, meetings, staff gatherings, etc. Extremely friendly, hospitable and professional staff. Large menu and huge selection of beers. Large parking and also free. Attractive decor. The Raedthuys is therefore highly recommended for a few wonderful hours of enjoyment. Reservations are recommended because customers know where to find their way.

Gereserveerd op valentijnsavond (verjaardag dochter) Mensen waren supervriendelijk ook al kwamen we veel later aan dan eerst afgesproken, ze maakten hiervan geen punt. (Wel verwittigt) We hebben heel lekker gegeten, diner was verfijnt en de smaken zaken goed. Iedereen tevreden vh gezin. Voor herhaling vatbaar!

Excellent food with good atmosphere.

They served me pork tenderloin mostly raw. Then they simply re-fired that same piece. I know that sustainability is important. But if you serve something raw yourself. I think it's logical that you normally get a new piece.

We have now eaten here twice, once for lunch and once for dinner. I'm sorry that I personally don't get the Wouw feeling here. The dining room has very poor acoustics, which does not help to create a pleasant atmosphere. The food at lunch was just okay, but the dinner was really of lower quality. I can recommend this place in good weather for a drink on the terrace, but for food there is something better to be found in the village.

Also very suitable if you have something to celebrate.

Gestopt voor de lunch en zeker geen spijt van gehad. Mooie zaak, zeer goede vissalade, tosti gewoon goed en lekkere friet erbij. Leuke service, nette prijzen. Ps. toilet erg schoon en netjes!

In werkelijkheid is deze zaak minder gezellig dan op de foto’s lijkt. Onze gerechten waren gemiddeld. Opvallend was één minipotje sla voor 2 hoofdgerechten. De houding van de ober was redelijk irritant en storend : om de haverklap werd op een dwingende wijze gevraagd wat we verder wilden drinken, en zelfs glazen die nog niet leeg waren wilde hij meenemen. We hebben deze zaak met een ongemakkelijk gevoel verlaten. Geen terugkeeradres voor ons.

Jaja .. Dat was een goede keuze om een pit stop te maken. Mooie omgeving om te zitten,, we hebben er ook genoten van wat de keuken had aan te bieden. Dat was zeker géén verkeerde keuze. Het is ondertussen ook niet bij die 1 keer gebleven. De moeite om vanuit Antwerpen naar toe te gaan.

Lekker maar eten was niet warm genoeg

Tsja. Mooi terras op prima plek. Personeel vriendelijk maar niet heel ervaren en een beetje vreemd uniform. Zeer kort zwart broekje tot halverwege de dijen en dan een bruin leren schort erop tot 1 cm boven dat broekje. Schort loopt door tot de A-lijn en daaronder een lange blouse. Heel bijzonder. Ze hebben een leuke kaart, beetje eetcafé plus met restaurantprijzen. Helaas wordt veel van te voren al nagenoeg helemaal klaargemaakt en dat zie en proef je. Dat is jammer, want zo druk was het nu ook niet. Waarom dan niet vers klaargemaakt? En hoewel op de kaart staat dat ze niet aan liflafjes doen, lag het bord vol met onzin, naast friet en aardappeltjes op tafel (prima) op het bord een chaotisch iets. Een bolletje uitgedroogde puree met wortel (vergeten af te dekken?). Daarin rechtop een aardappelschijf als ribbelchips gebakken en schuin een driehoekje van bladerdeeg erbij. Slaat kant nog wal. Dus toch liflafjes. Maar goed met die prijzen moet je ook wel wat, want je zit zo aan 4 tientjes per persoon voor een schnitzel, biertje, 2 wijntjes en kopje koffie (wel lekker). En rampzalige rietjes (breken al bijna voor je ze beetpakt, en dat weten ze zelf ook, want je krijgt zonder pardon steeds een nieuwe met de opmerking dat "het verschrikkelijke rietjes zijn", tsja; Koop dan andere!) Verder alleen Brand bier en daarover werd verteld dat veel gasten dat jammer vinden en erover klagen, tjsa waarom je dan niets anders op de kaart erbij zet is mij een raadsel.

Vriendelijk personeel, maar lang wachten op de bestelde lunch. Sfeer gemoedelijk. Wel jammer dat er op het terras geen afgescheiden rookhoek is.

Gezellige locatie met ruime opzet. De bediening was vriendelijk. Voor het eten een pasta bolognese gekozen. Die was prima. De meegeleverde kaas vond ik echt niet lekker en had ik gelukkig een voorproefje van gedaan. Ik persoonlijk vond het best prijzig aangezien de portie niet heel groot was maar ontevreden was ik zeker niet. Helaas wordt rook van buiten naar binnen gezogen door de grootte van de ingang. Als niet-roker vond ik dat een minpunt. Door de opstelling ervaarde ik weinig privacy maar als je dat niet erg vindt dan is dit een prima plek om te eten
