Ate here for the first time. The dishes are beautifully presented. The food is served quickly, but the restaurant wasn't busy. The quality of the food is good, but not exceptional. I had higher expectations because I'd heard good things about it. You have to order via a QR code, which I personally don't like, and it means you're often on your phone. Also, some dishes and drinks didn't match what was on the menu.

Delicious food! Looks wonderful! You can order two dishes and one side dish per person. Unfortunately, it didn't fit on the table, and we were told to order less because they had such large plates. We found this odd, as it takes quite a while for your food to be served. The plates are indeed large, and it looks nice, but the dishes are small, so we didn't actually order much. Furthermore, and I post this everywhere this problem occurs, it's very annoying for people with bowel problems that the light in the restroom automatically turns off after a relatively short time. The motion sensor is only in the restroom entrance, so there you are, sitting in the dark with your stomach ache... It's something that isn't given enough attention and is easily solved.

For us, a little gem where seriously good dishes are served. It is indeed an all you can eat, but of higher quality than most where they offer all you can eat. You order here via a QR code, although you can also order your drinks from the service. Delicious mini dishes, many types of sushi, salmon, shrimps but also a lot of meat. Everything with a lot of taste and fast service. Really worth trying. Even on a Monday evening this restaurant was half full. In terms of atmosphere it leaves a lot to be desired. It is not a very nice building, the decoration is not very nice, but it is at least neat and clean. Guaranteed that we will come here again.

For the first time ordered sushi at Red Moon via Thuisbezorgd. When opening the sushi box there was a long black hair on the sushi. Called and we got a new sushi box half an hour later, super well arranged! When we opened this box there was another hair in the sushi, this time it looked like a dog or cat hair. Maybe we were unlucky but this was the last time Red Moon for us.

Na afgelopen jaar enkele keren heerlijk te hebben gegeten bij Red Moon, hebben we vandaag een andere Red Moon gezien. Sushi leek merendeel uit de koeling te komen. De sushi met garnalen waren over het algemeen koud. De rest van het eten leek te zijn afgeraffeld. Gefrituurde gerechten waren erg vet niet knapperig. Gebakken in koud vet. Ook na gesprek met de leiding bleek het toch niet helemaal duidelijk want de gebakken banaan werd semi koud erg doorweekt met olie en niet knapperig geserveerd. Erg Jammer. Een lichtpuntje was de Dragon Rol die sprong met kop en schouder boven alle andere gerecht uit. Wellicht dat de drukte zorge voor afraffelen, kwantiteit boven kwaliteit.

Delicious food! Really great! Neatly cared for, very sweet and good service. Highly recommended and I will definitely come back. I have tried many dishes and they are all delicious! It was a bit chilly inside, but it is quite a large restaurant so heating it might be a bit more difficult. Easy to solve by putting on a cardigan or sweater or taking it with you. Don't let that stop you from having a delicious meal here.

2e Kerstdag geboekt als koppel. Er was nog volop plek. De sfeer is heel goed en de inrichting chique en sfeervol. Bediening vriendelijk en in een goed tempo. Bestellen gaat via een qr code was makkelijk te doen is. Kaart veel sushi, maar ook vlees en visgerechten. Van de visgerechten vooral veel mogelijkheden met garnalen. Hier moet je wel van houden. Vleesgerechten volop keuze en heerlijk bereid. Ook wat grotere porties. De dessertmogelijkheden waren weinig keuzes uit te maken. Dit zou uitgebreider mogen. Verder dikke prima!

Great restaurant! Today we had an all you can eat meal at Red Moon. You can choose two dishes per round. At first this seems less than at other restaurants, but you soon notice that the portions are also larger than at equivalent restaurants. The presentation of the dishes was truly excellent. The dishes were all neatly dressed and of good quality. The sushi was tasty and the service was very fast. Google reviews sometimes contain criticism about this company, but I personally don't see any of these complaints. This restaurant really surpassed me. Delicious food, we will definitely return when we are in the area again.

Once and never again!! We did not receive everything we ordered and when we said something about this, there was hardly any response. Owner left for the kitchen and never had a response. Took a very long time for the dishes to arrive on the table. Quality is also debatable. Some sushis were very different than ordered. For example, the Rainbow with salmon and avocado on top according to the picture, now had a sauce with wasabi. Very dirty if you don't like wasabi! Little taste and sometimes very tough. Never had such poor quality sushi before. The other meat/fish dishes are served on plates that are much too large and also of very poor quality. After paying, our receipt turned out to be incorrect. I drank 1 bottle of spring water too much. Well, I was initially able to argue with the owner for 10 minutes, but later I reluctantly got the money back. In short, I would not recommend this tent and I will certainly not go back! Shame.

I do not recommend this place. The concept of ordering from your smartphone keeps you glued to the screen, which kills the vibe. Additionally, it takes too long to receive your food. After half an hour of waiting, I received just two pieces of nigiri. I noticed many people around us experiencing the same issues. The service is very poor.

We went for dinner on Valentine's Day with 6 people. It was a terrible evening. Everything went smoothly and the owner let the staff sort it out themselves. We received almost nothing from our orders that evening and barely got 2 drinks. Then pay the full amount. Not even an apology from the owner or a free drink. The food that had been made for people who had already left was at the back of a large table, on a counter and the crockery lay along the floor. It really wasn't worth the money. Then we also had to pay extra because it was a public holiday. Have the inspection service or inspection come by and I think the tent can be closed there.

We had dinner here before and it was generally busy. Everything was served quite quickly. Beautiful layout and the atmosphere was nice. Went back again later and the whole restaurant was full. The beginning was quite fast service. Then it got busy and then it was quite chaotic. In the sense that tables were mixed up. And snacks were there instead of being served. Then it was quite a long wait for snacks. Luckily we had maps with us. Ultimately the wrong item was charged during checkout. So tip: come on the quieter days because then it is really nice And avoid the busy days because they go less smoothly. Remember, you can make it fun yourself!!

Food is good quality, and portions are generous. There is no time limit on the all you can eat option, so there is no rush to finish your meal meaning you can enjoy your food and the company you are with. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and although the food could be brought a little faster, because there is no time limit on your meal, it is not a big deal. The decor is warm and the layout is such that you do not feel crammed in and feel as though people are eavesdropping on your conversation. There is a good range and selection of things to choose from in the all you can eat menu, and I recommend exploring the menu. The food is fresh, and well prepared which comes out in the taste of the food. The drinks are not cheap, but that is par for the course in all you can eat establishments. There are cheaper all you can eat deals for sushi that I have been to, but none have been better; you do get what you pay for and when it comes to Red Moon it is worth paying the extra.

Red Moon uses the concept where you can order 2 dishes (and a side dish) in rounds. In addition to many types of sushi, you can also have other/French dishes, there is something for everyone. The staff is a bit young and does not always know the different dishes; you get 'sushi'. Tip for the (digital) menu: clearly indicate the ingredients for each dish (vegan, vegetarian, pork, nuts, gluten).

Beautiful restaurant with a cozy, relaxed atmosphere. Nice concept with all kinds of small dishes of high quality on beautifully presented plates. Sushi is super fresh. As well as the shrimp with gon bao sauce (recommended!), you can order with your phone. Service is nice and fast. I read bad reviews here but I don't understand why. We always like to come. We have nothing to complain about. Much better food than most all-inclusive restaurants.

Het restaurant ziet er netjes en best gezellig uit. Je mag hier 2 gerechten per persoon en een bijgerecht per ronden bestellen. De bestellingen geef je met je telefoon steeds door doormiddel van een qr code. Deze worden dan uitgeserveerd als ze klaar zijn. Dat is vaak niet tegelijk. De porties zijn niet groot zodat je best veel kunt eten/proberen. Over smaak valt te twisten. Wij vonden niet alles lekker, maar over het algemeen vast het goed. Personeel is vrij jong, vriendelijk maar mag nog wel wat leren qua bediening en afruimen. Als je niet oplet halen ze je glas weg terwijl je fles nog niet leeg is. We wilden uiteten en ergens heen waar we nog niet eerder waren geweest. We kwamen uit bij Red Moon. Ook nog erg makkelijk, want het is vanuit ons op loop afstand. We konden zonder te reserveren er nog terecht. De gerechten zagen er allemaal prima uit en het smaakte goed! Elke ronde kon je 2 gerechtjes en 1 bijgerecht per persoon bestellen. Het bestellen gaat heel handig via een app.

Heel lekker eten en een heel mooi restaurant! Vriendelijke bediening en fijne stoelen. We zijn verplaatst van tafel omdat we eerst onder de luidspreker zaten, want een van ons is slechthorend. Normaal is dit in restaurants een probleem, als het drukker is kan deze ons minder goed verstaan. In dit restaurant geen enkel probleem! Fijne gesprekken kunnen voeren samen, ook als het wat drukker werd. Zeker een aanrader!

Het eten was echt heerlijk! De borden waren mooi opgemaakt en de smaken waren top! Alleen wat minpuntjes over de service: Sushi duurde erg lang en de bediening was erg onpersoonlijk en niet ervaren. We werden niet naar de tafel gebracht en drinken werd aan het hoofd van de tafel neergezet. Er is ons niet komen vragen of alles naar wens was en ook was er niet uitgelegd hoe het concept werkt. Er was te weinig personeel om iedereen te helpen en de jonge, onervaren meisjes konden het alleen maar moeilijk aan. Met 3 personen waren wij voor eten en 2 drankjes €130,- kwijt.

Lekker eten, Mensen heel vriendelijk, 104 verschillende gerechten en deserts. Alles is warm en word snel gemaakt na het bestellen (niet meer dan 10 minuten wachten). Je kan hier ook heel comfortabel zitten op die zachte banken en stoelen.

Heerlijk gegeten! Mooi opgemaakte borden. Het smaakt allemaal heel vers en je proeft echt de verschillende smaken van alle ingrediënten. Grote porties ook. Veel jonge meiden in de bediening, ze deden het keurig. Fijne, relaxte sfeer. Wij hebben het niet koud gehad. Ik zag extra elektrische kacheltjes staan, dus ik denk dat ze echt iets met de reviews doen. De eigenaresse maakte ook een persoonlijk rondje door de zaak om bij elke tafel even een praatje te maken.

Prima restaurant om te eten. Het eten is heerlijk, alleen waren we ten tijde van ons bezoek de enige gasten... daarom hadden we alle service voor onszelf. Af en toe moesten er deuren geopend worden waardoor er een flinke koude luchtstroom rondwaarde. Ook was de temperatuur aan de zuinige kant wat sfeer verlagend was. De sushi was heerlijk! Misschien dat we de volgende keer toch afhalen.

16:00 order placed for 18:00. Called at 18:30. The friendly young lady apologized and it came as soon as possible. Called again at 19:10. It was on its way. No compensation, just apologies. Food is lukewarm, but the delivery was way below par. Will not be ordering anything from here for the time being.
