My daughter and I had dinner here for Mother's Day. We both had a gastric bypass and asked at the start if small portions were also possible. They are already small now but it can be even smaller. Absolutely fantastic because the two of us had a really nice evening and were able to eat delicious food from the menu. And when we paid we also got a discount! Really great at Cozy!

Tasty evening full of fun at Cozy in Hengelo We recently joined a mixed group of people at this all-you-can-eat restaurant, located near the Hermandad in Hengelo. The atmosphere was great from the first drink to the last dessert. As many as 7 people were surprised with a 'fireworks' because they had turned a year older. Coincidence or not? The food itself? Delicious! Nice compact portions, surprising flavors and many people decided to choose an 'unknown' dish. Ultimately it's all about growth, stepping out of your familiar shores, we can say that we succeeded! Finally, the service also deserves praise. On an occasion like this you unconsciously build a 'bond' with them. As the evening progressed, the conversations became more informal and work and private life sometimes became intertwined. For example, the barmaid told us that outside working hours she regularly consumes a substance that is on list II of the Opium Act. So you see, every person has their dark sides.

Restaurant Cozy in Hengelo heeft een fijne, gezellige sfeer. De bediening kwam echter wat saai over. Het eten was smakelijk, maar de kwaliteit was niet uitzonderlijk. Een groot minpunt was het vieze toilet zonder zeep. Verbeterpunten zijn nodig op het gebied van service en hygiëne.

Had dinner here on a Sunday for a birthday party. Staff very friendly and helpful, for example hanging up the streamers. The food there is delicious and you can choose from different things. The concept of ordering by telephone is also useful. Although this will be a bit more difficult for some older customers. For example, my parents-in-law were also with me and could not have saved themselves with this. In terms of atmosphere, I thought it was a bit crowded, but we had a nice spot at the front. Definitely recommended. Especially for the desserts. If you love desserts, you can spend the entire evening eating desserts here. At other restaurants you are often only allowed 1 or 2 desserts.

For an all you can eat I thought the service was quite good and they didn't just throw the food on the table like at other all you can eat restaurants. And the food is what you expect, quite tasty but not that it will make you fall out of your chair.

Nice and varied all you can eat concept. Very extensive menu. That is also the disadvantage because then not everything can be "homemade". Overall good experience, friendly staff and order via app. 2 dishes per person per time and side dishes you can always order. Not all dishes are equally tasty. I.e. feta envelopes are more dough than feta. Asian pork tenderloin very salty. But fresh salad, soup fish dishes and some sushi again very tasty. Crème brulee was the layer of sugar not burned well was melted sugar but not caramelized. Spekkoek with ice cream was delicious. In short, a nice meal but some dishes could use some improvement.

The sashimi salmon and the fried salmon fillet were delicious! Unfortunately, we were disappointed with the sushi, some did not have much taste or were dry. The seafood portion was tasty and so were the tournedos. The desserts were great and the service was very nice🙂

First time I've been there, had a great experience with the food on offer, the friendly service and the atmosphere there. So much better than the "all you can eat" food sheds. We will definitely come back!

I thought the biggest plus was that if you have an allergy you receive a special order form and can eat out worry-free. Delicious!

Nice atmospheric place and friendly staff. You order the dishes online at the table and they arrive very quickly. The dishes themselves are quite small and not very special and the number of ingredients is limited. Nice for once, but again there are better restaurants in this segment.

The service was generally satisfactory and made everyone feel welcome. Despite the small areas for improvement, I had a nice evening and I appreciate the relaxed setting that Cozy offers. If you are looking for an accessible location where you can enjoy a meal with a larger group without too high expectations, Cozy is certainly a good choice. In short, a practical place for group outings, but not for a romantic dinner.

I've never been there before, I hear that the staff drinks a lot. I hear they stand outside talking for half an hour every night between 1 and 3 a.m. and I hear they haven't hired me. Are you wondering how I heard all this? I live upstairs and can basically hear everything.... Edit: they've been moved to the back of the building when they're done, thx.

We had a delicious meal with our children. It is especially great for this target group, because you can choose what you want to eat. A very wide choice of dishes. Don't expect culinary delights, tournedos and salmon were (much) overcooked. On the other hand, certainly not bad dishes and something for everyone. A big negative is the toilet, isn't this the calling card of a restaurant? Moisture running down the door, dirty walls, paint on the door. Actually too dirty for words!

We had a good meal twice, but the last time we thought it was bad. Staff did not know which ingredients were in certain dishes. (1 was pregnant and therefore not allowed to have everything) Some dishes were not warm. Arco was on so it was much too cold in our spot. The next morning 2 of the 3 were sick with nausea, diarrhea and a sore stomach.

Easily accessible restaurant. The car can be parked nearby in the parking garage. Friendly service. And there is a nice, cozy "busy" atmosphere. Menu card is on the table in front of you from which you can choose and then order with a QR code. The food is delivered quickly. Looks good and fresh. Taste as expected. Portions are good. In summary, a reason to come back again.

It was delicious and something for everyone. So if someone really likes meat and less like sushi, you can go out to eat together there. Personally, I did have a negative point, which is that you cannot see on the menu which dishes are spicy. For example, I ordered mussels with red pepper. It might be useful to adjust this on the menu. Furthermore, it was a successful evening for us and we would like to come back.

What a treat to always taste something, small portions and to be able to order something you are unsure about and that it all tastes very good! We enjoyed it and my 85 year old mother also enjoyed it very much. She just thought it was a shame that the restaurant was so dark inside.

Bij aankomst dachten we eerst dat fc twente moest voetballen erg druk,maar nee we werden alleraardigst ontvangen, door een vriendelijke dame. We hadden gereserveerd, en werden naar onze tafel.gebracht ,keurig en de airco deed ze.n werk kortom heerlijk vertoeven. De bestelde drankjes kwamen snel, door leuke dames en heren. We bestelden het eten ,nou het was allemaal heerlijk en wat een keuze.Super knap van de koks omdat allemaal te maken. We werden verrast door de heerlijke gerechten top. Wat we ook bestelden het was er in mum van tijd. We hebben een top.avond gehad,die voorbij vloog .Zeer de moeite waard.

Had dinner at Cozy with a large group of colleagues. Unexpectedly another person came along and I have a lactose intolerance. This was all no problem at all! Staff is extremely friendly and careful. Had a wonderful evening!

Fantastic evening at Cozy! What a wonderful experience! The food was delicious and the atmosphere was super cozy. Even though something went wrong with our reservation, the friendly staff still managed to find a spot for us - and that for a group of seven! Top service and excellent food. Food not always warm, lukewarm tournedos, lukewarm chicken, a real shame.

The service and atmosphere are very good, the service is very friendly and prompt. I really liked the appearance of the dishes. However, many dishes were not very tasty, I got the impression that nothing was freshly made and that everything was just heated up quickly. The desserts were also mediocre. The only plus was the Sushi, which was really GREAT!

A great All you can eat restaurant. If you really come for the oriental dishes, you would be better off going to Kami Sushi, for example, but if you really go for the different dishes (German schnitzel to gyros) and the desserts, then you really have a lot of choice here. Service is really friendly and the spareribs are really tasty.

De ontvangst was heel prettig! De dame die ons ontvangen heeft was ontzettend gastvrij en überhaupt was de bediening erg vriendelijk. Niks op aan te merken daar. Dat maakte het zelfs een beetje goed. Echter was het eten van slechte kwaliteit. De carpaccio was ontzettend taai. Daar kwamen we met een mes zelfs echt niet doorheen, de mosselen roken en smaakten niet goed meer, de sushi met kip en mango hebben we teruggestuurd. De mango was nog niet rijp en de kip was gortdroog. Was echt ontzettend balen vooral omdat je er zo'n hoog bedrag voor betaald. Nee wij komen er helaas niet meer

The food was good and the servers were great theres one big downside and thats the lack of round tables. There's only one round table and its reserved for large groups. Over all its a great restaurant and I highly reccomend goig here.

Very bad Restaurant. The sushi was HORRIBLE The dessert was horrible There was a fly in the main courses. The drinks were bad too. I ordered beer there twice and twice I received hot beer.

Were in the restaurant for the first time, cozy ambiente. In a conversation with a host, it happened to be mentioned that I could get a discount because of my Gastric bypass, how great is that ☺️. But we would love to come back even without this discount!

Laatste paar keren valt ons op dat kwaliteit van eten minder wordt. Gisteren om 20.00 uur gereserveerd en dan begint personeel al kort na 21.00 uur met opruimen en schoonmaken van lege tafels. Dat eet niet echt lekker meer, geeft gevoel dat je weg moet terwijl ze tot 22.30 open zijn.

We were geocaching in Hengelo and I really needed to go to the toilet. Cozy was the first thing we came across and we asked if we could just have a cup of coffee. You could tell it wasn't common but it wasn't a problem. I was able to go to the toilet and later we both had a delicious cup of cappuccino. We will definitely eat here sometime

Wauw! Super avond gehad. Uit eten geweest voor de verjaardag. Super bediening! Aardig, netjes en snel. Goed eten! We zijn zelfs nog toegezongen voor de verjaardag met een heerlijk dessert. Echt genoten! Zeker een aanrader.
