We have been coming here for years and regularly bring new people to Cozy. Every time, we go home feeling good. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and genuine. Unfortunately, you don't come across such warm service very often these days. Highly recommended!

We really had a wonderful evening here. The service was friendly, quick, and kept a close eye on everything without being intrusive. The atmosphere in the restaurant is cozy and relaxed, allowing you to quietly enjoy the evening. There is a huge selection, so there is something tasty for everyone. The sushi, steak tips, and side dishes were especially delicious and freshly prepared. Highly recommended if you want to eat something tasty and varied! We will definitely be back here again!

Relatively expensive. Tasteless food with little imagination. If you like this, then your standards are set very low. Slow staff. Not recommended. You are better off going to Urban Grnd; at least then you get value for your money.

Main courses. Sushi with cream cheese. A bit mediocre, but the service was good and fast.

I never look down on people who work as waitresses. Unfortunately, Yannan, who I believe works as a waitress at this restaurant, behaved so unfriendly that it completely overshadowed an otherwise pleasant dining experience.

We have been here very often, and this is the first time after they were closed for a while. Every time, I am amazed by how friendly and service-oriented the staff is. Unfortunately, you don't experience this very often anymore. You receive the delicious dishes quickly after ordering them via your phone. We will definitely be back!

The Burgundian dinner is highly recommended. Fast service, so no long wait for your food. Many varieties and clearly listed on the menu. In short....worth repeating.

Had a wonderful evening full of fun. The service was very friendly, polite, helpful, and humorous...Dylana, you're a star, seriously! And the young lady who took our drink orders just as well...a girl with black hair. We had a good laugh with them, bravo, that's how you should treat customers...we had table 116 and everything was arranged perfectly!

First and last time at Cozy. The food wasn't great; a lot of it tasted the same and was anything but fresh. The lettuce was brown, the avocado browner than it could be, and the so-called fresh fruit was just frozen. The staff were walking around looking miserable. Not recommended by me, but compared to other places, it is definitely not worth the money; way too expensive in my opinion.

The food was fine and the atmosphere nice. The staff were also super friendly. The only thing that was quite annoying was when the food was served. The servers announced what they were bringing (which is very nice), but they were waiting for confirmation the whole time. It would have been much nicer if they had just said the name and placed the dish on the table, rather than assigning it to a specific person. Otherwise, it was a nice and cozy atmosphere.

A solid 5 stars! We had a wonderful Christmas Day at Cozy. Despite the crowds, the dishes arrived quickly, and the staff were very friendly. The Christmas specials were fantastic. And the decor was clearly well-thought-out! A big thumbs-up to the Cozy Team.

There were two of us. We both ordered two dishes, as stated. Each time, one person received theirs before the other. So, one person was already eating before the other, sometimes 10 minutes later. Very unsociable. Side dishes arrived just as you were almost at dessert. I don't think cucumber salad should be this difficult. I've owned a restaurant myself, but I found this poorly organized. The waiters practically walk with their noses touching the tray with the dishes. Very unhygienic. We've seen this concept from other restaurants, but there they first make sure the food for one table is ready, and then the whole table is served. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to others.

Great all-you-can-eat concept. Clear price differences between adults, children under 7, and children under 12. Plenty of choices on the menu, which you can then order via your mobile phone. A maximum of two dishes per person, per round. The quality of the dishes was inconsistent... it was striking that when several people at the same table ordered the same dish, there was a difference in quality. Sushi rice was very dry for one person, and sticky for another. Crispy chicken was crispy and juicy for one person, and dried out, hard, and chewy for another. Friendly service! Empty plates are cleared quickly. The atmosphere is cozy, and the whole place feels warm and inviting, not like a massive "food shack."

I had a delicious meal for my birthday. However, I'm highly allergic to mushrooms and other fungi/truffles. I mentioned this in advance and called ahead. The service was superb, with excellent service from most of the staff. I received handwritten cards; please note my mushroom allergy and cross-contamination sensitivity. The lovely staff checked several dishes and communicated with me. They repeatedly checked if everything was still okay. My food wasn't served on a tray with sensitive dishes. Absolutely fantastic!! No need for an epipen, no yellow taxi for me. 🥳🥳🍀 The homemade strawberry iced tea and cocktails were also delicious. The food was also very good! Especially the Mediterranean meatballs, the honey chicken, and the pork tenderloin. The music was occasionally difficult to hear, but as long as you're having a good time at the table, it's not a problem. The parking garage was a 500m walk away. I am extremely satisfied.

Dishes are prepared with meticulous attention to detail. Definitely try the desserts. They're a must! 😁

I came here for dinner with my colleagues. Once your table is activated, you can order two items per round using the QR code. After placing your order, you'll have to wait 5-10 minutes for the second round, depending on how busy the place is. However, the staff and kitchen are very prompt; you never have to wait, and your orders arrive very quickly. The portions are small, but that's okay since you can order as much as you want. The food is delicious, but none of it is legendary; everything is of a certain standard. The atmosphere is quite casual.

For the price you pay, the food isn't good. If you ask for a glass of water, you get a casual answer: "We only serve water with a glass of wine." Very customer-friendly. Once, never again.

I had a lovely, delicious evening here. The music wasn't too loud, and there were nice booths to sit in, which immediately created a cozy atmosphere. Waitress Annemijn was very professional, helpful, and patient. You can order two dishes per person using the QR code, and you can also order one side dish. I took pictures of everything I ate that evening. It's a really nice restaurant if you want to enjoy a meal and relax without the kids. The restroom was easy to find and looked very clean. You can smoke outside in front of the door, and there's an ashtray there. I'd love to come back here again. Thank you, Cozy🙏

It's an all-you-can-eat restaurant. It's a bit complicated to order via mobile when the menu is only in Dutch, and to view the menu in English, you have to use another website. The food isn't bad, but it's not great for the price either. I think it's very expensive.

We dined here with four people on Saturday evening. The service was very friendly and fast. The food was excellent. There was plenty of choice, both in starters, main courses, and desserts, and everything was delicious. We will definitely be back!

If you want a fun night out with delicious, varied food, Cozy is highly recommended.

Great restaurant (tapas). Fixed price food. Drinks not included. The dishes are good and not too small. Ordering is done via an app and food is quickly at the table. The atmosphere is okay apart from a few negative points below. All in all excellent. negative point: Some seats are in my opinion much too close together - you can have a nice chat with the table next to you - but I understand it from a business model (as many people as possible per m2).

Nice cozy busy restaurant with something for everyone. Fortunately you don't have to watch the time. Food is generally very tasty. However, with grill dishes often the same sauce. Desserts extensive assortment.

My daughter and I had dinner here for Mother's Day. We both had a gastric bypass and asked at the start if small portions were also possible. They are already small now but it can be even smaller. Absolutely fantastic because the two of us had a really nice evening and were able to eat delicious food from the menu. And when we paid we also got a discount! Really great at Cozy!

Tasty evening full of fun at Cozy in Hengelo We recently joined a mixed group of people at this all-you-can-eat restaurant, located near the Hermandad in Hengelo. The atmosphere was great from the first drink to the last dessert. As many as 7 people were surprised with a 'fireworks' because they had turned a year older. Coincidence or not? The food itself? Delicious! Nice compact portions, surprising flavors and many people decided to choose an 'unknown' dish. Ultimately it's all about growth, stepping out of your familiar shores, we can say that we succeeded! Finally, the service also deserves praise. On an occasion like this you unconsciously build a 'bond' with them. As the evening progressed, the conversations became more informal and work and private life sometimes became intertwined. For example, the barmaid told us that outside working hours she regularly consumes a substance that is on list II of the Opium Act. So you see, every person has their dark sides.

Restaurant Cozy in Hengelo heeft een fijne, gezellige sfeer. De bediening kwam echter wat saai over. Het eten was smakelijk, maar de kwaliteit was niet uitzonderlijk. Een groot minpunt was het vieze toilet zonder zeep. Verbeterpunten zijn nodig op het gebied van service en hygiëne.

Had dinner here on a Sunday for a birthday party. Staff very friendly and helpful, for example hanging up the streamers. The food there is delicious and you can choose from different things. The concept of ordering by telephone is also useful. Although this will be a bit more difficult for some older customers. For example, my parents-in-law were also with me and could not have saved themselves with this. In terms of atmosphere, I thought it was a bit crowded, but we had a nice spot at the front. Definitely recommended. Especially for the desserts. If you love desserts, you can spend the entire evening eating desserts here. At other restaurants you are often only allowed 1 or 2 desserts.

For an all you can eat I thought the service was quite good and they didn't just throw the food on the table like at other all you can eat restaurants. And the food is what you expect, quite tasty but not that it will make you fall out of your chair.

Nice and varied all you can eat concept. Very extensive menu. That is also the disadvantage because then not everything can be "homemade". Overall good experience, friendly staff and order via app. 2 dishes per person per time and side dishes you can always order. Not all dishes are equally tasty. I.e. feta envelopes are more dough than feta. Asian pork tenderloin very salty. But fresh salad, soup fish dishes and some sushi again very tasty. Crème brulee was the layer of sugar not burned well was melted sugar but not caramelized. Spekkoek with ice cream was delicious. In short, a nice meal but some dishes could use some improvement.

The sashimi salmon and the fried salmon fillet were delicious! Unfortunately, we were disappointed with the sushi, some did not have much taste or were dry. The seafood portion was tasty and so were the tournedos. The desserts were great and the service was very nice🙂
