We enjoyed a High Wine at this incredibly atmospheric restaurant with incredibly friendly staff. This High Wine was truly top-notch! Delicious wines, but the food was also of very high quality. The explanation of the wines with each dish was also very detailed, and the flavors were excellent! We will definitely come back again.

Surprise menu. Had a delicious meal, unique flavor combinations, and good, matching wines. Situated in a rural location on the outskirts of Gouda. Highly recommended.

A delicious lunch on a lovely terrace!

It was very special to be able to enjoy "live" smoked eel right away at lunch – we chose the two-course lunch menu where the eel was the starter, and the main course was delicious as well. Add to that cheerful and friendly service and a lovely terrace – what more could you ask for? We will definitely be back here!

We had a delicious shared lunch with a group to celebrate a birthday. Allergies were taken into account well, and the birthday boy or girl was really put in the spotlight.

What an amazing dinner experience we had at de Landerij! The staff was very welcoming and friendly throughout the service, they were personal and funny and always came at the right time. The 6 course dinner menu is a must for a full experience of this restaurant and is great for celebrations with your loved ones. The outside terrace is cozy and quiet, you can look at a cow farm and passing bikers. The food, mostly locally sourced was prepared with a lot of thought and had great combinations. The wine pairing was great as well, complimenting the dishes perfectly. Definitely coming back here!

We visit this place quite regularly. One of those unique restaurants where haute cuisine is combined with a feeling to be at home, where one is recognized, welcomed and a connection over time is made. Don't forget to start your surprise menu with a cocktail, their cocktails are better than an average cocktail bar.

What a great location with enthusiastic staff. It is also nice to see how time is invested in guiding the staff. As a customer, I had a very enjoyable evening, and it is certainly worth repeating.

Reserved as the starting and ending point for a bike tour. It was appreciated that we mentioned this regarding parking. Enjoyed a BKE 6-course dinner on Wednesday evening. It was quiet, with 5 occupied tables on the lovely terrace. Friendly and attentive service. Everything looked good. However, the taste was sometimes too bland or too monotonous. The accompanying wine could also be ordered by the half glass, which is nice. However, the price is higher then, and the pouring is a bit too stingy. Water, which was said to be free—and rightly so—appeared on the bill for €4.50. It was a shame to hear that swordfish was served instead of locally caught fish because the price of €55 per kilo is too high to keep the menu profitable. We laughed about it, but it is actually something to cry about. Good fish simply costs that much and should fit perfectly into the menu price. We really enjoyed the experience as a whole, but the price-quality ratio is not right. We will return if the price drops or the quality improves and the fish is guaranteed to be locally caught. Bill for 2 people €202.75 rounded up to €210.00.

Pure pampering... What a gem this is. We will definitely be coming here more often. Delicious dishes and beautiful and unique combinations. Even during the massive storm with thunderstorms and heavy rain, they remained just as welcoming. We ate on the terrace, and at the first drops, we were able to move inside immediately, where all the tables were ready. But let's finish with the food... That was truly a work of art. Delicious dishes made with local produce.

Had a great evening with the family. It was very warm inside, that was a downside. I called and emailed beforehand to say I was pregnant, but the family didn't know yet; they said everything would be fine, so I had full confidence. Unfortunately, I still got pastrami and red meat. Disappointing.

Lovely to be able to sit outside. The lunch was very good. Salmon with a spinach omelet was delicious.

The service was very friendly, though unfortunately, the staff mostly seemed to be busy charming other tables. The chefs have clearly learned how to create beautiful presentations, but in my opinion, they've forgotten how to use spices and herbs effectively. If a guest isn't satisfied with something, they should try to rectify it. We weren't unhappy overall, but the price-performance ratio wasn't right.

We truly had an excellent evening. This time, a special game night. A fantastic five-course menu featuring various types of game. This was complemented by explanations from the hunter, who guided us through the paths of responsible wildlife management. But above all, it was a culinary highlight. All taste buds were stimulated; a huge compliment to the kitchen team. But the absolutely amazing service certainly cannot go unmentioned. At De Landerij, they know what customer satisfaction means. Add to that the appealing atmosphere in the restaurant, and you have the recipe for a super evening. Looking forward to the next time 👍

What a little gem nestled among the ditches and farmlands! We had lunch on the terrace with 4 people. We opted for the 4-course surprise menu. Delicious with matching wines. Truly beautiful dishes and great flavors. And above all, a very friendly host who seemed to enjoy his work and had a lot of information about food and wine pairings. In short, a highly recommended spot, and we would love to return if we are in the area.

The music could have been a bit quieter; we were sitting right under the speakers. And...you don't see it nearly enough anymore: there's a real plant on every table here, much better than those dull, dusty plastic flowers in a vase...excellent! Highly recommended!

What friendly service and what a special high tea! No large slices of cake or sandwiches, but smaller treats, not just a few, but many different snacks. Served in several courses. We went home feeling very satisfied. It was a bit more expensive than your average high tea, but it was worth it.

We had a wonderful dining experience with young, enthusiastic, and attentive staff, excellent cuisine, and a constantly changing menu. They cater to designated drivers, and there's ample space between courses. Each course is explained in detail. The wine comes with a comprehensive explanation, including a card showing its origin. Well worth a visit.

I was treated very unpleasantly after asking if there was a possibility to pump. I was told that they wouldn't take that into account, of course, and that I should just sit outside in the parking lot.

A lovely restaurant where I happened upon a few business contacts. Delicious dishes made with as many local ingredients as possible, which I always appreciate. The service is very attentive and explains everything well. It's great that they also serve non-alcoholic drinks instead of wine. What was a bit disappointing was the occasional lack of flavor, the depth of the dishes, and sometimes just a lack of salt. That's a shame. But otherwise, a very nice restaurant.

Goedenavond, lieve medewerkers van De Landerij. Afgelopen zaterdagavond 2 augustus hebben wij ons begeven naar De Landerij, voor ons al de derde keer! We hadden een deel van onze kinderen meegenomen naar jullie locatie om hen te trakteren. Na echt verwend te zijn door jullie crew met culinair hoogstaande verrassingen en een mooi glas wijn erbij kan het niet stuk. Gossiemijne, en wat ziet er allemaal prachtig uit. Tel d'r bij op dat alles, ja echt alles lekkah smaakt hè. De medewerkers waren erg bevlogen en zeker goed voorbereid voor een goede uitleg aan de dis. Last but not least hebben wij met z'n vieren dankzij jullie geweldige inzet een bijzonder mooie avond gehad Neem van ons maar aan dat wanneer u een geslaagd uitje wilt, je eenvoudig niet om De Landerij heen kunt. We were received in a very friendly manner by the staff on Easter Monday. We certainly felt immediately at home as we were already familiar with Daam Scharloo from the past. We received expert advice, the food we consumed (three-course dinner) was very well prepared, beautifully served and last but not least it tasted very good!!! Na een avond hier gegeten te hebben, kan ik alleen maar afraden om hier naartoe te gaan. Voor de hoge prijs die je betaalt, krijg je kleine en gekunstelde porties. Het restaurant probeert ambitieus te zijn met een “gebalanceerd” menu, maar slaagt er volledig in om vreemde en niet-harmoniërende smakencombinaties op je bord te leggen. Over het algemeen zijn alle gerechten meer gericht op presentatie dan op daadwerkelijke substantie. Je verlaat het restaurant nog steeds hongerig, ondanks de hoge rekening. Voor wat je hier betaalt, zijn er talloze betere alternatieven in de buurt die veel meer waar voor je geld bieden. De service en gastvrijheid zijn wel prima, maar dat compenseert helaas niet voor de teleurstellende keuken.

Had a fantastic lunch here with a colleague. There were many gluten-free options, and the bread was delicious. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the setting is rural with a lovely terrace to enjoy it.

N.a.v. goede reviews hier geluncht maar dat viel tegen. Hoewel men wel gastvrij is, vonden wij dat wat we bestelden tegenvallen. Waterige soep, erg donker bruinbrood dat geverfd is. Kom je nergens meer tegen ! Omelet rook niet lekker, verlepte sla. Kortom voor ons een tegenvaller. Interieur binnen gedateerd! Maar dat is een kwestie van smaak.

Fijne verrassing. Fiets hier op weg naar kantoor al een tijdje langs. Een collega had het al aangeraden. Nu eens gestopt om te proberen. Op het terras genoten van een warme lunch van 3 gangen. Mooie, originele en vooral lekkere gerechten. Mooie wijn erbij. Heel fijn kaasplankje ter afsluiting. De jongens in de bediening hadden er zin in en wisten waar ze over spraken. Wij komen graag snel terug.

Geweldige avond gehad! Vriendelijk personeel , de ene smaaksensatie na de andere! Niet enorme hoeveelheden , gewoon precies goed! Gezellige locatie aan het water , heerlijk op een zomerse avond! Vanaf de amuse tot aan de koffie was alles perfect verzorgd en van top kwaliteit! Wij zijn fan!

Enjoyed a delicious surprise menu on a beautiful terrace surrounded by greenery. The service was excellent, customer-focused and knowledgeable about the dishes and wines.

Our family dinner was enjoyable with the nice weather, good service and chill environment. The food however was quite disappointing. Only vegetarian pasta was balanced and tasty. The starter - porkbelly was dried and tasteless, while my langoustine dish had a separate taste from coconut broth and the rest of the ingredients. The main course - the chef tried their best to create a balanced dish, however it is lacking of sauces and supplement ingredients to enhance the main ingredient. The beef entrecote steak had all stages of steak on the meat (well done - hard, medium and rare) without any sauce or tastes to go along with pickle cauliflowers. We had to put lots of pepper and salt to give some flavours My daughter's dish was codfish and it was undercook without any taste so she was quite disappointed with her graduation meal. What a shame! We understood your restaurant wants to give a balanced local ingredients a stage to shine. Well done for trying though.

I ate here with 11 colleagues. We had a team outing with a package that included a balance bike. That was really nice. The service in the restaurant was really really good. I eat gluten-free and I could choose anything from the menu and then they could make it gluten-free, so that was really well organised! And the gluten-free bread was also delicious! Really recommended.

Today we came to eat with 4 Belgian people, wow we were pleasantly surprised, the aperitif was something completely new for us, but was super tasty, the main course was also very tasty (and the professional explanation made us make the right choice. The meat was super tasty prepared, and then the dessert had to come, which was also beautifully presented just like the main course If we come to stay here again, we will definitely come and have a nice meal again.
