Cozy restaurant with a beautiful layout. Extensive menu. Fast service. Definitely worth a visit.

Celebrated my husband's 60th birthday there. We go there often. The staff is incredibly friendly, and Yucka is fantastic! After all the setbacks, they're still going strong and remain positive. Personalized treatment, something for everyone.

Never again. From 5 stars to 1 star. Food is not as good as it used to be, They decided to build a low budget hotel around the restaurant. There is little to no parking available now. But the worst thing is that it feels very unsafe there. I almost got hit by one of the hotel guests racing with his car through the parking place. There are also people everywhere hanging around. Really feels like a bad place to be. Its a shame that they decided to do this . . . . . .

Inside, it's a lovely place to eat. Friendly service and easy to order at the table using your phone. They have an allergens list you can ask for. The food is delicious! Plenty of time to eat and the service was prompt.

The service was very friendly, but offering a glass of plum wine with ice because it's not chilled is unacceptable. You don't put ice in wine, do you? Used to be there often: a beautiful restaurant with covered parking and charging stations. Now completely covered by houses. Practically no parking spaces left (park further away at the neighbors'). Regular cars park in the charging stations. To order, you have to scan a QR code. It got stuck a few times. The food itself was decent, except for the squid and the moussaka. They tasted like rubber bands. Meatballs in tomato sauce. The tomato sauce is red. This was a brown sauce. The restrooms are in a shady corner where there's also a laundry room. Reasonably good food including drinks

Food is good and reasonably priced. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I recommend the place 👌🏻

They grilled the hamburger first, then put it in the oven, and then in the microwave. What's going on? That burger was harder than a brick. When I went to the bathroom, there were five large men standing there. I don't feel safe going to the bathroom there.

Had a delicious meal a few weeks ago and just picked it up. Delicious spring rolls and chicken satay. Ordered by phone again on August 7, 2025. But why does this always go wrong? This time, instead of long prawn crackers, I got a spring roll and had to pay for it.

A very disappointing experience. The nasi was of exceptionally poor quality: unseasoned, not stir-fried, and served with canned sausage—something I absolutely don't expect with a dish like nasi. Furthermore, the other dishes were watery and tasteless. All in all, a shameful level. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone who values quality or takes themselves seriously when it comes to food.

Culinair Festijn Restaurant, Almere Buiten Once Almere's go-to place, with excellent quality and flavor. Unfortunately, that has changed. Since the concept changes and the addition of new premises, the food has deteriorated significantly. The nasi goreng is literally white rice with ketjap, without any frying or depth of flavor. The signature quality has disappeared. Conclusion: disappointing – I no longer recommend Culinair Festijn.

I had it delivered again today. This was also perfect, the food was nice and hot. And very tasty. The iced coffee and cheesecake were also great. The delivery was also excellent. This remains my favorite restaurant.

Delicious food. 3 orders per round and as many rounds as you like. As long as you finish it, otherwise, you pay €5 extra per dish. All you can eat and drink (excluding alcoholic drinks). For €39.95 for 2 hours. You can also stay for 2, 5, or 3 hours, which is a bit longer. Cozy atmosphere, many different dishes from Italy, Spain, Greece, Asia, and Portugal, as well as fries, chicken nuggets, frikandels, etc. for the kids. Nice play area. Elevator available. Upstairs in the restaurant, you have to ask for the key. It's a bit strange that if you want to use the elevator, someone else has to go upstairs for the key. Even when you leave, someone has to pick up the key outside downstairs first, otherwise the door won't open when you're downstairs. Restrooms are gold-colored! Clean and spacious. Parking is on the ground floor and there are a few limited spaces.

I was here when it first opened. It was good then, but now it's the worst all-you-can-eat restaurant ever. The meat was tough and dry. Half the dishes lacked sauce and had no flavor. We couldn't even get salt and pepper to the table. When we asked for it, the Parmesan cheese on the carpaccio was rotten. I never write reviews, but I honestly don't recommend anyone to eat here.

At this restaurant, we go as a family, several times a year. Both the owner, the staff are always very friendly and helpful!. We always find the food good! However, until yesterday evening, when 3 of the 4 family members suffered from severe stomach cramps to the point of vomiting! It may be due to the weather, between the transition from warm to cold, but it is nice at the moment, far from not, so close to the start of the summer holidays!

I eat here quite a bit because I live here, and it's a bit of a lottery. They usually take a while to serve you, and sometimes the food is very good, but sometimes it's served burnt. It's a bit of a lottery. I wish it weren't like that, because they have potential in terms of flavor and price, but not knowing what you'll get today, and how long it sometimes takes, really annoys me.

All in all what you can expect from an all you can eat restaurant. Food was tasty and bright to the table quick enough. Good thing no limit on how quickly you could continue ordering. Just not sure I like the concept of ordering at the table, I prefer self serving al you can eat.

In the beginning this was a pretty good restaurant. But the last few times everything has gone wrong. This is an All You Can Eat restaurant that has everything (like many All You Can Eat restaurants) The orders are placed via your telephone. There is a QR code on your table that you have to scan. What went wrong: we sat at the table for 45 minutes without getting any drinks. I indicated this twice to the waiter and lastly I went to the bar myself for a drink. The orders are not coming through properly and you are not receiving some orders. Others you will receive immediately and others much later (really until the end of your visit) This can still be done if the food is good. But the food you get also differs very much. Sometimes you even get cold pieces of meat or fish. Or then something is missing from your order that you received last time. This is also not a cheap All You Can Eat restaurant. For 2 people you spend almost 80 euros. No compensation or contact whatsoever.

BEWARE OF FOOD ALLERGIES Called them in advance to see if they can also serve gluten-free. That was no problem at all on the phone. In practice, however, you get the most illogical and confusing allergy map. The staff clearly doesn't care and walks away in the middle of the conversation, because apparently they don't understand the allergy card themselves. After having spoken to several people with difficulty, they finally came to the conclusion that actually everything on the allergen menu contains gluten, and the entire menu is on it... Then they indicate to make unseasoned pieces of meat and fish, without sauces... because even sushi and poke bowls are full of gluten. However, they cannot guarantee cross-contamination. The very thing we had called in advance for. We then had to pay 4 euros for some coke and left, because people who deal so poorly with food allergies are a danger to someone's health. As for the furnishings; it is basic, a bit dingy, but typical for this type of restaurant. You have to be lucky in terms of parking, because it is full of cars from the (temporarily?) installed container homes.

No problem at all with the migrant workers around the restaurant. We like to eat here. You will be served in a friendly manner. Atmosphere is cozy and food perfect (and we are really used to something in terms of restaurants). In short, highly recommended.

The food was tasty, but you first have to find a parking space between all the poles. Then you have to walk through there to enter. Then they sit there at a table making loud phone calls. There was hardly anyone else there. The girl who served us was the only one who was friendly and the girl who paid us. Furthermore, the boys and men were not very friendly. At first we had to wait in the lobby for quite some time because our table was not ready yet, even though it had been reserved in advance. The lady behind the bar said this was because the people currently sitting there didn't want to leave, which just wasn't well planned in my opinion. We were there on Boxing Day so it was busy that day and also full of children playing and unfortunately shouting 5 meters away. Furthermore, in terms of atmosphere, I did not necessarily find it very pleasant, the decoration and furnishings etc. are fine, but it is located in a kind of guest worker hotel, so while you are sitting in the arrivals hall, people keep walking past in their sleeping clothes who come to get a beer at the bar, for example. Even when you go to the shared toilet, you pass the hotel launderette, which creates a special atmosphere. As for the service: you order together or separately via a mobile phone and then they bring it to you. It was always ready quite quickly and tasty, but something was forgotten almost every round. I thought the waitstaff was very nice and helpful and considering how busy they were, they did a good job.

We had dinner at Festijn Culinair with a large group on Christmas Day and it was a great experience. The staff was very nice, the service was very fast and everything was correct. We enjoyed the food and we will definitely come back.

As many others have said, the place has gone downhill since the opening of their "hotel". Went there for all you can eat, but the menu the website shows that you order your food on was limited for the first 30 minutes or so so only 10 or 15 items (compared to a much more extensive printed menu). It was only after we pointed this out that they unlocked the full menu. Service was so-so, some employees definitely should find another job that they might enjoy more. I won't be coming back and instead will go to one of the other all you can eat places that Almere has and which are much better.

Too bad everything tastes like it has been there for a while and when it came out of the microwave it gave me a huge stomach cramp!....... And no parking space either....

Made a reservation at Festijn Culinair, haven't eaten at this restaurant for a while and now with a house full of visitors we thought it would be nice to eat again, because we had liked it before (this was before they built a hotel). Well, upon arrival at the parking lot, we noticed that there were some migrant workers walking through the bushes and across the parking lot, smoking pot and drinking. You suddenly imagine yourself in a different world where the restaurant is hidden behind the attached hotels. We were deeply ashamed that we made a reservation here, the shouting, strange characters, odor nuisance and the overall appearance was really sad. We immediately turned around and walked away. What a bad choice to design your hotel chain like this, what a huge mockery for the restaurant. Considering the reactions, things won't get any better.

Food is good, service is friendly. The area surrounding the restaurant is surrounded by homes for guest workers, and there is a coming and going of vans and cars. The parking lot is very difficult to reach, and there is hardly any room. When we arrived outside, we already got a smoke of weed in our faces. When we left we were sold a bottle of drink. There was a lot of smoking and drinking in the parking lot. It all didn't feel very nice. Would certainly not want to go there with smaller children.

Recently ordered a poke bowl, and it was really inedible. There was no sauce, full of lettuce and fruit. You don't call this a pokebowl, do you? Last time.

The food is always delicious and the service is super nice. If you look through the entrance it is really nice.

I ate here this weekend as a vegan and am very disappointed. I ordered food via the allergen menu and ordered a wrap that had to be vegan. After I took a bite, I tasted and saw that it contained some herb butter. The kitchen then told them that this contained milk. Not only am I vegan, but I am also lactose intolerant. If I were allergic, the consequences would be even greater. This is really bad and I hope that this will be taken seriously soon and that the map will be adjusted.

We have been coming here for many years, but to be honest we have no idea what is happening here. The food is not what it was before. Previously I always enjoyed the atmosphere and delicious Asian food, but now I am not satisfied with the quality. The hotel surrounding it also does not improve the atmosphere. At least, the type of guest. Parking is almost impossible. The guests of the hotel "hang out" and smoke in the garage, which is not pleasant upon arrival. Hopefully things will improve again. It's not the service at all.

Since the restaurant has a migrant hotel next to it, it seems as if they only focus on that. It was very quiet. Next to the toilets there is a launderette and machines where the migrants can buy things. The migrants hang and sit outside, smoking and drinking.

The four of us had a delicious meal!!!! We had no problems whatsoever with the hotel residents. Service was great. Delicious dishes, you can taste everything. Quality of the meat was perfect.

This is simply my favourite place at the moment! I have been eating here everyday. The owner is a lovely hard worker woman, the waiters are all nice, there is a young lady that I specially think that has a lot of potencial… and the food is really good. Ps specifically the chinese dishes !

Had an unexpected meal, everything was well organized beyond expectations.

This restaurant started as a beautiful, spacious, cozy restaurant. We hadn't been in a while and thought we would visit again. They've built a lot of small apartments on the property over the past year. The restaurant has suffered as a result. It has at least halved in size and the atmosphere is completely gone. Has deteriorated very quickly. I think they still mainly focus on renting apartments and takeaway food. The staff was friendly, but I won't go here again to eat.

Ordered food yesterday for 100 euros. The order did not go well, 1 container was missing and there were 2 of the same item. Upon arrival we didn't know what we saw outside, there were migrant workers everywhere. It's a horror to park between all the bicycles and Polish cars at the hotel. Walking to the entrance of the restaurant passed groups of hanging men and women, which was not really pleasant. When going to the toilet in the restaurant, the hotel is connected by a corridor. Next to which there are all kinds of washing machines where it is very busy with migrants. Once inside it was pleasantly busy. Food is fine. Service was super smooth and friendly despite the crowds. Special requests were also easily arranged. In short, a shame for the environment, a big plus for the service.

The best in the restaurant is the employer who always wear a smile

Let's pick it up first. Vegetarian noodles with vegetables and a vegetarian spring roll. I drove past the entrance a few times via Google Maps because I thought it was the entrance to an asylum seeker center. Drove in anyway and found a spot. I received a friendly welcome and my order was ready on time. Once we unpacked at home, the disappointment started. The noodles were indeed noodles with some frieber vegetables. This was more like a side dish like this instead of white rice. The spring roll only had bean sprouts as an ingredient. It didn't taste bad, but it wasn't tasty. The bag of prawn crackers that came with it was made of shrimp, which doesn't really make sense if you order completely vegetarian, but that's besides the point. The entrance to this restaurant was not inviting given the amount of migrant workers sitting on the street. Too bad, things aren't going well for the Tang dynasty.

Celebrated my birthday today, I found a nice atmosphere, no mass production feeling, friendly staff, food was tasty and fresh. Enjoyed this evening!

Been for the first time. Looks good. Food is good, friendly staff and nice interior. During our visit there was a children's party and of course all in the "play corner". Fine, but you noticed that the restaurant is actually too small for the children's play corner as it is now because it caused irritation among other guests. Tip: create a separate play area or remove it. Other than that it was just fine. We had no problems at all with the Poles staying in the hotel. I'm used to something.

Since the migrant hotel is next door, the quality is hard to find. Much less parking and the food is really surprisingly bad. Even Chinese, which is actually the original cuisine, is better at the average Chinese snack bar. This applies to deliveries and eating on site

Mediocre restaurant, the food was very disappointing

Yesterday I ate for the first time with my family at Festijn Culinair. Unfortunately there was nothing “culinary” about it. Upon arrival we found out that we were linked to a migrant hotel. There were many young people hanging around the entrance and around the hotel. Which didn't really create a pleasant atmosphere when you come to eat somewhere for the first time. Once inside, we were warmly welcomed by the staff, but the food was of very poor quality, tough, tasteless and some dishes looked as if they had been heated up in the microwave. The cream catalana and tiramisu did not taste as it should taste. My husband ordered a cassis and there was no sting in it at all. Deep fry dishes were okay and a few other dishes, but the rest was unfortunately very disappointing, we will not come back. Too bad it was so disappointing.

Before the hotel was built, Festijn was a charming restaurant with good food. Today we ate again for the first time and we were surprised and surprised by the change. The conviviality is hard to find, a lot of the food was tasteless, sushi was not what we are used to, almost all dishes had a sauce. Ordered a coffee that was not delivered after half an hour, you have to go after mint tea without honey yourself. All in all disappointing, no more Festival for us.

It was as usual with good quality food and friendly service.
