Good location on the water. Beautiful view of the beach and the pier. Free parking. Pleasant, friendly staff. Prices are a bit high for "regular" dishes. Value for money could be better. We had reserved a table. Otherwise, reservations are recommended.

We ended up here on a lovely sunny Sunday afternoon, and we'll definitely be back. The table in the sand and ordering via QR code are ideal for us. Delicious drinks and good food! Kudos to the hard-working Fika team.

Spontaneously felt like having lunch together at fika. The prices here are also quite reasonable. My friend ordered an "uitsmijter" (fried sandwich) and asked for dark bread. Isn't there only soft white bread with a crispy crust? A disappointment, very strange, and a big tip off. The bread was soft and the crust was limp. Another tip off. Too bad. I had broccoli soup. It was very expensive, €9.50! But I thought I'd go for it. To be honest, I found the soup really delicious and surprising! Only the broccoli was nowhere to be found. The chef personally came to our table after I remarked to the waiter, which I thought was very correct. He explained that there was definitely broccoli in it. ...okay then, I didn't taste it or see it, and the soup was creamy, not green...but delicious nonetheless! Cozy place, nice atmosphere. Unfortunately, there's no choice of bread. I think that's a mistake!

We stumbled upon this place by chance, but highly recommend it. It's located right on the beach. The staff is super sweet and friendly. The food is delicious, and the cocktails are highly recommended.

I got some excellent drinks here, especially the coffee, which was delicious. One major drawback was the apple pie; it had so much cinnamon that I got a stomach ache on the way home. I didn't have that problem again because I only got drinks afterward. In short, my underwear couldn't be salvaged, so it went in the bin. Overall, a pretty good experience.

Very good service and right on the beach. Unfortunately, no English or German menu, only Dutch. The service speaks good English, though. Drinks like Coke and Fanta at €4 for 0.2 are a bit steep, but it seems to be the same everywhere in restaurants here.

I wanted to rent a sub. When we arrived, there was no one there, so we walked in. There happened to be a girl who wanted to help us, so we went back outside. A boy came along who was actually supposed to be there. It was very chaotic and it seemed like they didn't know what they were doing. Well, we finally rented the sub and went SUPing, and we fell over. The paddle sank like a stone to the bottom. We politely went back to explain what happened and that the paddle had sunk, but according to her (the owner), the paddle couldn't sink, so we went to take another good look, but of course, there was no paddle to be seen. It had been lying somewhere on the bottom for a long time. So we walked back to say that it really wasn't there, to which the owner said that we were being quite careless. Another employee came and pointed out someone with a sub and a paddle and said that she recognized the Fika logo. We went there and it turned out to be their own sub and paddle, not Fika's. Then came The owner came back and said we had to pay 50 euros, and then it suddenly became 22, which I thought was quite odd because it's quite a price difference. I hear from many friends who have worked there that if they accidentally make a small mistake, the owner gets very angry with them. *Inexperienced employees *Unpleasant atmosphere *Employees who don't really know what they're doing either *People smoking on the patio *I wouldn't recommend working there.

What a lovely place to eat and/or have a drink! The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere is lovely (both indoors and outdoors), and it's perfect for a date or family outing! We were there with a large group, including many children, and the service was very friendly. The surprise menu was delicious, but we also enjoyed the menu! We'll definitely be back!

Great place. Good food and drinks for meat eaters. Vegetarians don't get as much, hence the 4 stars. For lunch, there's only one vegetarian sandwich with a thin filling. Most chefs don't seem interested in coming up with something good vegetarian. That's a shame, because it's not that hard. For €14, you can serve a delicious lunch with grilled vegetables, veggie chicken pieces, etc. A homemade veggie burger should be an honor for a chef to prepare well. So, Fika...get to work and put a few vegetarian dishes on the menu at a reasonable price, because without meat, it can't be expensive.

For a main course without fries/potatoes you have to pay an additional €6 for fries :-(

We stumbled upon this restaurant by accident (we thought it was the restaurant where we'd made a reservation, but we were in vain), but what a wonderful mistake it was. My wife and daughter had a truly delicious meal. We had the pulled ribs and the little one a portion of mini pancakes. My daughter kept trying to interact with the staff, and they responded in a friendly manner; her day was made. Even though we "accidentally" came here, we'll definitely be back! The service was fast and the staff were friendly.

We both had a hamburger. They can be hit or miss, but here it was delicious! The food from other tables looked good too.

Enjoying a lovely lunch outside in the sun on the beach. Large portions that taste great too. It gives you that holiday feeling on the terrace with the sunshine.

A lovely terrace overlooking the water puts you in the holiday spirit! We received a warm welcome and were served in a very friendly manner. My table partner enjoyed the Pensa pulled rib, which is definitely recommended for true carnivores (because you get a generous portion of meat on a light pensa). My croquettes on brioche bread were served sparsely with a few green leaves and not my favorite filling. But that's a matter of taste! One star off for the atmosphere, but that's also a matter of preference; mine goes to non-smoking and loudly talking phone guests 😀

The apple pie is very tasty, the after-effect of the apple pie I found a bit less, I had severe diarrhea for three days and I had to throw up. The waitresses were very friendly. The coffee is very tasty, I have also come back for that more often. I was also not the only one who had explosion diarrhea, the person I was with also became very ill.

Ik werd deze avond verrast door een zelfgemaakt recept. Door de kok bedacht ivm mijn histamine-arme dieet. Meestal overleg ik met een kok, als ik ergens ga eten, maar bij Fika werd me gevraagd m'n lijst in te leveren wat ik mag eten. Ze zijn zelf aan de slag gegaan. En...het was verrukkelijk! Een hele fijne verrassing🌱

Great restaurant in a nice location

We had dinner with a group of 26 people at Fika. Our daughter has celiac disease. Both before and during our visit, they thought along with what was and was not possible! Very nice! In addition, the food was delicious! Surprising combinations and delicious taste! And everything was also well organized with such a large group! We are enthusiastic and heartily recommend Fika!

Geweldige lokatie, apart super lekker eten, heel vriendelijk personeel en hond mocht mee naar binnen. We gaan hier zeker vaker komen.

A great ending to a hectic work week

Atmospheric restaurant, plates always beautifully presented, fun concepts, such as a boozy brunch with live music, but unfortunately fewer and fewer vegetarian/vegan dishes on the menu. The vegan that was there was very tasty! (Cauliflower steak). We had called in advance to see if vegan was possible, but cheese was still served. Clear disappointment among the staff when some guests sent the dish back. A sigh when you ask what dip comes with the sandwiches... As for eating with kids: toys incomplete, pencils almost all without a point. I suggested sharpening the points, but I had to find a pencil sharpener myself (and in the end it wasn't there, but I didn't dare to bring it up again). Maybe the two people who served us were having a bad day... I don't know... but it did put a stamp on the birthday. Too bad! It has so much potential! The owner is always friendly, but all in all my rating has dropped from 4 to 3 stars.

I can't comment on the food, as we only had one drink. The service was okay, but you have to go inside to pay.

Ended up on the beach terrace having a drink. Otherwise unknown to Fika. The furniture is rotten and rickety and in serious need of replacing. It seems that people think 'the guests will come anyway', but without maintenance and ambition the business will sooner or later fail.

Delicious food, friendly service, beautiful view

The food was really tasty, light parsnip stew with delicious sauce/sju and steak. The sweet potato with truffle mayonnaise was also delicious. Good price-quality ratio. The malbec wine was surprisingly tasty. Cozy atmosphere, with a roaring fireplace. We live nearby so we will definitely come back.

Price quality is particularly poor. No handmade burgers, straight from the wholesaler or from the freezer. The broom must be swept by the kitchen staff and there must really be an investment in good kitchen staff. Not tasty, way too expensive. Too bad about this beautiful location! Double espresso for €6 that we don't even pay in a specialty coffee bar in Eindhoven... bizarre!

What a very nice restaurant! Cozy and green furnished. Delicious food, great service and they can handle gluten-free wishes very well. The flavors of the dishes are varied and surprising. Portions just right. We will definitely come again when we are in the area.

Very attractive beach bar with real coastal vibes on a nice little beach. Friendly service and nice and quiet on a sunny Sunday morning. But what prizes! €27.50 for 2 cappuccinos, 2 slices of cake and 1 Flevo juice. Overpriced, especially for the quality of the coffee/cake. Update: today I went for coffee and cake with my son and I added up the prices on the menu for the previous order and this should have been €20.75; So the 0 was not registered properly at the time, so we accidentally paid almost €7 too much. Without a receipt, money could not be refunded on our 2nd visit, but apologies were offered.

Had coffee this afternoon, 1 capuccino and two late ones, all for €14.75 And that doesn't make any sense anymore!

Ik zit iedere maand wel een keer bij Fika, gewoon om te werken of lekker te eten. Ik ben echt verliefd op dit plekje. Zo gezellig, warm en knus. Bovendien super lekker eten en heerlijke koffietjes. Als ik al een nadeel moet bedenken, dan is het dat ze niet vaker open zijn 😉

Great ambience, fast and very friendly service, higher but average prices for the location, average food, but I can eat here safely with my many allergies because the chef always explained things well and paid attention. One of the few restaurants where I feel comfortable as an allergy sufferer!

Vanmiddag geweest voor een theetje met appelgebak en slagroom .... juist dat laatste de slagroom WAS EEN REGELRECHTE AANFLUITING, daar waar het appelgebak heerlijk was ..... was de slagroom zoals ik dit vaker noem iets met een slagroom kleurtje ..... werkelijk niet iets om in deze ambiance te serveren, hoop dat jullie daar gewoon dit zelf gaan maken .... succes.

Great service atmosphere love the whole area to walk on an autumn day. But the burger meat is very budget meat for 20E you expect a lil more. and the makreel salad was so much salt and sauce that you can barely handle it.

And a cauliflower steak and fries. The cauliflower had nothing similar to a steak, hours was a plain, scalloped, quarter cauliflower.

Voor het strand en de locatie om te dineren. Bij aankomst aangesproken door een jonge man. Ben zelf 66 jaar en mijn vrouw 67 met het woordje "joh". dat al snel werd gebruikt en het zou mijn feestje zijn waar ik ging zitten. Degelijke binnen komst heb ik nog niet eerder ervaren. Stoelen zitten ongemakkelijk en tafels zijn te hoog of stoelen te laag. Had het idee dat ik mijn eten en drinken zo naar binnen kon schuiven, Wij zijn zonder iets te bestellen vertrokken en naar het Griekse restaurant "Irodios" verder op gegaan. heerlijk terras. Gezellig, beleefd en lekker gegeten

Bediening was geweldig, heel attent. Eten was ook heerlijk. Deze twee samen zorgen voor een top lunch! Wij komen zeer zeker nog terug!

After our first date at Fika in 2021, we got married at Fika this year and it was a great day! Fika is guaranteed a wonderful atmosphere, good and personal service, delicious food and getting married there was the icing on our cake.

A little too often, different wait staff ask if it tastes good. That almost makes you nervous. Food is good. The location is really good. Try to keep the outside terrace tidy. But I understand that it is difficult if you have too few staff. It just doesn't invite you to go more often. That partly depends on the menu choice.

Nice beach bar! Lunch from 12-2 p.m., dinner from 5 p.m., only snacks in between.
