An absolute must-visit that we are happy to make a detour for! We have been here several times now, and every time it is a bullseye. The atmosphere is wonderfully relaxed and the service is incredibly friendly and hospitable; you feel truly welcome from the very first moment. Normally, we often go for the sushi (which is truly delicious, by the way!), but this time we decided to try something different: the scallops and the tournedos. So happy with the choice! It was truly top-notch and tasted heavenly. For us, this is a place where everything is just right. We are more than happy to drive a little further for it. Thanks for the lovely afternoon and definitely see you next time!

Ordered lobster soup yesterday. It contained one piece of salmon and a few prawns. The fish was fresh. The soup itself didn't taste like lobster soup at all. And you pay €10.50 for that. The price-quality ratio is completely out of proportion. The quality of the main course was good, but also very expensive. The atmosphere was mediocre, with few visitors.

Just like last year, I celebrated my birthday with my children and grandchildren at Fling. Delicious, flavorful dishes, fine and friendly service. Despite the multitude of different dishes ordered, no one had to wait for a meal. It was a lovely evening.

This place should change its name to Starve…..which is more appropriate because that is what you will do if you come here. Run like hell! Nearly 3 hours and only served starters.

Last month, my husband and I celebrated our wedding here. The owner, Ling, is very hospitable and was very helpful during the preparations. The spaces are already beautifully decorated, but they were also flexible regarding our own additions. This made it easy to personalize our own celebration. Upon arrival, we toasted with Cava. For guests who do not drink alcohol, Ling had created a rose mocktail so that they certainly wouldn't be left out. During the reception, we were well catered for as a bridal couple, and there were delicious appetizers. Afterwards, we enjoyed the 4-course menu. Small adjustments to the menu (due to allergies, pregnancy, preference for meat over fish, etc.) were no problem, ensuring everyone could enjoy themselves. It was a beautiful day; thank you, Ling and the entire Fling team, for the amazing service!

We opted for the 3-course menu. The food was tasty, but the portions were too small. The price-quality ratio is on the side. A shame!

We ate here with six people, and the food was good, but in my opinion, the price is a bit high. The staff is truly awful—arrogant, snooty, and completely unconcerned about the customer experience they should have in a restaurant.

I don't usually leave reviews as my wife is more of a local guide, but tonight has been so delightful I just had to add a review as well. Our host Nol and his female young colleague of whom we did not catch the name provided outstanding service. We had the 5-course meal with paired wine to sample their menu, with some slight modifications as we personally aren't a fan of liver. This was changed without hesitation, with a perfect trade to a mushroom risotto. For a different course, a wine wasn't to our particular taste, which was also changed without any problem whatsoever. The 5-course menu was well worth the slightly higher price, but more affordable options are also available. Extremely friendly service all-round, as well as delicious food. It's nearly impossible to find a flaw, if any. Worst thing we could say is that maybe the (very nice choise of) music could be a tad lower volume. We will definitely come back to try even more dishes on their menu. Can recommend!

Unfortunately this restaurant didn’t exceed our expectations. Even though it looks pretty, it is the only positive point of this place. Food is quite medium level (not bad, but also not great). But most importantly was half of the staff: they were either too arrogant or didn't pay any attention to us. Too often, we were forgotten and had to wait a very long time for our food or drinks. And I'm not talking about everyone, just those with whom we had to deal with. And we're not asking for any special treatment, but you need to know how to respect your guests and be hospitable. We really missed this, and I hope they will work on it in the future to make your stay at this restaurant a pleasant one. But so far I can't and will not recommend this place.

Early dinner with family for a festive graduation ceremony. A delicious sushi boat complemented by a variety of tasty appetizers. Enough for three big eaters :) Pleasant and efficient service.

Last week I attended a networking event and went back especially to try the tenderloin again. And it was so delicious, it got 10 points again. Highly recommended! The interior is very warm and stylish. The welcome was very friendly and welcoming.

Service and food was really perfect!

The food was not the same as the menu, one of the lady's forgot to order one of our food we had to wait very very long time, we we startving we got only "sorry I forgot" as exuss. The other yonder waitress we called her si many times, I had to call her loud and she did as she doesn't hear me, very arrogant as well. Not once she asked if everything was oke, wich it wasn't! The meat we got was old on the sushi. Very disappointed. Never coming back there with my family.

Delicious food. Wonderful dishes. And incredibly friendly and hospitable service. The building is quite high and therefore "noisy," especially with lots of guests. But this is highly recommended. A lovely spot in the heart of the city center.

The food was good, but nothing special. The interior is nice, but it looks a bit cheaper in person than in the photos. Unfortunately, I had to wait an hour and a half for my main course, which I found very annoying. The staff also asked a bit too often if we wanted another drink, even though we'd already been waiting so long for our food. This made the atmosphere less relaxed. It's a shame, because the restaurant definitely has potential.

The atmosphere was nice, the people were super friendly, nothing to complain about, the food was fine. But ordinary. Nothing special, nothing outstanding, just fine. There are worse, but certainly many better places to eat.

Tragic. First of all, we waited an hour and a half to be served. As if that weren't enough, it was full of bugs, and a mouse even visited us. When the food finally arrived, it was the height of disappointment: a boatload of sushi that I could eat at any all-you-can-eat restaurant, anywhere. Some hosomaki were inedible: garlic and raw onions like there was no tomorrow. To top it off, a hefty €80 bill for two. A tragedy to be avoided.

The food was delicious and there was a huge selection. The service was good and attentive, adding just that little bit extra to the dining experience. Definitely recommended!

Beautiful place with friendly staff. The menu is very original, and I was incredibly surprised when we ordered the sushi boat! First of all, the food was incredibly fresh, and we even got a starter before the main course. Fling is one of the best sushi restaurants in Eindhoven, in my opinion, and you can definitely tell by the flavor combinations and presentation on the boat. Thank you so much again, and I will definitely visit your wonderful restaurant again.

Our last visit to Fling in Eindhoven was a true experience. The setting is stylish and modern, with an eye for detail, just like the dishes that are served. We went for a dinner with flair, and that is what we got. The highlight was without a doubt the sushi boat. Beautifully presented in a wooden boat, as if you were having a mini-party on the table. The sushi was creatively arranged, with surprising combinations such as sushi with strawberry, something that you raise your eyebrows at first, but it turned out to be surprisingly delicious. Perfect balance between sweet, sour and umami. After the sushi came the desserts. The so-called flower pot was served playfully and originally. You would swear that you had a plant on the table, but it turned out to be a chocolate dessert with crumble. Nicely conceived and delicious in execution. The cheesecake was classic but good: light, with a caramel-like sauce and a crispy base. The chocolate with the logo “FLING” and a flower made it visually complete. The service was friendly and helpful, with knowledge of the dishes. You notice that attention is paid to presentation and experience. Everything is right: from the dark marble table top to the stylish blue plates. If you love food and taking photos, Fling is a dream. Every dish looks like it could be in a food magazine, a mix of sleek and playful. Fling knows how to combine taste, presentation and atmosphere perfectly. It is not cheap, but you really get an experience. Perfect for a night out with friends or a date that you want to surprise. Recommended: try the strawberry sushi, just do it!

Specially called in the afternoon to see if there was air conditioning for our reservation tonight at 6:30 pm because it was going to be 38 degrees today. ,,,"The air conditioning is already on, ma'am"... We arrive and are put in a section without air conditioning because another group of guests did not want to sit outside in this hot weather and we had to make do with a simple broken fan that was also aimed at a sticky couple. Very annoying, otherwise I would have chosen another restaurant with REAL air conditioning for this evening. Fortunately the sushi boat was okay.

We had the 3 course menu, great food. A warm evening, so we sat outside, which was a happy coincidence as I use a walker and there was also a 7 week old baby in our group, who had it's own food (mama was there). Food was a mix between Asian and French, and it was very good. It is also possible to have only sushi, another menu choice. Accessibility of the restaurant is unsure, I saw a big stairs, at least 8 ssteps right at the entrance when I arrived, but we didn't go inside.

Very nice place Delicious fresh food, nicely served. They kindly ask if everything is to your liking. The staff is attentive: empty plates are quickly collected and the tables are neatly cleaned. The food comes on time, you never have to wait long. We really enjoyed the food and drinks. Definitely a place to visit more often!

We actually came across this restaurant by chance in a street. My wife immediately liked the card! I thought French//Meets//Asian was very interesting, so we decided to eat in this restaurant. Upon entering you immediately feel welcome by a friendly reception. We got a beautiful table by the window. A delicious bottle of wine was quickly selected. There were so many delicious dishes on the menu that we decided to order four starters in two courses! What a party that was! The amuse was a wonderful start. We were immediately struck by the beautiful presentation of the various dishes! We enjoyed every bite and were finally surprised with Beef Tenderloin and Curry to try! Good idea for our next visit, because a visit to Eindhoven from Zaandam will never be without a dinner at Fling! Thank you very much for the nice evening and certainly see you next time!

Beautiful restaurant delicious food. Unfortunately, the last time we had to wait very long, perhaps there were not enough staff. It would be nice if this was reported so that after 2 and a half hours we had not yet received part of the food, but normally it is certainly very good

Ended up here unexpectedly for dinner and definitely have no regrets. The restaurant is attractively decorated and both the kitchen and the staff are more than fine. The price/quality is also excellent. I would love to come back here.

Super nice restaurant! The owner came from Canton, me too. The taste is very original. And the most beautiful thing for me is the flower from my city. Have not ever expect it could be so beautiful apart from being cooked for soup.

15/2/2025: food was good, sushi certainly up to standard. Service downright antisocial, rushed and arrogant. Had to wait several times for certain requests, rude and at the end of the evening we clearly had to wait with the ATM until we gave a certain tip, which was not appropriate. In short: just as good, service bad. Especially the presumed owner.

It was a terrible experience. We went to Fling as a family and had to wait about an hour from first starter to the main. I could see two other groups left because the food were brought very slowly. The combination of fillet and Thai curry was so salty that it took away the flavor of the meat, so I left it uneaten. Total cost was 145 euros and I ended up completely throwing my money in the trash.

Restaurant does need a makeover. Toilets are outdated and it stinks upstairs and downstairs of old oil from the fryer. Your clothes and hair stink of oil when you go outside Food was good but certainly not special.

It’s definitely a no go! We waited 2 hours for half-sized portions with double the price… even after that they couldn’t cook the meet at the right temprature. Bad cocktails and bad food for high prices. Not recommended

When we arrived, we were seated at a table and offered a drink after 10 minutes. Ordered starters and main courses immediately. A starter never arrived, and the duck breast was completely overcooked, making it unedible. No service in between to offer drinks or anything. Don't go back here anytime soon!

While traveling for work, I discovered this very nice restaurant thanks to my supplier LEENDERS, with pleasant staff, the dishes were incredible, the whole restaurant is well decorated, it's pleasant to spend a little evening

Went to Fling again. In the Dommelstraat, in Eindhoven. A street where many types of restaurants are located. Including Fling. There is a good atmosphere in the beautiful stately building where the restaurant is located. It is always nice to be here. With its fine cuisine and its consistent quality of dishes. We opted for the four-course menu. Nice price-quality ratio. And a choice for some dishes. We will definitely come back.

Ate here for the first time and will definitely come back again! The food was delicious, fresh and varied. The service was cooperative and nice. Towards the end of the evening, the sweet waitress and owner also came by with a drink from home. In short: we had a great evening.

Upon entering you will be approached with nothing but classes. The service is fantastic and gives you the full experience. The food is worth 5 stars and I'm sad that I don't have room for everything on the menu. The atmosphere is fantastic and good. You can enjoy talking to each other and the lighting is perfect for work, private or a romantic date. All in all, this restaurant is a 10 for me

Had the sushi menu! Very nice and fresh! Desert is the tiramisu. Great service, and a really cool location. The building is very pretty from the outside and inside is decorated very nicely. Also had some lovely limoncello shots, for free :)

Nice meal. During checkout I was told that they do not accept cash, very sad that companies do this these days. For me a reason not to come here anymore, even though we had a very tasty meal.
