Nice experienced you have a lot of options of food. The stuff was kind and fast. They have a terrace so when is summer you can enjoy drinks outside.

BE CAREFUL‼️ If they serve anything different from what you ordered, it is just to charge you extra for it. We ordered two meat dishes, which should have cost €52 in total. However, they brought fries and a salad that we never ordered. They simply placed them on the table without saying a word, so naturally we assumed they were included as side dishes. Why would a restaurant serve extra items that were never ordered without informing customers that they would be charged separately⁉️ When it was time to pay, we were shocked to find that the bill was €90 instead of €52. Their explanation was that the two dishes had been served together on a single platter. However, the amount and type of food were exactly the same as the two individual dishes we had ordered. Serving the same food on one platter instead of two separate plates does not justify increasing the price from €52 to €90. Initially, no invoice or itemized bill was provided. When we specifically requested one, we were given a receipt that simply listed a “meat platter” for €90. There was no mention of the fries, the salad, or any separate charges for those items. We ordered two individual meals, and according to the menu, the total should have been €52. There was no clear explanation showing how the price increased from €52 to €90. How much can a salad and fries possibly cost⁉️ The platter contained some sausage, chicken, and a few pieces of meat—certainly nothing that would justify a €90 price. I had previously left a review, and the restaurant responded very rudely. Shortly afterward, my review disappeared, possibly because they were embarrassed by their own response.

Picked up food. Turkish pizza as limp as a dishcloth. Tasted like nothing. Four-cheese pizza didn't even bother to cut it into pieces. Never again here!

We were in the mood for pizza and wanted to give Haifa a try. It certainly wasn't a disappointment! The menu caused some decision stress, there was so much choice. The pizzas were well-topped and, as far as I'm concerned, superior to the Domino's nearby. The restaurant area wasn't very atmospheric otherwise, but it was perfectly adequate. We enjoyed ourselves in any case and think the 4.1 rating this place has is a bit too low. You can order pizza here with peace of mind. Update: I've eaten pizzas here quite often by now and they are still exceptionally generously topped and tasty. Just recently, for example, a 4-meat pizza. I couldn't see the pizza. Everything was topped with meat down to the millimeter.

Ordered a chicken shawarma kapsalon and received it as described: fries, shawarma, and melted cheese with a small bowl of lettuce and a sauce. The taste was fine. Otherwise, a bit meager/boring; missed the tomato and cucumber (and onion). They really aren't included. I thought maybe I didn't see the option to order them separately, that I missed it, but that isn't an option when ordering. A shame, definitely a missed opportunity, especially with a good competitor around the corner 🐈 ;)

Placed an order online and picked it up by a specified time. However, because it is often busier than they can handle, preparing the dishes took longer than expected this time as well. Perhaps wider time slots could be indicated on the website regarding a pick-up and delivery time that is realistic for getting everything ready on time, and also for customers who can expect their order at the desired time. Overall, the quality of the meat dishes we experienced was fine. On the other hand, the kitchen really needs to think about how to serve the sealed-packaged fries and baked potatoes. Because upon arriving home, these are so soggy and not really tasty. Perhaps serving them in an open bag could be an option.

I have never been so deeply saddened by a restaurant. These are not people who value the customer experience, but profit. This is evident from how they handled things tonight. My 70-year-old grandfather was in the mood for some tasty shawarma, so we placed an order at 6:00 PM that, as stated, would take an hour. After more than an hour, still nothing, so I called again. The man on the phone said it was busy but that we could expect it within 25 minutes, in an uninterested tone. Subsequently, a long time passed again and still nothing. I called one more time, and as a result, I was told that the delivery person was on their way. We finally received our food at 8:30 PM, although the fries, by the way, were inedible. PLUS, waiting two and a half hours is scandalous. Even if it is busy, one should at the very least expect a restaurant to be able to deal with it and still satisfy the customer. When the delivery person arrived, my sweet grandpa gave 105 euros (tip included, because he is a decent human being). I, who begrudge my grandpa this, tried to engage in a conversation with the delivery person about how this service is not proper. The delivery person gave up on the busy schedule and showed no sympathy whatsoever. It is a shame that you cannot acknowledge that the restaurant you work for is falling short and that you cannot come up with a solution, but instead interrupted me and quickly got into the car. With this, I want to say that you, as a restaurant, are seriously falling short and are focused on money and not on the customer experience; otherwise, you wouldn't have accepted so many orders. I never leave a review, but I find it deeply sad for my grandpa, who was just brushed off on the phone and who spent his pension money on you. They sell "tenderloin," which is definitely not tenderloin, and 160 grams for €26.50. You're looking at it, but I thought it was just a one-time deal, but it's always there. And a medium tenderloin isn't one that's completely overcooked. Last time this happened🫡🫡

Lamb chops have gone very bad, one time they were tasty and the other time they were rubbish, not tasty, salad bowl old, tomatoes and cucumber yuck and I warned them but I still got food that was inedible, straight into the bin

I have to say, it's been a while since I ordered from Haifa, because I usually order from somewhere else, but it was closed. The food arrived quickly, no problem, but the food itself, I can't write home about, was simply awful. The chicken shawarma was soaking in grease. And I won't even mention the fries that came with it. You know, if they put the fries in the container and seal them. Maybe a little tip: order the potatoes and fries separately in a bag; they'll stay crispy longer. The Greek dish, the meat, was just very dry, perhaps a bit overcooked. The salad wasn't very fresh either. I never really write reviews, but for over 50 euros, you'd expect better. It's a waste of money. This is my experience, and someone else will probably be lucky. Enjoy your meal, but we'll skip it for now.

Ordered food at 4 o'clock for delivery at half past seven, I think the food was prepared right at 4 o'clock, it was quite cold and the gyros was overcooked, the tenderloin was tough! I stated in my order that I did not want cheese at the hair salon and I also emailed them again and you guessed it, there was just cheese on it. For the money I think the food is very mediocre! So never again.

Order regularly, but today I had to wait 2 hours and I feel like I received half portions of spaghetti, two children's menu frikandel chicken nugets, two spaghetti and a penne / simple Piza 73,- is a bit disappointing so if it's busy it's better not to order 😅

It's not the food, that's just fine. And I had also taken into account that I have to wait an hour for it to be delivered. It is disappointing that the garlic sauce is missing when I want to eat. And let's be honest, what is a shawarma sandwich without garlic sauce? Then I had to wait another 20 minutes for the garlic sauce to be delivered, which meant that I had to heat everything up in the microwave. I was not happy and neither was the delivery person, because he had to drive back and forth for a container of garlic sauce.

Ordered yesterday. The mix grill was too sad to watch. What an insult for $26. Everything sealed nicely, but attention to the food would have been better. No taste, outrageous portions, salad made no sense. No love for the profession.

Always nice and delicious to drop in here on our Thursday evening. Food and service are always good. It can be very noisy if a group is present. Miz should be addressed by the staff and take the other guests into account.

The food is still good. But nowadays they got rid of the eat out part of the restaurant. And now they only still do take away and ordering.

Always friendly staff and great opening hours. Both as a restaurant in the evening and as an evening snack at night, it is an ideal place to enjoy a delicious meal.

Bij online bestellen werd voor mij creatief knoflooksaus betaald maar NIET geleverd. Iemand vond het nodig om er op de bon minder van te maken . Is dit hun verdienmodel? Want voor een paar Euro gaat niemand terug.

The vegetarian pasta is served with a vegetable mix. The vegetable mix changes every time, even though I pay the same price for it. One time it had Brussels sprouts, broccoli, carrots, peppers, etc. And the other time I had large pieces of onion and spinach leaves with a few beans, etc. In short, varied vegetable mixes. The man with black hair also doesn't smile at the customers when you enter. There is a young lady working there who can keep the atmosphere in balance. She is nice, chats with you and smiles. Without her it would be 2 stars.

You can find Haifa in one of the suburbs of Schiedam. Haifa has been here for many years. Haifa is mainly a delivery and takeaway restaurant. The take-away section has its own entrance and does not get in the way of the other section, the served section. Both parts, serving and takeaway, have a shared kitchen. The service area: this room is modern and bright. The appearance has been extended to the toilet block. The tables and chairs are sufficiently spacious. Everything here is on one level, at street level. There is a terrace outside, which overlooks parking spaces and shoppers. Despite its somewhat messy character, the square also has a pleasant atmosphere. Especially when the sun is shining brightly. Tuesday is always a quiet evening. Soft lighting, 3 men who sit unobtrusively at the bar determine the atmosphere. I think they are part of the furniture. The service is friendly and the order is taken quickly. The menu consists of Greek, Italian/pizza and fish for those who don't fancy meat or a flat base. These are all the well-known dishes, there is not much variation throughout the months. This is clearly a themed restaurant. The food here is good, for sure. But a little more attention could be paid to it. I think the baking and roasting in particular is never timed exactly right, because of the hustle and bustle. No, it's not black and burnt. Parking is available in front of the door. But many want that. A little further on, a 2 to 3 minute walk from here, you can find the parking lots for shoppers. Especially after six. We had a good meal here, wonderfully quiet, with a good choice of themed dishes.

Delicious food and then a nice stay at the De Grutto nature camping site! Approximately 13 minutes of cycling and hatsikidee you can roll straight into your tent!

Then you spend more than 50 euros and you still have to pay almost 3 euros in delivery costs, even though you live quite close by, and another 50 cents in transaction costs. They have become really expensive. Now let's hope that the food is on time and warm.

Ik had een salade met kip. Olijf te zout. feta was witte kaas. Geen feta dus. Kip half gaar en smakeloos. En smaakte verbrand.Raare structuur. Ik ga hier nooit meer bestellen.

Haifa is wel heel hard achteruit gegaan. Haal er soms een pizza. Maar erg lekker vind ik het niet. Dat geld ook voor de kapsalon. Jammer

De smaken waren perfect en het vlees was goed bereid. Wat de ervaring nog beter maakte, was de geweldige service die we kregen. Het personeel was uiterst vriendelijk en attent, en ze zorgden ervoor dat we ons zeer welkom voelden. Al met al was het een fantastische avond en we zouden dit restaurant zeker aanbevelen aan iedereen die op zoek is naar lekker eten en uitstekende service."

18.25 uur eten besteld. Werd ons verteld dat het druk is en dat de bezorging een uur kan duren. 19.56 uur belde we om te vragen waar de bezorger bleef. Werd ons verteld dat ze nu pas met onze bestelling bezig zijn en dat de bezorger binnen een half uur bij ons zal zijn. 20.45 uur kwam de bezorger pas. Ik vroeg waarom ze aan de telefoon een uur zeggen terwijl ze bijna 3 uur over doen om te bezorgen? Als antwoord op mijn vraag gaf hij aan dat ze het gewoon erg druk hebben. En dat ze 30 jaar bestaan en een goede naam hebben. Duuuuus In mijn eten zaten stukjes aangebrande kipfilet. Nooit meer bij Haifa bestellen dus!

Lekker maar weinig voir de orijs. In broodmandje ligt 1 pistoletje die als stokbrood in stukjes is gesneden. Is wel lekker warm maar daar betaal je €7,50 voor Het vlees was aan de buitenkant door de grill een beetje gebrand waardoor wij het moesten uitsnijen. Ze hebben lekkere munt thee Maar personeel is heel gereserveerd Voor de prijs ga ik liever naar een biologisch restaurant. Want daar krijg je meer waar voor mijn geld en is ook biogisch .

Altijd gezellig bij Haifa. Lekker en divers eten. Voor ieder wat wils.. Evt kan je ook nog wat gerechten combineren indien je niet kunt kiezen. De zelfgemaakte knoflooksaus is legendarisch, zeker proeven! Prijzen zijn wel wat gestegen, maar daar krijg je dan ook wel kwaliteit voor. Bediening is altijd vriendelijk en staan voor je klaar indien je ze nodig hebt. Absolute aanrader om een keer te gaan eten als je in Schiedam (noord) bent.

Online bestellen zeer onduidelijk. En alleen contante betaling aan de deur. Geen pin betaling mogelijk aan de deur.

Het is echt een aanrade als je van lekker houd en ik er zekker met smaak zitten eten het eten word vers bereid en de salades zijn lekker verfrissend.dit resultat is waarde voor je geld

De mooiste shoarma zaak die ik heb gezien.

2 broodjes shoarma besteld met 2 extra pita broodjes en afgehaald bij Haifa. Vlees was donker en flink afgekoeld, geen 2 extra pita maar 1 pita geleverd en ook de 2 bakjes sla zaten er niet bij, laatste keer dat ik daar mijn geld heen ga brengen. Echt waanzinnig slecht

Een hele mooie zaak erg goed eten en erg vriendelijk personeel. Echt een aanrader.

Altijd goed te eten. Of je nu in het restaurant eet of afhaal voor thuis. Kaart is erg groot. Veel keuze dus. Shoarma is goed, pizza is flink gevuld en prima stevig gebakken dus geen natte kleffe boel maar ook niet droog. Veel shoarma restaurantjes hier in regio Den Haag maar rijden toch liever naar Schiedam op en neer om hier te eten.

Vind dat ze, in ieder geval bij bezorging, wel achteruit zijn gegaan. Kapsalon is 9 euro, waar die bij andere zaken rond de 6 a 7 euro is. Daarbij was de bak net half gevuld en het bakje met sla ook. Kon er niet eens mijn halve kapsalon mee bedekken. Kwaliteit van het eten was overigens gewoon prima.

Heerlijk gegeten , leuke bediening met een mooie Valentijn verrassing.
