We had the monthly menu (with extra satay ajam) delivered, and the food was delivered unexpectedly quickly by a friendly person. We enjoyed it very much.

Ordered food well in advance for delivery at 6:00 PM. Then I called back. Yes, I understand it can be busy. I can live with being 5 or 10 minutes late, but 30 minutes late and receiving lukewarm food is too much. Called again, but they're busy, and that's just the way it is.

We eat here regularly because it is cozy and the food is excellent and very varied.

Ordered food for 10 people, it was supposed to arrive at 7:30 PM, and it arrived right on time, deliciously hot, excellent quality, four monthly menus. Some of the guests weren't from Assen, but they were pleasantly surprised by the quality, the warmth, and the size of the portions—a good 10.

The special nasi is just a bowl of white rice, except for a few pieces of leek or a crumb of meat, very sparse. The tomato soup is completely underwhelming; it feels like you're swallowing a cup of sauce. Excellent delivery.

Some flavors aren't quite my cup of tea, and that varies with every Chinese restaurant. But otherwise, everything is fantastic!!!

We wanted to try a new restaurant and ended up here. The food was good, but the selection was very limited, and things weren't replenished, even though it was only 7 p.m. They also started taking away and clearing away containers around 8 p.m. (they're open until 10 p.m.), which actually gave us the feeling they wanted us gone. The staff was very friendly, so we didn't mind. But the combination of the selection, the unreplenished items, and the price means we probably won't be back.

Four of us were here last Wednesday evening for a nice meal together, but it was a huge disappointment! The food trays weren't replenished, and everything was practically lukewarm to cold! The staff also started cleaning at 8 p.m. while we were still eating! I find that absolutely unacceptable, and that's why it was our last time at Jasmijn.

We ate here on a Wednesday evening during the school holidays. From the moment we walked in, we received a warm welcome. The staff are very hospitable, and the atmosphere is very relaxed. The food selection is extensive, fresh, and inviting. Items that are running low are replenished promptly, ensuring you don't miss out. The other guests were also very friendly and sociable; the restaurant exudes hospitality, connection, and a cozy atmosphere. Highly recommended!

The food here was very disappointing to me (and to several of my group). Many of the ready-made dishes were tasteless. The sushi was a hard, large lump of rice straight from the refrigerator. There was also very little selection compared to other fast food places. The grilled dishes (meat and fish) were tasty, though, hence the two stars.

Amazing food great value for money

I only used the wok and griddle, and that was fine. Delicious desserts, great ice cream, good coffee. Only the wine. It's not good. A cozy restaurant, very suitable for groups.

The food is fine, but I ordered here and noticed an additional charge for iDEAL payments. This is not permitted: according to the European Payment Services Directive PSD2 and Article 7:520a, paragraph 2 of the Dutch Civil Code, businesses are not allowed to charge surcharges for iDEAL payments within the EU. The restaurant responded that this is due to their ordering system (Sitedish) and that they have no control over it. Legally, this is incorrect: the consumer enters into the agreement with the restaurant, so the restaurant remains responsible for correct payment terms. It doesn't matter which system you use. Hopefully, this will be adjusted soon so that customers no longer face unjustified additional charges.

Jasmijn Garden's meal delivery service is close to restaurant quality, but delivered to your door. Planning and agreements are meticulously adhered to. Friendly staff, from order to delivery. Clear instructions for keeping the food at the correct temperature, clean materials, and waste bins. We included cutlery, plates, and napkins: highly recommended. The food is diverse and of excellent quality; you can't pamper your guests better. Wow!

The raw salmon tasted very strange. The sushi was twice the size of regular sushi and completely invisible. It's located at the very end of the restaurant after the wok and teppanyaki. It's just a matter of taste. They don't take your wishes into account. I didn't want scallions with the teppanyaki (due to an allergy), and I clearly stated this, but they gave me everything. So I couldn't eat it. The chocolate fountain wasn't working properly; there was hard chocolate on the inside of the fountain. It didn't look appetizing. The partition between the tables and the queue at the wok/teppanyaki was noisy. You could clearly hear entire phone calls and other conversations, but not the people sitting at the table. When leaving, they didn't ask if everything was to your liking. There was no staff in sight. Not recommended.

Lukewarm food in the containers. We reported it to staff, but nothing was done. Personal requests were not taken into account due to allergies.

A very good all-you-can-eat concept. The food is excellent. The price-quality ratio is excellent, especially with drinks included. The service is truly top-notch, with friendly young women. The location is extra unique, with a view of the soccer fields. The restaurant and restrooms are spotlessly clean. Free and ample parking is available right outside. We will definitely be back.

Everything good and taken care of

We found the food very mediocre. Dishes were lukewarm to cold, a fact we experienced three times with our family. We also reported this to the staff. The presentation of the dishes received little attention. Some dishes deserve to be stirred occasionally. There were also many containers with barely anything in them, which obviously doesn't help maintain the temperature. The taste (and yes, that's debatable) wasn't good either. It was bland, prepared with little love or inspiration. The same went for the wok: the black bean sauce was thin, and you had to work really hard to get any black bean sauce out of it. In conclusion, we won't be going back there again.

Delicious all-you-can-eat food. The salmon and wok are especially good. Beautifully decorated! I love coming here. It has gotten a bit more expensive than it used to be.

The food is fine and the people who serve are very kind. However it is a very big place, I went here with my wife for a nice one to one dinner at Christmas. For that this is not the right place. It is more ment for you eat a lot with a large group, not for a romantic time together. We will not be visiting again together.

Nice restaurant. A bit small-scale. But we are spoiled I know. Good ambiance. Friendly staff. And very fresh food. That struck us. Fresh fish varieties. Fresh sushi. Fresh meat with tapanjaki. Also friendly chef here. We each only drink 1 bottle of non-alcoholic radler. So all inn is of no use then. We go out to eat for the fun and the food. Not to drink a lot of alcohol. That is of no use. Recommended this restaurant. We will definitely come back again. 😎

First time getting takeaway from Jasmine Garden. Wow. What a taste sensation. My body literally got a shock from the surprising and delicious taste. Also top service, customer friendly and quickly ready. Good price/quantity.

Was once a good Chinese restaurant, but the last 2 times the Mihoen Goring was not good because the noodles were glassy, ​​pink in color and tasteless, apparently a few days old and had to be put back in the pan, otherwise there is no explanation for this. I used to be there every week for mihoen goring or Tjaw Siew, but now I'll never go there again.

This was Ajam Pangang - we ordered it to take away here. I have never eaten such dry and tough chicken before! I didn't swallow it either, I spit it out, it wasn't completely chewable. It's crazy what there is. I've never experienced that anywhere before!

Restaurant with both a la carte and buffet options. With the buffet, you pay in advance, after which you are guided to your table. In this restaurant, in addition to the buffet, drinks are also self-service. The food is fresh and tasty across the board. There is a wide variety of ingredients that are beautifully and clearly displayed. The sushi in particular is recommended to start your evening with.

I like to eat here and pick up regularly. Had it delivered today. Food was delivered on time and warm by a friendly delivery person. I had ordered vegetarian tjap tjoy without mushrooms (just like usual). I got tjap tjoy with mushrooms and chicken. A bit of a shame. That meant eating rice with satay sauce.

It was very pleasant and they were friendly and helpful. The food was very good. You could choose what you wanted and how much. The plates and cutlery were collected regularly so that you could always grab a clean plate. The toilets were in tip-top condition, clean and fresh. A minus point: the time flew by, so that says something.

Very bad experience with this restaurant. Ate here with 10 people at the wok/buffet. The deviled eggs didn't look very fresh. Food was tough and bland. Food that was not replenished such as the baguette, after 1 hour it had still not been replenished for a month. The children's play part is also nothing to write home about. Dirty carpets on the floor, parts of the wall that are broken. There are 1 euro bump attractions (those things you see a lot in shopping streets), a car and a rocket. Unfortunately these did not work and the rocket was also about to fall over The next morning a number of family members were sick, including 10-month-old twins. We went to the hospital with one of the adults because he was so sick from the food. I called the restaurant to report it. I was then called a scammer because according to the man I spoke to on the phone I wanted my money back. I don't need a refund, I just want to report it so you can keep other customers happy. The lady at the counter upstairs was very friendly and hospitable. It's a shame that the food is so disappointing. For us the first and especially the last time we ate at Jasmine Garden.

We ate there yesterday January 17, 2025. Very friendly reception. The night that followed, one adult became so ill that we went to the doctor's office. Also 3 out of 6 children sick. very bad with diarrhea and vomiting fever. Once home from the hospital, I thought I would call the restaurant to pass it on so they could do something with it. But to my surprise we were called liars and said we were money wolves and just wanted our money back. Wij hebben er gister 17 januari 2025 gegeten. Zeer vriendelijk ontvangst. In de nacht die hier op volgde is 1 volwassenen zo ziek geworden dat we naar de dokters wacht zijn geweest. Ook 3 van de 6 kinderen ziek. erg aan de diarree en overgeven koorts. Eenmaal thuis van het ziekenhuis had ik zo iets van ik zal het restaurant bellen om het door te geven zo dat ze er iets mee kunnen doen. Maar tot mijn verbazing werden wij voor leugenaars uitgemaakt en zouden wij geld wolven zijn en alleen maar ons geld terug willen. Delicious food & super fast delivery

The food is fine. The service is also good, but I find the amount of children running around annoying. Apparently it is very difficult for parents of young children to keep their children at their own table and to take some account of people who are also eating there.

Came here on Tuesday evening for a bite to eat, unfriendly reception. We were sent upstairs and it turned out that you could only eat from an (expensive) buffet. Was said a la carte was served downstairs. When we arrived back downstairs, it turned out that this service was not provided on Tuesdays!!! This is not mentioned anywhere, and we drove on to the Chinese on the Groningen street where we enjoyed delicious meals. We will avoid Jasmijn Garden in the future.

Picked up nasi yesterday and it looked like a bowl of white rice. Very bland, very few vegetables and ham and egg. The food is getting worse and has been coming for years. We'll try elsewhere.

After a long time I picked something up again. Nothing special really. But there was no taste to it. Nasi very bland. Even with the satay it didn't get any better. We were very disappointed. Too bad and was not our experience from other times. It was ready very quickly. Maybe that's it?

Heerlijk gegeten bij Jasmijn Garden. Ook hier het al-in concept. De keuze lijkt beperkt, maar valt zeker mee, geen grote voorraden maar tussentijds aanvullen. Keurig! En alles smaakt prima. Ten opzichte van veel andere all-in concepten is Jasmijn Garden zeker een aanrader, geen “vreetschuur”, geen lange rijen bij wok of grill en alles oogt vers, is het op wordt het aangevuld. Heerlijk gegeten, wij komen zeker weer. Een aanrader!

I always come here, I love this place, delicious food, good person, great cooks and a great atmosphere. But there is one minus: I want more variety in food and alcohol. I like sweet wine, and there is only one type there. Unfortunately, I don’t drink other wines, they are dry. If there is more choice in alcohol and food then it will be a solid 5. Ordered Mihoen Goreng with tenderloin, €20.30 Tenderloin not edible, very tough. Took everything away. It would have been better to get a bowl of noodles at Aldi. Last time I ordered food here.

Jasmijn Garden, toen aan de Groningerstraat, die had de naam, goede reputatie. Daar kon je toen heerlijk genieten van het eten en de mensen waren attent, klantvriendelijk, werd altijd na het eten gevraagd, was alles naar wens. Maar jammer die tijd was geweest na een verschrikkelijke brand die alles verwoeste. Bij dit restaurant, nieuwe eigenaar, loempia’s gekocht, maar dat was echt onder de maat, niet lekker. De taugé die ze gebruikten zag er niet vers uit, zacht en grauw van kleur inplaats van de witte verse kleur. Had de loempia’s in de clicko gegooid. Twee weken later ging ik weer heen om ze toch nog een kans te geven en had daar bij de eigenaar mijn ervaring kenbaar gemaakt. Hij zou het opnemen met het keukenpersoneel. Dus weer loempia’s gekocht en portie bami. Maar jammer genoeg is er niets veranderd, het is voor ons nu afgelopen, wij komen daar nooit meer. Loempia’s was echt grof gezegd, niet te vreten en de bami, dat noem je geen bami, zo zacht als pap, is dat Chinees??????Alles in de clicko!!!! Wie daar toch eten wilt halen, dat is hun keuze, Eet Smakelijk!!!!

All you can eat buffet for €41 per person including drinks. Food was tasty, but for the size of the restaurant there was not much choice. The concept is almost completely self-service, including grabbing drinks. But if you do need someone, you will be helped immediately. My partner and I enjoyed it.
