The makeup artist was downright rude. I politely asked a question, but she looked at me like I was crazy and completely ignored me, even when I repeated it. Truly shocking behavior, especially in a place where you work with children. This ruined an otherwise pleasant experience for me. I hope the restaurant does something about this.

The site indicated 2 or 3 hours dining. Well 3 hours okay. When booking choice of 2 or 2 1/2 hours well then booked 2 1/2 hours and received confirmation. On the spot it became 2 hours despite confirmation reservation 2 1/2 hours. That is a minus point on a birthday with 18 people. Rounding off with coffee and sweets moved to home. Assortment was extensive and good for everyone. A 0.0 on tap was great on this hot day for the drivers among us.

As usual we had a lovely meal but the air conditioning was on so high that we were freezing, which was a shame.

Today we went for my son's birthday, like the previous two times we had a delicious meal and drinks.

We happened to stumble upon this place when looking for somewhere to eat after going to Efteling. The place is decorated so lovely and the staff are so friendly. The host at the desk was so lovely and let us put some extra luggage we had behind the desk to not get in the way of the other guests. We then were shown around and told about the different food options and show where to get drinks from. The options are endless! There are so many options! Oysters, steak, kangaroo, Asian cuisine, Italian so many options to many to mention! It also comes with unlimited beer wine and soft drinks! So so worth the money and 2 hours gives you plenty of time to go around the sections! The waiting staff are constantly making sure your table is clear and that you have room for extra plates. The chefs are friendly and speak multiple languages which is helpful! Most signage is in multiple languages, however a few more on some items would be helpful! Allergen advice is also listed which is very helpful for guests with allergies. The toilets are clean and are accessible, there is also plenty free parking outside the facility. I will recommend this to anyone in the area and to many people who are going to visit Efteling and the surroundings areas! Thank you so much!

Food quality is declining, but price is only going up

Celebrated my birthday with children and grandchildren! Forgot to mention when booking that there was a birthday boy among us (birthday promotion). Was no problem at all; when checking in I was congratulated and the promotion was activated! Very attentive and friendly! Plenty of choice and something for everyone (age 6-65). Staff friendly and cheerful. This first experience with you was a success, for which our thanks!

15 people got food poisoning. We are now sick in bed. Hygiene was also not great. Never eat there again

We had a great meal here. There is a wide choice. Sushi, baking, wokking, pizza and enough choice for children. After eating you can put together a delicious dessert. What is also nice is that the children can play in the indoor play area. It is quite small compared to the size of the restaurant and it is next to the scullery. Not handy with running children. The staff will speak to you politely and help you quickly. Tables are kept tidy.

If you aren’t sure on what to eat then this is the place to go too. What I will say first and foremost is if you are hungry then yes go here. However my appotite is small and I paid a lot for 4 bits of sushi a peppermint tea and a brownie with cold custard. My two daughters really enjoyed their time in the restaurant. We opted for 2 hours as I feel that was enough time. We got there about 5pm and it was busy an hour after. My youngest found the soft play and was kept busy for a while: what I will say is adults left their young kids in there while they ate. I witnessed quite a few incidents of kids hitting each other and kids crying with no where to turn to. The best part was the drinks kept coming. My daughters took full advantage of the on unlimited fizzy drinks. All named brands and in bottles. Not something you see all the time. All the chefs were lovely that I spoke to. Everyone was helpful in terms of translation. Food quality was high. It was a nice visit and would come back. Hopefully next time I will eat more. But €105 for dinner was def overpriced.

It is just a bit further away, but the meat, fish or other products are not dried out or with a dirty thick skin, for example over the satay sauce or babi Pang gang🙊! And especially the Sushi, my daughters and son-in-law are crazy about it and super fresh😋. And the drinks are also included. And the birthday boy is here for free and for people with a gastric bypass they get a €5 discount with their proof that they have undergone it. Last Thursday we had dinner at Lucky Apple. There is a lot of choice and something for everyone. Food was very tasty and good service! Definitely recommended to go!

Friendly welcome. There is plenty of choice for teenagers and children. However, for people who want to eat vegan or vegetarian, it is not very tasty. It comes down to combining fries, white rice, broccoli or a pancake, but there is hardly any choice of dishes. The website states that you can choose your own vegetables to have stir-fried and that is true. However, everything is cooked/fried in a pan in which fish or meat has also been prepared just before. So your noodles just taste like fish. There are also no meat substitutes. Tofu or tempeh could be a nice addition. I was also quickly told at the entrance that you can scan QR codes to see what the ingredients of dishes are, but I didn't see any QR codes anywhere. For dessert we had delicious ice cream with fruits and whipped cream. Fortunately it tasted good. Unfortunately, there will be no next time for me.

Eten niet bijzonder. Na een woordenwisseling over iets in de speelhoek (geen toezicht van Lucky Apple) werden de andere gasten handtastelijk en moesten wij maar vertrekken van Lucky Apple. De agressieve gasten mochten blijven zitten !!!!! Dit was eens en nooit meer Lucky Apple maar dat interesseert ze niet.

What disgusting food. Food is cold when you get to your table. You cannot understand each other. Super noisy. You can feel the floor (above) move when people walk or children run. Super expensive. Made a reservation at 7:45 PM and ended up having to wait until 8:15 PM for a table, people after us with a larger party got the table earlier because the kitchen closed at 10:00 PM. Ate at Lucky Apple last week and it was a really great experience! We enjoyed the food for over 2.5 hours, and everything was fresh and tasty. The choice was wide, and the staff friendly and attentive. The atmosphere in the restaurant was cozy and relaxed, so we could really take the time to enjoy ourselves. Have been to Lucky Apple before but once again the weather was perfectly fine. The only disadvantage is when paying at the cash register, the line becomes too long and the line is also outside. Why don't they put a second employee at the cash register? But food and drinks were perfect, all employees are also friendly.
