The food was delicious and exceptionally well-prepared. The service was good. The people were lovely. The atmosphere is a bit like a living room. It's cozy, inviting, and always has a good atmosphere with good company. I highly recommend it. I'll definitely go back to eat there again.

We went here for dinner with high expectations based on the Google reviews. The food was indeed good, but otherwise, we were disappointed. The restaurant looked old, there was no light in the restrooms, plates were full of broken pieces, and the menu was a thin A4 sheet (not even neatly laminated – it looked cheap). It lacked atmosphere. The service was friendly but inefficient. They tried to do everything by heart, but remembering the orders of three people was difficult. Not a big deal, of course, but you'd better grab a notepad. Overall, the food was fine, but I wouldn't go back.

Delicious appetizers. There were seven of us, so we were able to share and sample lots of different dishes. The weather was nice, so we were able to sit outside. We thoroughly enjoyed it.

We come here quite often and it is now our favorite restaurant in Leusden. The food is unique and creative and there are often new creations on the menu. The prices are fine and the portions are certainly not small. Service is good and attentive and there is a relaxed atmosphere. I can recommend it to everyone to visit!

A Spanish tapas restaurant where you order several dishes to share in rounds. The portions are quite small, but everything is unique and delicious. Our favorite was the puff pastry with short rib meat and cheese - it was outstanding. The paella was also very tasty. I enjoyed the duck breast less, but it came with a delicious salad that made up for it. From the appetizers, we tried the calamari and the eggplant. Both were good, but the eggplant portion was quite small and heavily dressed with mayonnaise - probably wouldn’t order it again. The interior is stylish and well thought-out, though it’s a bit chilly inside. The service was excellent. Our waitress and the entire staff were very attentive and friendly.

Grote gratis parkeerplaats op loopafstand. Van de uitstraling die het pand, vermoedelijk een voormalige boerderij, destijds had toen Bistro Bling hier nog zat, is niet veel meer over. Nu oogt het een beetje als een eetzaal, met een bijeenraapsel van meubilair. Maar het gaat natuurlijk om het eten en ook daarvan raken we niet echt onder de indruk. We zijn hier terechtgekomen via Social Deal en krijgen daarom 34 procent korting op een ' 4-gangen tapasproeverij naar keuze'. In de praktijk blijkt die keuze te zijn beperkt tot het hoofdgerecht (buikspek met aardappelpuree en spitskool, of paella). Kwalitatief voldoet het, maar daarmee is ook alles gezegd. En ook de presentatie van de gerechten getuigt van weinig fantasie van de keukenbrigade. In de rekening is de fooi - zelf noemt Mazoki dat 'water' - al inbegrepen.

Large free parking lot within walking distance. Not much is left of the appearance that the building, probably a former farm, had when Bistro Bling was still here. Now it looks a bit like a dining room, with a collection of furniture. But of course it's all about the food and we're not really impressed by that either. We ended up here via Social Deal and therefore receive a 34 percent discount on a '4-course tapas tasting of your choice'. In practice, this choice appears to be limited to the main course (pork belly with mashed potatoes and pointed cabbage, or paella). It is satisfactory in terms of quality, but that is all. And the presentation of the dishes also shows little imagination on the part of the kitchen brigade. The bill already includes the tip - Mazoki calls it 'water'.

A delicious honest menu, beautiful dishes and very friendly staff. Nice place to relax for a while. In addition, I found very comfortable chairs here for me as a plus size person. Unfortunately, that doesn't happen enough. We'll be back!

Despite large crowds, very nice treatment by the hostess. We had a performance somewhere else in Leusden in 2000. And she kept a close eye on whether everything was on time. Also gave very good tips about the food, tapas, with a wide choice. The grilled zucchini with goat cheese and baby peach was a party in the mouth rolled up, great taste. Other dishes all tasted very good, such as the eggplant with za'atar and the pork belly. All in all, a delicious meal in a nice atmosphere.

You sometimes find restaurants that make you wonder why you didn't know about them before. Well this is one for me. Upon entering I noticed a different atmosphere. I would describe it as casual and relaxed. The interior comes across as a mixed bag, but as soon as you sit down it feels homely. The welcome from the hostess was warm and spontaneous. Although the service did not give the feeling of being attuned to each other on a quiet evening, it did not feel annoying. Normally it irritates me when someone asks for a refill again while the colleague had just answered, but the cordiality of the staff meant it didn't come across as bad. It was more that you had the feeling that everyone was doing their very best to make you happy. But of course, all this does not earn 5 stars. They really come from the food that is served. Finally tapas like you are used to when you eat in Spain or something. Not the obligatory onion rings, meatballs in tomato sauce and so on, but original dishes with a fine taste. Of course there are patatas bravas, but with their own twist. The dishes are quite large so we were not able to taste many of the menu, but what we did have was exceptionally good. This means that we will have to come back more often to taste the rest. A really nice restaurant that you secretly hope will not be such a great success that it will be at the expense of everything I enjoyed. Of course, I hope otherwise for the owners. We will return soon for some other dishes from the menu.

Surprising (and) tasty, a hidden gem.

Vanaf de parkeerplaats loop je onder een groene haag door een soort van prachtig ingerichte oase in met veel groen en vol bloemen en kleur. Het interieur is heel warm en kleurrijk zowel binnen als op het terras buiten. Wij voelden ons meteen thuis. De liefde voor het restaurant vak zie je overal in terug: van het interieur tot de vriendelijke bediening en kok, tot natuurlijk de fantastische gerechtjes. Elk bordje met perfect bijpassende smaakjes om de ster te laten schitteren. Hele speciale vermelding voor de perfecte, zeer rijkelijk gevulde paella en de spectaculaire zoete aardappelfrietjes. Luchtig en zacht van binnen, krokant van buiten. Volgens mijn dochter de lekkerste die ze ooit gegeten heeft. Dit alles voor een hele schappelijke prijs. Wij komen hier zeker terug.

Een heerlijke warme plek met een meer dan vrolijke ontvangst en eten om van te snoepen! Een super plek met hergebruik van diverse meubelen en accessoires wat een unieke basis is voor een zalig avondje!

It takes some searching, because Mazoki is hidden behind the pancake restaurant. On summer evenings the terrace is very cozy and the service is top notch. The food is not bad, although the paella is a bit adapted to Dutch tastes. The boquerones are very tasty, but the humus lacks the necessary spice and is therefore a bland snack. Large portions. Reasonable wines and it is not expensive.

Had diner here twice. Both times were amazing. First of the scenery was nice. A bit spread out with something different everywhere. The people working there were very friendly and even the chef had some time for a quick chat even though it was quite busy both times. The baklava (complete different from the greek/turkish baklava) was so good we order it twice. We ordered a bit variety and liked basically all. As dessert the white chocolate parfait and the Mazzoki's mess were to die for. Will come here again someday!

Food was disappointing, but nice decor

Nice and relaxing. Surprising menu with various tapas dishes. This means you can make it as expensive and extensive as you want. Op de menukaart zijn nu ook de vegetarische gerechten aangegeven. De witte wijn (Eur 6) en rode huiswijn (Eur 5) waren goed, het brood&Mazoki was lekker, de kroketjes paddestoelen en de zoete aardappelfrietjes ook lekker. De andere bestelde gerechten vielen erg tegen. Dat doen wij thuis beter. De bediening was vlot, professioneel en zeer aardig.

At Mazoki you feel the love for good food in a good ambiance. The tapas dishes to share are composed with taste, the atmosphere is cozy thanks to the design full of old, reused furniture and decorations. The location, an old farm, is in itself a picturesque base for this. Parking can be difficult, so take into account that you will have to walk a bit as the nearest P will fill up quickly. Recommended for those who enjoy good recipes in a pleasant atmosphere.

Heerlijk gegeten en vriendelijke service.

Heerlijk gegeten!! De eigenaren waren zeer flexibel; ik heb van tevoren voor ons gezelschap (5 pers.) een menu kunnen samenstellen zodat we hen daar mee konden verrassen en we vollop konden genieten. Het brood met de mazoki boter was erg lekker! De courgette carpaccio, de zoete aardappel frietjes, de Gemarineerde zalm, chorizo in filodeeg, het ibericovarken en de Entrecote sprongen er voor ons uit ! Maar iedereen vond alles eigenlijk heel lekker.. dus zeker een aanrader. Als ik kritisch moet zijn moet ik toegeven dat we vinden dat er meer aandacht aan de inrichting besteed kan worden, het oogt door de keuze voor tweedehands spullen eerder rommelig dan gezellig. We hadden tevens wat last van tocht en de toiletten in de gang bij de ingang waren echt heel erg vies. De kwaliteit van het eten maakte alles wel goed. We kunnen iedereen aanraden hier heen te gaan als je van goed eten wilt genieten! Bedankt Mazoki.

Veel (eet-)ervaringen in Catalonië, Gran Canaria, langs de route naar Santiago dC. Gisteren voor de eerste keer bij maZoki, omdat ze zeggen dat het er zo Spaans zou zijn. Onze smaakpapillen werden optimaal herinnerd aan 'daar', tot de laatste hap van elk gerecht. En in precies de juiste hoeveelheden. Alleen het toetje was voor ons een beetje te ruim (en nog steeds zó lekker!). Ook de inrichting bracht herinneringen naar boven (was wel jammer dat er maar 1 lamp 'echt Spaans' was ;-). Kortom, prachtige ervaringen en echt de moeite waard om naar maZoki terug te gaan! ¡Muchas Gracias!

Vervolgens zijn de gerechten heerlijk. Iedere keer weer! De basis is goede producten en de keuken brengt het samen tot iets bijzonders. Het is elke keer weer een feest om er te gaan eten!
