Their kebabs make your mouth explode with favor. Perfect combination of meat and the spicy sauce brings it together so nicely. The kapsalon is almost as great. On top of that the price does not get better in 2026’s economy. The people there are great and nice with you whether it’s 1AM or 1PM. I’ve been going there since October 2025 regularly and it never disappoints. Miami Chicken, you’re the best.

I had a delicious meal, the lamb sandwich was really tasty and it was very clean and the owner is really nice.

Came here, ordered our food and that was all fine - went to go sit down in the restaurant and one of the chairs was actually smeared in faeces - I’ve never ever seen that in any place before and immediately left of course

Had a bad experience at Ramsis recently, but Miami made up for it! Just got a kapsalon last minute and it was delicious. The food is a solid 4 stars, but because it was between 1 and 2 in the morning, it gets a 5 stars from me! (You find few trustworthy doner spots at night) The 2 kapsalons (large) weren't too greasy either, and the balance between the ingredients felt fine. Keep it up, guys, you're doing a great job! (Highly recommended to pick it up on location!)

Pleasant music, food always good and more than enough.

The kapsalon with extra chicken was horrible. Fries harder than the bricks and chicken almost non existent. Not recommended at all

Everything was great. The food didn't take long to arrive, it was delicious, and the service was excellent. The chef was funny and respectful.

I order from here almost every week. Great contact, if I don't want something, it's always taken care of, and the food is always fresh and delicious. It's always a treat here.

Don't even bother. The billing is terrible. They overcharge you while you're standing there, or the guy can't count, that's also possible... the chef who prepares everything is nice, though.

I paid and received nothing. After an hour of calling, I thought I was speaking to the owner, but he pretended to be a cleaner. He couldn't fix anything, took no responsibility, and started lying, while claiming to be a cleaner, promising that our money would be refunded through Thuisbezorgd. They said the order would be canceled, but Thuisbezorgd still shows it as delivered. Meanwhile, you can clearly hear more people in the background, but the person you're speaking to can't fix anything and is just making excuses. And this is happening at 3:00 in the morning, when you're confident a restaurant will deliver. Miami Fried Chicken is a complete disaster, better at making up lies than delivering orders. Anyone who falls for this is being completely ripped off.

Great place, delicious food and fast delivery.

During my visit at Miami one of the employees was drinking out of a big bottle of rum, and was clearly drunk (talking nonsense). The kapsalons we had weren’t very tasty at all, a few hours after eating a kapsalon there with my friends we all had a stomachache. This place is not recommended at all.

I saw rats in the kitchen, 40 of them running out of this restaurant. I saw the same shawarma being used three days in a row. This is truly scandalous!

Insanely rude personnel. Some guys were just standing in front of the shop and talking to some delivery guys and someone came and told them to get out of there or he'd beat them up. Very unsafe. The funny thing is that is says "halal" in huge letters. Astaghfirallah should be there instead.

I ordered food, and it said it would be delivered within 25 minutes. An hour later, and still nothing. The store called and said there was a delay and asked if I wanted to wait another half hour. I told them I wanted to cancel my order. They hung up, and later I called back. Someone was on the line, talking as if I were his friend—very unprofessional. He then proceeded to talk in a high-pitched tone, as if it was my fault I didn't get my food. He said again, "Your food is on its way," and then, "Oh, wait, we're going to prepare it." The food was delivered, but it was inedible. You order fries for over 5 euros, twice what you get for them, and children's fries are even less than that. And the shawarma was overly seasoned, which was inedible.

Just paid 3 euro for a small bottle of water. Really?

I didn't feel safe here. The only insults were those that came with a disease. The food wasn't good, and the atmosphere was tense. I definitely won't be back and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Very strong mutton smell from the Turkish pizzas. I assume they do this to save money? So eager as a restaurant. Unfortunately a waste of my money & time and the food. This just doesn't suit our stomach/mouth. DO NOT ORDER.

Restaurant Miami has been the place to go for years when I have a quick craving and can't think of what to eat that day. The staff is always friendly and the food is delicious, for a not so high price. The price-quality ratio is great at Restaurant Miami. The location on the Grote Markt in The Hague city center also gives you the opportunity to be part of the cozy atmosphere by seating outside. This time I came in around the time just before dinner on a summer Tuesday, so it was fairly quiet. I ordered a lamb shawarma dish which I was able to enjoy within 10 minutes. Definitely recommended.

As a girl, I feel here just comfortable. Normally I go to the restaurant in front. But then I decided to come here and i saw the lettuce was cleaned, I could just see they washed the lettuce, they were nice while buying and the chicken tasted really good. And the price is reasonable.

Ordered food and never arrived. We waited a long time at first, only received a response after calling 10 times, apparently our food was on its way. Called again half an hour later and got the same answer. Never received food in the end.

I have been here a few times over the years. The friendly atmosphere and friendly staff still make this the pearl of the Schoolstraat. Food remains high in quality and doesn't take long to get.

I never thought in europe people may serve obviously rotten food on the plate. They served me rotten smelly rice. I guess they thought they can get away with it as I am a tourist.

I came to eat with a friend of mine around 8 o'clock. All the meat was delicious and sauce was put on the table so I could supplement myself.

I just ordered 2 kip kapsalon. The fries were horrible, not done, not fresh and very soft. That means the kapsalon is allready not a kapsalon anymore. There were also hard pieces of chicken, it tasted weird. I could not finish the dish and lost 24€.

It depends what you are looking for, but if you look for kebab fast food this is one of the best I've eaten. And it has few kinds of meat. Ofc, it's not a fancy restaurant for business meals in suits and ties, but for daily/trip meal it's perfect. Iceberg lettuce is big +. My farorite kind.

Tried my first ever Kapsalon from here and frankly, was skeptical about it while it was being prepared but it all came together amazingly! I would definitely recommend their Kapsalon (Chicken).
