Another delicious meal. Excellent starter (spicy meatballs). The spicy chicken is excellent; it starts off slightly sweet with a hot aftertaste with every bite, and it's served with fresh, crunchy vegetables. A perfect combination. Dessert was a new date cake (warm) with a scoop of ice cream and slices of kiwi, strawberry, and blueberry (highly recommended). A wonderful restaurant to dine at. It's not noisy and offers a relaxed and enjoyable meal.

Reasonably cozy interior. Terrace is fantastic, furniture could use an upgrade. Food was good, nice and friendly service.

The food was really disappointing! Spicy chicken that wasn't a little bit spicy or anything and way too sweet. The satay wasn't tasty either and way too sweet. No, they won't see me or us there anymore! Had to pay €127.90 for 3 fries with some salad and meat and 3 drinks each! Way too much! 🤔

Honest and pure food. It's great how they accommodate dietary requirements (clearly marked on the menu). This place deserves more visitors than there were when we were there.

I ate here a while ago and it was delicious, but the staff were especially friendly. They had a nice chat with you and seemed to genuinely enjoy their work.

There were no other people in the restaurant. But we didn't feel that. They even stayed open until we were done. There is no separate entrance to the restaurant, which gives the wrong idea that it belongs to the service flat, which is strange

I think this is my favorite restaurant in Alphen. It is wonderfully quiet there. Tasty recipes. Opportunity to sit outside.

Tables were well spaced apart, not cramped. It was busy, but you didn't get in each other's way. Pleasant and customer-oriented service. Varied menu and food was very good. Tasty and beautifully served. Highly recommended!

What immediately stands out in the restaurant is the colored LED light tube of several meters at the counter. Totally unnecessary and vulgar. What is also noticeable in a negative way is the extra exit in the dining area. Not nice when you sit there and the cold wave comes in when guests leave the building via that "emergency exit". Totally unnecessary to use, because there is a spacious entrance. Oh yes, the food. That's not disappointing!

Previously there was restaurant De Vrienden here, but for some time now restaurant Millennium has been located here. This restaurant has been on my wish list for some time. We had a delicious meal and drinks. It wasn't busy. A bit on the pricey side. Vegetables and fries must be paid for separately. The restaurant hasn't changed much. At most it has gotten better! It all looks beautiful.

You will find Restaurant Millennium in an unexpected location, at the bottom of a healthcare institution in Alphen aan de Rijn. Don't be put off by this strange combination, because as soon as you step foot over the threshold, you enter a true culinary oasis. When you arrive at the restaurant, your first impression may be, “Where have I ended up?” But don't be fooled. The food at Millennium is nothing short of excellent. From the first bite you can taste that the dishes have been prepared with care and craftsmanship. Authentic Turkish flavors fill your plate, alternating with the normal cuisine that we are often familiar with, with dishes such as spareribs where the meat falls off the bone. The service in Restaurant Millennium certainly contributes to the positive experience. The staff is attentive and professional, always ready to ensure an unforgettable dining experience. In short, Restaurant Millennium is a surprising discovery, a place where you can enjoy delicious, authentic Turkish dishes in an unexpected, but ultimately charming environment. It is a place you should definitely visit and where we will definitely go back when we are in the area.

Ordered food twice before and it was great. Unfortunately not now. Received fries instead of the ordered baked potato with the chicken satay (we don't like the fries at Millenium; a matter of taste). Then we would have been better off ordering it at the snack bar, it would have been much cheaper too. The sushi bowl had nothing to do with sushi bowl. Just wash rice with vegetables and smoked salmon. And in my opinion, very out of place in a sushi bowl; melon. Chicken soup is vegetable soup with some pieces of chicken. Delivery was very fast and the pizza was fine. Unfortunately, the rest was really disappointing.

The food was very tasty, but the service, which consisted of five young ladies that evening, seemed very inexperienced. Not taking empty glasses and menus, forgetting to bring ordered drinks, bringing drinks with the cap (bottle cap) still on the bottles, only clearing two plates at a time, not knowing which dish they are actually serving ("here is your... .meat") etc. One of the ladies helped us with a friendly smile, but the other ladies showed little friendliness. Not to be repeated.

Damn, there were silver membranes in my food, never again...

Good food for a reasonable price. It may be somewhat underestimated because it is part of a nursing home, but that is not right.

We ate here last week, and we enjoyed so much (see my review below). We decided to order again, this time online. It was extremely disappointing... the meat, vegetables and even potatoes were not cooked well, we could barely eat them. Such a shame... -------------------------- My previous review, unchanged: A very nice restaurant in the neighborhood. Sitting inside and out are possible and both are nice. The food is delicious and in big portions, there are healthy choices available. ——— We tried it yet another time…to sum up, not consistent but good most of the time!!

My husband had a delicious meal, unfortunately my chicken satay was burnt. I really have to say that they solved it neatly. A mediocre 1st impression for me. Staff very friendly. Very relaxed atmosphere.

Friendly service. The veal medallion was not that tender unfortunately. The tournedos, on the other hand, were fine! We had a mixed tapas with three people: an excellent combination of cold and warm tapas dishes. However, almost too much as a starter. Portion could be less.
