Restaurant Minos in Heikant

According to the internet the restaurant was open. That turned out not to be the case.

Surprisingly delicious food because from the looks of it we thought we were in a glorified cafeteria

Went here because of social deals. The owners didn’t seem very friendly. They worked extremely slow and the table we were sitting at was not cleaned despite us asking them to please clean it. The food was awful. The meat was completely pink from the inside and raw. It was dry and had no taste. The salad tasted old. The only good think was the original Coca Cola they bought lol. Never again.

The food is delicious, but the service really leaves much to be desired

After a mix-up about a restaurant gift certificate, the owner politely resolved the issue by covering the value. Hats off! We had a well-prepared gyros and souvlaki platter. The service was also very friendly. We'll definitely be back.

Let me start by saying that the lady who served us was extremely friendly. I can also report that it was a substantial meal; especially the main course and we felt like a big bite, so that was ok. We had to laugh that the eggplant salad was a ball with possibly a little bit of eggplant in it and you get some salad. This starter normally costs €8.00! The bread that was served tasted great. Anyway, we ate it, although it was as if the fries had been fried twice and the lettuce smelled and tasted quite stale. In the car home a sick feeling in my stomach and yes, after 5 minutes of being home I felt like I was vomiting. Half a minute later I was hanging with my face above the toilet bowl and I will spare you the details. This has never happened to me before. And oh yes, 2 glasses of wine, 1 coke, 1 sparkling water (a carafe of water was not possible) and 1 coffee cost almost € 21.00. Quite the price, shall we say.

Order cancelled without mentioning anything, waited 1.5 hours for nothing

A nice, cozy Greek restaurant located near Wagnerplein. We received a dinner voucher, and after a bit of searching, we decided to eat here so we could use it. There were three of us and we chose a table by the wall, allowing us to browse at our leisure. The decor has a Greek feel, and you can hear some music playing in the background. We were able to order fairly quickly and first ordered drinks so we could study the menu thoroughly. If you have a question about something, they're happy to explain it. The portions are very generous for a good price. We placed our order, and it arrived quickly. We were asked how it was and if we needed anything else. We had kofta with shawarma and fries, a sparerib dish, and a Cretan dish with tzatziki, garlic, and onion sauce, and it was really generous. I highly recommend eating here.

Ripped off, customer unfriendly Came here through social deals. We had reserved with 13 people, but only ate with 12 due to medical reasons. When we asked about options for the 13th social deal voucher, a female employee told us that we could get our money back and we also received a specific step-by-step plan on how to do this (although we did not get anything back, we understood that). The next day I called Social Deals and they said that the male owner was very irritated and had said that they never do that. Then I called the restaurant myself and I also got a customer-unfriendly owner on the phone. His explanation was that this lady does not know the rules (very strange if you provide a step-by-step plan) and you will not get any money back. Now we don't care about the money, we just think it's a shame that it happened this way. Sir or madam has flat out lied to us. Too bad about the bad service because the food was fine. 😊

Great food, large portions. Well seasoned. Nice service. I will definitely come back to try more dishes. A big advantage is that the dishes are brought by the chef straight from the kitchen. 👌 It was very tasty for Greek cuisine. 👍

What a delicious Rhodes dish! Tasty sauces, cheerful service, free baklava. Absolutely great! Recommended.

You don't immediately expect it when you drive up, but the interior is cozy, the music puts you in a summer mood and the service is super friendly. And last but not least, the food is very tasty and certainly not too greasy. More than enough meat, delicious crispy fries and all for a reasonable price.

Ate here for the first time tonight. We were received very hospitably. Had an explanation about the map. Starter, main and dessert were all delicious. We felt very welcome by the lovely hostess. Definitely worth repeating for us.

Have ordered and picked up food from here several times. A few oddities earlier. Couldn't pin yet. Now it is. In the kitchen, not all things are in order and perhaps in order. Ordered a dish today and the gyros contained a 1 cm piece of metal that was sharp and curled. Not something you should ingest. I also thought Tatziki was really dirty and I didn't eat it. I've had quite a nice meal from them before and the people are nice. But I think that knowledge of food, quality and hygiene leaves much to be desired. That's why we won't be coming back here again.

Ended up here via social deal. How incredibly bad. First impression was not good when we received the starter, this was also confirmed. The keftedes sauce was cooking while the two balls were raw in the middle. Not to mention how the employees work in the kitchen and prepare your food.

Incredibly hospitable, the staff was very friendly and the pace was also good. In terms of food quality, it is what you would expect. It all tasted good. Highly recommended.

Delicious meat. And wonderful price. From the outside it doesn't look like much, but inside it is nicely decorated and delicious food for a very affordable price.

I came in and a very sweet woman immediately came to the table and told me about the menu and had a nice chat. When I ordered it was ready very quickly, it looks nice on the inside, good interior which also reminds you of the Greek. All in all highly recommended!!!

We had a voucher from Social Deal and thought we would get a cheaper price... unfortunately, cheap is expensive! At €3.80 per glass of soft drink you have lost a lot of money! Which means that afterwards we had to pay €75 for a drink....a shame!

Food good. Terrible service. The woman behaved outrageously towards us. She treated the Dutch quite differently. We ordered fries and got rice. We didn't get glasses for drinks when everyone else did. I do not recommend

A very nice place, with big portions of tasty meat. The owners made effort to bring the greek atmosphere to their cozy place.

Vandaag 7 oktober daar gaan eten met mijn man eigenarese liep op teen slippers veel te lang op voorgerecht en hoofdgerecht moeten wachten voorgerecht was gehaktballetjes in tomaten saus vlees geen smaak droog saus zuur hoofdgerecht ook veelste droog en flauw chef kwam binnen met asbak wc niet schoon met en al waardeloos zonde van het geld en einde wat eigenarese zie was sorry

Een restaurant waar je voor een nog leuk bedrag lekker kan eten. Wij hadden een ontzettend fijne leuke bediening. Lekker eten, top service. Dank je wel.

Via social deal hier terecht gekomen na een dagje Efteling. Heerlijk gegeten, de sfeer was gezellig en het restaurant was mooi aangekleed en het personeel was ontzettend gastvrij.

Kwamen binnen en er was geen personeel te bekennen. 5 min staan wachten,kwam er iemand uit de keuken. Hij bleek t enige personeel op dat moment. Man moest bedienen en koken tegelijk terwijl er ook andere klanten ondertussen binnen kwamen. Dit kan gewoon niet,ook werdt er daardoor een vol dienblad drinken zo op een tafel gezet en moesten de mensen zelf hun drinken maar pakken.Eten is middelmatig,en zeker de kip salade is zeker geen €8 waard.Beetje koolsalade onderop en eenboaar stukjes kip met een pita broodje.Ook stond bij binnenkomst de muziek goed hard zodat je elkaar amper kon verstaan.Nagerecht lan je kiezen uit baklava of ijstaart. Dit is gewoon een stukje vieneta ijs van de supermarkt. Dus Minos is voor ons verleden tijd en niet voor herhaling vatbaar jammer genoeg.

We zijn er als groep van 7 personen gaan eten, gebruikt gemaakt van een kortingsbon. Genoeg keuze op de menukaart, alleen zijn de porties dan uiteraard iets kleiner. Wel lekker gekruid. Niks te klagen.

Lekker eten! Leuke sfeer. Goede combinatie van vlees en groenten.

Goed gegeten maar niet echt grieks

Heerlijk gesmuld hier voor een hele nette prijs. Driegangen menu is absoluut aan te raden. Altijd weer genieten hier van de gastvrijheid en maaltijd

Alles gefrituurd in te oude olie. Bleek gebakken met roetplekjes.

Het eten was heerlijk! Bij binnenkomst mochten we van 1 heer zelf een tafel uitzoeken. Toen we dat wilde doen, kwam een ander ons een tafeltje dicht bij de deur wijzen. Zeker niet de fijnste plek! We waren de 1e gasten. Er werd ons ook gevraagd hoe lang we van plan waren te blijven. Hierdoor voelden we ons niet welkom.

Het eten was prima, niet bijzonder. We hadden een bon van social deal en kregen aan het einde de rekening niet te zien. 23 euro voor 4 wijntjes is wel erg prijzig en je kon proeven dat het echt geen dure wijn was. Weinig sfeer, wel vriendelijke bediening.

Jest to fajna restauracja z potrawami z Grecji i Egiptu. Jedzenie jest bardzo dobre. Dobry klimat i wystrój. Obsługa jest miła i fachowa. Pani kelnerka która jest dobrym doradcą co wybrać na pierwszy raz. Polecam to miejsce na fajną kolację we dwoje lub przyjaciółmi.

Lekker speciaal iets klaar gemaakt voor mij

We hebben echt heerlijk gegeten. Geen massa zoals bij de grotere Griek. Echt een goed gevuld bord met goed vlees, rijst ( je hebt keus tussen friet, rijst of brood) en zelf de salade die standaard op je bord geserveerd wordt. Is met zorg bereid en echt lekker.Wil je echt lekker en betaalbaar Griek, Egyptische eten. Niet verder zoeken.

Vriendelijk personeel , eten kwam redelijk snel op tafel en was gewoon goed. Lekker mals vlees , prima frietjes. Wij komen wel terug .
