We had a delicious meal in a cozy atmosphere for a great price as part of our stay at Hotel Umberto.

Delicious breakfast with lots of choice.

We dined here during our stay at the hotel. It was quiet on a Friday evening, which made it feel a little less inviting. The host was pleasant, and we were very surprised by the quality of the food. It was beautifully presented and tasted truly delicious. We were very satisfied, highly recommended!

We had a great room, slept wonderfully, and enjoyed a delicious breakfast. The hostess who was there during breakfast was very friendly and helpful, and very attentive to the meal choices. The reception staff were also clear and friendly in their dealings with us. We will definitely be back. The Vons family from Leiderdorp.

We had a wonderful dinner. The staff is friendly, attentive, and unobtrusive. The atmosphere is more business-like than romantic.

Nothing special, and not very cozy either. It seemed like there was an overpowering scent diffuser, or perhaps the staff had put on a scent... in any case, the food smell wasn't pleasant. The ambiance was a bit lacking, but the lighting could be better. The breakfast nook is more inviting. The main course tasted quite strange after adding salt and pepper. The starter was very good, and so was the chocolate dessert... the tiramisu sauce had no flavor and was a very small, tiny piece.

The food here is excellent. The service is friendly and the atmosphere is relaxed.

The hotel (on the Bospad side) looked a bit dated when we arrived, but the rooms and restaurant were completely up-to-date. The food was surprisingly delicious. The staff were friendly. The breakfast was extensive. Excellent value for money!

Had a great meal, nothing but good things to say about it. Unfortunately the service was very slow. Starter no problem but had to wait almost an hour for the main course. We could hardly hear each other because there was a table of 12 noisy men right next to us. Apparently this was also the cause of the slow service. Of course they can't be blamed for the noise, but the slow service can. It seems to me that a table for 12 is reserved in advance, so that they can deploy sufficient staff for it.

There are a lot of things, but they are very salty. Dutch taste, which is pretty good for a buffet.

The food is good, but everyone has their own taste and does not always think the same about their order, we were not dissatisfied but not completely satisfied either, The explanation about the SAMEN menu must and can be improved, now after paying we were surprised to look at the bill, after the receptionist's explanation we understood it and understood the explanation well

Nice package with a visit to the Berendonck thermal baths, delicious food with excellent service for both dinner and breakfast. Room also good, bathroom deserved some extra attention but resolved after report. Business reception and also the online check-out proposal is somewhat impersonal for holidaymakers.

We were in this hotel from January 18 to January 19. We have been here before, unfortunately this time it was very disappointing 😢 beds were very sagging. and even when you turn over in your sleep, you end up lying on the seam of the two mattresses. where the beds slid apart very quickly by means of wheels, so I fell asleep between the beds on the floor. Certainly not a pleasant experience, resulting in sore hips and bruises 😢 on the day of your birthday. 😢 The shower tray was also clogged because during the shower the tray immediately overflowed 😢 no excuses, nothing. And then we also talked about the price, which was € 75 euros more expensive than a year ago. And service is ok. All in all, it will no longer be our choice and not recommended anymore.

We had a delicious meal together in the restaurant. Feels a bit lonely when you eat there alone. I would make 1 large reading table where several solo travelers can sit. Then you have some claim and you also live up to your name.

Good, tasty and pleasant food. Very tasty again for the 5th, 6th and 7th time, always a perfect soup of the day, excellent meat or fish and tasty vegetable mixes.

Cozy restaurant, breakfast was well prepared. Nice and small scale so no long lines at the buffet.

Very pleasant hotel. Room was clean and the chicken for dinner was delicious. Only the WiFi was very poor in the hotel room. The bathroom was two bars apart. Streaming on your own streaming service was not possible via WiFi. An amplifier for that corner of the hotel would provide a solution.

The hotel is neat, clean and spacious rooms. Breakfast could be a little more extensive but is otherwise fine, beds are excellent, bathroom is lovely with a bath. Only the appearance, both outside and inside, looks a bit boring, there is little color in my opinion. The candy machines upstairs look a bit kitschy. The service is all fine, but shows little enthusiasm or real interest. What I really thought was a shame is that there is no coffee and cake option during the day, so there is little activity during the day. I suspect the owner is already of advanced age? Everything else was well organised.

Het diner was prima, bediening heel vriendelijk, vegetarische opties kan wat uitgebreider. Alleen de inrichting kan wat vlotter en vrolijker.

Fantastic food! Service is also top notch. We had a 3-course dinner and it was great; only 38 euros. Price/quality ratio is excellent! 👌🏼Absolutely recommended.

As has been the case several times before, we really enjoyed our stay, delicious food and a good atmosphere and hospitality.

We celebrated a family party together for 24 people and enjoyed the good food and drinks, reception and service.

We found the bathroom floor not clean and the carpet in the room was full of dirty stains. Everything else was good, but nothing more than that.

Normaal geef ik nooit commentaar maar nu voor nu 1 keer wel 😏…Alles klopte, binnenkomst, tafeltje, Side plate, voorgerecht, hoofdgerecht zelfs de muziek 🎵 , menukaart gewoon klein en super samengesteld, wij komen zeker terug en aan iedereen die dit leest doe gewoon es geniet van echt alles en ga niet langs maar naar binnen 🤩

We ben hebben er heerlijk gegeten. We hebben er het 3 gangen menu genomen. Alleen ze hadden maar 1 gerecht vegetarisch. Dat is wel wring. Maar verder heerlijk gegeten.

Toen wij binnen kwamen was er helemaal niemand te zien van het personeel. Wij hebben best lang moeten wachten voordat er iemand kwam. Toen er eindelijk iemand kwam, kregen wij wel een excuses voor het wachten. We hadden de deur op het terras genomen want die stond open, maar dat was waarschijnlijk de verkeerde deur. Wij hebben dus een 3 gangen menu genomen. Ik had als voorgerecht de gamba's, en die waren best goed, maar beetje meer smaak mag ook de volgende keer. Ik had tournedos als hoofdgerecht, en die was jammer genoeg te ver doorbakken (je betaalde daar wel 11 euro extra voor). Maar op zich nog prima te doen. Als nagerecht had ik monchoutaart en die was wel echt goed. Had als extra frietjes en warme groenten bijbesteld, en dat was echt top. Het personeel wel echt vriendelijk (voor het gemak noem ik ze Chantal en Rita). Jullie zijn in Iedergeval top. Bedankt

Gisteravond weer overheerlijk gegeten in dit altijd prima restaurant! Het was alweer even geleden dat we hier geweest waren maar komen zeker heel snel weer terug. Het eten was echt overheerlijk, het personeel uiterst vriendelijk en de prijs-/kwaliteitverhouding uitstekend! Kortom: je kunt hier heerlijk eten in een hele fijne ambiance, voor een meer dan prima prijs!

Recentselijk dit restaurant bezocht. Prima service, zeer gastvrij. Gerechten zijn vers, verfijnd en smaakvol. Wisselende kaart, gedurende het jaar. Aanrader.

De patat was lekker en de bediening heel vriendelijk. Helaas viel het eten verder erg tegen; een slechte kroeghap voor volwassen restaurant-prijs. Als voorbeeld toch even de doorgebakken ribeye benoemen; zonde.

Heerlijk gegeten, fijne gerechten, hartelijke bediening zeker de moeite waard om eens te gaan dineren.
