We ordered food through Thuisbezorgd and it was very disappointing! The food was lukewarm, the meat was tough, and the flavors were downright awful. No one ate it, what a disappointment on Boxing Day!

Well-seasoned food, better than average. The nasi bowl could be a bit bigger, considering the somewhat high price.

If you find a piece of plastic wrap in your tenderloin and complain about it, the "gentleman" on the phone accuses you of wanting free food 🙄. I don't know what's going on there, but the babi pangang wasn't crispy grilled either, just boiled meat. Well, Blue Lotus, you don't have to compensate us. After 30 years of satisfaction, the quality is unfortunately no longer what it used to be, and we're looking for a restaurant where it's actually good, without plastic in my tenderloin.

I've been eating here since I was born, and the quality has always remained consistent. This time I went for the all-you-can-eat option, and it didn't disappoint. The grilled dishes are very carefully seasoned, with a good balance of saltiness and sweetness. The sushi rice was at the right temperature, the seasoning was also very good, and the sushi tasted very fresh. The Chinese classics, like the tenderloin in tausie sauce, also don't disappoint; it's super tender with a very pleasant umami sauce. I'm very satisfied.

The food was meh... we're used to Victoria Gardens, so we thought we'd try something different. Everyone had stomach aches and felt unwell.

The boss is very friendly and the service is very good. The double set meal is large in portion and tastes very authentic. It is not too salty and delicious😋 The double set meal is 42 euros. You can order three dishes and one staple food. I recommend L2 curry chicken, L4 barbecue sauce meat slices with vegetables (more like shacha sauce), L5 black bean meat slices. In addition, you can order wonton soup. I feel very satisfied after eating💕

Ordered food at 4:30 for 6:15 PM. Food arrived an hour late and the order was incomplete. This was the second time we ordered here and last time it was also much too late. Contacted by phone but was also rude there. Got the excuse that it was Pentecost weekend. And that they were half an hour behind. Then it was still an hour late 🤷🏼‍♀️

May 3 Ordered food at 17:10, was delivered at 17:40. Thought this was very fast. Food was bad. Koe loe Kai dough soggy and lukewarm, babi pangang dry, impossible to get through. Throw it in the bin. Waste of money. Called, owner said he would contact me. Haven't heard anything yet. No more Blue Lotus.

Glass of wine served below average, no dark beer. Blue Lotus two-person menu substandard, very little for 2 people, fried noodles. We were looking forward to delicious Chinese food, but it just wasn't it! Next time Shanghai Corner Kennedyplein, was closed on Tuesday unfortunately!

It was very cold in the restaurant, they did place a little heather on a table. We had the sushi, some of it was good. But there were a couple of things that had to be send back I've been here before, it was good then. So maybe I was unfortunated this single time. Staff was friendly

You always pay for disposable cutlery even if you don't want it. Even then you won't get it delivered. With my last order it was even delivered to a different street. The best man from the house where it was delivered brought it to me himself after he realized it was not meant for him. Luckily it was close. A bit sloppy. Food is fine.

Absolutely garbage!!! Delivery was over 45 minutes late. Called and they said “it is out the door right now” (this was when it was 15 minutes late), 20 minutes later i called back and they said the same thing. When I pressed the issue they called the driver and she said she lost the order. Honestly I could have dealt with that if the food was good but it tastes like it was made by people with the blandest taste buds ever. Like YT people trying (and failing) at making ethnic food. Pangsits had no filling in them!!! No seasoning on their white noodles!!!! Who puts cucumbers in a fried noodle dish!!! I have worked in an Indonesian restaurant and I am embarrassed for everyone at this establishment. Shame on you all!!

How they have a 4.3 review on thuisbezorgd is a mystery to me. An hour late and when finally delivered the food was the most flavorless bs I've ever tasted. Gross. Never again.

I placed an order on the website at 2:30 PM for 6:00 PM, but at half past six I called to see how the order was going, lady on the phone says they are on their way, a lot of buzz on the phone, she says he is not on his way, get a manager on the phone saying the dish still needs to be made, I say keep it. My advice is don't order there anymore because nothing will come of it anyway. A big zero for service.

What I thought less was that it was so cold (2nd time), that the spring roll (starter) was only served a while after the main course, that I could not find the normal (a la carte) menu on the website, and that I I don't see a single vegetarian or vegan dish.

We bestellen regelmatig bij deze Chinees, maar vanavond leek het wel of er een nieuwe kok was. Hele vette loempia, kip in tausi saus was heel waterig en niet zo donker als anders en de babi pangang was ook heel waterig. Normaal eten we er 2 dagen van, nu zo de rest weggegooid. Jammer!!

Had dinner at Blue Lotus on Thursday evening. There were only 2 tables occupied. The heater was off You can order 5x5 dishes and stay for 2.5 hours. We always immediately ordered the next round, and they still managed to serve 4 rounds in 3! o'clock. What was on the table was delicious, and we had a good time, but they don't see us anymore.

Blue Lotus has changed over time. Where previously the food was clearly prepared with more attention and everything remains tidy, this is now different. The food is generally quite good. However, quite a bit of salt is used (the food tastes quite salty, especially in certain dishes). In terms of taste it is as expected. What bothers me most is how dirty the containers are. Time and time again (I have ordered quite often), when opening the bags it is clearly visible that the containers are just not soaked in fat/oil. How is it possible that the containers are all so greasy on the outside? Even touching the container with a greasy hand does not have such an effect. I think that's a shame, because I don't think it's hygienic. I wonder how the containers are stored. When I asked the restaurant itself, I did not receive a concrete answer. There is enough variety, which is nice. The amount of vegetables is also not sparingly used, which is a big plus. However, many mistakes are made in terms of orders, the recording of the order (by telephone), the contents that are delivered (or something is missing and 3 times a completely wrong order). All things considered, Blue Lotus is unfortunately no longer an option for me for delivery.

Ik heb vanavond 18-09-2024 een bestelling gedaan. Het was echt smerig. Een zakje kroepoek, 3 ienemieni stukjes, oudbakken (€ 2,80). De rest van het eten was zo smerig dat we het hebben moeten weggooien. Zojuist heb ik het deel wat we hebben gegeten ook maar even gerecycled. Mijn vrouw heeft gebeld om hen netjes op de hoogte te stellen. Het zou worden doorgegeven. Gaan we nooit meer naar toe.

The Nasi Java, previously well filled with pieces of beef, now seems vegetarian as it contains little meat. It used to be a lot better, but since the new concept I find it less pleasant. Everyone has their own taste of course.

Tijd geleden bestel bij bleu lotus laaste paar x erg tegen vallen van 25 augustus bestel kwam veel telaat geen 2 x plastic bekers pinda saus bami en nasi en ook de rest 3 kwart gevult saté stokjes erg droog bijna geen saus erover hebben gebeld voor de 2 bekers saté saus nu uur later nog niks binnen lekker bami en nasi eten zonder saté saus is voor ons laaste keer dat we daar bestellen bij bleu lotus 111 euro kwijt niet normaal en niks compleet eten

Satay dry meat, Noodles, only strings. It used to contain vegetables, but now... literally 1 string of leek. There was egg and ham on top. Wanton soup, salt water with some filling. This too used to be delicious. But now...no, not worth repeating.

We were in the harbor of Purmerend with our boat, we wanted to cook without pans and decided to have a Chinese meal delivered. Ordered online, our mooring of the boat is clearly indicated at the Canal Quay address. Was delivered on time. Friendly delivery lady, food looked nice and delicious! Recommended!

Bestelde 1 normale nasi rames. Het vlees wat erbij geleverd werd was allesbehalve zacht gestoofd maar keihard. Duurde 4 minuten na het eten om alles draden vlees tussen mijn tanden uit te krijgen. De 2 soorten vlees, waarvan bij een een heel vreemde kruiding was gebruikt waardoor ik ging twijfelen aan de versheid, hadden ze gewoon bijelkaar gegooid in een compartiment en was niet eens warm meer. De nasi was meer gebakken rijst dan dat er echt wat doorheen zat, je moest het zoeken met een lucifertje. Het standaard gele kool was niet warm en dreef in wat kookvocht vermengd met een schepje pindasaus zodat het nog ergens naar smaakte. Ook de prijs was 1 euro duurder toen ik moest afrekenen, dus de prijzen op internet kloppen ook al niet. Baggerervaring. Nooit meer Blue Lotus.

Ordered this afternoon in time for delivery before 5 p.m. An order of over 80 euros!! Called at 5:30 pm and said the delivery person was on his way. At 5.45 PM HALF of the order was delivered, the other half would arrive 15 minutes later because the delivery person had forgotten it!!! Called again, it was said that the boss himself would bring the other half. Meanwhile the food was getting cold, the "boss" came to the door and told him that this was really not possible. Very unfortunate Blue Lotus, you might have solved this differently, half of it went into the trash :-(

Ordered food at 4:30 PM and it was there at 6:45 PM after I called to see if it was still coming. Then sat down to eat several bowls of lukewarm tasteless mess that didn't even look like Chinese. Spring rolls were limp, prawn crackers were soft, the nasi looked like white rice, but there was little in it and the meat was rock hard. Even the sauces weren't great. Ik had mijn familie ( 6 stuks ) uitgenodigd en online besteld . Het eten zou 19.20 klaar zijn maar na een telefoontje werd het toch pas 20 uur . De kwaliteit liet echt te wensen over . De kip / kerrie glibbert alle kanten op , de loempia smaakte naar ....??? De mihoen was niet echt lekker . De familie vond het een krappe 6 . Ik bestel er niet meer . Wat een tegenvaller .

Gisteren eten besteld zoals wel vaker. Vandaag nog een keer gegeten van het restant vind ik een stuk ijzerdraad in mn eten. Toen ik belde bood ze excuus aan maar meer kon ze helaas niet doen. Dat noem ik geen service. Voorlopig de laatste keer geweest.

We had a nice dinner at the Blue Lotus. We chose the “all you can eat” option. The quality of the food is good and the service is kind and smooth. There are lots of vegetarian options but when they serve the Sushi they put them on the same plate. That’s why we had to ask several times which Sushi is vegetarian.
