I've dined here a few times now and also had lunch once, and each time the food is consistently surprising. Beautiful, local dishes are combined into complex and, above all, delicious creations. You can tell they pay a lot of attention to both the ingredients and the preparation. The decor is atmospheric and well-maintained, with comfortable seating both inside and outside. The staff is friendly and clearly goes out of their way to ensure you have a pleasant experience. Definitely recommended if you're in the area, but also definitely worth making a conscious effort to make a night of it.

Fine dining, yet accessible, not too fancy, but still a real night out! We were even surprised with some amuse-bouches. It was fun to try new things. We'll definitely be back.

It was our first time here. The staff was friendly, the food was delicious, but we had to pay an extra 5 euros for fries! When we paid, the 50 euros we'd already paid weren't included; we had to ask for it, which we thought was a shame. It shouldn't have been necessary. No apology either. We sent an email, but still no response. It's a shame.

The porcini mushroom panna cotta was a delightful burst of flavor. The duck breast was cooked to perfection. The dessert was divine. We had a wonderful evening and would love to return.

A truly stylish venue, exuding ambiance and a cozy atmosphere. Ideal location; we were lucky enough to have the sun peek through during lunch. The glass-enclosed space made it feel like we were sitting outside on a summer day. The service from the staff was extremely pleasant, and you didn't feel like you were holding up a spot for someone else. Definitely worth repeating.

We dined at this beautiful, atmospheric venue. You could almost, or even completely, call the food culinary! We had the three-course menu. The food looked delicious and refined, and it was. Beautifully presented. We also received several appetizers and bread. What I also appreciated was that we could choose from five different beers on tap (Gulpener beer) with a matching glass for each. The service was also excellent. The menu was always clearly explained. The decor was also excellent, right down to the napkins. I highly recommend this restaurant.

The food was delicious! The surprise menu was very good. The service was polite and informal. The decor is beautiful, but the lighting could use some attention. There are beautiful chandeliers, but the lighting is a bit chilly. It's also quite dark in many places.

What a fantastic place! Everything is perfect here: the food, the decor, the service, the beautiful products and ingredients they use. You can feel the passion and love for the craft, even the beautiful plates and bowls they serve it on. It was a true delight. I'd almost move there for it (I read that I live in the west of the country). The delicious little extras you get, like an amuse-bouche or some delicious homemade sourdough bread, truly complete the evening. Hospitality in its purest form. And for a fantastic price. We had the set menu, and every dish was delicious. The wine was also excellent. In short: if you're in the area, don't miss this restaurant; you're guaranteed a real treat. On a weekday afternoon, we decided to go out for dinner. Where to go this time? We'd heard a lot about the beautiful wine press at Vinck (my boyfriend has some history with it). We were also in for a surprise. Yes, indeed. We'd heard a bit about De Wijnmakers and their hectares of vines spread across various locations in Twente. But what about the food? We drove up, had to pay attention to the parking space, walked to the restaurant, and stared wide-eyed. And then our jaws dropped too... How wonderful to have a truly delicious meal in a restaurant where everything just feels right. The vibe, the staff, the decor, the location, the table setting, the service, the atmospheric music at the right volume in the background, and so on. The delicious and surprising food paired with the perfect wine. Highly recommended. We'll definitely be back.

We had a wonderful meal here; the service was superb. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by a staff member and were able to choose our own table. Since we were dining with our daughter (almost 2), we chose a quiet spot. After we were seated, a delicious appetizer was immediately brought. We also received an amuse-bouche before the appetizer. The flavor combinations and quality of the food were phenomenal! The house wines, of course, were delicious!

We went out for dinner with the family. The food was absolutely delicious! The atmosphere was cozy, and the service was very friendly and knowledgeable. You can tell they're truly passionate about their restaurant. They work with all local businesses, prioritizing sustainability! This is what you call a gem in Twente. We received a super friendly welcome, and the beautiful, tall greenhouse-like interior features cozy tables with beautiful chandeliers and large plants. The atmosphere is fantastic. The food is amazing; we had a 5-course surprise menu, which included appetizers and delicious sourdough bread with rapeseed oil, butter, and salt. All 5 courses were excellent, no fuss, honest food, and generous portions. A variety of flavors and well-prepared. We booked with Wonderbox; usually, you have to choose from a separate menu, but not here. Truly special. We will definitely be back if we're ever in the area.

We went there for wine tasting, the snacks were meager and I didn't like red wine after tasting, I ate a glass of wine and 2 hot porrel platters, which were fried, but nothing different, it is chicken and croquette and frikandel don't belong in such a beautiful building and interiors and outdoor garden. It is recommended for a party.

The food was absolutely delicious! My wife and I went there on a date, and as foodies we didn’t know what to expect, but we were definitely mesmerized and felt like walking through the farms of Twente! We had the 7 course menu with our own choice of drinks. The food was so good that we forgot to take pictures. While the food was beyond great, service wise it was merely average. Our table was not once cleaned or wiped during our 4 hour long dinner. And during times between the courses the waiting time was way off. The first 3 courses were rushed, we barely finished the first plate when the second plate came. The last 4 courses had very long breaks between them, making the overall eating experience a bit confusing, hence why it lasted 4 hours. All in all, a great place to eat, with delicious locally produced products, but don’t have expectations service wise, as they have a lot to improve on.

We had a truly delicious meal in a wonderfully relaxed atmosphere. We received a warm welcome and were seated in a lovely spot in the restaurant. The service was excellent! This time we chose the reader's menu, which was truly outstanding! It was also great that everything was explained. And we appreciated that they primarily use local ingredients.

We took advantage of the social deal offer, and the food was fantastic. All the dishes were beautifully presented and a feast for the eyes. Personally, I found the main course (duck) a bit less than stellar, but that was probably just me.

First time there and it won't be the last. From amuse to dessert delicious. And everything is local.

We go to the readers' menu monthly, and they're always good, but here it was even better. Delicious food, beautifully presented, and with unique ingredients.

My girlfriend and I participated in a wine tasting on Saturday afternoon. Was great, and how enthusiastically they told about the wines. Delicious took home 2 bottles of chef from 2022.

It's a decent restaurant, but you have to be the type for this one. A lot of attention is paid to the background of the food, which is certainly nice, and the restaurant is surrounded by a vineyard/herb garden. The food you get on your plate is beautiful because everything has a real story and is of good quality. If you choose something "efficient" on the menu, the prices are also certainly reasonable, except for coffee and some drinks. Although we were there on a Monday evening, I didn't find it a restaurant with a lot of hustle and bustle, but rather a low-stimulus atmosphere. Calm background music and generally quiet guests with fine motor skills who almost whisper to each other. Nothing wrong with that, but as mentioned, you have to be the type for this kind of restaurant. Incidentally, it's a really beautiful building and beautifully decorated.

What a wonderful evening we had! Upon arrival you will be amazed by the beautiful restaurant, which is cozy and modern. Large plants, a beautiful chandelier and cozy seating areas created by a wavy sofa, a lot of thought has gone into it. The acoustics were excellent, despite the fact that it is a tall glass building and therefore in one large room. By using acoustic insulation on the walls, this has been taken into account. The dishes were delicious and were all paintings. Made from local ingredients and served by knowledgeable staff. We went for a 3-course menu, but in between we also got appetizers to, as said, 'activate the taste buds.' All in all, this wasn't just a night out for dinner, it was an experience. Congratulations to the staff at De Vinck and we will definitely come here more often!

Last Friday we visited Vinck in Geesteren for the first time. What a wonderful evening with the two of us. The hosts and ladies in service are top notch. Extremely friendly and seem to enjoy their work. The food, consisting largely of regional products, is sublimely prepared. This certainly wasn't the last time we ate here. Thanks for the hospitality and the delicious food.

Prachtige locatie en een heerlijk restaurant. Accoustic is heel goed ondanks dat de ruimte veel hoogte heeft. Heel sfeervol ingericht en echt fijnproevertjes qua gangen, het waren prachtig geserveerde kunstwerkjes. Veel ruimte tussen de gangen...heel fijn. Twee rode wijnen van het huis besteld: de Chef en de Rode Ros...mmmmmm. Echte aanwinst 🥰 Dank voor de fijne avond!
