Desolate cocktails are a cola-rum mix with two ice cubes. This is not a Cuba Libre.

A nice place with a lot of potential, but in my opinion, it isn't being realized. The staff are empty-handed. The tables on the terrace are piled high with dirty dishes, which attracts an awful lot of wasps. It takes a long time for someone to come and take an order, while the staff are standing around talking to each other. It is a really nice, atmospheric place, but it lacks structure and direction for the staff.

We ate there twice with four people and were very satisfied! 👏 We tried the schnitzel with pepper sauce and sides, Wiener schnitzel with sides, chicken nuggets with fries, salad with fresh salmon and salad carpaccio, as well as the Gilde chicken with sides. 👍 The staff is very friendly, and the atmosphere has a real vacation feel. 🌞🥰 The food prices are excellent. The food was delicious and the service was nice and friendly.

We had a delicious and lovely meal. An extensive menu, but also an incredibly fun play area for the children, who were even allowed to pick out a gift from the treasure chest.

A reservation was offered for 9:30 PM, even though they close at 9:00 PM. We drove there, and all the doors were closed. Then we were told that the kitchen closes at 8:00 PM. If you've reserved a table that late, you can't exactly go somewhere else afterward.

A nice little place to eat, but the welcome isn't warm and ordering is impersonal via a QR code. On this particular day, there were only two employees running the place, even though all the tables were full. Otherwise, the menu is fairly standard, but good. In good weather, you can sit outside and enjoy the view of the water.

A very friendly welcome, good choice of meals, The food was of a good quality and just the right amount. Very nice cocktails, although they were a bit over the top with ice. Lekker appelstrudel (it was listed on the menu as appeltaart, but I was made aware before ordering). Nice view over the water. Would certainly go again !

The menu has something for everyone, a nice and pleasant atmosphere, and friendly service. Orders can also be placed via QR code; we tried it with drinks, and it worked perfectly. Due to the fall break, it was busy, and we needed a table for seven people, so the online reservation option was a plus. Everyone was satisfied.

We had a good meal today. I can't understand the current rating for this restaurant at all.

Unfortunately, I can't review the restaurant itself because I can't access it with my mobility scooter due to the high threshold on the terrace, which requires climbing the steep ramps. If I were to climb the terrace, which isn't accessible through another entrance, I'd have to drive all the way around the building to get inside or use the restroom. It's truly ridiculous that the threshold, with a simple teardrop plate, can't be adjusted for walkers and strollers.

Unfortunately, we didn't have a reservation. The head waiter was very unfriendly and immediately sent us and our two small children away. It was only 5:30 p.m., and three-quarters of the tables were empty, some without reservation signs. We were only informed that the snack bar was open. It's a shame they didn't even try to accommodate us...

We were here with a group. The waiter was visibly struggling to take our order. The girls were more on the ball. The atmosphere is great. Only people with disabilities have a long walk to get into the restaurant. Everyone else has to climb a steep flight of stairs. I had a vegan burger, which wasn't worth the price. The schnitzels didn't seem freshly made. They looked like the kind you'd buy at a supermarket. Overall, you can go once and then it's fine.

It's a cozy and informal restaurant. The service is very friendly, and very child-friendly. I highly recommend it! The prices are also reasonable.

We just ate here. No wait, but that's no surprise. The food was worth a maximum of €6, but the average charge is €18. The kids were happy, but if you want something decent, I recommend going elsewhere. The atmosphere is nice.

Overall, I recommend it. The service could have been a bit faster, but that's my only criticism. The menu isn't overly extensive, yet there's something for every taste. The prices are absolutely reasonable, too. Other restaurants in holiday parks charge significantly more. We had a lovely evening with good food and a fantastic view.

Nice terrace, also good for drinks

In a word, fantastic. I stumbled upon this place, and it's a shame it's so far from home, otherwise I'd eat here much more often; it's so delicious.

Very disappointing. All the seats were supposedly full, but everything outside was empty. The waitress said in an hour, some waiter would come over and bark at us for 1.5 hours. I said we could sit outside if we wanted. Waiter... no, we're not doing that today. And in such an arrogant manner... unfortunately, we only serve the tourists on the square, not the rich ones with their boats from the surrounding area. Sorry, Molecateners, your restaurant will never see us again.

I have really mixed views about this restaurant. Some of the staff were friendly and attentive. Others felt like i was a hindrence for asking a question or needing something. Some of the food was "ok" but nothing special (especially when you charge 20€ for a burger and 6€ for a kids ice cream without a 'surprise' (or maybe that was it?). Whereas the steak was really good but charging 4€ for 2x portions of ketchup seems excessive. Even at the cafe next door it wasn't that much. Toilets were clean, dogs are welcome inside and its a good idea to get a reservation. Allergy menu didn't exist until I asked about dessert and a waitress brought over the guide. It wasn't worth the money in my opinion.

The ordering system is poor; you can order multiple items at once without realizing it. Staff doesn't follow up on any comments.

The lady at the snack bar is not very positive, I would even call her a sourpuss. If I were the owner I would throw her out without any mercy. Completely done with what a nasty person.

Looks good, delicious food. 1 very big disadvantage: if you are not very mobile, you better not go. There is no elevator! For a company with this image, that is a very bad thing. In the early and late season, many elderly people go on vacation who generally have something to spend. You are now forced to walk a very long way from the parking lot. Or climb a high staircase and that is quite difficult with a walker, wheelchair or stick. Again, it was very nice, but us, 70-somethings and a 90-something, will definitely not come again.

Restaurant Zuid Zoet Zout is a great restaurant with a lovely ambiance. It's especially nice to sit there in the evening. The food isn't bad! However, we were asked for bread, and that was added to our bill. So always be aware of whether you want to pay for the bread. Otherwise, as I said, it's recommended!

Every year the friendliness decreases, you can feel the tension in the restaurant. The cafeteria takes it to the next level: you are sent away without mercy if you come for an ice cream with your children at 20:31. One minute past closing time, and they just turn around when you are already inside. If you treat children like that, you have really gone into the wrong profession. What sour people.

They don't know what time the snack corner opens. That changes every day. They don't have anything in stock. Frozen hamburger and no cutlets.

We ate at the restaurant twice last week. The first time the service was not really up to their task. But the food was fine and certainly not too expensive. We sat inside in a somewhat unpleasant place, hence the scores for service and atmosphere. The second time the permanent staff was present and the difference was certainly noticeable; extremely friendly and very adequate. This time we sat outside in the sun; really enjoyed the view, each other and the excellent food. Compliments!!!

We ate with 13 people (big and small). The staff is friendly, the atmosphere is nice and the food was consistently good. Gluten-free was also possible.

We have our boat here in the harbor and can now recommend this restaurant again. The steak and pork schnitzel were really good. The salad was fresh. There was nothing to complain about.

We were here for the first time yesterday and had reserved a table with the request to be able to sit close to the children's play area. And what can I say? The evening far exceeded our expectations! The restaurant itself was decorated for Christmas and in combination with the beautifully set tables, this created a wonderfully harmonious overall picture. Our table was in the immediate vicinity of the varied play area (play kitchen, wooden train, painting board, large motor skills table, great Lego table with chairs, etc.) and we were greeted with our family name on the reservation sign, which we thought was really great! The service staff was super friendly and incredibly attentive. It just doesn't get any better! And the food was a dream. The starters, the main course and the dessert simply left nothing to be desired! The recommended wine also hit the mark. We haven't had such a successful and delicious visit to a restaurant in a long time! It's a shame we can't stay longer. Then we would definitely come here again. Thank you for such a wonderful evening in such a great restaurant!

Last Saturday we had dinner here with a group of 20 adults and 20 children. The food was delicious, but especially the service deserves a lot of praise! We had already communicated in advance what we wanted to eat and once the time came, everything could be put on the table so quickly that everyone could eat right away. The restaurant worked very well with the organization of such a large group and it went perfectly.

After the many negative reviews, I had reservations about visiting the restaurant. I was pleasantly surprised. The food was delicious, the waiters polite and attentive. We have to get used to the new prices in the catering industry. The portions are no longer what they used to be, where a lot went back. So we can recommend the restaurant.

Leuke plek om te eten, geweldig uitzicht over het meer ,we waren met 12 personen, er werd snel plaats voor ons gemaakt zodat we bij elkaar konden zitten, vlotte bediening, genoeg keuze voor ieder wat wils,

We went to get an ice cream at the snack corner. We wanted 2x sundaes with nuts, but you cannot indicate that at the ordering column. Our son had a soft ice cream cone with nuts. Inside I asked if the sundaes could also have nuts. I was immediately told NO by the grumpy man. He neatly put the nuts on our son's cone, but it was not possible to buy additional nuts for the sundae. Whole container full of nuts, spoon in it but NO...it's not possible. Weird and far from service.

Nice place to eat, the schnitzel was really tasty! The tomato soup on the lunch menu is really not recommended, it is just powder made with water and really not edible. Very unfortunate! Furthermore, a nice place, clean and well maintained. Friendly people!

Ambience great. Food is solid but not commensurate with the prices. With a burger that costs just under 20 euros, I can expect that the meat patty is not a ready-made patty. Tomato soup was delicious. The bread plate for 7 euros with three small rolls and some mayonnaise was quite expensive. The fries with fish were okay but not particularly special either. You pay 3 euros for a 0.2 cola here. You can always find a restaurant that is acceptable after a long journey but doesn't necessarily deserve a second visit.

Eating takes a long time and if you wait that long, the wrong things come! I won't come here again!

Took a very long time. We waited almost 2 hours for the main course because we had had a starter, they said.

21.50 me and my friend arrived at this restaurant. I hadn't asked her anything yet or about the restaurant and this female employee shouted at me from 5 meters away, with a very short and rude tone: 'NO, we are CLOSING'. While two other people walking behind me were helped and two more people drank their drinks on the terrace. I wanted to buy a pre-packed magnum and she said this was not possible, even though I had not asked for anything yet. Then a friend of mine, very Dutch, came and finally managed to order it. I don't have much good to say about her behavior, except that she needs to learn patience and take a customer service course. And otherwise better work somewhere else where she doesn't work with people, because this is extremely rude and not appropriate. I feel not only belittled, but also discriminated against by this grumpy, unfriendly woman. If she wants to close earlier, she must adjust the opening hours. If you are foreign and you are also being discriminated against, be sure to report this here! If you are still in the holiday mood, leave well before closing time.

Was here yesterday. We entered and indicated that we had made a reservation. A man 'server' just look outside or inside. We sat down inside and received a menu card and you have to order drinks via the QR code. The waiter came to us and said 'as a choice made in an irritated manner' I indicated that I could not choose and wanted to look further. The server walked away angrily. He came back and said he could now make a choice. We passed on our choice and we took a bread board together as a starter and main course fish and chips and steak. We got the bread board with 4 small rolls on it with 2 sauces, one of which tasted salty and the other tasted of nothing. I walked to the bar to pay for the starter and drinks because this is definitely not worth your money and they are not friendly! The irritated waiter saw me and immediately said yes, the food is ready and I thought how is this possible? The starter isn't even finished yet? I don't think anything is made fresh?! We just left because this is not how you treat people.

Ordered fries at the snack bar, this goes through the restaurant on a weekday. Had coffee in the restaurant. This was good coffee, not very hot, but tasty. Even though we were almost the only ones, it was a nice atmosphere. Looks neat and hygienic. With a beautiful view over the water towards Harderwijk.

I thought it was a shame that they didn't have fresh juices or smoothies for children or anyone who wanted to eat reasonably healthy. Many options in terms of fries, beer and sweets, but hardly any healthy options!

Delicious food. Extremely friendly service and delicious food. Certainly not a standard holiday park restaurant. Definitely highly recommended!

We come here regularly. Our experiences vary. For example, we have a small dog who is used to sitting on a chair at the table. He is calm and doesn't care about the food on the table, that's how he was trained. This is because there is often glass on the floor in restaurants. This is always okay and some staff will make a special drawing of our dog for our table if we have made a reservation. Today, however, he was not allowed on the chair and had to sit on the floor. We also missed the fresh orange juice. We didn't get fresh orange juice, but from a bottle. This also tasted bitter and we left it alone. The cooking and preparation of the meat has recently been of very good quality.

Kerstavond gegeten met vrienden, was een gezellige sfeer (leuk versierd) maar erg rustig. Achteraf was dat ideaal, zeer vriendelijk personeel en erg attent. Eten was smaakvol en goede hoeveelheid. Aanrader als je in de buurt bent.

Voor de tweede keer geen appelgebak bij de koffie. Wat wordt als alternatief aangeboden?? Een bittergarnituurtje 🤢!!! Ja hoor bij de koffie... Hoe kun je het verzinnen.

Personeel is vriendelijk, het eten was oké maar niet wat je in een (eenvoudig) restaurant verwacht. Gefrituurde hamburger met een paar frietjes zonder groente, pannenkoek waar het vet vanaf druipt. Net iets meer dan de naastgelegen snackbar.

Gezellig restaurant, maar helaas heeft de beheerder van het pand besloten dat de lift niet gebruikt mag worden door gasten. Wanneer je dus afhankelijk bent van een rolstoel of rollator, of op een andere manier slecht ter been bent, moet je proberen via een lange hellingbaan naar boven te komen. Bijzonder klantonvriendelijk én jammer want het bedienend personeel is heel vriendelijk en doet zijn uiterste best om het de gasten naar de zin te maken

We hebben hier twee keer gegeten omdat we op vakantie waren bij Landal Greenparks Waterparcs. Dit Landal park "leent" faciliteiten van nabijgelegen Molecaten, waar dit restaurant Zuid Zoet Zout deel van uitmaakt. Daar we al bij menig Landal park restaurant positief verrast waren van de kwaliteit van het eten en/of de bediening, vonden we het hier toch wat minder. Het eten was zeker niet slecht, maar ook niet heel bijzonder en de bediening liet hier (tijdens het diner althans) ook wat te wensen over. Om overigens gewoon ergens in de middag te gaan zitten en wat te drinken is het verder een prima plek, met genoeg spelendingetjes voor de kinderen prima vermaak! Het oordeel is verder gebaseerd op de ervaringen tijdens (2x) dineren: - De hamburgers leken meer op verwarmde diepvries hamburgers van de nabijgelegen snackbar. Voor de totaalprijs zat er ook slechts een bakje friet bij, ook niet bijzonder veel (voor mij overigens wel genoeg, ik ben een gemiddelde eter), maar groente moet je dan wel apart bijbestellen. Dan kom je al gauw boven de 20 euro uit, dan vind ik persoonlijk de prijs/kwaliteit niet in verhouding. - Mijn vrouw was dan wel weer wat meer te spreken over de poke bowl. - De kinderen klaagden ook niet en waren blij met de patat en frikandel en ook met het kleine kadootje dat ze mochten uitzoeken na het dessert. Een kritischere noot over het personeel, dat verder vriendelijk en beleefd is (en ook leuk met de kinderen om gaat): - Ondanks dat het restaurant beiden keren echt niet heel druk bezet was (30-40% van de tafels bezet) liep er maar 1 iemand van de bediening, had het veel te druk met telefoneren (waarschijnlijk reserveringen) en daardoor veel te weinig tijd om bestellingen op te nemen bij de tafels. - Toen we om de dessert kaart vroegen hebben we het na 10 min wachten nog een tweede keer moeten vragen - uiteindelijk ben ik maar naar de bediening achter de bar gegaan om te vragen of ze snel de dessert kaarten konden brengen of we anders weg zouden gaan (na 1.5 uur in een restaurant worden de kinderen ook ongeduldig). - De meiden achter de bar leken ook alleen verantwoordelijk te zijn voor het brengen van de drankjes en niet voor het opnemen van de bestellingen. De ober had zich nog wel verontschuldigd voor de drukte, maar ook de eerste keer dat we er waren ging het wat slordig, werden er dingen vergeten, etc. en dat laat geen goede indruk achter. Neem ik het personeel verder ook niet (alleen) kwalijk, maar de bedrijfsleiding moet gewoon zorgen dat er voldoende personeel is.

Het was super lekker, alleen vonden wij de porties vlees iets te weinig. Daarentegen reuzeporties patat. Het personeel was super vriendelijk! Het ambiance binnen en buiten erg gezellig! Erg mooie uitzicht!

Mooie locatie, attente snelle bediening

Leuke locatie met een mooi terras & uitzicht over het Veluwemeer. Kaart is niet heel bijzonder, maar de gerechten zijn kwalitatief verder prima.

Vandaag met een groep met volwassenen, pubers en kinderen gegeten bij Zuid Zoet Zout. Fantastische bediening (Lara). Speelde goed en leuk in op de wensen van ons allemaal. Dus een aanrader.

Prima eten. Kids konden spelen in een klein speelhoekje. Personeel doet niet moeilijk over heen en weer lopende kids. Iets oudere vrouw met blond lang haar was erg aardig. Deed haar werk goed. Een wat jongere meid met bruine haren had er duidelijk minder zin in, deze was niet klantvriendelijk. Gooide bijna de toetjes op tafel en was denk ik iets te content met een kok. Ze verbleef namelijk graag in de keuken terwijl de andere meiden druk aan het werk waren.

Lekker gegeten in dit restaurant. Beach look qua inrichting. 1 wat oudere dame was zeer vriendelijk en heeft ons een fijne service verleent. Vandaar de 4 sterren, er was namelijk ook iemand die de borden gewoon op tafel kwakte en zo weg liep.

Lekker gegeten bij dit restaurant op Molecaten. Kleine kaart. Personeel zeer vriendelijk.

Heerlijk gegeten met de kids, had zelf een super lekkere geitenkaas salade. Medewerkers zijn leuk met de kinderen vooral de lange slanke jongen met lichte ogen. Goede service en prima kwaliteit eten.

Vriendelijk/behulpzaam personeel en nette tafels op ruime afstand van elkaar. Eten was goed maar niet heel bijzonder, dat zal de strekking/ambitie van dit restaurant niet zijn. Er is een mooi en groot buitenterras. Wel fijn om na het zeilen zo'n restaurant op korte afstand te hebben!

Genoeg keus voor lunch en diner. Buitenterras en binnen zeer ruim. Vriendelijke bediening, normale prijzen.

Lekkere Cappuccino gedronken. Broodjes kroket zijn ook lekker, en het uitzicht op het hoge buitenterras is mooi over het Veluwemeer. Vriendelijk personeel ook
