I ordered an hour ago at 6:45 PM, which was the expected delivery time. Now it's 8:04 PM and they still haven't arrived! I'm going to demand a refund. It's a shame it has to be this way.

Disappointing Experience: Very long wait and cold delivery Last week we placed an order. Unfortunately, the entire experience was very disappointing. Extremely long wait: The food wasn't delivered for an hour and a half. Cold pizza: To my great frustration, the pizza arrived cold. I checked the temperature: the inside was only 32 degrees Celsius, while the outside was still in the 20s. I was forced to reheat the pizza in the oven, which didn't improve the quality. Quality of satay: The chicken satay was also subpar. Previously, this dish had large pieces of chicken, but this time, they were very small. The consistency and presentation were reminiscent of dog food, which is a significant drop in quality. Positive note: The pasta, however, was perfectly fine. Complaint handling: I filed a complaint by phone immediately after receiving the order. The employee understood the seriousness of the situation and indicated that it was "very bad." I was promised that they would contact me by phone to find a suitable solution. Unfortunately, this didn't happen, which only adds to our disappointment with your service. Conclusion: This was a huge disappointment. Given the repeatedly very long wait times in previous orders, the extremely poor quality of the delivery (cold pizza), and the lack of response to my complaint, we have decided not to order from them again.

We had a wonderful meal here two years ago, but this time it was a huge disappointment. There was no beer (they forgot to chill it for a Saturday night), the pizza dough was bland, the coffee had vinegar (from the cleaning), and the wine options were dry or sweet (they didn't have the promised wines like Chardonnay on the menu). Sadly, we'll never be back.

I've ordered from here a few times now. There's always something wrong with the order. It's good and tasty, though. I waited almost two hours for a simple pasta pollo with penne. I got called again and again to say they didn't have any penne. I don't understand what's going wrong.

We went there with the idea of ​​having a nice meal for the three of us. Initially, it went well. Unfortunately, our thoughts quickly changed. Our starters (two tomato soups and one roll with herb butter) took an hour to be ready. We were only told later that it would take a little longer due to the crowds, thinking, "Oh well, it happens sometimes." When the main course arrived (one spaghetti, one pizza, and one lasagna), the spaghetti was cold and soggy and, according to our group, tasted like ready-made food from the supermarket. The pizza was almost cardboard and had more of a crust than it should. My husband said even supermarkets do better. The lasagna was more like just sauce and a mountain of cheese. We don't think this is very appropriate. The soup didn't say it contained cheese, but it actually contained quite a bit. (My husband has a hard time with this.) While eating the main course, my husband and I started feeling unwell, but less than 5 minutes after leaving, he vomited because the food wasn't prepared properly. My partner and I are now stuck with food poisoning. We really don't think this is acceptable. (You might think it was pure coincidence and nothing to do with them, but all three of us felt perfectly fine all day, afternoon and morning, and there was nothing wrong.) Unfortunately, we won't recommend this place and won't be back. We didn't mind the crowds at all because it was the weekend, and when the kitchen gets busier, things can happen. However, the quality of the food is a different story. We're extremely disappointed.

My son and daughter-in-law are now both in bed with greasy food poisoning thanks to a visit to this place yesterday! Since I can't find an email address, I'd like to contact you within 48 hours, otherwise I'll contact the Food and Consumer Product Safety Authority.

We usually eat at Stromboli through soc.deal. There's plenty of choice and the food is delicious. The staff is friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

After visiting Walibi with a Social Deal, eight of us went here for dinner. The service was friendly and the food was excellent! It was probably because of the sheer volume that we had to wait a while before we could eat.

The atmosphere is good. The service is good and friendly. We had to wait a long time for our food. The food was reasonable. Not wheelchair accessible.

I placed an order online at 4:50 PM, requesting immediate delivery. It was finally delivered at 6:35 PM. When I tried to call to inquire about the order, the number was constantly busy.

We were a large group (7) and sat upstairs in the restaurant. It was boiling hot, and we had to wait over an hour and a half for our pizzas. The pizzas themselves were absolutely delicious! I would definitely order from them again, but I wouldn't eat here again. The service, however, was very friendly.

Very poor quality of the food, waited very long. If the food was worth the wait then this would not be a problem. Really not recommended!

Worst pizza I've ever had to eat in my life! Hard as a rock, barely any toppings, and inedible! The calzone was a pile of dough filled with meat! Simply disgusting and not recommended! I advise everyone not to order or eat there! I paid 61 euros for 3 pizzas and 1 calzone! The place is a disgrace.

Ordered 2 pizzas online. That all went well, but the pizzas were cold and tough. We couldn't even eat the crusts, it was so tough. Too bad, because we were looking forward to a nice fresh pizza instead of a frozen one, but the frozen one would have been better and also cheaper. Really bummed about it. No more pizza from Stromboli for us.

Unfortunately the quality is much less than before, for us this was the last time. Pizza was tough, and cold it was anything but a fresh hot pizza… We reported this, and later asked for an explanation by email but unfortunately no response.

Upon arrival they still had to clean from the night before, toilets very dirty. Pizza was not cooked. Price quality was far to seek.

Ordered durum and hair salons yesterday at 6:00 PM, which would take 45 minutes. After not receiving anything for 1 hour, we called and were told it would take 10 minutes. Half an hour further and still nothing inside, again called: "It is now being packed" We finally waited 3 hours for our food. Durum was not real durum, chicken was burnt at the hair salon and poor quality.

Delicious pizzas. A nice, crispy base and generous toppings. Highly recommended.

You can eat well. And they have very friendly staff.

The food was tasty. Friendly waitresses. I thought the decor and atmosphere were dated and we had to wait a very long time for our food. After we had received the menu for dessert, more than 20 minutes later no one was there to take our order and we left. So we sat for 1 hour and 45 minutes for just a main course.

I can't believe it, I order food here via home delivery and I get a call that my order is being cancelled. They don't deliver to my work because it's too far, while home delivery simply says they deliver here. I could pick it up or cancel it, so they're making their problem my problem... just deliver. Don't order because you will get a lot of whining because it is "too far".

We were here with a large group. The food was brought out to everyone at about the same time and was very tasty. The service was top notch.

Addition October 2023: had pizza: the toppings were good but the pizza itself was unfortunately too tough. Update August 2024: I was invited by a friend to have dinner here. Unfortunately, the pizza base is still too firm and therefore not that tasty. The toppings are tasty and sufficiently filled. The starter salad pollo and carpaccio were also very tasty and tasty. By chance I saw the dough being taken out of the freezer, probably for use that evening or the next day.

Reservation: Simple and fast via Social deal. You can also call or make a reservation via Thuisbezorgd. Good food for affordable price: We have now eaten several dishes to our complete satisfaction. Good taste and good portions. The only point for improvement is to perform better with the pre-dishes. A soup is served in a bowl, nothing added. Give the presentation a little more attention so that the experience is different.

Atmospheric restaurant, small. It is so busy with takeaway that the ladies barely have time to serve the seated guests. The food was very tasty but took a very long time and the desserts were not served immediately, so half of them had already finished their ice cream and the rest were still waiting.

It is a nice restaurant with a cozy outdoor terrace.

After asking to surprise us we were asked what we didn't like, we said fish of course. Afterwards we also get a pizza that actually had everything on it. It was so full of flavor that it tingled my tongue in such an amazing way that my glasses floated off my head and started talking to me. Unfortunately, the pizza was burnt on the bottom. Hard dough, hardly resembling a real Italian pizza. Tables not made, dirty.

Order well in advance so that it can be delivered on time. After the stated delivery time, I had not received any food, so after a while I called to check whether the order had gone through correctly. It was indicated that the order would arrive. I then waited another 20 minutes. The food was absolutely not tasty, a pizza with half a base was just dough and where the topping was, it was almost only tomato sauce, so it was inedible. The Turkish pizza doner was like a bite of dough with barely any filling. Paid a lot for what was ultimately eaten... If you want good food, it is better to order from Sandwich Bar Dronten, it may cost a little more there, but at least you can be sure that you will have tasty food and it will be delivered on time! For us it won't be at Stromboli anymore.

Scored a delicious 3-course menu via social deal. Unfortunately there was no Lambrousco and little choice of beer. Nice service and a bit of atmosphere missing.

Lekker gegeten met een mooie prijs (Social Deal). Voorgerecht en pizza kwamen erg snel. Op het dessert moesten wij wat langer wachten, maar voor ons geen probleem. Het restaurant had het erg druk dus de bediening moest zelfs op zijn fiets stappen om te bezorgen. Prima avond!

Gisteravond hier gegeten via Social Deal. Ik had ze ook een review gegeven op Social Deal, die hebben ze waarschijnlijk verwijderd. Ook met de Social Deal zou ik het niet aanraden om hier te eten. De bediening is behoorlijk onprofessioneel. Ik had een pizza doner en onder een stuk vlees (op de pizza) zat nog wat aluminiumfolie. Toen ik de bediening hierop aansprak zei ze: ‘sorry, ik weet niet wat ik hier mee aan moet. Ze is ermee naar de keuken gegaan en kwam terug met het antwoord: ‘de doner rol zit omwikkeld met aluminiumfolie.’ Dit is geen excuus dat het op de pizza terecht komt lijkt mij. Vervolgens hebben ze niks gedaan om dit correct op te lossen. Een gratis drankje was al een goede oplossing geweest. Ze vroegen alleen of wel onze toetjes nog wel wilden (hier hadden we niks over gezegd) oftewel, geen aanrader….

Goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding, heerlijk gegeten. De porties zijn aan de grote kant, vooral voor de kindermenu. Tekort aan eten heb je hier niet. Fijne bediening met ongedwongen sfeer.

Pizza met ongebruikelijke ingrediënten. Altijd warm bij aflevering.

Heren van Stromboli hebben op verzoek even een speciale konijnen pizza in elkaar gezet. Kwaliteit prijs is helemaal op orde.

Heerlijke schotel döner, voor 1 persoon teveel. Gewoon volgende dag even restant in oven (ook de frietjes) (5 min op 180°). Gaat prima, alleen frietjes even licht insmeren met olie

Normaal alles keurig en lekker, echter nu voor de 2x helaas niet lekker. We betalen al extra voor de garnalen in onze spagetti, maar dan missen er de standaard ingrediënten. Garnalen te lang gebakken en waren keihard, weinig tot geen tomaten en mijn bakje zat overvol met ham!

Pizza besteld op een lastige locatie, eerder geleverd dan de aangegeven tijd, door een knappe bezorger in nette bedrijfskleding. De pizza's waren steenoven gebakken en heerlijk. Zeker een aanrader!

Het was lekker alleen sommige shoarma die die een beetje slecht was dat was wel jammer maar de rest perfect en goed optijd

De bestelling was er snel en het eten was goed warm. De opmerkingen die ik geplaatst had bij de bestelling waren allemaal doorgevoerd naar wens. Absolute aanrader!
