A very bad experience with this restaurant. I visited this restaurant with my children on Friday evening. The restaurant was completely empty at that time; this was at 8:20 PM. Nevertheless, we decided to give it a chance and ordered several dishes. The food was served remarkably quickly, and at that moment, it tasted good. However, later that same evening, I became extremely ill. I vomited violently several times and felt so unwell that I was unable to work the next day. My son also developed severe gastrointestinal issues. Because the symptoms started a few hours after the meal, I am seriously concerned about the food safety and hygiene of this restaurant. I reported this to the restaurant by phone, but I found the response particularly disappointing and nonchalant. I was told that the owner was not present and that he would call me back later or that I should just send an email. I did not receive an apology or any serious response. I will therefore also report my experience to the NVWA, so that they can assess whether further investigation into the food safety and hygiene of this restaurant is necessary. For us, it was a very bad experience. I would not eat here again for the time being.

We ate at the restaurant. On Saturday evening, we were the only guests. The restaurant is very uninviting and messy. There are items, crates, etc., everywhere. The disabled toilet was also a mess and had a broken sink. The service was friendly and the ordered dishes arrived quickly. The portions are so huge that we were completely full after 2 rounds (normally we manage about 5). The sushi tasted delicious! Highly recommended. Next time, I would prefer to order and pick it up.

Very bad experience. I had ordered food and assumed the rice did not contain ham or other meat. To my surprise, it turned out there was ham in it. I called politely to resolve the issue, but the employee on the phone just started shouting. I could barely understand her, and having a normal conversation was impossible. That is why I went to the restaurant to explain it calmly. There, I was treated anything but politely again. A male employee also started shouting at me and blamed me, while I only wanted a solution. Eventually, they decided to prepare a new portion. During preparation, several employees spoke to each other in their own languages ​​and then started laughing. As a result, I felt very uncomfortable and lost all confidence in them. Ultimately, I threw the food away. What started as a simple mistake in the order ended in very unprofessional treatment. No apologies, no understanding, and no refund. I will never return here and would advise others to think twice before ordering here.

The food was not magnificent. The chicken was raw and the noodles had a strange taste. Once and never again to order there.

Long wait for drinks; with the all-you-can-eat menu, everything was on the table almost at the same time. The food was good, but the toilets were down the stairs with a lot of cobwebs. The disabled toilet was not in use.

People are hypocritical. The food is okay, and I wonder why the food is slid under a hatch and not cooked in full view of customers? What are you hiding?

I was a regular customer and always enjoyed coming here, but unfortunately, I am very disappointed. The portions of the poké bowls have clearly become smaller. Compared to before, you now don't even get half of what you used to get, while the price has remained the same. For this price, I expect a fair and consistent portion. It's a shame, because this makes me doubt whether I will come back.

I am standing and waiting for my order, taking a quick look around. The entrance is covered in dust and the windows look dirty. Everything could use a good clean.

We had a delicious meal there; it was served quickly and the service was friendly. The food was delicious, generous portions are served, and we had a nice evening. We don't live nearby, but we are willing to drive there especially for it. Thank you!

I booked an all-you-can-eat reservation. I had to wait 45 minutes for drinks And an hour for the first round. I ordered a total of two rounds in 2.5 hours and didn't even receive all the dishes. Afterward, I indicated that I wasn't entirely happy with how things had gone and expected compensation. This wasn't possible due to the crowds, even though only three tables were occupied. Poor service! Long waits! Definitely not going back!

It started off well, nice and quiet (the restaurant was empty) and we were helped quickly, but after the first round, the service remained mostly absent, and we had to go and find it ourselves. Understandable if you're the only one in the restaurant, but it could be better. The sushi was delicious. If I had ordered sushi online from Sasaki and received this, I would have been perfectly satisfied. My biggest disappointment was the meat. The beef and steak were so overcooked that they were tough and hard. The scoops of ice cream at the end were also rather mediocre. We also had a young child with us (6). It would have been nice if they had offered a coloring page or something similar; some all-you-can-eat restaurants do that :) Sasaki leaves a lot to be desired in my opinion. I wouldn't be returning anytime soon. The passive service and the poor-quality meat are the deal-breakers for me.

Delicious food, friendly staff.

We order from Sasaki almost weekly (via their own website) and it's always great! The food arrives on time and is super fresh! We wouldn't want any other sushi!

Two times in a row was bad, disappointing to say at least.

The cappuccino was cold 😤 the volume of the soup was not specified, we ordered a wok but the dish was different from the traditional one.

What the hell is this??? Sales tax I only found this out when I got home. Such a shame.

The food was excellent, but the dishes we ordered didn't arrive at the same time after a long wait. We also didn't receive some dishes, and the men's restroom was infested with a family of flies; it was extremely filthy. The service was also antisocial in responding to our complaints/feedback. Due to the waiter's rude reaction, we left the second time around.

Aaahhh I remember this so well. We came in, no one in the restaurant in terms of other guests! A-ma-zing! And I mean that :D Not because the food is so terrible, because it is just good! Many people do take-out. Keep doing it, I will come by. The food is really good! Big pieces, big portions, full after 2 rounds! Unbelievable. They offered drinks once, maybe do that more often! ;) Otherwise, keep it up, and you will see us again soon!

What a fantastic restaurant with a very nice concept, the food was excellent, delicious flavors and the sushi is of top quality. Been here many times now and it is a culinary experience every time, just don't understand why people in this region don't know this restaurant yet otherwise you would have had to book months in advance 🤗.

It's aight, if you're going here for atmosphere alone then I definitely wouldn't recommend it though. I think it's more of a delivery place as the overall interior is lacking a lot. Food was alright, just nothing that would make me go out of my way to order again however. In my case the salmon nigiri was very thick and slightly fishy (not in a good way). Staff is friendly, but could benefit from a bit more (extroverted) energy. Overall just an aight place, but I'm used to a bit more from all-you-can-eat sushi places.

I don't know where it went wrong but now I don't know how reliable Google reviews are..... For that reason I'm leaving the review but I advise people to just try it instead of accepting my review here, besides I can't speak Chinese Japanese or Korean so I wouldn't be able to type it either

If you are a pokebowl lover I would definitely not go there. 10/10 I took pokebolw with spicy salmon and crab. Super tasty. Definitely go.

The sushi is good, I thought the rice was a bit on the hard side, but that's better than being overcooked. The taste itself was excellent. You can't keep the sushi for a day, then it won't taste good anymore. I personally don't like the one with salmon and egg. Ordered for a second time and this time with delivery. I don't understand the complaints because even though we ordered at a time when people normally eat, it arrived super fast. Even faster than we thought.

The food was great, I got my favorite babi pangang bacon, and it was crispy and tasty, a little more salt would have been nice on both the rice and the bacon. The service was fine and friendly, the atmosphere was really bad, you end up sitting with 20 other people in a waiting room where even a deliquent would not feel comfortable. Hier in het restaurant gegeten, op vrijdagavond zaten we met 8 personen in het hele restaurant. Niet knus, is echt wel winst te behalen als ze het gezelliger inrichten. Niet knus of gezellig, met een aantal wanden en leuke bankjes kan dit echt beter. De sushi was wel van goede kwaliteit.

Ordered 2 poke bowls to take away. Took less than 10 minutes and they were absolutely delicious!! One poke bowl is more than enough for a meal, so they are well worth the price.

Wij bestellen hier al een aantal jaren sushi en het is dik prima. Verse ingrediënten, constante kwaliteit en op tijd bezorgd conform afspraak door een vriendelijk personeelslid. Ik bestel hier ook voor verjaardagen voor de gasten vanwege betrouwbaarheid in kwaliteit, correcte levering op tijd en die smikkelen ook altijd.

Great restaurant. Definitely recommended to eat there. Pick up is not recommended, when you order please take into account a minimum delay of 30 minutes. The last few times the order was not delivered correctly.

Went to dinner with my mother tonight. All you can eat; €32.50 p.p. excluding drinks.... No running buffet, but a tapas concept where you can order a maximum of 5 dishes per round per person. No sooner said than done. I first got the tomato soup I ordered, but my mother didn't have anything at the time. When the tomato soup was finished, my mother got a thin steak with garlic sauce (no, not the fresh garlic with soy sauce like in the wok) just a 'quack' garlic sauce from a bottle. We also had to ask for salt and pepper separately. When I asked why the dishes are not served at the same time, the 'waiter' told me that the dishes cannot be prepared at the same time or something like that... grill and deep fryer had to be separate, so you also eat separately unless you both order grill or deep fryer. . After this announcement, we only ordered sushi, which was served on 1 plate so we could eat together. The atmosphere in the restaurant was unpleasant and cold. The candles were not lit, there was no music on and the bicycles for delivery were inside at the entrance of the restaurant. All in all; the food was quite tasty, but the total price was certainly not worth €32.50! No more Sasaki for us

You order your food! You pay then they tell you that you have to wait 1.5 hours if you do this now. Report before the payments take place. This is scandalous, especially if you still have to leave and order your food on time. So never again

We ordered a take out, 1 x Menu F, and an extra Duck dish. The food was excellent. We ended up eating it 3 days in a row as the portions were huge.

De allerlekkerste babi pangang met buikspek ooit! Buitenkant knapperig, binnenkant heerlijk zacht vlees. Smelt op je tong!

We bestellen geregeld sushi. Nu hier in de regio te gast hier besteld. Heerlijk gegeten. De crunchi sushi was ook heelijk en aan te raden! Binnen wat klein en minder uitnodigend om te zitten.

Lekker eten. Niet te duur. De Nasi Sasaki is een aanrader.

Van de in Dronten gevestigde Chinese restaurants vind ik sasaki het beste. Lekkere Chinese gerechten, en goede sushi. Ik zou wel aanraden af te halen, omdat via thuisbezorgd ze er soms best lang over doen om het eten te bezorgen, wel is het altijd goed voor elkaar en vers gemaakt!

Eten is prima en goede menu's Probleem is wel de communicatie. Regelmatig krijg je niet wat je hebt besteld en is de verbale communicatie niet zo goed

Hier is de sushi werkelijk super lekker. Vers bereid en zo ontzettend goed van smaak. Jammer alleen dat de verwarming ( nog ) niet aan was. Ook de toiletten waren niet gecontroleerd voor opening en waren tijdens ons bezoek ernstig vervuild.

Helaas, gisteren voor de 3e keer bij Sasaki gegeten. Het eten was goed, alleen jammer dat de warme gerechten lauw waren. Maar, verder was het niet best. De muziek stond veel te hard. Wij hebben gevraagd of die zachter mocht, geen reactie. Op een gegeven moment klonk er zelfs reclame voor 'Uitgekookt' op (reclame in een restaurant, gekker kan niet)! De vuile vaat werd steeds veel te laat weggehaald, soms zaten we met de spullen van de vorige gang en de nieuwe gang tegelijk opgezadeld. De mevrouw die ons serveerde zei niets maar gooide bijna de schaaltjes op tafel, geen enkele communicatie, echt bizar. We kregen ons toetje voordat we de laatste gerechten kregen, die hebben we maar even teruggestuurd. Bij het afrekenen wilde ik dit bespreken maar de betreffende dame liep, terwijl ik tegen haar aan het praten was gewoon weg (ik sprak rustig, niet boos, maar wilde het gezegd hebben i.p.v. alleen een review op internet zetten)! daar kreeg ik dus de kans niet voor! Dat was de druppel, helaas, hier gaan we dus niet meer eten!

Eten was lekker en er ging wat mis met de bestelling maar dat is echt keurig opgelost! Bedankt!

Heerlijk gegeten via thuis bezorgd. 1e keer, loempia, sushi box, sate en koeloe yuk besteld. Echt lekkerder dan beide bekende chinees restaurants in Dronten. Heerlijk gegeten. Gaan we zeker vaker doen.

Regelmatig besteld, maar de laatste tijd is bezorgen een drama. Ene keer flink te vroeg, andere keer erg te laat. Vandaag voor 19:45 sushi besteld. Op tijd besteld op een doordeweekse avond. Pas om 20:20 gekregen. Geen excuus niks. Dit was de laatste keer sushi bij Sasaki voor ons. Jammer, want de kwaliteit is goed.

Gisteravond voor de eerste keer hier gegeten, we hebben genoten. Sushi supervers en van goede kwaliteit! Ruime keuze op de kaart, vriendelijk personeel. Alles zeer netjes en ook sanitair ziet er verzorgd en fris uit.

Erg lekker gegeten. Goede sushi en alle gerechten van hoge kwaliteit! Bij de rondes misten er wel soms dingen maar na vragen werd alsnog gebracht

De sushi is zowiezo al vers en heerlijk, gister chinees eten besteld, was ook erg lekker. Tevens was de bezorging zeer vriendelijk en op tijd.👍

Het eten is heel lekker. Ik haal het meestal zelf, maar laatst gingen we toch voor thuisbezorgen. Dat was helemaal niks. Na een 1 uur en 15 minuten was er nog geen eten. Volgens de app was de bezorger al 20 minuten onderweg. Ik woon 3 straten verder. Dus ik belde. Ze zeiden dat er iets mis was gegaan en dat onze bestelling opnieuw was gemaakt. Binnen 10 min stonden ze voor de deur. Alles was lauw en ik miste iets. Dus ben terug gegaan. Ze hebben de bestelling opnieuw gemaakt. Snel naar huis en toch nog lekker gegeten. Dus afhalen prima. Laten bezorgen doen wij niet meer .

Sinds ze bezorgen bestel ik hier regelmatig. Ze hebben zeer uitgebreidde kaart van Chinese gerechten tot sushi, van kleine porties tot grote. Prijs is redelijk en kwaliteit eigenlijk altijd goed. Vandaag echter bleek een gerecht echt heel zout te zijn, maar met een belletje is dat direct opgelost en kan ik weer heerlijk eten.

Heerlijk eten. Gaat soms mis met de bezorging maar word altijd vriendelijk en snel opgelost.
